My aquaguard reviva ro+uv machine stopped working, so i had requested for service and a technician has visited. He told me that a water booster pump need to be installed and charged me 3500 total (300 approx for water booster+ 450 approx for paid service). That booster pump stopped working after few days, so i called technician, but he told me to raise new request.
There after i raised complaint, but no one visited. I called customer support again and again, and they kept on taking my follow up requests. Now its been 1 month, no technician has visited.
I have been purchasing drinking water from shops, despite having my own aquaguard.
Further later i called site incharge (Mr mahesh) and area manager (Mr praveen), but i guess they don't pick calls. I guess eureka forbes has taken them as special employees.
