I have purchased a product from eureka forbes last week.
I have purchased online shopping and got free installation.
I am facing worst experience with them 1 week they fixing appointment for installation but till the date they are not even responding.
Am calling to customer care and make making proper follow up. But no response.

The dealer whom they are allocated is not at all responsible....

While getting the motor repaired, the pvc item to fix the motor was broken and i have approached in early june for help and was given a cmplaint ref.[protected], but no action was taken. I again reminded them for the same complaint and i was given given follow up reg. No. [protected]. Today when i went to escalate my complaint, i am that the registration is not existing....

I received delivery on 7th august, but i have not received the provogue watch along with the purifier as committed by eureka forbes. May i know the reason, why didnt i receive my gift and when will i receive my gift? By making such mistakes you are spoiling your reputation in market....

I have purchased one euroclean i glide spray mop amoun ting to rs. 1800/- with one year warranty from laxmi enterprises an authorised franchise for sale and service of eureka orbs ltd. On 11th of july one of your marketing executive from eureka centre came and booked aquaguard classic+ with booster pump through online with my credit card.
They told us u will get within 3 days delivery. But till 4th day no delivery. I called the customer care and cancelled my order. They gave me the ref no of cancellation. But till now no confirmation email or sms...

The product is good. We like it. But here is my experience with finding spare parts. The dust collecting bag zip got worn out and so i wanted to get a new bag. I tried contacting all dealers like ideal stores, bharat electronics and appliances but i was asked to call the toll free number mentioned in the product box. When i dialed the toll free number, no one responded even after several trials. After several days of trying i finally did...

I have made many follow ups via customer care but this issue is not addressed inspite of amc and reflects poor service provided by eureka. As a follow up one technician came and he was not even communicated about the nature of request thought it was routine service....

I had requested for servicing as the water is leaking from the purifier but still service not complete and the maintenance person is not telling the time by which he will come, so that we can be available at home.
