I own a eureka forbes steel trendy vacuum cleaner, the reusable dust bag zip is of very cheap quality and it is torn when i try to close it for the first time. When i call up the customer service and requested the new dust bag, the lady rudely told that i can get that at the vendor. Eureka forbes precisely shows a bad presedent to their values customer's by overlooking to their complaints regarding defective supply of devices. Their after sales service department also give a deafear to those complaints as nobody would turnup to repair it exchange the defective devices, though their is under warranty. My water purifier is not working past 11 days. Called up customer service to send their agent with adapter as it could e an adapter problem as the light is not blinking on the adapter.

I have purchase aquaguard magna at emi basis on december 16 but he is saying that i have purchase on aug 16. At the same time after completing the all emi salesman have not given the invoice cash memo. Name of salesman representative is sardul kumar &his code is 9094527. My customer id is [protected]. Hello eureka frobes i am from pune. I submitted request on your site then one engineer contacted me. He installed aqua gaurd enhance to my home and said i will receive invoice on mail. But still i did not get any invoice... We had launched a complaint on 10 september, only the fact that we are in amc th complaint is not served. Tchnician who come to resolve the matter told us that there is some part missing and should contact regional manager, regional manager is hopeless and not attending calls. Hi, i purchase the dr. Magr0+uvoriga 16.06.2017 as rent a gurd eureka forbes scheme pay the quartly amount 2100/- paying rs.3500/- at starting.
Machine was working till 30.07.2017 from installtion on 23.06.2017. At 31.07.2017 machine not working at lodge complaint on 31.07.2017 techinician come on 04.08.2017 check and say the machine have sensor problem, machine not repaired you get new machine. After lot of followup get the machine...

I want strong action to be taken against irresponsible people who fail to understand the emergency of a customer. If you cannot demo of product then why do you sell products. So much time is wasted in getting a product demo for which we have paid....

Respected sir, we have hot and cold eureka forbes water purifier machine at our gym which cost around 80000/-rs after purchasing so costly machine after service was so pathetic that from one week we are facing problem from the machine and the service men has not been sent after complaining their customer care, its not a first time it has happen now several times please check this problem....

I have put amc for the aquaguard ro water purifier. Service due was in june and we made multiple requests for the service since june.
Every time the service engineer claims "the residence is not under his service area".
After 24-30 hours if we try to escalate the issue, we get the message "the service request number is invalid."
We made n number of service requests calls, escalation calls and still its not done yet!...

I have raised complaint on fixing new inlet and outlet pipes of aquagard sensa ro water purifier, renew amc and do servicing..
Everytime customer service agent promises and tell with in next 24 hour problem will be resolved.
But nothing happens. Very worst service.. More than 2 weeks of wait time and always they claim unavailability of pipes as this has been reported during past 2 service visit.. Pathetic service.....

Commitment given by the sales person that within 2 days, delivery & installation will be completed.
