One sangram sahoo had visited my residence on 03.12.2016 and introduced himself as a salesman of dr. Aquaguard water purifier. He insisted me to purchase a dr. Aquaguard water purifier though i was using one aquaguard classic model water filter at that time. I had also extended the warranty of the said aquaguard classic model for three years by paying around rs.5000/-. The salesman told me to purchase the dr. Aquaguard water purifier under buyback policy so that the extended warrantee of the aquaguard classic model will be converted and added to the warranty of the dr. Aquaguard water purifier. Accordingly i had bought one dr. Aquaguard hd+ro+uv+mtds nxt water purifier model vide order no.[protected] dated 03.12.2016 and invoice no.-[protected] dated 08.12.2016 under buyback policy. After installation of the new dr. Aquaguard water purifier, he took away the old aquaguard classic model water filter with him. After so many contacts, i received a letter from one deepak kar, eureka forbes limited, forest park, bharati tower, ground floor, bhubaneswar, wherein it is written as follows:
“we feel happy to inform you that as you had purchased aquaguard water purifier under “buy back scheme”, we are offering you extension of warranty (Excluding consumables) for 12 months in addition to the one year manufacturer warranty offered with the new product.”
But i am extremely sorry to inform you that since few days back i am getting several sms regarding expiry of the warranty period and reminders to renew the warranty. I am surprised that the extended warranty of one year is not being counted. I am also not getting any service since last few months. One salesman visited my residence last sunday and told me to install the filter candles etc. On payment. He also did not provide any service to the water purifier and went away.
I am to note here that when i received some sms for renewal of warranty, i contacted the service centre as well as customer care toll free number. But the response was very disgusting. They simply told me to contact the salesman. When i contacted the salesman sangram sahoo, he told me that he will contact with the office of aquaguard and solve the matter. Till date i have made several contacts with the salesman, service centre, local service centre and customer care number of aquaguard/ eureka forbes limited, but all in vain. Such behavior is not expected from your company and workers. I have lost faith on eureka forbes limited for such behavior and its schemes. The company and its men have cheated me.
Hence, i request you to kindly solve the matter immediately or else i shall move the legal forum for getting justice.

Wat u r doing now..pls furnish in detail urgently. I need the payment that i made for alternate water facility and extention of amc for 6 months...and repair it on priority..and if possible then refund miney of this so that i can purchase a new RO of KENT brand..bcoz u r comp can't provided servuces never. You check my past 5 yr record ur comp always provided services after escalation only. Then i am surprise that how you are selling products????
