A service contract was entered into for my vaccum cleaner a/g ecxil vide contract receipt no[protected] dated 07/05/2016 (Person name sanjay, mobile [protected]) for the period from 07/05/16 to 06/05/17. A cheque on sbh no 424663 dt 7.5.16 amounting to rs.1260/- was collected. Though it is more than 1 1/2 years no one turned up. Customer code not filled. Request to attend or resolve.

    I have taken a 3 years amc with eureka forbes for e nova water purifier. I got service against the same only once in october 2016.
    I requested service on 14 nov 2017 vide request number [protected].
    Inspite of repeated requests and the customer care assurance of rep calling me up, no technician or representative has made a visit for servicing.
    This is in contravention to the amc terms.
    I request eureka forbes to take prompt action.

    Thanks for the response of Eureka Forbes. Executives from Eureka Forbes did contact me to assure immediate attention to the service problem by a technician from Nasik. However nothing has happened. There has been no visit or any call from local service center.
    I reiterate that the complaint was given on 14 November 2017 and inspite of 11 days there has been no response.
    This issue is now troubling the health, mentally and financially.
    I request Eureka Forbes for an immediate action.

      I registered a complaint eureka forbes helpline on 18.11.2017 about water not getting stored in the storage area of my water purified aquaguard enhance (Bought in june 2017), which did not materialise, as the call centre executive mismatched my complaint with another product of the company bought by me. After three days, i lodged complaint no. [protected] and [protected] (The first number was told to my by the call centre and the second number was received on my mobile phone). I was assured that my complaint would be taken up on priority within the same day. But even after 27 hours, and after reminding the helpline three times, no one has attended to the complaint. Request to take up the issue on priority.

        Ro plus was purchased recently from neelu electronics, ballia which has gone out of order. Complaint lodged was attended promptly by service centre. The mechanic advised defect in membrane and returned with promise to change. It has not been done even after 4 days of his visit. The product is under warranty. Pl do something and inform what steps you are taking. Regards

              I bought ro in eureka cost 15, 890/- on 03/10/2017 it stops works from 03/11/2017, i gave a complaint person came in a day it was totally dead. Again i registered complaint on 07/11/2017 till now no one came for service. They sold defective product, i gave lot of complaints, service people talking arrogantly, sales people disconnecting call.                 Requested service on 17.11.2017 vide no.[protected], allocated to technician mr. Sourav dawn (M-[protected]) who attended me on 18.11.2017 at my residence, gopalnagar, burdwan.
                1. Repeatedly insisting me to go through amc.
                2. Service is not satisfactory.
                3. Claiming more money than the actual bill. Later said sorry for the mistake.
                4. Not given money receipt (For rs.1150/-) and also fails the committment to be given by 20.11.2017.
                5. Found leakage of water on 19.11.2017 and asked for repair which remain unattended till to-date.

                  Dear sir,

                  Aqua guard sales person installed ro hd without demo. It is not providing pure water as assured by him. He assured, it will provide water with 30 tds but it provides water with 160 tds. After several complain a plumber with sales person visited but could not solved issued as he is not a technician.

                  Now the machine is dead but they are not taking any response. Always committed to solve within 2 working day but not coming till date. It installed on 23 oct'17 & become dead on 19th nov'17. My complain no [protected]

                      I, ve purchased water purifier (Enhance model) of your esteemed company. It is regretted to inform that apart from making number of calls for installation no visit was made by your representative. After getting it installed on 07.11.2017 it gave trouble and leakage was observed.                         This is with reference to purhcase of dr. Aquaguard (Magna). From day1 we are facing problems. First of all installation happened after 2weeks, that too vigorous follow up. Secondly we need to install additional motor pump for water which cost around 2500 extra. What is the use if we are purchasing after investing in such costly model. Now are facing leakage problem. Also taster of water is not good.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I have purchased "reviva ro system" way back on 23rd nov 2002 and taking amc regularly since then. The current amc is also applicable till dec 17. We had been feeling safe with respect to water quality by paying amc charges to eureka forbes from last 15 years.

                          Recently our family started having stomach problems and the taste of water also became salty. The out put of ro was also reducing. We called the engineer, who didn't feel requirement of any correction. Told that water is safe. Just before the deewali, water stopped coming in the ro tank. Since it was a holiday, and services from eureka not available, we had to get the system opened.

                          To our shock, we found out that outdated filters were placed in our ro during service and pre carbon filter was bypassed. Because of this, membrane was totally choked and contaminated. The water we were drinking was of tds more than 800 and was not safe for drinking. The photographs can also be sent.

                          This is a case of cheating and putting our family on health risk knowingly. The biggest surprise is, the company which we were trusting does not have any checking mechanism for such deliberate service lapses done to earn money.

                          We had to stop using this ro system and had to make alternate arrangement. Within amc after paying around 30% of cost of new system, we were supplied outdated filters and the company never made a mechanism to check it. I have been your client for 15 years and never ever anybody from the company visited to take feedback and check the quality of services. Everything has been left to service partners. This is a serious concern for the health of all the customers who are trusting eureka forbes.

                          I have registered three complains which were closed. From last more than a month our ro is not working. Even with repeated complains the engineer came and gone. Escalation mechanism provided on website is not working. Mails written is not answered, not even acknowledged.

                          I have shifted to Ahmedabad. Have been literally begging for some one to come for a installation. We requested the first time on 10.
                          Amazing is your staff who just does not care.
                          We have to be at the receiving end as we have your product.

                            Mr. Raman venkatesh,

                            This complaint is with respect to the amc renewal provided on 15/10/2017.

                            The serviceman dismantled the entire purifier and we got more problems then what was previously happening. He did not fixed it back properly. Water was leaking all over the place.

                            After spoiling the purifier, he even stole an extension which was fixed. We complained to the service centre 5 to 6 times and each time they promised that someone will come to sort it out, but no one came.

                            It will be my duty to spread how bad the experience was over social media if i don't get a satisfactory response.

                                The aquagard.. Classic model.. Is not working well. Only drops of water comes out. It takes 5to 6 hours to fill a small container.
                                It is covered under 3year amc. Now the local office is not responding since 5 months. Please arrange as quick as possible.

                                Please guide your persons in charge of maintenance to visit our residence qrs no 5 r 4. Professor colony. Vssut burla.. Sambalpur... Between 4pm to 8pm. To maintain the water purifier..

                                We are fully troubled due to non response of your local maintenance office.

                                  Hello,
                                  Few weeks back my 6 months old water purifier got complaint and i registered service request, after that few days later one person came and check my aquaguard and he told me that it's adaptor got complaint need to be replaced... And he told me will come back soon after 2 days... But till now no response from him... I called him and he is saying he doesn't have that adaptor... I really fedup following up with these guys... No one from eureka trying to help to sort it out... Waste service...

                                  Like below i have created many service request through aquaguard portal but no response... Only messages came from aquaguard but no service person.. Not sure why they are not ready to provide service...

                                  This is not the first bad experience with this company, initially while i book this product some of them tried to cheat me replacing some other old product. Don't trust this company...

                                  Cooperation is always there, other wise I could have thrown this Eureka water purifier on road side, ..Ur Chennai service is too too too too waste to compare...no customer service manager responsible for customer questions...all guys will run home when we book new unit after that no one ready to help out our unit problems...I will wait 10 more days ..i[censored] can't fix my purifier problem with out any dialogue please give me my money back and take the unit from me...thanks

                                    My water purifier needs servicing and the pipe is leaking. Called your toll free no. But till date no response. It is almost 3 weeks since.. I have signed service contract with your company a year ago and the technician who attended promised to check the appliance whenever there was a problem. 3 weeks ago the pipe started leaking and also the music stops suddenly and restarts,
                                    Why?? So i called the toll free no. Twice and they assured the technician will attend for servicing, but no... Please follow up and call me on [protected] or [protected] urgently. Patiently waiting for a quick response.

                                      As i have taken amc services for two years of rs. 8100.00 from aquagauard for my aquagauard reviva, but as my address change i inform to aquagauard costmer care on august 2017, for my filter change and services to new address, after that i regularly call calls aquagaurd costmer care more than 20 times & every time executive tell services will do within 2 days by aquagaua d technician. But till now i waiting for aquagauard executive or technician when they visit to my home for services.
                                      Aquagauad doing fraud after taking money from costmers fro amc.
                                      As i have more than 5 complaints/followup no. For this i am regularly followup with aquagauard but every times aquagauard making full to costmer & till now no one from aquagauard visit for amc services.

                                        I purchased aquaguard magna hd ro+uv on 28 december 2016 by your authorised dealer in my city.. I paid 18490 for my aquaguard magna hd ro+uv.. After 8 month a green light is start burning in spite of blue i called the authorised aquaguard technician for solving the problem. When he opened my aquaguard magna then he find that my uv chamber is missing ldr which is inside the water tank is also missing sv is not working well.. He solve the green light problem by resetting the system and said that i was cheated by the authorised aquaguard dealer from where i purchased it.. I asked him how to solve my problem he gave me a number of mr sourav who is head of him. I call mr sourav who gave me number of cgl of my area mr shashi srivastava.. I call him he told me to wait for 2 days and after 2 days he call me and said that it was my mistake that i purchased from an authorised aquaguard dealer.. I am totally upset with.. I send mail to eureka forbes two times but not get good response i was cheated by the authorised aquaguard dealer.. Please help me to solve my problem..

                                        142 hours passed I get only a call from Aquaguard head of varanasi region and nothing else... I thing this type of solution Eureka Forbes gives to their consumers who do cheated by an authorised Eureka Forbes dealer.. Consumer forum plateform is not good enough to provide me justice against the fraud done by Eureka Forbes.

                                        I thing Eureka Forbes company remove several parts of their water purifier and sell them for making more profits.. Local water purifier companies are very good compare to Eureka Forbes.. i have only one thing to say about Eureka Forbes " Naam bade aur Darshan chote"... Shashi Srivastava give me assurance that within 3-4 days my problem will be solved.. But yet nothing is done by Sales head varanasi region MR shashi Srivastava.. first time i complain against any fraud by the company but i thing consumer forum plateform is not able to provide me justice against the fraud done by Eureka Forbes..
