It is to bring in notice of you that i have complained about my aquaguard ro on 24th november only but till now no action has been taken by the service center. My ro is leaking due to which my kitchen is always watery and slippery.
The situation is getting disgusting day by day.
I have complained about it several times bht till now jo action has been taken. Please pay attention towards it or else i will have to register complaint to any high authority.

I purchased aquaguard reviva nxt model on 13.11.2017 on snapdeal.com
Complaint registered on 14.11.2017 for installation. But till date i.e 18.11.2017 installation was not done. Four times I called the customer care people but their reply was that "installation will be done in couple of days"

    We stay in chaitanyeswar nagar, kharabi chowk, nagpur. Aquaguard executive charge 5000/- for just changing the aquaguard filter. We had asked only for servicing, he started servicing changed the filters, suddenly asked rs.5000. He said it is for filter cost and servicing charges. But later we came to know 5000 is way more for servicing. This way aquaguard is cheating people.

    Sapna, aquaguard team will not take any action. They have very bad reputation for this kind of services. Next time if the service person came, take the service and dont pay them any thing. Let them take any legal action. Or you file complaint for unauthorized service. This is the best way now to handle this kind of people

      Hi, i am a consumer using eureka fobes aquaguard model no. ST2000 from past 20 yrs. Recently my services are renewed for a period of 4 yrs by service partner Om manglam enterprises. This is very embassing that non of the time technicial visit as per norms. Each and every time we use to give a call to visit and check the issue. Presently i am facing issue in part unavailability, which your service provider is not at all concern with.
      Moreover, technician is asking to use second hand pipe instead company's genuine product.

      I brought RO+UV just a week back, its works only couple of days.. from past 4 days its not working.. i called service and he came yesterday and he verified the unit but he does not conform what's the mistake.. and i asked him for replace but he said no we will conform tomorrow.. now i am calling no response.

        I purchased dr aqua guard magna hd ro +uv on dated 18.05.2015 of rupees 17490.00
        We faced lots of problem with this machine
        The product performance was very bad
        We had to taken to the service station several times for repairing. The details of expenses for repairing date wise are as given below.
        1) date 4/2/16 tap was damaged experience amt rs 125
        2) date 27.6.16 membrane filter etc experience amt rs 4460.00
        3) date 26.04.17 member filter etc rs 3750.00
        4) date 22.11.17ro pump replacement rs 3550.00
        Still machine is not working and now they are saying that pcb needs to be replaced and the experience will be rs 2500
        Within two and half year the product performance are very bad
        I want this defective product needs to be replaced by new one
        Total expenditure incurred rs 11885 against replacement of parts which got dameged within two and half year and purchased this product rs 17490
        Total cost till date 29375
        Such a damaged piece sold by eureka for bes.

          Shifted to a new place and despite calling eureka forbes for reinstallation of product, nobody has come yet. Been 4 days already. Everyday they guarantee that someone will be there before the end of the day but no one has shown up yet. Spending rs 200/- everyday for bottled water. Very disappointing. Regret buying this company's product and would advise others do avoid it in future

            Request for rectification. After free service of eureka forbes water purifier, i lost taste due to improper service mania. His behaviour is not at all genuine. Due to this improper service, customers are loosing their integrity upon eureka forbes. Please rectify my problem after service i lost taste. So i am very much unhappy and depressed my self very much. Please look in to the matter and save consumers braveness. Thanks a lot.

              I have purchased one vacuum cleaner at mysore model euroclear - i clean in the month of oct 2017. At the time of purchase sales executive mr.               Recently said he had it in his bag and since 2 days not picking my phone call.

                Hello Team,

                This is the 3rd time in 2 months for which i am getting frustrated with their service and response. Very very poor service.

                Placed a complaint on 20 Nov, no - [protected] for water leakage problem. Technician came on 21st, but the compaint was not resolved. They have closed the old ticket. After 2 days of follow-up they finally raised a new complaint - [protected] on 23 Nov saying they will resolve immediately. Till now no response and we are following up with them like fools thinking something will happen.

                I have got critically ill parents at home with my family. It is getting difficult to manage all the followups. Eureka Forbes has got worst service as they will only market to sell and not care about customers later.

                Please help us resolve at the earliest as daily water is leaking and is getting difficult to manage

                      I have taken a 3 years amc with eureka forbes for e nova water purifier. I got service against the same only once in october 2016.
                      I requested service on 14 nov 2017 vide request number [protected].
                      Inspite of repeated requests and the customer care assurance of rep calling me up, no technician or representative has made a visit for servicing.
                      This is in contravention to the amc terms.

                      Thanks for the response of Eureka Forbes. Executives from Eureka Forbes did contact me to assure immediate attention to the service problem by a technician from Nasik. However nothing has happened. There has been no visit or any call from local service center.
                      I reiterate that the complaint was given on 14 November 2017 and inspite of 11 days there has been no response.
                      This issue is now troubling the health, mentally and financially.
                      I request Eureka Forbes for an immediate action.

                        I registered a complaint eureka forbes helpline on 18.11.2017 about water not getting stored in the storage area of my water purified aquaguard enhance (Bought in june 2017), which did not materialise, as the call centre executive mismatched my complaint with another product of the company bought by me. After three days, i lodged complaint no. [protected] and [protected] (The first number was told to my by the call centre and the second number was received on my mobile phone). I was assured that my complaint would be taken up on priority within the same day. But even after 27 hours, and after reminding the helpline three times, no one has attended to the complaint. Request to take up the issue on priority.

                          Ro plus was purchased recently from neelu electronics, ballia which has gone out of order. Complaint lodged was attended promptly by service centre. The mechanic advised defect in membrane and returned with promise to change. It has not been done even after 4 days of his visit. The product is under warranty.                                 I bought ro in eureka cost 15, 890/- on 03/10/2017 it stops works from 03/11/2017, i gave a complaint person came in a day it was totally dead. Again i registered complaint on 07/11/2017 till now no one came for service. They sold defective product, i gave lot of complaints, service people talking arrogantly, sales people disconnecting call. Need replacement of the product with proper service or refund.

                                  Requested service on 17.11.2017 vide no.[protected], allocated to technician mr. Sourav dawn (M-[protected]) who attended me on 18.11.2017 at my residence, gopalnagar, burdwan.
                                  1. Repeatedly insisting me to go through amc.
                                  2. Service is not satisfactory.
                                  3. Claiming more money than the actual bill. Later said sorry for the mistake.
                                  4. Not given money receipt (For rs.1150/-) and also fails the committment to be given by 20.11.2017.
                                  5. Found leakage of water on 19.11.2017 and asked for repair which remain unattended till to-date.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Aqua guard sales person installed ro hd without demo. It is not providing pure water as assured by him. He assured, it will provide water with 30 tds but it provides water with 160 tds. After several complain a plumber with sales person visited but could not solved issued as he is not a technician.

                                    Now the machine is dead but they are not taking any response. Always committed to solve within 2 working day but not coming till date. It installed on 23 oct'17 & become dead on 19th nov'17. My complain no [protected]
                                    I request for return product as it is not fulfill my requirement.

                                      Despite amc and despite several reminders to customer care, no one from the company (Eureka forbes) has even taken pain to attend the complaint dated 08.11.2017. My customer id is [protected] and my request no. [protected]. This has even forced me to buy a water filter, hoping that some day someone from the company will come and repair my aquagaurd classic.

                                        I, ve purchased water purifier (Enhance model) of your esteemed company. It is regretted to inform that apart from making number of calls for installation no visit was made by your representative. After getting it installed on 07.11.2017 it gave trouble and leakage was observed. Since then, i, m calling service centre every alternate day but till date no visit has been made by any representative of your company. Only result i got from this reputed company that ive been allotted a complaint number that is [protected]. I think i, ve made a very bad decision while purchasing product from such a company which gives no value to its customers. Regards

                                        I have purchased an aquaguard classic model on 07.10.2017 from a sales person under Eureka forbes, durgapur named as RAHUL CHAKRABORTY (Sales Employee No.[protected] . but the product is yet to be installed after repeated fake assurance from the above mentioned person. Also cover not given after accepting full payment of Rs 250.Over 1 month passed
