This is the second time i have to complain about the company i received the watch as free gift from eureka forbes co. After i brought a water purifier. Even after complaining about the company i still received a fake watch... What is going on i am going to lodge a complaint against the co.in consumer forum thats it.. I know what a original watch looks like and they have delivered a fake watch for the second time. Provogue is a brand and there is no logo not a single branding on it.. You can check what a original watch looks like along with the images attached.. You can see there is no logo on the watch.
I have checked it on the provogue website about how the watch looks like and the watch which i have been delivered is absolutely a fake watch.
You check the images the original one how it looks and what i have been delivered.

    This dr aqua guard so called they don't have trained professional guys recruited in their service center and also not trained technician vecause this guys don't care for customers issues.
    I have bought aqua guard when i called for servicing firstly this guys sendef technician very late. That is after so many days another thing i had told them service center guys to send their tecnician at 3 to 4 pm. But technician came in morning 11:20 am. Ok then i again called service center a lady picked phone i told i had given specific time. The lady started telling me technician is staying at naigaon again when i told that lady to send technician today that is on same day at my specific time, that lady is shouting at me saying technician will not come today, try whatever u can.
    U guys can think now how eureka forbes provide service to their customers.

      People concerned from bangalore service: suresh, vinay, acchuta, naveen, chandan, ambarish, mohan.

      Worst customer service ever. They are not bothered once the product is told. Aquaguard is leaking from 15 days. Has spoiled kitchen cabinets. Still the problem is unresolved and they do no even want to replace it. Disappointed with aquaguard service. Do not buy their products

      Worst customer service ever. They are not bothered once the product is sold. Aquaguard is leaking from 15 days and still the problem is unresolved and they are not even ready to replace it. Do not buy their products. Kent is much better.

      They keep saying they will make it fine and responsibilities keep transferring. Do not believe them while buying. They did not even have a drill to install tap. Half installation they do and rest you have to take care

        I have purchased aqua guard geneus and installed on 15th nov 2016 at flat no. 204, radhe govind towers, block-1, near psr garden function hall, pothireddy pally cross roads, sangareddy, telangana. Pin code: 502295 by jyothi associates (Authorised service center for eureka forbes ltd.) contact no. [protected].

        After a few days the booster pump stopped working. After a breakdown of 15 days, they changed a booster pump of less capacity, which stopped working after 20 days. I raised the issue and posted complaint in this forum on 30th jan 2017. Which reads as
        "booster pump issue
        Complaint no [protected] dated 23rd jan 2017. After making 20 to 30 calls and posting in fb and you tube at last, on 30.01.2017 at 14.20 hrs technician came, checked and told booster pump has to be replaced. Original booster pump which came along with the machine was 69bb5-e4e-b02/e100-1bp-1024 whose capacity is 1.6 liters/min. I purchased the machine in nov 2016 and the booster pump has gone within one month.in the first week of dec technician replaced with a booster pump of capacity 600 ml/min. So, i have not permitted the technician to take the original damaged pump which is 1.6 liters/ min capacity. It is still with me. Now the booster pump is to be replaced. The technician attended is very rude and demanding service charge. I refused to pay as it is under warranty. He said he will never come again. Now god only knows from when the aquaguard geneus will work and i will get safe drinking water."

        After your intervention they changed the pump with the original one. Total breakdown of 15 days.

        Ater a few days again a breakdown and they changed chip after a breakdown of 9 days.

        Again on 15th oct 2017, i made service request reference no is [protected], but they have not attended. I contacted them on 16th oct 2017 again, and a fresh request no. [protected] is raised and not attended. Again i called on 18th oct 2017 and a fresh service request no. [protected] is raised and the problem attended on 4th nov 2017. A breakdown of 21 days resulted.

        So, altogether there is a breakdown of about 60 days.

        Hence i am requesting you to extend warranty by 60 days and pay me the money as i purchased water from outside or 60x 40=2400 + a compensation of rs 10, 000 for the mental tensions and heated arguments, the phone calls i made to get my machine repaired.

        Now my warranty expires on 14th nov and i want to pay for amc. But eureka forbes is not allowing me to do so from the last 30days by saying i am not a registered customer. I am herewith pasting all the mails.

          1) firstly, eureka forbes is not registering me as their registers customer.

          2) the machine was under breakdown and not attended promptly for 4 times causing a total breakdown of 60 days.

          3) so, i am requesting you to extend warranty for a period of atleast 60 days and pay me some amount as compansation for the inconvinience caused by you and forced us to drink unsafe water and subjected to mental tensions.

            I am using aquaguard water purifier model maxima ro + uf.
            The machine is under warranty.
            Since 25/10/2017 the machine is not working. I have lodged complaint with service centre on 26/10/2017 but till date the complaint is not resolved. I have made several enquiries with service centre but till date my complaint t is not attended. Due to this i am facing severe inconvinience and really upset with the product quality and service.
            I once again request you to resolve it immediately. I am also approaching consumer forum with this complaint.

              I have an acquasure water purifier from acquaguard at my residence at
              203 shubh trident, canal road, vesu, surat, gujarat
              Since april, 2017.
              The equipment is under a 3 years service contract (Signed on 25.12.2016). It has not been serviced since then.
              The equipment was earlier installed at
              38 maitry row houses
              At the time of entering into service contract. It was later shifted to my current
              Residence in april 2017 (First week).
              The change in address was informed to service hqs at banalore who have confirmed that they have updated this in their data base.
              I hv bn trying since july, 17 for contracted service.
              Mr ajay ([protected]) used to service at old address. When contacted he
              Informed that the equipment would now be serviced by another franchise.
              Contacted new franchise but there is no response,
              I have also contacted surat service head mr malav doshi ([protected]) by
              Sms (As phone is either busy or no one answers when it free).
              I am disappointed with the service for which eurekaforbes has contracted.

              There is not even courtesy of a reply to provide contracted service.

                My vaccum cleaner is not working and i had placed a compliant, but only assurance is given fron service team and no body is attending the problem, even escalation has failed, when spoke to escalation team they say we will call back and nothing happen, then the same process repeats every time i call.
                To make a salesthere representive will come in 1 hour but the service team will not respond even after 10 reminders. Hopeless. Every time they create a new compliant number and do know, they might be closing previous compliants even without attending.

                  With due respect I wish to submit that I had purchased a new Aquaguard on 05.11.2017, from CSD Canteen vide Bill No-060314 dated 05.11.2017 11:10 AM (3 BRD Air Force Chandigarh). Till date the same is not installed at my residential address mentioned below. The details of my address was already taken by the Air Force CSD Canteen Officials and they assured that the equipment will be installed by next day. The matter was again taken up on 06.11.2017, and they assured the installation on 07.11.2017. Hope so that the equipment is installed on the date assured by Canteen Officials else I am bound to take the matter to appropriate authority. Details of the equipment is attached with this mail for your information please:
                  H No.-4071 A, Central Excise & Customs Colony, Sector-37 C, Chandigarh-160036. Till the time the said equipment is not installed even after telephonic complaint made vide [protected] and [protected] on the telephone number [protected].                     Since from last one week we have been contacting telephonically to the office of acquaguard agency, margao & panajim regarding entering into amc of newly installed acquaguard at konkan rail academy, near madgaon railway station, margao goa, but till date no one has turn up. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and arrange for amc for the said machine please.

                      Complaint number [protected] booked on 26.10.2017 not yet resolved.
                      Mother board issue. The engineer has not come.
                      Even customer care is lying they are sending an engineer.
                      But no one has come.
                      We have registered a complaint no. [protected] on 26.10.2017 for repair of our water purifier.
                      The engineer came on the same day and told that the mother board is to be replaced and it takes one week for mother board to come.
                      Since then it has been 15 days and there has been no communication from either the engineer and there is no response from the customer care call centre. They are telling we will send engineer today and that today has never come.
                      I have escalated the complaint twice but there is still no response.
                      We are still in doubt whether the order for mother board is been given or not by these workers. This is very poor service.
                      This is the last reminder before going to the consumer court.
                      We are under amc and still such a poor service.
                      This has hurt us a lot and the image of eureka forbes has fallen down.
                      We are fed up and planning to change the water purifier.

                        I have given complaint on dated[protected] for service of my ro+uv+enhance, but after 50 days, no engineer visit on my house for free service of my ro. As given by you 3 free service in a year by you.

                        This is too much time for a good company.

                        I have purchase the eureka forbes due to best company. But you guys are like a third class behavior. I am totally unhappy with you. I am going to the consumer forum for this.

                          (This email was sent to eureka forbes support before 15th sept.)
                          Sales order number: [protected], customer code: [protected]

                          I would like to raise a request for the return of the product immediately. Trying to reach the sales person has been pain.

                          There are quite a few reasons for the unsatisfactory product:
                          A) product itself is not as per expectation.

                          B) excess amount charged is yet to be refunded. Card was swiped but then sales person approached saying because of gst, we cannot accept card payment. I provided him cheque with a commitment that the refund would be initiated in a weeks time. Now when i try to call him he says... 'main kya kar sakta hoon sir.. Maine email bhej diya hai'. I'm constantly pursuing him with for this.
                          (This was finally done on sept 19th after more than a month of making excess payment)

                          Before sales, its like customer is the boss, calling him every now and then to make the deal happen. After sales, sales person thinks they fooled the customer and happy to achieve their target and get their incentive.

                          C) at the time of sale, i was committed that the product would be installed in 3 days. It took more than 15 days for the product to arrive.
                          In between, when i confronted the sales person and asked him to cancel the order because of delay. He told that he will get the discount in cash for the money being spent on of bottled water for the period, the product is not installed.
                          Again a big lie.

                          I guess this eureka forbes company is no more the customer friendly company it used to be when it started water purified business. I'm surprised at their behavior now, comparing it with the behavior when eureka started this business and we were very few customers in our town for their blue color old model.

                          On 19th sept, i have already informed eureka team that the cheque payment has been stopped.

                          Its more than 2 working days(Thursday/Friday) and I havent received any call.

                          Additionally despite me clearly mentioning that the payment has been stopped, the cheque was presented to the Bank.

                          Let me see what is lowest benchmark Eureka Team can set in support.

                          No service given within promises of 48 hours. It us.more than 36 hours now. Lame excuses. False commitment of callback that has never happened.
                          Company, call centre, service centre, technicians are not talking to each other and customers are de prices of basic services.
                          Awful excuse.

                          Hi Rini,
                          Eureka Forbes seems to be becoming sham company. I too have not received any response so far.
                          There are very few unsatisfactory customers who raise their complaint and we need to raise each complaint separately. you have responded to my complaint when reporting your issue, thus it does not show correct figures.
                          Could you please raise your complaint as a seperate thread? Everyone should know of the awful experience.

                            Aug 2017 we bought eureka forbes vacuum cleaner with price 14796rs. They delivered invoice bill after one month but product number is wrong.. We contact through customer care and technician phone number who gave demo... But no response... Till today.. We want correct details of invoice bill... We called so many times no response from company side... Worst customer care..

                              I bought the water purifier genious + on 20/11/2017. From xpert ro systems. Kk nagar. Chennai. With in 20 days of time it started leaking. The actual price of the unit is 23490.00rs. But they charged 24000.00. Today one person so called technician came n tried to rectify it. But in the evening again same problem exist. So really i have a doubt that are they trained technician from eureka forbes? In the market they have very bad name that service is not good. I thought it s competetors gimic to get the market. But it s true that the trchnicians are not at all trained and they are verymuch interested in selling the outside filter which is not from eurekaforbes.. So sad.. Hey eureka forbes, u will have bad time because of your technicians as well as ur bad quality product.

                                Yesterday morning i have called to customer care for installation of aquagaurd and as per conversation with in 24 hours your executive will install the same. But from yesterday no one came in my house for installation. 8-10 times i have call to customer care and told them to sent some one for installation on urgent basis. But still no reply from your side.

                                  I bought a vacuum cleaner euroclean wd x2, in the first week of april-2017. Mr, kothandan is the sales person, he was nice to the customer till getting the cheque, after that to get him for the first demo it took me about a week.
                                  When he brought the demo kit he said it will take 2 hrs for the entire demo, which he promissed to do upon purchase of the machine. After the machine was delivered to me he gave a training for 15 min and said he is in a hurry to attened the other customer. I lodged the complint to customer service on 16.8.2017,

                                  Ms madhavi from customer care spoke to me and promissed to get mr kothandan for demo, he spoke to me after a week are so. But they were not serious about the compliant, they kept asking why did i lodged the compliant? Till date no news from them.
                                  I want to know is this the commoitment you have towards the customer?
                                  What is the role of the custer care?
                                  Don"t you have tracking system to handle the customer compliants?
                                  I have asked many times, you have not served the customer - you ask we serve - your tag line does'nt prove it. I am very sorry to say this. What is the problem?

                                  I write this mail with lot of agony and frustration, i bought this machine against my husbands advise, he always complaints about eureka forbes, now it has come true.

                                  I have dust allergy that is the reason for purchasing the euro clean, but i am not able to use it with out proper demo from april onwards.

                                  This the 2 vaccum cleaner i am buying from eureka, already i have bought 3 water purifiers, nerver had a such bad experience.

                                  With great pain i am writing to you, hope some thing is done. Pls do not ask ms. Madhavi or mr. Kothandan to talk to me again. I am fed up.

                                    We have lodged complaints for routine amc check up of aquaguard water purifier on but technician came after 7 days, inspected n told that some parts to be replaced n hi is getting from office n come back on next day. But since last 15 days no body is attending complain n resolving the same we have to bring purified water jars from market for daily use.
                                    Eureka people have no care of consumers. Service rating is zero. What standards they are following to serve
                                    Customers is not available. They should be penalized for negligence in service as service is connected to health of families.

                                        Aquasure nano ro machine we applied for amc for 1 year within 10 days water does not comes and a service person changed the solinod valve and immediately within 1 hr again the same problem. Just a month ago they called us repeatedly to apply for amc once completed the procedure and payment process they are not bothering of the problems in my aquasure machine
