Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased "reviva ro system" way back on 23rd nov 2002 and taking amc regularly since then. The current amc is also applicable till dec 17. We had been feeling safe with respect to water quality by paying amc charges to eureka forbes from last 15 years.
Recently our family started having stomach problems and the taste of water also became salty. The out put of ro was also reducing. We called the engineer, who didn't feel requirement of any correction. Told that water is safe. Just before the deewali, water stopped coming in the ro tank. Since it was a holiday, and services from eureka not available, we had to get the system opened.
To our shock, we found out that outdated filters were placed in our ro during service and pre carbon filter was bypassed. Because of this, membrane was totally choked and contaminated. The water we were drinking was of tds more than 800 and was not safe for drinking. The photographs can also be sent.
This is a case of cheating and putting our family on health risk knowingly. The biggest surprise is, the company which we were trusting does not have any checking mechanism for such deliberate service lapses done to earn money.
We had to stop using this ro system and had to make alternate arrangement. Within amc after paying around 30% of cost of new system, we were supplied outdated filters and the company never made a mechanism to check it. I have been your client for 15 years and never ever anybody from the company visited to take feedback and check the quality of services. Everything has been left to service partners. This is a serious concern for the health of all the customers who are trusting eureka forbes.
I have registered three complains which were closed. From last more than a month our ro is not working. Even with repeated complains the engineer came and gone. Escalation mechanism provided on website is not working. Mails written is not answered, not even acknowledged.

Updated by Pushpendra Laad Issue still not resolved. I am wasting my time by calling. Eureka executives are totally non responsive.
