I had raised service request (4 to 5 times form m/o aug, 2017) on telephone calls to m/s dayal enterpries, contract no.[protected], local representative of aquaguard, haldwani, uttarakhand regarding filter change of aquaguard, infinity, water purifier. The concern representative kept dodging me stating that the technician would attend your call by tomorrow or he is on the way but no one has turned up than i had raised a service request...

I am really sorry to say but I have never had such a frustrating experience in my life.

Eureka Forbes has again been unprofessional unethical and an incompetent brand in meeting customer expectations.

After delayed delivery of the product that too because of consumer forum complaint I did expect a faster installation process.

But again after repeated calls and false...

I had purchased dr. Aquaguard magna hd green ro water purifier from eureka forbes aquaguard. Being in bangalore, the service was provided and installed last year in the month of sept 2016.

However, before 1 year had completed, the hd filter which is under amc / warranty replacement needs to be changed as per the technician who had come to visit us.

I bought aquaguard's aquasure ro+uv water filtration system (With 6 ltr storage) and had it installed on my kitchen wall just 2 days ago. But it has been leaking water from the middle of the filter body.
