I bought ro water purifier model ag reviva 50 ro dated[protected]. This product serial no [protected]. I am facing problem since 1 months. I have logged complaint regarding water issue. My complaint no is [protected] & [protected]. Aqua service engineer came and said that your ro membrane issue and this is not cover under warranty. You paid 4500 rs for this problem after we solved your problem. Why should i pay payment in warranty period. Pls help me my ro is not working since 1 months. Pls solve my issue. Very bad service by aqua engineer mr subhash mr dharmendra parmar and many more service engineer. Pls help me for problem solution.

    I have purchase one "dr aquaguard magna hd ro", cost rs 16990 on 11th nov in 6 easy emi with down payment of rs 4150 after getting rs 500 discount for my old aquaguard machine.
    For the above deal, your executive "sumanta de" came to my home with one more executive "sujit", during the whole dealing i have repeatedly request both your team member to give me good product and they convinced me that they are giving the best ro for my home.
    On 12th nov, i got the ro in my home and from next day onward problem started in the same. On 13th evening, i called sujit executive that there is some purification problem in the ro machine, because we are getting dust and ant in water. One executive visited my home and repaired that product and said that there is some problem in the ro machine and i have informed the same to your both the executive to kindly replace that machine immediately. Problem still persist and till date no action has been taken against the same. Today when i called the both the executive for help then i got the call from one more executive "arindam banerjee" and he behave very badly with me, instead of helping me he discussed with me in louder voice. I pissed off with the product and service i got from eureka forbes team. Hence i would request to please look into my problem and do something on priority.

    I don't want any service for that defective product which i newly bought..Please ask your team to replace that RO. For the last 19 days i am facing problem with that product. Hence i need replacement or refund.

    Again after 6 month, I am facing problem with this RO. We have raised the complain in service centre and their team visit and said that we have to spent another 4k to repair this RO. If every 3 or 4 month i have to spent 4k or 5k on new product that what is the point of buying RO from such brands. I have requested earlier and requesting again please look into my issue and suggest some alternatives asap. Will appreciate prompt response on the same.

        Installation of aquagaurd eterniti not done completely. It makes difficult to store water because of this. 2 months have elapsed since purchase. Sales person mr. Rajesh yadav - phone no.           Registered a complaint on 21 nov but it was not completed till now.
          Having amc for 2 years and veeravel enterprises, mogappair west chennai is not having any knowledge on the proudct. Does not know what to do when a complaint is told. Visited 3 times to my residence and does not know what to do and we are facing lot of issues for water because of this.

          Not happy with the service when a product is under amc for 2 years paid the full amount and begging for the service

              I have purchased aquaguard classic+ water purifier against invoice no.[protected] dated[protected]. At the time of booking order your sales person mr. Pramendra yadav had agreed to buy back old aquaguard aquaflow unit. But regret after expiry of 15days the person in question has not picked up the old unit. I think it is cheating of your sales person. Can eureka forbes afford to let its image be tarnished by sales person, when customers have implicit trust with eureka forbes. Request to look into the matter and oblige.

                This is sindu. My mobile number is [protected]. We have given rs 1000 advance to "narasimha gaud [protected]". Whatever we expected product is not available like that technician told. So after that we called this executive and ask him to cancel this return that advance money. He told i will send my management and within 7 days i will refund like this. "final receipt number: 309"

                As of now he did not attend my phone. Day time he cut my call. So my husband call from his number. He attend and shouting like whatever you want u do. You cant able to do anything against me. I am in out of station. After 10 days only i will come and check.

                Is this the correct way to treat the customers? I do not wanted to argue any more.
                Can you please return my money. That's it...

                  We purchased a magna model ro + uv-hd kitchen filter in december 2016. Since its purchase it gets choked every week. We have called customer care a no of times, the attendant came and cleaned the external & internal candle. This way its filtered water is also coming out intermittently.                     I have been using the aquaguard royale for 12 years and it is working very well. My amc renewal date 28.11.17 but the company refused to amc for this model. The company executive said that i should buy a new model. But the machine is working very well without any problem for 12 years. I want to renew amc for this model. A reputed company like eureka forbes can't refuse to service a product without intimating the customer.

                      I made my 1st amc vide receipt no:27866623 dated 26.05.17, but i got my few filter part changed (Post filter candle, hd filter & hccb) only on 25.11.17-that is after delay of six month. After this visit my filter is overflowing continuously. Cut-off switch not working & even after switching off the machine, water is flowing out-till now none reported to solve."
                      -why not my amc will began from 25.11.2017?

                      I am sorry to inform you that my problem is yet to solve and i am getting contaminated water from my so called "Doctor of water", Meghna, RO+UV. Some one attended my complain on 30.11.17 but could not rectify the problem. The technician also requested not lodge any complain as he will rectify the problem with proper spare. Then I made a call to the area manager on 01.12.17 and he assured for early visit as soon as adaptor( the spare in this case) is available.
                      But a company like Eureka forbes being unable to arrange spare at the heart of the Mumbai and keeping me waiting & my other two below concern was not addressed
                      -why not my AMC will resume from 25.11.2017?
                      - what about other replaceable part (Mineral, biotron and membrane.)?

                        It is to bring in notice of you that i have complained about my aquaguard ro on 24th november only but till now no action has been taken by the service center. My ro is leaking due to which my kitchen is always watery and slippery.
                        The situation is getting disgusting day by day.

                        I purchased aquaguard reviva nxt model on 13.11.2017 on snapdeal.com
                        Complaint registered on 14.11.2017 for installation. But till date i.e 18.11.2017 installation was not done. Four times I called the customer care people but their reply was that "installation will be done in couple of days"

                          We stay in chaitanyeswar nagar, kharabi chowk, nagpur. Aquaguard executive charge 5000/- for just changing the aquaguard filter. We had asked only for servicing, he started servicing changed the filters, suddenly asked rs.5000. He said it is for filter cost and servicing charges. But later we came to know 5000 is way more for servicing. This way aquaguard is cheating people.

                          Sapna, aquaguard team will not take any action. They have very bad reputation for this kind of services. Next time if the service person came, take the service and dont pay them any thing. Let them take any legal action. Or you file complaint for unauthorized service. This is the best way now to handle this kind of people

                            Hi, i am a consumer using eureka fobes aquaguard model no. ST2000 from past 20 yrs. Recently my services are renewed for a period of 4 yrs by service partner Om manglam enterprises. This is very embassing that non of the time technicial visit as per norms. Each and every time we use to give a call to visit and check the issue. Presently i am facing issue in part unavailability, which your service provider is not at all concern with.

                            I brought RO+UV just a week back, its works only couple of days.. from past 4 days its not working.. i called service and he came yesterday and he verified the unit but he does not conform what's the mistake.. and i asked him for replace but he said no we will conform tomorrow.. now i am calling no response.

                              The product performance was very bad
                              We had to taken to the service station several times for repairing. The details of expenses for repairing date wise are as given below.
                              1) date 4/2/16 tap was damaged experience amt rs 125
                              2) date 27.6.16 membrane filter etc experience amt rs 4460.00
                              3) date 26.04.17 member filter etc rs 3750.00
                              4) date 22.11.17ro pump replacement rs 3550.00
                              Still machine is not working and now they are saying that pcb needs to be replaced and the experience will be rs 2500
                              Within two and half year the product performance are very bad
                              I want this defective product needs to be replaced by new one
                              Total expenditure incurred rs 11885 against replacement of parts which got dameged within two and half year and purchased this product rs 17490
                              Total cost till date 29375
                              Such a damaged piece sold by eureka for bes.
                              Needs justice.

                                Shifted to a new place and despite calling eureka forbes for reinstallation of product, nobody has come yet. Been 4 days already. Everyday they guarantee that someone will be there before the end of the day but no one has shown up yet. Spending rs 200/- everyday for bottled water. Very disappointing. Regret buying this company's product and would advise others do avoid it in future

                                  Request for rectification. After free service of eureka forbes water purifier, i lost taste due to improper service mania. His behaviour is not at all genuine. Due to this improper service, customers are loosing their integrity upon eureka forbes. Please rectify my problem after service i lost taste. So i am very much unhappy and depressed my self very much. Please look in to the matter and save consumers braveness. Thanks a lot.

                                    I have purchased one vacuum cleaner at mysore model euroclear - i clean in the month of oct 2017. At the time of purchase sales executive mr.                                     Recently said he had it in his bag and since 2 days not picking my phone call.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      This is the 3rd time in 2 months for which i am getting frustrated with their service and response. Very very poor service.

                                      Placed a complaint on 20 Nov, no - [protected] for water leakage problem. Technician came on 21st, but the compaint was not resolved. They have closed the old ticket. After 2 days of follow-up they finally raised a new complaint - [protected] on 23 Nov saying they will resolve immediately. Till now no response and we are following up with them like fools thinking something will happen.

                                      I have got critically ill parents at home with my family. It is getting difficult to manage all the followups. Eureka Forbes has got worst service as they will only market to sell and not care about customers later.

                                      Please help us resolve at the earliest as daily water is leaking and is getting difficult to manage
