My water purifier aquaguard classic. Next service as per amc is due on 26.11.2017. Despite my request nobody has turned out to attend service. I have taken amc with eureka forbes by paying rs.2795.00 on22.10 2016 by cheque no.704575 sbi for amc from 23.10.2016 to 22.10.2018.in this they have done service on 25.5.2017 and next service due on26 11.2017 which not attended sofar. The invoice cum contract receipt number is no.10 dated 22.10.2016.

I brought a vacuum cleaner and it is good so i want it to return it back. As per Eureka Forbes website if the product is un satisfied the return the full amount but so far i raised four times complaints but none of the representative are turn back and i check the local eureka Forbes company the are behaving properly with the customers. And the manager says we cannot give refund and I am not asking from his pocket. The worst experience I faced it from Eureka Forbes pallavaram team and from his manager.

    We have purchased aquaguard genius machine two years back. From that day onwards we are facing lots of problems continuously. We have also paid for amc but in spite of that we are not getting proper service. We have registered for machine not working complaint on 25 nov 2017 but the problem is still not resolved because the company people say they don't have new filter parts which have to be replaced. Besides if we call helpline there is a recorded message which registers your complain nobody picks up the phone. It is a very bad experience with this eureka forbes.

      Sir,

      I made a service req. To replace aqua guard water purifier filter candles under amc on 20oct2017. Amc taken on 30/8/2017 for two years.

      Water purifier model geneus purchaged on 11aug2016.

      So far except cleaning of filters your staff not replaced filter candles.

      It is brought to my notice you staff collecting new filter candles on name of amc owners and selling out side. You need any proof for this pl. Come to my home and contact me. I will show u.

      I made a request to replace candles on 20oct2017. So far i made calls to your call center more than 30 times and informed to bangalore also.

      I am requesting u to take action with in day.

      Since that day no body is solved my purifier problem.

        Warranty extension date: 15/05/15 is mentioned incorrectly. Contract receipt no: 27761785 contract period : 15/05/17 to 14/05/18 cost of product: 16950/- warranty extension cost: 4505/- service not done as per the contract period. The service which was to be done in the month of september is not completed yet. We are getting messages from company that the service has been completed but it is not so. In spite of several messages they are ignoring.

          We ordered watercooler @trichy to vijay on 27nov who made all false promises and not honoured what was promised reg amc and maintainance at rs.3500 in writing. Invoices not given, installation not done. They told it will be done on 28nov and we complained @ c. Care mahendra on 29 but cheated us& taken rs.40000/ return our money immdly.

            I bought dr aquaguard magna hd ro water purifier vide inv no[protected] dated 13/11/2017 from eureka forbes. When they installed this ro system, it was found defective and the same replaced by new one. The replaced one is also not working and hence we made a complaint to their customer care to pay our money rs 15390. Their service is poor. I want my hard earned money

              I have logged this request ([protected]) on november -08. A technician came on nov-09 and he told that they have to replace the pcb and will come on nov-11. They didn't come on nov-11 and from nov-12 onwards, daily i am calling to your customer care and they are informing they will come on the same day. But till now, nothing happened. I am really unhappy in your service and i am purchasing daily bottle water for my household purposes. If you can't assist, please tell me and take your water purifier and clear the place. This is ridiculous to have a complaint like this and the poor response and the customer care people don't care at all what they are talking since every day they will tell technician will come on the same day and till now, no response i got.

                  Res. Sir/madam,

                  We had classic water purifier machine (Bearing no.[protected] [protected]) working in good condition of your company. We did not call for service of our water purifier.

                  Yesterday 30/11/2017 at 6.30 pm after prior appointment, agency's technician came for mandatory service at our home, they did their job in 1 1/2 hour without any result.
                  The machine was working in good condition before they did something (Which they call servicing) which in turn caused the machine to stop working

                  Now machine is not working, since yesterday.

                  Today we did not have drinking water.

                  Unfortunately, if any thing happens to me and my family after drinking the impure water, the company shall be held responsible for it.

                  Please look into the matter & save our lives.

                  We hope early positive action will be taken.

                  This is happning several time with our machine.

                  We have made complaint regarding this with you also.

You paid 4500 rs for this problem after we solved your problem. Why should i pay payment in warranty period. Pls help me my ro is not working since 1 months. Pls solve my issue.                       I have purchase one "dr aquaguard magna hd ro", cost rs 16990 on 11th nov in 6 easy emi with down payment of rs 4150 after getting rs 500 discount for my old aquaguard machine.
                      For the above deal, your executive "sumanta de" came to my home with one more executive "sujit", during the whole dealing i have repeatedly request both your team member to give me good product and they convinced me that they are giving the best ro for my home.
                      On 12th nov, i got the ro in my home and from next day onward problem started in the same. On 13th evening, i called sujit executive that there is some purification problem in the ro machine, because we are getting dust and ant in water. One executive visited my home and repaired that product and said that there is some problem in the ro machine and i have informed the same to your both the executive to kindly replace that machine immediately. Problem still persist and till date no action has been taken against the same. Today when i called the both the executive for help then i got the call from one more executive "arindam banerjee" and he behave very badly with me, instead of helping me he discussed with me in louder voice. I pissed off with the product and service i got from eureka forbes team. Hence i would request to please look into my problem and do something on priority.

                      Again after 6 month, I am facing problem with this RO. We have raised the complain in service centre and their team visit and said that we have to spent another 4k to repair this RO. If every 3 or 4 month i have to spent 4k or 5k on new product that what is the point of buying RO from such brands. I have requested earlier and requesting again please look into my issue and suggest some alternatives asap. Will appreciate prompt response on the same.

                          Installation of aquagaurd eterniti not done completely. It makes difficult to store water because of this. 2 months have elapsed since purchase. Sales person mr. Rajesh yadav - phone no. [protected] is not responding to calls. Can anyone from the company respond at the earliest. Also the toll free no. Is continuously engaged. Company to immediately send someone to fix the problem.

                            Registered a complaint on 21 nov but it was not completed till now.
                            Having amc for 2 years and veeravel enterprises, mogappair west chennai is not having any knowledge on the proudct. Does not know what to do when a complaint is told. Visited 3 times to my residence and does not know what to do and we are facing lot of issues for water because of this.

He told me various benefits of it, but he provided me faulty product after complaining i received another unit it was also faulty i am making lots of complaints but still today i am not getting any better service or better unit from your company i want my money back as your faulty product is effecting badly on health of my family

                                I have purchased aquaguard classic+ water purifier against invoice no.[protected] dated[protected]. At the time of booking order your sales person mr. Pramendra yadav had agreed to buy back old aquaguard aquaflow unit. But regret after expiry of 15days the person in question has not picked up the old unit. I think it is cheating of your sales person. Can eureka forbes afford to let its image be tarnished by sales person, when customers have implicit trust with eureka forbes. Request to look into the matter and oblige.

                                  This is sindu. My mobile number is [protected]. We have given rs 1000 advance to "narasimha gaud [protected]". Whatever we expected product is not available like that technician told. So after that we called this executive and ask him to cancel this return that advance money. He told i will send my management and within 7 days i will refund like this. "final receipt number: 309"

                                  As of now he did not attend my phone. Day time he cut my call. So my husband call from his number. He attend and shouting like whatever you want u do. You cant able to do anything against me. I am in out of station. After 10 days only i will come and check.

                                  Is this the correct way to treat the customers? I do not wanted to argue any more.
                                  Can you please return my money. That's it...

                                      I have been using the aquaguard royale for 12 years and it is working very well. My amc renewal date 28.11.17 but the company refused to amc for this model. The company executive said that i should buy a new model. But the machine is working very well without any problem for 12 years. I want to renew amc for this model. A reputed company like eureka forbes can't refuse to service a product without intimating the customer.

                                        I made my 1st amc vide receipt no:27866623 dated 26.05.17, but i got my few filter part changed (Post filter candle, hd filter & hccb) only on 25.11.17-that is after delay of six month. After this visit my filter is overflowing continuously. Cut-off switch not working & even after switching off the machine, water is flowing out-till now none reported to solve."
                                        -why not my amc will began from 25.11.2017?
                                        - what about other replaceable part (Mineral, biotron and membrane.)
                                        -how to get prompt service? After all it is the question of pure drinking water for the sack of which invested ur best product (Dr meghna ro +uv)
                                        As u claim your self as"doctor of water"-our expectation to get a quick response to provide pure drinking water.

                                        I am sorry to inform you that my problem is yet to solve and i am getting contaminated water from my so called "Doctor of water", Meghna, RO+UV. Some one attended my complain on 30.11.17 but could not rectify the problem. The technician also requested not lodge any complain as he will rectify the problem with proper spare. Then I made a call to the area manager on 01.12.17 and he assured for early visit as soon as adaptor( the spare in this case) is available.
                                        But a company like Eureka forbes being unable to arrange spare at the heart of the Mumbai and keeping me waiting & my other two below concern was not addressed
                                        -why not my AMC will resume from 25.11.2017?
                                        - what about other replaceable part (Mineral, biotron and membrane.)?
