My complain is still unresolved, it has been more than 25 days but your service provider is not attending my call,
Very bad experience from eureka forbes.

Even i have not received proper maintenance service even after doing amc.

If problem not resolved, will be taking legal action.

Try solving problem asap.

    I purchased a water purifier in mar/april 2017 from a dealer (Bajaj electronics) and product is still under warranty. One of the filter got jammed with water dust / mud. I raised a service request, the technician visited but was not able to rectify the problem fully and saying that one of the filter has to be replaced.

    On enquiring if this filter-replacement is under warranty as over-all product is under warranty, to my surprize, he said "no". Then the question is: what is covered in one-year of of product warranty?

      I would like some one from eureka to pick up the aquaguard unit that i bought from eureka and took delivery on 12 july. I lodged a return request complaint (Ref #[protected]) on 12 july and no one has contacted me till now. I tried to reach the online purchase hotline and could not get through to anyone. I tried to contact the branch manager, via phone and he will not answer the calls. I am desperately trying to get someone to answer my request. Please help me with my return of the equipment. I am very disappointed in the service..

        Your Salesman Tukaram Salgaonkar- 9094774 convinced us that your product and service is best, though we wanted to buy KENT water purifier.Under your invoice no [protected] on 3.5.17 thr product was supplied through your Porvorim Bardez Goa Sales Office and our problems started.
        From day one the product was leaking hence atleast on half a dozen times we requested for replacement, though your office was keen on sending different technicians and rather repair it.I have record to show that 4 to 5 different technicians tried to prevent leakage, by taping /bandaging the product from inside.
        During the last 5 months atleast 20 to 30 times we have spoken to your salesman, and he promised to replace.Your branch manager Mr Santosh Niloji just last week (on 23.9.17) promised me that within a couple of days my purifier will be replaced.
        To my utter regret both of them they have refused to take my calls, thus showing utter disregard to your reputation and your customers.
        Earlier in the past also while giving the feedback I have given this data to you, lodging complaint for replacement and have the complaint number assigned by you.I also have all records for the facts stated above.
        I would request you to investigate the matter immediately and arrange for the replacement.
        In the event of your failure to redress my complaint, I shall have recourse to various avenues available ranging from consumer forum, local media, TV local channels and demonstration in front of your Porvorim Office, and or police complaint against the branch manager.

          I have purchased dr aquaguard hd ro+uv on 27.9.2017 and got delivery. The sales person didnot describe me well about the storage container which is not seal packed and loose from the sides. I am not satisfied with their product and want money back as per their 30 days monry back guarantee but my request number[protected] is still unattended after many calls and follow up.

[protected],[protected] and 1716570 for instalation but nobody visited my place for installation. Amc valid till 16.08.2019. Again requesting you to send technician immediately.               I am chasing the eureka forbes since last 2 months but there is no reply from this cheater company at all. There is no after sale service in fraud eureka forbes

              I have log 3 complaint since last 2 months but technician yet not come and evertime support team keep tells that 24 to 48 hour our technical will and resolve you problem.

              Guys dont buy any product from this cheater eureka forbes company. Dont waste you money in fraud company at all you will find many other company in market you can trust.

              So many compalints in different forum for eureka forbes so please check the company background first and buy as i have suffering the product at the moment and i have wasted my money aprox 20k in this fraud eureka forbes company so please dont buy

                I had loggeda complaint for water not pouring out of my. Eureka forbes genius waterpurifier on 17th sep and on 19th a technician came and informed uv lamp is not working. Since then i have been calling customer care to please send a uv lamp with a technician and nobody ever came to fix it. Inspite of requesting multiple times, the senior officials never talk on call. We have been calling morning and evening but no help. I feel so disgusted by this kind of service from a brand like eureka forbes. Still without water even after paying 22k for genius and for yearly service contract separately.

                  A telephonic complaint was lodged yesterday and there is no response till now. Similar complaint occurred 10 days back which was repaired after 2 days under amc. This repeat of same or different and delay of response is creating a lot of inconvenience to the customers and is giving a picture of the company's indifferent attitude towards customers with amc. Awaiting earliest and quick and quality response.

                    The amc for aquaguard magna water purified was purchased by me on 03rd aug' 2017 and the replacement of purifier candles after such purchase was carried out by aquaguard personnel after 40 days and that too after dropping a request in the month of aug'17 (19th aug'17) and sept'17 (08th sept'17). The request no's for the same are [protected] and [protected] respectively.

                    The purifier lost its capacity to purify on 11th sept'17 which forced me to purchase water cans. The call center representatives of eureka forbes provided me false assurances which caused me a deep anguish. They did not even bother your factual worries. However, after whole lot of persuasions, the service technician at last visited for accomplishing the job on 13th sept'17 at 8.00 p. M.

                    The water purifier after such replacement of candles did'nt last even for two weeks and now the problem of water leakage coupled with the failure to purify water arose on 26th sept'17 subsequent to which a request ([protected]) was dropped the same day. I had informed the call center representatives, the difficulties in purchasing water from outside though it is not necessary because the product is in amc and the basic obligation of the company is to keep on priority the services to existing contracts.

                    The 48 hours period as mentioned by the call center representatives were over and the call center representatives are assuring of service by 29th sep'17.

                    I had put up some basic questions like "how can a family survive without purified water till the committed time (48 hours)??" for which their response is not convincing. Even after the committed time, none turned up for service till now. If this is the case with a metropolitan city (Chennai), i suspect how their services will be in other locations.

                    My strong dislike on the service part of the product was already provided as a feedback to the company's representative which may kindly be taken into consideration.

                    Request the company to first resolve the issue immediately without any further delay and then concentrate how to improvise services.

                    Your message should have come out with a concrete time line rather than using words like asap and others. Its the fourth time I am facing this kind of substandard negligent service from the Company's end. Had it been communicated to Chennai's office yesterday, kindly get the reason why Company's representatives didn't contact me even after 24 hours. This demonstrates the Company's sheer negligence on services once the product or AMC is sold out.

                    It is informed that once I get water in my house then only I can provide SEHADMAND PAANI to five others as being advertised in your call centre and televisions.

                    Kindly pressurize your Chennai team to act promptly as its been around four days since I lodged the complaint.

                    In continuation to my earlier messages, please let me know the meaning of 48 hours defined in your Company prospects and whether your Company follow any ISO or IMS standards?

                    Am vexed hearing to the parrot like repetitions and hopeless promises from your call centre representatives for attending the repairs.

                    Please collect the Aqua guard Magna product and return the whole of the AMC amount along with the residual left after 1 year depreciated value of the product.

                    You people do not have an intention to provide services. So rather than blowing a trumpet before a deaf person, I feel it better to discontinue customer relation with your Company as my patience levels had crossed beyond the limits.

                    A Company of such a stature didn't even bother to provide customer free toll free number for the reasons best known to you people. At least your Supervisors in customer care didn't have a basic understanding of customer relationship to call back once a request for a call back is made.

                    In view of the foregoing, I see no possibility of any change in the attitude of Company's personnel so it is humbly requested to collect your product and make full and final payment agreeable to the undersigned.

                      When we purchase the eureka filter from day 1 we are facing issue as consecutively every month technician is visiting and almost 1 year is completed using the machine and we have made a 2 year warrantee by paying rs.3000 for 2 years and now the machine is completely not working when we tried to contact eureka customer care or executive they said we will sent the technician and the technician is repairing the product and again the same is going to default hence the same issue we are facing from 2-3 days as the technician mr. Vikas says from eureka we will get your parts when we will get bulk requests only for u we cannot go one take out one on one part so is this a correct answer given by techinican rather than providing solution they are extending dates and we are suffering for the same i hope my complaint would be take into consideration if the product is default i want it replaced or else repair it within a day as 1 week is passed for the same kindly take a strict action on the same.

                        Hii this is md sameer and i buy the classic plus booster product from u, im so dissatisfied from ur worst product.. Im getting so much late at delivery time also.. And ur local dealer is worst service, he can't answer my phone calls after completed the payment... Im begging them to pls response my issue... They installed yesterday, but the item is not good at delivery time, they repaired 30mins for start the device.. Today again im getting same problem.. I think u people send me second hand device..
                        Pls solve my problem otherwise i put the complaint in consumer court.

                          Hi,

                          We got the machine installed on 23rd september 2017 and the machine stopped working the very next day!
                          After loads of complaints and long time of waiting the technician came and did little bit of repairing here and there and the machine started to work.

                          Again, after 4 days, the same problem is there again. And again we have to go through the painful process of registering complaints and waiting for technician.

                          Request to please get the instrument changed or return our money bad take your instrument back. We feel cheated after keeping our faith in eureka forbes

                            I have shifted from gwalior (M. P.) to alekkattu house, near kalletinkara, trichur dist. Kerala state-680683 few days back. I requested through customer care for re-installaton but nobody visited my house till this time. My latest compalint no.[protected]. I want to install my xpert ro as early as possible. Such irresponsible response never expected a company like eureka forbes. Also note my amc is valie upto 16.08.2019.

                            just now somebody called from mobile no. [protected] and [protected] and saying regarding water purifier complaint. That fellow asking my bank debit card number, I thing it is a fraud message. Please confirm if you have any such contact number with Eureka Forbes or not. When I tried the said number it is switched off.

                            I have made complaint three time vide no. [protected], [protected] and ID-1716570 for re-installation of my xpert-RO water purifier but not a single technicial either reported or contacted in any of mobile given in the complaint. I would like to know what action you are taking now.
                            After so many reminders and requests one engineer from Eureka Forbes, Vellangallur (Trichur district)-Kerala State visited my place in Kerala and after checking he told us that there is one valve is missing in the packet in which the water purifier packed by Eureka Forbes engineer at Gwalior before loading. Then by 7th October 17 the same engineer visited to my place and fitted valve and he also charged Rs.425/- without giving bill. But not fitted properly, very next day the problem started and again talked to the said engineer on 8th itself but he did not attend till this time as assurance given by him by mobile. Now I request you to please look into it and give clear instruction to your Local office at Vellangallur to go and do the corrective action/repair immediately. regards Sasidharan Mobile ([protected])

                              Sir, i had lodged a complaint over telephone that my vacuum cleaner is not working & it needs to be serviced / repaired. It's now 15 days & nobody has turned up. Iam from mangalore & i am very sorry to say why this type of negligence and attitude is shown to us. Please look into the matter & take steps to close the complaint. This type of attitude will not help you in your business. An early response is highly appreciated.

                                Hi,

                                I had bought dr. Aquaguard 3 month back. After installation, the machine started giving problem. So the salesperson c. K. Das suggested to try another machine. The second machine also was no good. So an engineer comes and seems to resolve our problem.

                                We decided to buy the machine and pay for it provided this same engineer provides us the services.

                                Earlier also we had aquaguard spring fresh model and local agency engineer from pawan enterprises spoilt that machine. We never faced any issues for last 8 years in the machine but when this pawan enterprise engineer started servicing the machine, it started leaking. Multiple engineer visit could not resolve it.

                                So we had to shell 18.5k to buy this aquaguard.

                                Now this machine is indicating the red call icon. Multiple call to the engineer bharat and his supervisor is of no use. They are not picking our calls.

                                We are just waiting for last one week for somene to come and fix it but not anyone from pawan enterprises.

                                I live in yemlur.

                                  I purchased aquagaurd uv water purifier – as - prime uv in the month of july 2015. Its amc was also taken in november 2016. It was working fine till now. During first week of september, one technician came to clean the filter. After he left, the water started leaking. Since then i have raised n number of complaints, technicians visit, but not able to correct the problem. There is no commitment for date and time of visit. The complaint is escalated also but no one contacts us. The lady, ms. Meenakshi, (V. R services eureka forbes ltd), who is actually responsible for its repair on behalf of eureka forbes, simple does not bother and keep making false promises.

                                  My latest complaint number is [protected] dated 15-sep. Customer id is [protected].

                                  I am really clueless on what to do now!!

                                    I would like some one from eureka to pick up the aquaguard unit that i bought from eureka and took delivery on 19th sept. My customer id-[protected], i lodged a return request complaint (Ref # 760) on 21st sept and no one has contacted me till now. I tried to reach the online purchase hotline and could not get through to anyone. I tried to contact the branch manager, mr. Vishwanath via phone and he will not answer the calls. I am desperately trying to get someone to answer my request. Please help me with my return of the equipment. I am very disappointed in the service

                                      I have been using eureka forbes aquaguard with no issues. Recently i had a service from your branch office domlur, bengaluru. They have charged me rs 3050/-. Within few days of service my aquaguard stopped working. I again called them and they said they will fix it, but no response. After that i lodge a complaint in their site and got a reference no [protected] and within 2 days they will resolve my issue. Till now they haven't fixed it. It has been very bad experience from your side

                                        I have made a terrible mistake by choosing aquaguard water purifier, within a month of purchase i have spent more money getting some fittings done every month. No service person can fix it, i'm beyond disappointed and disgusted for having chosen this your brand. It is within warranty just take this useless piece of trash and refund my money i will buy from a better trust worthy company.
