I have purchase one "dr aquaguard magna hd ro", cost rs 16990 on 11th nov in 6 easy emi with down payment of rs 4150 after getting rs 500 discount for my old aquaguard machine.
For the above deal, your executive "sumanta de" came to my home with one more executive "sujit", during the whole dealing i have repeatedly request both your team member to give me good product and they convinced me that they are giving the best ro for my home.
On 12th nov, i got the ro in my home and from next day onward problem started in the same. On 13th evening, i called sujit executive that there is some purification problem in the ro machine, because we are getting dust and ant in water. One executive visited my home and repaired that product and said that there is some problem in the ro machine and i have informed the same to your both the executive to kindly replace that machine immediately. Problem still persist and till date no action has been taken against the same. Today when i called the both the executive for help then i got the call from one more executive "arindam banerjee" and he behave very badly with me, instead of helping me he discussed with me in louder voice. I pissed off with the product and service i got from eureka forbes team. Hence i would request to please look into my problem and do something on priority.

Updated by Amit.sandhya I don't want any service for that defective product which i newly bought..Please ask your team to replace that RO. For the last 19 days i am facing problem with that product. Hence i need replacement or refund.

Updated by Amit.sandhya Again after 6 month, I am facing problem with this RO. We have raised the complain in service centre and their team visit and said that we have to spent another 4k to repair this RO. If every 3 or 4 month i have to spent 4k or 5k on new product that what is the point of buying RO from such brands. I have requested earlier and requesting again please look into my issue and suggest some alternatives asap. Will appreciate prompt response on the same.
Eureka forbes is not ready to give refund if the product is return with in 30 days
