A telephonic complaint was lodged yesterday and there is no response till now. Similar complaint occurred 10 days back which was repaired after 2 days under amc. This repeat of same or different and delay of response is creating a lot of inconvenience to the customers and is giving a picture of the company's indifferent attitude towards customers with amc. Awaiting earliest and quick and quality response....

The amc for aquaguard magna water purified was purchased by me on 03rd aug' 2017 and the replacement of purifier candles after such purchase was carried out by aquaguard personnel after 40 days and that too after dropping a request in the month of aug'17 (19th aug'17) and sept'17 (08th sept'17). The request no's for the same are [protected] and [protected] respectively.

The purifier lost its capacity to purify on 11th sept'17...

When we purchase the eureka filter from day 1 we are facing issue as consecutively every month technician is visiting and almost 1 year is completed using the machine and we have made a 2 year warrantee by paying rs.3000 for 2 years and now the machine is completely not working when we tried to contact eureka customer care or executive they said we will sent the technician and the technician is repairing the product and again the same is...

We got the machine installed on 23rd september 2017 and the machine stopped working the very next day!
After loads of complaints and long time of waiting the technician came and did little bit of repairing here and there and the machine started to work.

Again, after 4 days, the same problem is there again. And again we have to go through the painful process of registering complaints and waiting for...

I have shifted from gwalior (M. P.) to alekkattu house, near kalletinkara, trichur dist. Kerala state-680683 few days back. Sir, i had lodged a complaint over telephone that my vacuum cleaner is not working & it needs to be serviced / repaired. It's now 15 days & nobody has turned up. Iam from mangalore & i am very sorry to say why this type of negligence and attitude is shown to us. Please look into the matter & take steps to close the complaint. I had bought dr. Aquaguard 3 month back. After installation, the machine started giving problem. So the salesperson c. K. Das suggested to try another machine. The second machine also was no good. So an engineer comes and seems to resolve our problem.

I have made a terrible mistake by choosing aquaguard water purifier, within a month of purchase i have spent more money getting some fittings done every month. No service person can fix it, i'm beyond disappointed and disgusted for having chosen this your brand. We own a euroclean ace vaccum cleaner, which needs paper dustbag, visited nearest office at guntur for the same. Service people at this center intimated that they don't have any stock of it, but refused to answer when the stock will come. It is responsibility of eureka forbes to keep the stock at its office (Promised during sales, the stock will be available at guntur office). On name of service, that technician changed original parts with service part also given direct connection so switched on or off does not matter. So when we complained about service part they are saying we are doing same at every places and asking for money to change parts and service.

Seems that both aqua guard and 100's of service technicians who have changed my original parts are working hand in glove, earning lot of money,...
