I have purchased water purifier on 08/06/2017 with in 3 month we are facing problem in water purity.

There is some smell kind of chemical in water. So i have register a complain at their call center.

After two days their service executive came. After checkup he said, sir wrong product has been sold to you.

Because your water is pure so that water purifier is not working. I said it is ro.

As per him, there is some problem in tds control machine. And you have to pay for it.

I just want to know if there was manufacture defect in machine. Then why should i pay. And this is in warranty.

But till now i have no response from eurekaforbes and his team.

it's more than one week, no one is replying even Call Center team also not bother.

i am just waiting for this coming Monday, otherwise i will take legal action on it.

Since two months we are facing water leaking from Eureka Forbes water purifier. Change the whole material, it has warranty period.

    I am using the above product last 6 years and last week, friday 14th oct. '17 i have placed a service request with aquaguard customer cell and one babu[protected] had contacted me and attended this service. By changing all the 4 filters assuring there will be 4 free service in future and totally charged rs.4, 950 (4, 650 + 350). After the service the project shows leakage and when contacted on saturday and sunday, this guy didn't turn up.

    Dust bag (cloth) of my Forbes Trendy Steel model vacuum cleaner is worn out and no spare is available with any of their outlets in Kerala.Will Eureka Forbes will do necessary arrangements to make dust bags available at their outlets or let me know where it is available anywhere in South Kerala.

    I have registered request for servicing of my aquasure filter in customer care number on[protected] but no engineers visited till 03.10.2017
    again when i called customer care on[protected] the customer care again assured to resolve my above issue within 2 working days but no engineers has visited yet.

      I have purchased aqua guard superb (Rs-20, 000) before two months. Now the purifier is not working. I have raised a complaint on 16/09/17. Nobody is willing to correct it. I have raised complaints several times again through the customer service helpline number. Today is 15/09/17. Ie. One month is over. My purifier problem is not resolved yet. I m regretting now for choosing aqua guard. I m living without ro water now. Now i am begging for water to my nearby flat. I am purchasing mineral water now because it's embarrassing to ask water to my neighbour everyday. A bad thumps down to aqua guard and it's service team. My money is wasted.

        Awful service i've received from aqua guard.
        This is with ref to my complaint ref [protected].

        I raised my complaint on 10th oct 2017.
        I was assured that your rep will visit in 2 working days.
        A rep came on friday afternoon 13th oct 2017. He checked the devices and assured that he'll come back in evening to fix it.
        He didn't turn up for the entire day. I then had to follow up on saturday by calling your customer care number and the advisor assured me that he'll arrange someone to visit by eod. No one came.
        I then called up the cc again in the evening, i again got an assurance that it'll be dealt on high priority. He said that someone will visit same day or max by afternoon 12:30 in sunday. He also gave me a contact number of area manager amit salvi. I tried his number 4-5 times, all the time the number was busy and no call back. On sunday i tried to call him twice there was no answer.
        As usual no one came, i waited till 1:30. I then called up the again at 1:30 pm on sunday, again as usual the advisor assured that a technician will come.
        I must say the guys are very good in giving us hope but it's disheartening when the assurance is not fulfilled.
        When i asked to raise an official complaint he transferred my call to a supervisor virendra jaiswal. This is the only guy who showed some interest and willingness to help. But unfortunately nothing was under his control.
        He tried to reach mr amit salvi keeping me in conference, even his call remained unanswered.
        I then requested to raise an official complaint and to my surprise there was no other complaints procedure which they follow.
        I could only manage to get the website url to raise the complaint.

        I had to waste the entire saturday and sunday sitting and waiting for a technician at home.
        Not to mention we have to consume unfiltered water for past 5 days. Who's responsible?

          My self awadhesh chandra (A/c the oriental insurance co. Ltd.), i purchased aqua guard near about 2 year and every year properly changes the refill and pay the charges for a. M. C..

          Your service vender told me that 3 to 4 servicing was free but till date only one visit after changing the filters and mess received that servicing done.

          Kindly take the action its very serious matter, you are playing with our health.

          How person close the serving file without coming home thinks that we are not going to see the sms and they are safe. I think this is very serious matter, i saw the message most of the peoples not check and ignore it. Kindly take some action immediately.

            I, ronak kumat bought aquaguard magna latest version from eureka forbes 28aug2017 for inr 18, 390. The next day when technician came for installation, he said that the filter is damaged and i need to call the customer care to replace the filter.

            I was very annoyed to see a new product damaged, i filed a complaint (Complaint number [protected]) and i asked to replace the product or give my money back. They said they will send the engineer to see.
            The engineer changed the filter and the product worked for 1 day. The second day i saw the call button beeping, again i had to call the customer care, this time i insisted them to replace my product at any cost as all my money got wasted in this damaged product. However instaed of doing this, they again send some technician and changed something, did the reinstallation and resolved the issue.

            Now again after 15 days the aquaguard is vibrating with some weird noise, the customer care is not replacing the product and not refunding my money. The taste of water is like a tap water only.

            This is frustrating and ridiculous as in a 1.5 month of time i am facing lot of problems, they are selling damaged products and not ready to help customers.
            I feel very disappointed for buying product of eureka forbes, if we know about your service we don't purchase your product at any cost.
            Please take immediate action before i go to consumer court.

              Eureka forbes integra lacks integrity!

              Their after-sales service is very bad. We have an integra 7 and while it's fairly old, that's because we have maintained it well, did all the servicing over the years and kept it well functioning. Now that it needs additional servicing, eureka forbes has given up! So much to please loyal customers! Their service guys never show up for maintenance complaints, or if they show up they don't have parts, they try to sell more stuff... Integra lacks integrity!

                Hello

                We purchased aquasure ro+uv water purifier and we were anually twice the maintenance will be done free of cost but the maintenance people never turned up.
                I called customer and raised several request but not helpful at all.
                Everytime a new request is raised but no action is carried at all.

                We receive a message that your maintenance is due and some one will be visiting but no one turns up for the work.

                Highly disappointing.

                  I have purchased an aqua guard from eureka forbes with description dr aquaguard hd ro + uv. I have also taken extended warranty on the unit. My customer id [protected]. I have lodged a complaint with their service centre stating that the unit totally defunct. It is under extended warranty. Complaint lodged on 3rd october 2017 complaint no. [protected].                     Very frustrating to see that the customer care is doing nothing about getting the broken tap replaced for my Eureka Forbes Xpert model. They say that they're not able to find the original replacement part for this model and I feel let down by this brand. Do feel that buying this expensive product from eureka Forbes was a big mistake with pathetic after sales support.

                      Dear sir, i am having a aquaguard ro, (Which is under one year service guaranty)
                      Which is due for service because of its filter blockade {may be}, there s no water coming through ro from last few days. I called a local (Gurgaon) customer care number ([protected]) (As on 10/10/2017), where i was assured a technician visit by same day. And i was told to wait for the same. But no one came. And next day (12/10/2017) i received a call from another number ([protected]) to confirm the address for technical visit. Again no one came,

                      Today i called the same number ([protected]) and i was told that service has been done and complaint has been resolved. This was again a big surprise and shocking for me that it has been resolved and i m not aware of same.
                      So after calling too many times i got connected again with ([protected]) and the lady on call misbehaved me telephonic-ally, and denied service and said they have no time to tackle the customers asking for free service (Warranty) where there is no spare parts replacement or so. Above said all matter i also informed at aquguard's central customer care helpline too.

                        We have been following up with service centre and once they replaced a part, after which there is constant leakage from the pipe.
                        Though we have been constantly following up with their service centre for borivali area, there is utter carelessness.

                          My ro reviva is in amc for two years upto november, 2017. My request no. Is [protected], visited by technician mr,. Raj narayan. He told filter needs to replace on payment basis. At the time of amc technician mr. Hassan convinced me that your machine is our responsibility and everything is free of cost. Now company refused to replace the filter free of cost. I contact to head office in mumbai and they realize. But even service center has not taking response, no body pickup the fone and they are misguiding me. We are drinking infected water since one week. I am very much disappointed to rude behavior of the staff. Please look into the matter.

                            I have purchased a dr aquaguard magna hd ro on 27.9 2017. The sales person named sambhaji gauri came for demo. He didnot desribe me about the design of the filter. The storage cap of the filter is removable and the product not suitable to my requirements. I have not installed the product and want to return back the product as per their money back guarantee mentioned on your website. My request number is[protected]. I have called so many times the sales representative but he is not coordinating with buy back.

                            More than 10 times i spoke to their pune branch manager and message him
                            Finally i lost my peace of mind by the company eureka forbers. I demand compensation for all this issues. Kindly helps me to arrest this type of issues

                            Beware of the guy sambhaji gauri pune branch he will sell you the product and after sells will not pick up your phone.

                              I am using eureka forbes water filter and vacuum cleaner from 1992 onward and used to upgrade to newer versions periodically. The water filter now have is acquaguard gold nova water filter which was purchased 8 years ago. When the warranty period was over i entered into service contract and the last time the same was renewed for 2 years from 04.08.15. Previously they used visit on quarterly basis to check the filter. But from '16 inwards the visit became erratic.
                              The free flow button of the filter was not working from june 17 onward and i called your office at building no. Ix/204 a, opp. Maneesha gas agency, eroor, tripunithura, cochin, kochi, kerala 682306 for repairing the same. But the gentleman who came was more interested in selling a new filter rather than repairing. Then i called the no. Given in the service contract ([protected] - umesh) and explained the situation. They informed me that free flow button is not available now and will replace the same as soon as the new one comes. I called thrice and the same reply was given.
                              Last week (Saturday) one of your personnel came to my house to check whether the eureka forbes products i have (I also have a vacuum cleaner). I explained the situation to him and he also promised to send a service personnel right away. Till date nothing happened.
                              Now that the service contract period is over (03.08.17) i will have to pay for repairing the water filter.
                              Please advice me what i am supposed to do now?

                                Dust bag was damaged and i am ready to buy the dust bag. For that eurekha forbes says need to raise a service request for rs500 and additional charges for dust bag. Customer care does not even know about the cost of the dust bag. Wondering why just getting dust bag i need to pay service charge of rs500. Seems this is really a theft happening in the morning.

                                  I bought a eureka forbes ro in january 2017. After the installation of the product we called for service within 2months. The service guy came and found that the ro was filled with lots of ants.
                                  He explained the problem is due to wrong product design and the only solution is to apply cello tape on the container.
                                  We checked again after 1 month and ro was filled with ants again.

                                  For the second service when the expert came he again used the cello tape so that ants don't enter inside. But still after applying the tape there were lots of ants and insects inside.

                                  From the last 1 month my wife was complaining of stomach problems and we visited the doctor - he easked to check the water.
                                  As we opened the ro on 04/09/2017- it was filled with unlimited number of ants and insects.
                                  Today morning the technician visited and we showcased to him ants inside the ro. According to the technician the only solution is to apply tape around the ro but the solution didn't worked earlier also.

                                  We could not understand how the company is selling wrongly designed products which affects customer's health. We are really dissatisfied with the product and the service provided.
                                  Kindly get the same checked since we have to buy water and using such poor quality product affects our health.

                                  We have the signed copy of the technician which states that there is no solution instead of cell tape and using black hit spray around the ro.
                                  Today quality engineer visited our house and applied any riplent tape and cleaned the tank with clorine tablets.

                                  I am not satisfied with the solution provided by all the engineers.

                                  Please replace the product asap as i am purchasing the water from the shop.
