I was sold the latest water purifier on october 23rd 2016 by a sales person who brought the machine himself and came and installed it. It stopped working within a week. Ever since we have been calling and complaining and no one is bothered. One guy came and checked it and said some part needs replacement which is not available. This is within the 30 day money back warranty. Please refund the amount or issue a working machine!! This is urgent!! Phone number [protected]

    We were purchased aqua sure ro+uv (Aquaguard) at arani town two years back. However last june’ 2017 we were requested service complaint at vellore regarding ro purifier not functioning. Service technician visited and replaced the membrane and charged inr. 3825 even not measured the water hardness level. After replaced membrane from day 1 ro purifier not fuctioning well and issue still not yet resolved. We have again tried service technician not proper respond. Again we have tried through aquasure purifier retail store who supplied the purifier and another technician visited & reported that water pump found defected which was already defected during replacing the membrane and second technician said earlier membrane found okay and motor only defected like that. Now again they are asking motor replacing cost and service charge around inr 4000.
    This is 100% service technician mistake and which is not acceptable. Kindly take action regarding this.

    Today Aqua guard representative called us and he was not agreed for free of replacement of the water pump which was already explained you that it was 100% service mistake and need free of replacement of water pump. Now he was not agreed. Please provide the right solution.

      I had purchsed your ro eureka magna ro plus uv two years back. From last two montha i am tryibg to contact your servicr station for renewal of amc. I have appkied it online also. But i am feeling that it is very tough for you people to get amc renewed. Some day or other day i am receiving calls grom your team that they wll visiy my home for getting amc renewed buy noone is free enough to come, i suppose. Last week i was told that before renewal of amc i need to get noc from your company. Which was not told to me. Then i applied for it also but now after one week i learnt new thing tgat i need to pay 3000 rs more for grtting noc from your company. It was never told to ne at thr time of purchase oherwise i was more interested in buying the ro on cash.

      I must told you that your team members are misselling the product n spoiling your brancch image

      The service i get from your people now i am very much sure that i will noy buy any produxt not recommend anyone

      I hope youu will look into this matter n help me

        Below is the copy of complaint sent by mail to customer care. It was lodged on 12/11/2017. It has neither been attended nor acknowledged.

        I have 3 years of amc expiring on 04/03/2020.
        Ever since you have outsourced your services it is very difficult to get any issue solved nor the franchise is helpful.

        I lodged a complaint with the local franchise on m. No. [protected] on 30/10/2017 at 1 pm. But upto now the service person has not attended,

        I tried to register complaint by giving a miss call time and again. I am getting error 503.

        I tried to register complaint on another site, but i am not able to fill my mobile no. It does not get edited. So i am not able to register from there too.

        Can you please see.

        My contract receipt no.[protected] dated 05/03/2017.

        There was a time when while registering complaint from rmn, the operator used to address you by your name. He had entire records. Now sadly things have got really bad.

          As per contract receipt no.26552085 dated 25.08.2016, eureka forbes is supposed to provide maintenance service of water purifier for two years. But, they did not turn up for required service after 25.08.2016. I have contacted the said company over phone to provide service as per contract. But, still service not provided. Company is not responding properly. As such, i have been harrassed.

            I bought a car air purifier (Aerogaurd fresh) on 19/10/17... Useless product.
            I bought it from their dealer in noida sangam electronics sector 18
            The company website says 30 days money back policy.. After numerous visits to the dealer and a lot of phone calls to eureka forbes customer care (Which is the most useless in this country) nothing has been done.. Customer care says the dealer will take it back the dealer says speak to the company do whatever you want i will not take it back.

            I also have a slip from a eureka forbes service agaent saying product not satisfactory kindly refund.. Still nothing has happened...

            On 19/11/17 30days will be over then they will say u didnt come.. All my complaint numbers are with me.. I will post this on twitter and make sure no one buys eureka forbes and no one goes to this dealer

              My ro - acquaguard enhance, has not been maintained since more than 5 months now, unlike every 3 month mandatory service that was generally provided. I have complained on your toll-free number numerous times since, in last 1 month but to no avail. Every time i am told that the executive will contact me within 48 hours but there has been no call from anybody.

              These are the complain reference numbers i have got on smss from your company on my mobile.

              [protected] - 24/10/17
              [protected] - 6/11/17
              [protected] - 9/11/17
              Every time i have been told that the reference number is in some body else's name. How can that happen?

              I even talked to the senior supervisor of the call center mr. Sonu mahato on 9th nov 2017. He promised to escalate the matter and get back to me within 48 hours (Again!) and again, nothing has been done.

              In the meantime the quality of water from my ro has deteriorated and now it tastes different. Both my husband and i had viral fevers and are currently having severe bout of coughing which can be attributed to the poor quality of water.

              I have sent 2 emails too to the customer care center. I got standard reply from the computer.

                I am having a dr. Aquaguard water purfying machine which i bought for 10k - 2 years back. I am being demanded 4000 rs. For changing the candles every year or compelled to go in for an amc.

                I cannot afford to such a high cost of maintainence.

                Let me know where the candles are available in chennai in open market. I would like purchase and replace them myself.

                    Our dr. Aquaguard magna water purifier from eureka forbes is not working properly. As we are asking for refund the money back to us.

                    We are already asked replacement of the water purifier, but the service people are not responding to the customers and they are talking very rude and badly to the customers.

                    We are fed up with the service which is providing by the eureka forbes and also suggest not to go for buying any eureka forbes product...

                      Subject: To inform you our inconvenience about your service.
                      This is to inform you about our suffering due to your improper service. We are a Eureka Forbes customer having your model INFINITY purchased on 19.12.2011.
                      We were continuously taking your service for candle change and servicing (cleaning). Last we extended our warranty (AMC 3yrs) on 01.06.2015 and paid 4470 rupees amount for the same which included 3 times candle change and 3 times servicing in 3yrs (01.06.2015 to 31.05.18). As per this scheme we were expecting 3 times candle change where as the candle is been changed only one time till date and in the name of candle change the serviceman took out the candle, cleaned it and fix it again.
                      The next time service men visited us in the month of May 2017 it was a candle change due and he gave the reason that candle is not available now and said “whenever Eureka Forbes company will provide us candle then he will be changing it.” And the next he visited on 13.11.2017 for servicing. So this shows that company was not able to provide any candle for 5 months or else somewhere the service men are cheating the company and not providing customers the service.
                      Today we are using an expired candle in our Aquaguard even though we have paid the full amount beforehand. As our Aquaguard is in warranty and due to this expired candle if any of our family member or any person consuming this water and it effects on the persons health hence the company is responsible to whatever happens.
                      This is to intimate you if you are giving servicing work contract to any company. The company is cheating your customers by fooling them. Either you need to take action or else we will have to take action by reporting consumer court for sufferance and cheating.

                        I bought water purifier in april2017. Till now i have raised so many complaints. Each and every time service people come and tell different issues and finally they clean the inner membranes and go.. Again i get the same issue. I raise complaint.. Main problem is it takes more than two hours to fill the tank capacity.. Service is very bad.. They are not sure on what is the issue but they just clean and go. Product is also not good. Please replace the prodict. I have the purchase number also.. Very bad service

                          Eureka Forbes are fraud people. The customer care to service people even you complaint to the customer support head. They all are rude and very very pathetic in customer service and satisfaction. If you complaint them they say " to aap dusra water purifier laga lo na" So I switched to Kent. They don't want to hold on to there customers nor they have attitude to be with them. The company has sick policies. Actually its just a name to say policy but they are looting people. Just because they had been first movers in the series of purifiers they think they can manipulate. But its an request to everyone Boycott them. They don't deserve to be in market.

                            I am writing to you with regard to the poor (Worst) service experience we have had recently with your product service team. We purchased an aquaflow dx water purifier in april from gurgaon market. It stopped functioning in last week of october 2017. We called the customer care and mr shiv kumar verma visited our home (Apna enclave, railway road, gurgaon) for inspection. He told us that the pcb has damaged and will have to be replaced. He promised to get back to us next day and its been almost 3 weeks now. Initially when we called him he used to say i will come tomorrow. Now he has stopped taking the calls. Area in-charge mr ganesh rawat is of no help as well (He is not picking the phone since more than a week now). Kindly note that the product is still in warrantee period.

                            I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently since our family is deprived of drinking water since three weeks now.

                                This is the second time i have to complain about the company i received the watch as free gift from eureka forbes co. After i brought a water purifier. Even after complaining about the company i still received a fake watch... What is going on i am going to lodge a complaint against the co.in consumer forum thats it.. I know what a original watch looks like and they have delivered a fake watch for the second time. Provogue is a brand and there is no logo not a single branding on it.. You can check what a original watch looks like along with the images attached.. You can see there is no logo on the watch.
                                I have checked it on the provogue website about how the watch looks like and the watch which i have been delivered is absolutely a fake watch.

                                  This dr aqua guard so called they don't have trained professional guys recruited in their service center and also not trained technician vecause this guys don't care for customers issues.
                                  I have bought aqua guard when i called for servicing firstly this guys sendef technician very late. That is after so many days another thing i had told them service center guys to send their tecnician at 3 to 4 pm. But technician came in morning 11:20 am. Ok then i again called service center a lady picked phone i told i had given specific time. The lady started telling me technician is staying at naigaon again when i told that lady to send technician today that is on same day at my specific time, that lady is shouting at me saying technician will not come today, try whatever u can.
                                  U guys can think now how eureka forbes provide service to their customers.

                                    Worst customer service ever. They are not bothered once the product is told. Aquaguard is leaking from 15 days. Has spoiled kitchen cabinets. Still the problem is unresolved and they do no even want to replace it. Disappointed with aquaguard service. Do not buy their products

                                      I have purchased aqua guard geneus and installed on 15th nov 2016 at flat no. 204, radhe govind towers, block-1, near psr garden function hall, pothireddy pally cross roads, sangareddy, telangana. Pin code: 502295 by jyothi associates (Authorised service center for eureka forbes ltd.) contact no. [protected].

                                      After a few days the booster pump stopped working. After a breakdown of 15 days, they changed a booster pump of less capacity, which stopped working after 20 days. I raised the issue and posted complaint in this forum on 30th jan 2017. Which reads as
                                      "booster pump issue
                                      Complaint no [protected] dated 23rd jan 2017. After making 20 to 30 calls and posting in fb and you tube at last, on 30.01.2017 at 14.20 hrs technician came, checked and told booster pump has to be replaced. Original booster pump which came along with the machine was 69bb5-e4e-b02/e100-1bp-1024 whose capacity is 1.6 liters/min. I purchased the machine in nov 2016 and the booster pump has gone within one month.in the first week of dec technician replaced with a booster pump of capacity 600 ml/min. So, i have not permitted the technician to take the original damaged pump which is 1.6 liters/ min capacity. It is still with me. Now the booster pump is to be replaced. The technician attended is very rude and demanding service charge. I refused to pay as it is under warranty. He said he will never come again. Now god only knows from when the aquaguard geneus will work and i will get safe drinking water."

                                      After your intervention they changed the pump with the original one. Total breakdown of 15 days.

                                      Ater a few days again a breakdown and they changed chip after a breakdown of 9 days.

                                      Again on 15th oct 2017, i made service request reference no is [protected], but they have not attended. I contacted them on 16th oct 2017 again, and a fresh request no. [protected] is raised and not attended. Again i called on 18th oct 2017 and a fresh service request no. [protected] is raised and the problem attended on 4th nov 2017. A breakdown of 21 days resulted.

                                      So, altogether there is a breakdown of about 60 days.

                                      Hence i am requesting you to extend warranty by 60 days and pay me the money as i purchased water from outside or 60x 40=2400 + a compensation of rs 10, 000 for the mental tensions and heated arguments, the phone calls i made to get my machine repaired.

                                      Now my warranty expires on 14th nov and i want to pay for amc. But eureka forbes is not allowing me to do so from the last 30days by saying i am not a registered customer. I am herewith pasting all the mails.

                                        1) firstly, eureka forbes is not registering me as their registers customer.

                                        2) the machine was under breakdown and not attended promptly for 4 times causing a total breakdown of 60 days.

                                        3) so, i am requesting you to extend warranty for a period of atleast 60 days and pay me some amount as compansation for the inconvinience caused by you and forced us to drink unsafe water and subjected to mental tensions.
