Dear sir
We nayana saptasagar and family is a proud and valued customer of your products and using water purifier since many years. We purchased dr ag enernity wp system (Item code - gwpddetrn00000) for rs. 12, 490/- (Tax invoice no. [protected] dtd.[protected] on[protected] receipt no.[protected] from your sales team ms. Arpana pawar and her senior mr. Kishor sutar from sangli office, maharashtra. They gave demo of the system at our house in balajinagar and informed about company's guarantee, warranty and free service amc etc.. We really very happy and purchased the above mentioned wp system from them.
At the time of purchase we enquired about our old wp systems filter candle to be fitted so that we can use that filter in my native place. Both ms. Arpana and khishor assured even guaranteed to provide the candle within one or two months max.
Our compliant is -
1. After installation of the system, neither ms. Arpana nor mr. Kishor took feedback from us, informed about the free services, initiated the free service and maintenance even after our phone calls to ms. Arpana. This is the tenth month of purcchase of the system, even your service and maintenance team
Not turned out.
2. Regarding about filter candle of our old wp system, we enquired number of times with ms, arpana but all in vain.
3. Lastly today,[protected], at 2.00pm we visited your sales office at sangli and met mr. Gajanan gaikwad and enquired about ms. Arpana and mr. Kishore, we informed that they were left for home. I called ms. Arpana and kishore but their response was embarrassing, which lead me to launch this complaint..
This this experience from your team was unexpected fro me, which may lead to negativity about eureka forbes. We request you to please look into this matter and inform the concerned to attend the complaint on top priority.
