It is very unfortunate to say that on 31.12.2017 i got a message from ureka forbes company "your water purifier warranty ends in 20 days" no free service has been availed by company within the warranty period. On 07.01.2018 one company person came & advised me to replace both the candles. After servicing the flow of water is very slow than the earlier. What shall i do.

Power supply ok but there is no water coming out...! All the light indicators are working fine...red, yellow snd green .Indicator tune for water to flow is also fine .But no water.. what is the problem?

    I have been using aquaguard's enhance ro+uv water purifier since 3 years. For replacing cartridge i registered service request online, after no response i called their customer care, they promised to send somebody but no body turned-up, i called again and again the same promise, but no body called or turned up for service request, its 2 weeks now and the issued remained to be resolved.

      Hi this is Manish Sharma
      I bought, AG Enhance RO + UV Water Purifier on 17 Nov 17
      With in 2 months it's was stop working, & i registerd a complaint on 8 Jan 2018 complaint no. "[protected]" complaint is not resolved.
      and today 10 Jan 2018 i register a complaint again, complaint no. "[protected]", and the agent told me with in 1 hours our service agent will come in your home to resovle the complaint, nobody come, today i call trice but not give me good response.
      I face this problem last 4-days but my issue is not resolve yet.

      I strongly requeted to everyone please don't buy any Aquaguard product, it's very cheap quality and service is very very poor.

        We are getting worst service from eureka. Forbes (Ef). Since a month we are facing these problems:
        1. Leakage from machine
        2. Without electricity water tank is filling
        3. Without electricity constant flow of water from outage pipe

        We have taken annual maintenance contract to keep our aquaguard in good condition & it's related to drinking water.
        Ef's executive only has created problem while service visit & now not getting proper action.
        It's like contract is to create the problem from ef' only & resolve it from urside.
        Also contacted thane area manager mr. Gaikwad but no action till now.
        We need quick legal action on this otherwise we have to.

          I purchased forebes trendy steel model vacuum cleaner in december from authorised dealer at chandrapur, hasan electricals. The vacuum cleaner stops after 5 to 10 minutes of running. The machine is getting overheated. I have once taken to dealer. Now he has directed me to complain online. The problem persist even after 3 to 4 times use. Hence i am registeringmy complaint.

          The detox Air purifier is out of service for the last two months approximately and the service team could not fix the problem. Now they have taken the purifier to their service center but no response for the last ten days.It is quite amazing that company service team could not fix the problem. My mobile number is [protected]

            Am a valued customer since long for series of your products.
            My duo contract receipt no.[protected] dated 7.12.2016 which is valid upto 28.2.2019.
            There is water leakage from the tap continuously since long. Your service personnel assured to replace it immediately during his last servicing time. Till date none has reported.
            I personally visited your office at chandkheda, new c. G. Road, ahmedabad office and made a complaint in regard to replacement of tap four days back and recorded in your register mentioning my mobile number and address. Still none has reported.
            It is, therefore, requested to kindly instruct your good office to do the needful at earliest.

              Hello mr ceo,
              Last week of dec 2017 i have purchased dr aquaguard magna from your sales executive mr prabhu (Phone# [protected], bangalore 560043) in the name of mr amit sarkar (# [protected]). Within a weeks time i observed water dripping from the filter that spoiled my kitchen top. I immediately called up mr prabhu on 3rdjan 2018 n he assured me that a technician will visit n rectify within 2 days. Nothing has happened till now and he does not pick my calls anymore so we formally raised a complaint with eureka yesterday n today n they have again assured me that someone will visit. I am looking forward to this at present as my filter is in switched off mode n am buying drinking water from outside.

              Just want to point out that my family has been associated with eureka with almost 20 yrs now. We keep going back to u guys not only for the product but most importantly hassle free customer service. We have paid the entire amount to this guy and it seems he’s sold us a defective piece. We were not expecting such poor service from u guys. Please take this complaint against mr prabhu too n i need to know how u guys have handled this sales guy who came running the same day to sell his product but has vanished now taking all my money.

                We are stuck on water usage in our apartment for more than a week due to aquaguard (Ro+uv) failure. The complaint has been registered a week back & there was one missing spare parts for fixing the issue. There is no response from the company till 06/01/2018.                   I have purchased the euroclean vaccum cleaner - health pro and post the purchase continuously been following up for a demo as the product when tried to do cleaning was not operating and hence wished to see the functionality but even after several complaints made there has been no support.
                  When selling the product all big talks were given but when we actually required support there was absolutely nil support shown and this is very frustrating as after spending a good amount of inr 8, 000.00 the service is at zero levels.
                  Product is lying without use for more than six months now and then will be said that it is not under warranty.
                  This was not expected from a company as eureka forbes who is owned by shapoorji pallonji mistry. If no support is given i would be approaching shapoorji pallonji mistry directly with my grievances.

                    In the name of aquaguard one technician from aquasure visited my place yesterday (03-jan-18) for water filter servicing. Even though we didn't make any request for servicing it was done from customer care. He opened the water filter and said filter needs to be changed and i have to pay rs350/- for service charge. I said i have amc from eureka forbes and showed him the receipt. He took the snapshot of the receipt and told me he will not do servicing as this is under amc and he will come back after vising the office. So he started assembling the parts of the filter. After fixed everything water started leaking and he said he doesn't have the parts and he will come back in the night around 8-8:30pm. I said we will not be able to drink water so do come back.
                    But he hasn't come back till now and he is not responding over phone the moment he recognizes my voice.
                    My question is how aquasure got to know all my details, i never share my water filter and other details to any third party agent except eureka forbes. This is a big scam going on by aquasure in the name of aquaguard and eureka forbes should take stern action to protect his customers.

                    The hose pipe is cracked.

                    We need the same to be replaced.

                    We can purchase the same.

                    The Eureka Vaccum cleaner is in use at our home for past several years, and this is the first break down!

                      I have aquaguard geneus model during the warranty period they didn't even bothered to provide free service. After the warranty period ends i had to purchase the amc. The technicians who came didn't change the ro membrane didn't clean the water tanker they didn't even bring the tds meter to check. Lps needed to be changed which they didn't. After requesting many a times they say membrane not available. After so many days the technician visited again and was carrying the vortron membrane model number - ulp 1812-75 instead of the aquaguard original membrane. When asked they said this is the only ro membrane they have. Contract receipt number - 8396.

                        Euraka forbes "aquagaurad" installed just three months back is advised replacement by the technician (Mahesh) who came to attend the complaint. Aqua is not giving proper discharge — one bottle (One ltrs) takes 10 minutes to fill it.

                        Is that the performance level of eureka??

                        It was ok till now.
                        We are, as a customer, not at all convinced.

                          I am very much frustrated about aqusure maxima 4000 product. Servicing is very bad, cartiage is not working even in warranty and you have to pay for this cartiage in warranty period. Other parts of this product is not avilable. I went 3-4 times of part of product and every time they told me part will come soon. So, why this product is avilable in market.

                            I had purchased the dr. Aquguard's magna hd ro+uv.
                            Now the product warranty is finished and still waiting for service person to attain the service which was due after one year completion.
                            I think i did mistek by purchasing wrong product.
                            2 months back whicle warranty was on, the person visited my house as a service person from our local kamothe aqua guard service centre and told my wife that filter are not good. We asked him to replace it as m/c is in warranty.
                            The service person and service center head and sales person said no to replace the filter cartridges a& asked us to buy amc. How come we will have to buy amc before warranty is over and the peoples ran out from home and never attained us back.
                            Is this is the way this company works and gives target to your service team to buy more and more amc 's and don't support the customer.
                            Do you think let customer go to hell.
                            Never expected such utter nonsense n behavior of such kind.

                              I brought a product from dealer and i got fitted at home.. They charged 300 rupees for fitting.. And with in three days it got repaired.. Motor did not work i called customer care, after two days technician visited my house and replaced the product after a week i got another complaint they replaced nosel.. After week i got another complaint.. With in a month i got four complaints.. For the fourth complaint i am waiting for past 15 days no one responded till now.. When i called they are raising the complaint and they are closing simple with out visiting my house.. I am am compatly fed up multiple complaints and not responding by eureka forbes.. I am planning go consumer complaint and i will file case on eureka for worst process agenist to customers

                                    My aquasure nano ro water purifier stopped functioning after buying amc contract of 6k rupees for 2 yrs soon after 1 yr of product purchase warranty got expired. The first yr product worked perfectly well. They replaced the filter candle in first yr warranty. Looking at this i purchased 1 more purifier for my father in law house. Soon after buying the amc for 2 yrs in 2016 march the product literally stopped working as it should. Numerous complaints and service requests with the company has been raised to rectify the problem. Service eng visits my home, checks the product and says some part has to be replaced and it is not currently available. Then he would not turn up or answer the call whatsoever. Again i have to raise another complaint but the same issue with the engineer. Once i got it escalated to highest possible and got the product serviced finally which worked for less than 1 month. The same issue occured. Now it has been 1yr and 9months completed in 2yrs amc contract without the product working. Nearly about 25 service reqs and complaints raised with no improvements. Finally after waiting for 1yr and 9months i am now demanding for full refund of the 2yrs contract paid and the unfit product amt for which i could not get the product working for least 1 month in 2yrs period. After demanding the refund now they want to service the product. I paid literally 30 rupees everyday for 1yr and 9 months to get the drinking water as this product is useless. I want the amc amt + amt paid for water everyday for 1yr and 9months. Request to get this issue resolved satisfactorily. I would never like to do businees with them whatsoever.

                                    Eureka Forbes AquaSure product is the worst and the service offered by Eureka Forbes is worst and cannot be accepted. They do not have customer service experience. Once the product is serviced they never bother to check if the product is working properly after the service. They are only looking at making money. My 2 years of AMC contract was valid only for 3 months as stated in this complaint and the product was never serviced or repaired properly to bring it into working status. They want money stating AMC but never provide service. I never thought of Eureka Forbes providing such a horrible customer experience. I would never suggest Eureka Forbes to anybody. I have removed 2 Eureka Forbes products in my home and would never like to be be a customer for Eureka Forbes again. I am happy without using RO water now. It has given me better health.

                                      We've been delayed our aquaguard amc service for our ro water purifier, we bought a couple of years back in trichy. Service provider promised us to get our purifier fixed by saturday (30/12/17), not to mention we've been left with the nonfunctional purifier for over a week now. We are not satisfied with the service provider who are finding it hard to keep their words in connection to the service we deserve. Our service provider is located at kumbakonam and we're residing at aduturai at present. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                                        The dust bag in our tendy nano model of eureka forbes vacuum cleaner damaged while using the vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner is within the warranty period. We called the customer care of eureka forbes. They said they have registered the complaint and will attend within 48 hours, the complaint no was [protected] on 15/12/2017. No service persons came within 48 hours, and even after waiting for 1 week. We called again on 23/12/2017 the call center person said the previous complaint was closed but he does not know the reason and said he will register a new complaint and gave us a new complaint no [protected] and asked us to wait for 48 hours. We waited for more than a week and no service person came to rectify the problem. We called again on 29/12/2017 the call center person said they have closed the complaint and he has no idea also he asked us buy the dust bag on our own from a shop near a place ponnamalle. On top of everything they are saying they will not provide service for trendy nano model vacuum cleaner and they will provide service for only higher edge models which they never said us while buying this model.
                                        Eureka forbes people are very nice when they are selling something and when it comes to service point of view of the products they show their cheapest real face.
                                        The customer service no is not a toll free one and for every call - each minute we are losing rs 1.50 paise.
                                        We have lost more than rs 100 for calling the customer care without any remedy. Though the product is within the warranty period there is no service and replacement of spare parts. Very very ashamed of buying such cheap products from cheap brands.
