Dear concern,
My water purifier aquaguard total sensa is not working for last 6 months for this i have lodged many complaint in past vide such as [protected] dt 12.08.2017 and [protected] dated 16.10.2017 but even escalation of these no complaint attend by your company as i already paid amc amt for 2 years. It is a big fraud by your company that money have been collected in name of amc and swrviced not provided for consumers for a very sensitive part of life water. I am totally depends on your water purifier for water but due not working of it i am unable to availed good water for my family due to this a bog provlem faced by me. It is long time for the issue that even escalation your company not takibg the senstive matter seriously due to i am in problem. Now the matter is very serious.. You know that you doing fraud with consumers for not providing services after collecting money in advance as amc. It will reflects action against your com under consumer protection act in court. And needed to refund the amc charges and other losses due the your badly services.
You can serve your views against the complaint as you qull receive a legal notice soon also in media o youe worst services.
I need amc amount or extent amc period for 6 months as you have not delivered services for this period and reimburse amount of rs 10800 that i paid for water during this period for a local water supplier due to non working of your water purifier.

Today a service engineer visited and found that UF not found this means earlier one more carbon filter fitted inplace o[censored]F and it is fraud against customers by the company. UF is costly then carbon filter and water quality also will be affected. AMC charge is taking full but filters not providing all means you people are doing fraud with us. Also today the person visitednot fitted pre filter- Candle..what is this???

There is a big problem with eurekaforbes that they are collecting a big amt approx re 5500/ annualy just for AMC of 1 year and wat they have served for the payment made by me. In last 2 yrs wat services they have provided, pls send your service details that you served against the AMC amount. I m facing services issue for last 4 yrs..even after AMC payment. A big fraud also done by your compaby that will be given in my legal notice...that u will receive soon. I tried many times from other local service providers for services but they refused that only eurekafobes can repair it..pls provide service book details that ur company done...then u check wat u people doing with consumers. And selling products by a reputed name..but in the name of service...last times many people contacted me during escalation but they refused that we will not repair it...u do watever u can...wat is this???

I need the payment that i made for alternate water facility and extention of amc for 6 months...and repair it on priority..and if possible then refund miney of this so that i can purchase a new RO of KENT brand..bcoz u r comp can't provided servuces never.       Sir,
      I have taken a one-year contract from eureka forbes on 21/11/2016 to 20/11/2017. They charged me 1880 for this contract. Even after repeated complaints and requests, no one came to visit my place. I only received sms from them for the renewal of service. This is really frustrating to through all this even after paying. I request to to see into this matter and help me.
      For your information, i am attaching my contract detail.

      Sir,

      Even repeated complaints, no one has visited my place till the date. From Eureka Forbes I received sms on 10th of oct that my service request is [protected] and has been allocated to technician Mr RAHUL JAISWAL ([protected]) When I contact him, he refused and said that he will not come.

      I request you to look into this matter because such product needs after service and I purchased it as its brand name but it turns out to be really frustrating and painful experience to follow them.

        Pathetic service and pathetic product

        I would like to raise a request for the replacement of product immediately as there has been constant problems with the machine.

        Water leakage problem.

        I did contact eureka forbes and lodge a complaint and the unit has been service 3 - 4 times now in 1 month but the issue still persist.

        Every time i log a complaint, like a parrot they keep repeating same stuff that they will send a senior tech to resolve the issue but the same engineer comes every time with blank face and it has got worse now.

        I don't need anymore services and want a replacement unit or a complete refund.

        I guess this eureka forbes company is no more the customer friendly company it used to be when it started water purified business.

        Highly irresponsible response and no technical support

        I demand my issues be resolved with immediate effect or i may take further action.
        I have already made a point to advise any and everyone in my knowledge against buying any product of this company. I am highly disappointed with the performance of their product since beginning.

          I have purchase aquaguard UV+enhance .This particular model has problem loose top lead .So in filtered stored water found cockroach, insects frequently .

          Even service person accepted this about product faulty .But No one from company escalating n not resolving this issue .

            We have raised request to replace broken tap for our water filter 2 weeks back (On 29th nov 2017) and it is not replaced till date.
            We called customer care and the assigned technician multiple times with no luck.
            Customer care team mentions that it will be addressed on priority with no action and technician says that there is no stock available for taps and donot know the date when they will get the stock.
            Tap is such a small part and less value - still this is not being taken care.
            If i call for extension of amc, they will reach us within 2-3 hrs to get the amc renewal amount, but the same kind of response is not shown for any issues in the water filter.
            They are charging hefty price of rs.4800/- per year for renewal - all they do is replace the filters once an year.

            Tap was fixed after about 3 weeks. My question was still not answered - as why would replacing a tap of Rs.100-150/- would take so long -- quoting that there was no inventory.

              I had requested for installation of the product before 11 am. Still the engineer has not visited for installation. After 11 am no one will be there at my residence. I will be reaching the home around 9 to 10 pm. While purchasing the product itself i have made it clear that the product has to be installed before 11 am on 12.12.2017. When i call the engineer he is telling he will reach for installation before 5 pm. Worst service from eureka.

              I have aqugaurd genius purchased on 10.12.2017 for pai international. While purchasing the product itself i have made it clear that the product has to be installed before 11 am on 12.12.2017.

                We have bought the eurekaforbes product few months ago. After sometime problem o[censored]nexpectedly increase in tds in water output started coming in. Multiple times regarding same issue were logged to support team of eurekaforbes. Intially they had taken some corrective measures through repairing i guess. Still problem continued. Then after waiting for long time tds controller was changed. Still suddenly tds reached beyond 600 tds (It should be within range of 100 to 150). And now again they want to try by introducing some valve without giving the guarantee that it would solve the problem once for all. So much money, time, energy just literally wasted and no concrete output.

                Request your intervention at earliest. I will share the email correspondence.

                Your service team at Gandhinagar has contacted me multiple times in the past. Despite of the fact that issue was the same, everytime they would be coming up with some alternative solutions. Even after changing whole TDS controller issue did not resolve. Now they want to introduce some new valve. And height of the issue is even after changing this valve, your so called technical team along with company's management are not sure whether this move of introducing new valve will permanently resolve the issue as they had never confimed me over the email about this although i agreed to cooperate them with the condition that if after changing valve same problem persists they would have to bear the cost of new machine and losses incurred to me till time in form of time, money(Water bottles from local market & energy). But surprisingly they never confirmed this over the email.

                I want to tell your company that i am not the object or a trial R&D instrument wherein your company keep on trying something with "Trial & Error" method. Please send me your company's top escalation email id and i will share the trails of email i had to undergone and ticket logs.

                Please understand the severity of issue and help to do following:
                Either change the product.
                Or Give my money back.

                Now no more interested in any 3rd option which i gave to your technical guys till few days ago.

                    I am shaiju. S, sandhya nivas, ayirakuzhy. P. O, chithara, 691559, kollam, kerala.
                    I have purchased a product as described in the subject box on 4/08/2016 and was installed on 09/08/2016. The unit sl. No is [protected]. I have received a message from your company for the renewal of the warranty period of the product. As per the message i contacted to the service center and i was informed that with an installment of 1880rs/- the service will be activated. As per my booking one of the serviceman named syam kumar (Cell no:[protected]) has received the payment with an contract receipt no:[protected] on 09/08/2017 and claimed that the purifying filter will be serviced/replaced as per the terms and conditions of the warranty period.
                    And till the date 10/12/2017 we have not received any of the services including the cleaning/replacement of the filter as claimed by service center.
                    The product is not providing pure water and the colour of the water has changed to slightly yellowish. I have contacted to the service men several times and he replied that the filter is not provided to them and the it will be delivered shortly. He is repeating this reply for over 4 months. I am disappointed with your service. Kindly resolve this problem.

                      I purchased the aquaguard machine on rent scheme where i need to give post dated 8 cheques of 2100/-... I gave all the cheques and but did not receive the machine. Sale executive also not packing the phone. Customer care also not giving any response. I would suggest dont buy any aayaguard machines from eureka forbes. I[censored] are buying dont go with rent scheme. If you are going for rent scheme, dont give any amount till you get the machine. I also heard that aquaguard team is giving very bad service.

                        Yes.. after fighting so many hurdles I got the bags.. but for 170rs worth of paper bags.. you guys have charged me 500rs delivery charge .. that too 5km distance from my home.

                          I purchased a ro water purifier on 11-10-17. Since they charged me rs.400/- more than the actual price, they told they will refund me the same rs.400/- within a week. I sent a cancelled cheque copy on 27th oct. By whttsup. I contacted mr murali at [protected], mr rafi at [protected] and mr chandrasekhar at [protected]. I rang up more than 100 times, everybody is promising that it will be deposited in my account today but i have been chasing it for the past 1 1/2 months. Still the amount is not deposited.
                          To the same people i complained about a deficiency in the tube from tap to the filter, but it has not been rectified yet.
                          To the same people i complained about not taking back the earlier old water purifier. That also has not been addressed sofar. My general opinion about your company has touched the bottom line. Pl. Rectify dr. S. Lakshminarayanan

                            Please note that I purchased the product from a dealer (MetroAqua, Sector 18, Rohini, Delhi) and this site has no role to play at any stage. I am writing my experience here so that people who are planning to go for Eureka Forbes can think twice before making the mistake.

                            I purchased "Dr Aquaguard Geneus+ In Ro+Uv+Uf Water Purifier" on 30/06/2017 and it was working fine with no issues at all till the time the technician attended it on 14/11/2017. I dialled the customer care of Eureka Forbes ([protected]) and requested for service (request number [protected]) for the RO. A technician visited my place and completed the Service on 14/11/2017 and left. Next day (15/11/2017) we noticed that the drops are falling down from the RO continuously on the floor. Then I made the call to the technician as I got his contact details via SMS received from Eureka. Same day he reached to my place and monitored the machine and suggested some part is not working and needs specific part to be replaced on 16/11/2017 I contacted the technician then he told me that the part is still not available with him and I should contact the customer care for the same. I dialled the Customer Care number on 16/11/2017 highlighting that the issue is not resolved yet hence requested my machine to be replaced with a Brand New model of same machine.

                            On (20/11/2017), the same technician visited TWICE (two times in few hours intervals) again and replaced the parts which he thought may result in machine to reflect the lower ON. But efforts resulted in failure and machine didn't respond, it is still hanging on my wall with no power supply. Later on senior technician visited my place and tried to fix the issue by replacing the PCB and other circuit boards but failed. My machine got the power back on 28/11/2017 but the story doesn't ends here. Next day I heard lot of noise when the machine was refilling the tank. Then the technician attended the complaint on 4th Dec and changed one more part of my machine. To my knowledge 3-4 parts have been replaced in my machine in 20 days when it is only 6 months old. It doesn't feel like I have a new RO though feels like I am using some second hand product.

                            It was clearly visible to me that the water has spilled in entire machine and reached to all possible chipsets/boards which may very soon stop working and may result in fault. Now, I am highly dissatisfied from the service I have received from Eureka Service Centre technician and writing this complaint so that the product I am using can be replaced as I am not willing to keep this faulty machine any longer.

                            The machine is at fault due to the technician who did the Service of it where I have no role to play. Hereby, I request to provide me a new machine as a replacement as the entire fault is from the company side and I don’t' want to be a victim for it.

                            Summay:
                            -Nearly Rs. 5000 per annum as maintenance.
                            -Technicians are not skilled for this machine hence they may bring your machine at fault.
                            -Worse service by customer care
                            -No body takes the responsibility to serve the customer well. Company directs to Dealer and vice versa.
                            -It's you who would need to chase for the updates.

                              I have raised a service request on 1st week of november with request id [protected].. My cutomer id is [protected]. After multiple follow ups through facebook page and customer care, they raised another request with requestid [protected] and autoclosed the previous request without acting on the same. Again after multiple followups, one technician paid a visit and after inspection informed that its an issue with the adapter and since the product is under warranty, adapter should be procured and installed and that it will take 2 -3 days.
                              I have recieved multiple calls from different offices asking the status of my request, but so far my complaint is not rectified.

                                One sangram sahoo had visited my residence on 03.12.2016 and introduced himself as a salesman of dr. Aquaguard water purifier. He insisted me to purchase a dr. Aquaguard water purifier though i was using one aquaguard classic model water filter at that time. I had also extended the warranty of the said aquaguard classic model for three years by paying around rs.5000/-. The salesman told me to purchase the dr. Aquaguard water purifier under buyback policy so that the extended warrantee of the aquaguard classic model will be converted and added to the warranty of the dr. Aquaguard water purifier. Accordingly i had bought one dr. Aquaguard hd+ro+uv+mtds nxt water purifier model vide order no.[protected] dated 03.12.2016 and invoice no.-[protected] dated 08.12.2016 under buyback policy. After installation of the new dr. Aquaguard water purifier, he took away the old aquaguard classic model water filter with him. After so many contacts, i received a letter from one deepak kar, eureka forbes limited, forest park, bharati tower, ground floor, bhubaneswar, wherein it is written as follows:
                                “we feel happy to inform you that as you had purchased aquaguard water purifier under “buy back scheme”, we are offering you extension of warranty (Excluding consumables) for 12 months in addition to the one year manufacturer warranty offered with the new product.”
                                But i am extremely sorry to inform you that since few days back i am getting several sms regarding expiry of the warranty period and reminders to renew the warranty. I am surprised that the extended warranty of one year is not being counted. I am also not getting any service since last few months. One salesman visited my residence last sunday and told me to install the filter candles etc. On payment. He also did not provide any service to the water purifier and went away.
                                I am to note here that when i received some sms for renewal of warranty, i contacted the service centre as well as customer care toll free number. But the response was very disgusting. They simply told me to contact the salesman. When i contacted the salesman sangram sahoo, he told me that he will contact with the office of aquaguard and solve the matter. Till date i have made several contacts with the salesman, service centre, local service centre and customer care number of aquaguard/ eureka forbes limited, but all in vain. Such behavior is not expected from your company and workers. I have lost faith on eureka forbes limited for such behavior and its schemes. The company and its men have cheated me.
                                Hence, i request you to kindly solve the matter immediately or else i shall move the legal forum for getting justice.

                                  My water purifier aquaguard classic. Next service as per amc is due on 26.11.2017. Despite my request nobody has turned out to attend service. I have taken amc with eureka forbes by paying rs.2795.00 on22.10 2016 by cheque no.704575 sbi for amc from 23.10.2016 to 22.10.2018.in this they have done service on 25.5.2017 and next service due on26 11.2017 which not attended sofar. The invoice cum contract receipt number is no.10 dated 22.10.2016.

                                  I brought a vacuum cleaner and it is good so i want it to return it back. As per Eureka Forbes website if the product is un satisfied the return the full amount but so far i raised four times complaints but none of the representative are turn back and i check the local eureka Forbes company the are behaving properly with the customers. And the manager says we cannot give refund and I am not asking from his pocket. The worst experience I faced it from Eureka Forbes pallavaram team and from his manager.

                                    We have purchased aquaguard genius machine two years back. From that day onwards we are facing lots of problems continuously. We have also paid for amc but in spite of that we are not getting proper service. We have registered for machine not working complaint on 25 nov 2017 but the problem is still not resolved because the company people say they don't have new filter parts which have to be replaced. Besides if we call helpline there is a recorded message which registers your complain nobody picks up the phone. It is a very bad experience with this eureka forbes.

                                      I made a service req. To replace aqua guard water purifier filter candles under amc on 20oct2017. Amc taken on 30/8/2017 for two years.

                                      Water purifier model geneus purchaged on 11aug2016.

                                      So far except cleaning of filters your staff not replaced filter candles.

                                      It is brought to my notice you staff collecting new filter candles on name of amc owners and selling out side. You need any proof for this pl. Come to my home and contact me. I will show u.

                                      I made a request to replace candles on 20oct2017. So far i made calls to your call center more than 30 times and informed to bangalore also.

                                      I am requesting u to take action with in day.

                                        Warranty extension date: 15/05/15 is mentioned incorrectly. Contract receipt no: 27761785 contract period : 15/05/17 to 14/05/18 cost of product: 16950/- warranty extension cost: 4505/- service not done as per the contract period. The service which was to be done in the month of september is not completed yet. We are getting messages from company that the service has been completed but it is not so. In spite of several messages they are ignoring.
