I have booked my product but after installing next to 2 days malfunctioning started. One part replaced, after 5 days again malfunctioning started. Asked to replace product i. E without storage product but that is not delivered within 7 days. Asked for refund but no reply from dv ramkrishnan i. E from head of customer care and any other company spoc over the mail.

    We have purchased vacuum cleaner on 15th june'17
    I started troubling us around 1st week of october'17 (Very poor sucking)
    We approached customer care and executive visited our place and examined and said cap button should be replaced.
    From then on one visited to replace the part or to solve the sucking problem
    We have approached customer care 6 times so far but no use every time they take complaint but no one approach us.
    And also we have escalated the issue to our customer care executive ms. Anu kotian. But didn't get any reply.
    We have called to the ombudsman for a solution at
    +[protected] but the number is not valid.
    We have stopped using that vacuum cleaner.
    We are requesting concerned authorities to look into this issue and provide a solution or refund the money we have paid for this vacuum cleaner.

          The reviva ro product which we bought had few issues. We registered a complaint. The first thing the service technician who came to attend the case said to my mother-in-law (Who is 50 + yrs) is that they cannot service the product as they do not know about the product. The attitude was very rude and annoying.

          Tried to follow-up with them multiple times to get it resolved but to no avail. Even i contacted their escalation department. Nothing done so fat to correct the problem.

          Please provide necessary help as the product is still in warranty and will be expired in may 2018.

            I purchased dr aquaguard water purifier online for installation in my house at sector 126 mohali as per advice of local sales crew positioned at mohali. The product that i purchased was dr aquaguards magna nxt. During the time of purchase i was assured that the water purifier would be replaced in case there was any malfunction with the unit. Subsequently the same assurance was given by the installation crew when the unit was installed on 14 jul 17.in less that a month the pcb of the unit malfunctioned and we stopped getting water. After lodging the complaint the unit was not replaced, however, the failure was rectified by replacement of pcb. On 15 jan 18 a service engineer visited our house for service since the unit is under warranty cover of one year. After service the unit again stopped functioning. A service engineer on next day intimated us that the pcb has stopped functioning and therefore the unit is not working. Since then the unit is not working. The company has not rectified the unit till date stating that pcb is not available. Thereafter, we requested the company to replace the unit however, the company has neither repaired nor replaced the unit. Multiple calls to the company is of no avail and we are left to arrange potable water on a daily basis.

              Purchase in oct 2015. They take cash payment of 500 and said that you have to pay 10 emi of 1769/-, they start ecs from my account from april 2016 and there ecs follow every 3-4 month why i pay 10 emi in 3-4 years and they take cash from my side to close account but they didn't close it and they said we take you to court.. Poor services offered by them there are more than 10 person in my office handle these situations...

                Hello team,

                I have purchased aqua-guard classic machine on 23/11/2017. It is now more than 2 months and it is not installed. I have been following rajesh from secundrabad circle who has sold this to me. Than his manager chandrasekhar reddy and than his boss rafi. It is a night mare for me for last 2 and half months to call them every alternate day to get the system installed.

                Can you please help me or should i sell it online?

                  I made a complaint for the above water filter on 11/1/2018 and the complaint no. Is [protected], sorry to state the same has not been attended till now. A technician came and checked the machine and said some part has to be replaced and that he is arranging for it. But nothing has happened since then. The sad part is that no one is giving us the status of the complaint and when it is going to be attended, i spoke to one mr. Shrijitsu of the service division and he promised to get back to me but neither did he call back nor does he answer my call. I find this totally unacceptable. How such a reputed company like yours can tolerate such irresponsible behaviour. If you have a reason kindly let me know.
                  Kindly note my machine is under amc.
                  Kindly arrange to get this complaint attended at the earliest and oblige.

                  I have bought your product Aquaguard enhance on 09 Dec 17 and have made several requests/ complaints for the installation of the same but no one has turned up till now. Abysmal and ridiculous service you are providing, higly dissatified with your services.

                      Eureka forbes customer service is very bad, they are looting money, whenever we call them for service, they will come and suggest as to change filters and if we say it's recently changed, they will make us to scare by telling, "uv bulb will blast"...

                      I have brought aquaguard 3 years back, i have changed filters 3 times and other compete parts as well.

                      Today the tap was broken, they auquaguard representative came, he fixed the issue and created other problem - he is asked us to change filters again..

                      Now i decided to put auquaguard dabba to dustbin...

                      Installed today on 19/01/2018 at about 4 pm. Water storage tank not yet filled completely. Also there is constant abnormal sound. Sometimes the purifier becomes silent. Suspecting the pump problem inside. The sales person came at 8 pm, but could not solve the problem. Hence payment not done yet.

                        I would like to complain about the behavior shown by some of the employees of eureka forbes. Date of the incident 01/20/18. I was travelling with my mom from mangalore to mumbai.in goa, a bunch of hooligans from eureka forbes who it seems they achieved some target so were taken to goa & while coming back they did not have proper tickets but rigged the tc who was taking their side. These guys were behaving very rudely with other passengers shouting & disturbing other passengers although it was night wherein others were trying to sleep. They were no switching off the lights. If one of the employee tried to switch off the light they were not allowing and telling me that i will have to compromise. People like these bring disrepute to the organization they are working and hence it is important either the co books seperate bus for such goons or train them to behave themselves in public.

                          Dear team,

                          Your official sales executive have visited my house for free demo and we have booked one of the machine for installation, he said they are running some offer of aquagaurd cover, extension out let pipe, and some premium water botle if we can pay him inr 1000 in cash that will deducted from total price at the time of final payment.

                          At the time of installation he took 100 % payment by swapping my card and said your cash 1000 he has deposited in office which along with free things he will get next day.

                          Now it has been almost 10 days he hasn't turned back. Kindly help

                            Still 1 month has passed he has not provided it. Every time i used to call him he gives excuses. And now he is not even picking up his call. I want my cover urgently. Plz look into matter and solve my problem.

                              It is to acknowledge that we have bought an aquaguard water purifier 2days back. However the machine is itself defective. We had reported it to the sales team & notified them that payment will be made on the issuance of proper bill with change/repair of defective model. However your sales person mr. Shaktipada das adhikary (Ph [protected]) called as at around 10pm at night & started passing lewd & unparliamentary comments threatening us for money without even acknowledging the changing or repairing of defective piece. If this sort of behavior continues we will forced to complain on this matter to the consumer forum & draft an fir for harassment case. It is our kind request to fix the problem asap without any further delay.

                              (Issue: model eternity with bent nozzle having difficulty in filling the bottle)

                                With lot of hope we have opted EUREKA FORBES vaccum cleaner, though karcher brand was suggested by my brother, we ordered WD X2 on 7th january 2018

                                with the brand name EUREKA FORBES we are expecting a lot from the vaccum cleaner as told by demo guy
                                we received the product on 10 Jan 18, on receiving of the produce it was very much disappointed us, it was not up to our expectation as told by the demo guy

                                so we thought of returning the Product, so we have raised the complaint about the same on 10 jan 18
                                on 11 jan 18, i have received an call from a guy, he told that they cannot take back the product, i have asked him that EUREKA FORBES have no question asked return policy
                                he told no, we cannot take back the product

                                so, today i called the customer care and asked them to escalate the complaint

                                Today also i have received call for Mr srinivas, he also told me the same they cannot take back the product,
                                told us that whatever the company tells, but they cannot take back the product

                                requesting the Eureka Fobres to promptly look into the issue

                                our sales person is Mr Dikshith, once sale is done he is not picking my call and not given me the invoice as well

                                    I am sanjay samanta customer of eureka fobes. I purchase two product (Draquagaurd & vaccum cleaners) from eureka fobes. Your product is very but but your technician is very bad. Your technician mr. Santu bag ([protected]) misbehave with my wife & threatening to spoil her life also.
                                    So i request you to take necessary action against him as soon as possible.

                                      high service /filter charge on aquaguard reviva

                                      I am disappointed with aquargaurd, how can they charge rs 4800 for filter change in this competitive world.
                                      Just an example dolphin ro have similar product and their yearly service comes to rs 500 with filter change and service charge and they give same hardess level of water which eureka forbes aquagaurd gives. Does aquagaurd reviva gives water with enriched minerals... Please provide low cost and transparent after service... Which...

                                      I will not say the product is bad. But the quality of the technicians and the salesperson is very poor. Salesperson is always in a mood to extract the money even if the product has not been properly installed.

                                      The quality of the technician is even more pathetic. Anyone should expect that the technician of a branded company should be of good category. But its just the opposite. The technician is absolutely blunt, fool and arrogant. He has no technical aptitude and thus make my home absolutely mess with very blunt skill. Even after this i have paid them full and requested that to do something to rectify this shabby wiring. I have even complained to their customer care and they have only provided me a request no. [protected] but not an efficient person till now.

                                      Now i have stopped to follow up the issue and instructed the bank to stop the cheque payment. Now they started to follow up tomake the payment in cash but surprisingly not saying a single word about the unattended complain.

                                      It costs me nearly 36000/-. I would suggest avoid the eurovigil and get it done by local vendors who will do this job at much efficiently with high quality camera and dvr and softwares. Don't get attracted by the brand and get fooled like me.
