Technician visited my place at kalletinkara, kerala after making repeated complaints and installed my expert ro water purifier. Now a leakage problem started and required technician very urgently. He should talk at mobile no. [protected] before going so that technician will get the exact problem of machine. Appreciate early response from eureka forbes. Sasidharan menon. Mobile mo. [protected].

Machine is under AMC. But service engineer without visiting and attending the machine closes the complain request. When checked the service card found my fraud signature has been done. This is aserious matter and a fraud case on behalf of the company. Please look after the matter seriously.

    The technician has done 2 years amc on 2nd week of sept 2017 but the filters are not yet changed by the technician though he had promised to so. As the amc money is already transferred to eureka forbes in last month itself, i need an explanation from the company for this and want to lodge a case of cheating against eureka forbes.

    I have made complaints many times but there is always been replied that the matter will be checked & responded quickly which is yet to happen.

    Hence i request the authority to look into this matter & resolve it at the earliest.

      I got aqua sure water purifier one year back, now it came for service and stop working. I raised ticket in aqua guard call center to service the unit. I have been informed that i going to charge 450/- rs to attend & rectify the issue.
      Now its 5 days nobody is attending my complaint & i keep on following up with call center & they saying tomorrow since 5 days. I dont have other source to drink water.

        Hi,
        I bought 2 yrs amc from eureka forbes for my aquaguard geneus plus water purifier. I bought amc on 21/2/2017, but till date i have not received an single service yet. Upon calling the their bhubaneswar customer care. They provide another number and ask me to call the given number. So customer care personal keep you give different numbers and keep asking you to call the given number. One day i kept calling to different number that each customer care agent provide. So after 19 calls. I was given the same customer care number to which i called the very 1st call. The female agent was very rude and when i asked her if she could help address the service issue. She just hung the phone on me.

        I'm going to file a consumer case against the contract. Atleast being a lawyer i'll peruse the legal the route and teach these third party vendor a real taste of service delivery failure.

          I have already submitted complain regarding maintenance of ro system due to non availability of spares parts complain was not resolved. As i have assigned contract for 2year but every time problem not resolved now i may face problem of drain. If once enter into annual contact than there no systems to pay extra money for spares parts. If company unable to bear or not extended such facilities. Than i bound to sue in consumer forum.

              I have purchase dr. Aquaguard and taken amc, the product is not working. I have raised the complaint with the customer care people, eureka forbes in september 2017, but still it is not resolved. The customer care executives give the standard reply that "sorry for the inconvenience, it will be resolved as early as possible". I have raised the complaint thrice and escalated the issue many times but no reply. I tried to call the head office but no response, they are not lifting the phone.

                I am k. Gurumurthi from chennai and i bought a vacuum cleaner from life water, nanganallur, chennai. Sales person name mr. Seetharaman, when i bought the product within fifteen days i got the problem and they recovered but another problem started so not in good service reply not satisfied i need the replacement but no response from company side and several times i call to the sales person seetharaman is not picked his phone. Very bad service....

                My customer id [protected] complaint no.[protected] dt.12.09.17. Called customer 15 times no result. Higher authorities could not be contacted despite repeated efforts. Local cuddalore office not responding my calls. My water purifier is covered by amc for the period from 23.02.15 to 22.02.18. Value of amc is rs.4080. They not even able to find the fault and the technicians they used to send for regular checks are also very poor knowledge about the apparatus.

                  I ordered a vaccum cleaner from www.eurekaforbes.com for 15000 with Customer ID [protected] on Sep 11, 2017 and estimated delivery date was Sep 15, 2017. I called customer service and they mentioned that product was not in stock. Why are you adding products to cart if you can't deliver on time. Its like investing dead money. WHY PRODUCT IS ADDED TO CART, MUST HAVE MENTIONED NO PRODUCT AVAILABLE BEFORE RECEIVING MONEY. IT'S PURE CHEATING, AND MONEY ROTATION.

                  More than a month of the order(OCT- 19, 2017)till today, still there are no updates. I do call the customer care, and always I get a reply that the product will be dispatched soon. They are also not refunding the money.

                  Finally i received the product on October 23, 2017(One and a half month(42 days) after the purchase. The worst ever purchase i have done online. I would highly recommend not to buy any products from Eureka Forbes website.

                    Hi, we purchased eurekaforbes "dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd uv" water purifier online on 12-aug-2017 with customer id: [protected]. After placing multiple calls, then we received the product on 23-aug-2017 and installation also takes 4 days, received faulty machine.
                    So we placed a return request on 28-aug-2017 with reference number 12222. Again, we placed multiple calls and product was picked up by their authorized courier guy on 22-sept-2017. Till now our money is not refunded. They are redirecting us through multiple call centres. No one is providing the correct information and there is no concerned manager/authority to escalate the issue. For the past 52 days we are struggling with this product by placing multiple calls and wasting our money as the numbers are not toll free. Our money is held up there. But it has become a big headache for me. Kindly get our money refunded asap.

                      We nayana saptasagar and family is a proud and valued customer of your products and using water purifier since many years. We purchased dr ag enernity wp system (Item code - gwpddetrn00000) for rs. 12, 490/- (Tax invoice no. [protected] dtd.[protected] on[protected] receipt no.[protected] from your sales team ms. Arpana pawar and her senior mr. Kishor sutar from sangli office, maharashtra. They gave demo of the system at our house in balajinagar and informed about company's guarantee, warranty and free service amc etc.. We really very happy and purchased the above mentioned wp system from them.

                      At the time of purchase we enquired about our old wp systems filter candle to be fitted so that we can use that filter in my native place. Both ms. Arpana and khishor assured even guaranteed to provide the candle within one or two months max.

                      Our compliant is -

                      1. After installation of the system, neither ms. Arpana nor mr. Kishor took feedback from us, informed about the free services, initiated the free service and maintenance even after our phone calls to ms. Arpana. This is the tenth month of purcchase of the system, even your service and maintenance team
                      Not turned out.

                      2. Regarding about filter candle of our old wp system, we enquired number of times with ms, arpana but all in vain.

                      3. Lastly today,[protected], at 2.00pm we visited your sales office at sangli and met mr. Gajanan gaikwad and enquired about ms. Arpana and mr. Kishore, we informed that they were left for home. I called ms. Arpana and kishore but their response was embarrassing, which lead me to launch this complaint..

                      This this experience from your team was unexpected fro me, which may lead to negativity about eureka forbes. We request you to please look into this matter and inform the concerned to attend the complaint on top priority.

                        I have taken 2 years amc contract for water purifier reviva with your company. But the service is very poor. But i get messages that service is completed. Here is the deatails below.

                        Mandatory service [protected] of your aquaguard gwpdreviv00000 has been completed by technician mr. Zameer pasha - eureka forbes this message came to me on 12 oct 2017 at 15.04 pm.

                        Your service request number [protected] has been allocated to technician mr. Zameer pasha ([protected]) it will be attended shortly-eureka forbes. This message came to me at 15.54 pm on 12 oct 2017.

                        But no zameer pasha or any other person came to our house till today. Its disgusting on part of eureka forbes cheating the customer by doing like this. We have taken 2 year amc contract and we dont get service from you properly. Please look into this and take up this issue at with your company managers. The service which you are giving is not up to the satisfaction.

                        The product is getting heated up within 10 minutes o[censored]sage and the suction system is also not working properly. I bought the product from our local market but the shopkeeper is not hearing our complaints. Please provide a suitable solution for this.

                          Eureka forbes - friends for life.. Please guys this is the biggest farce. This company is the most pathetic in terms of product & after sale service. Last sunday i. E. 8th oct i contacted their call center to book a demo appointment. Since it was a sale for them their sales person mr raghupathi immediately rushed to my place and gleefully ended up selling me the dr aquaguard classic plus water purifier. After the sale 2 days later i received the purifier, but for the next 3 days there was no person to come and install the device. After incessant follow ups via phone/email etc they finally managed to send someone named shankar who came for installation on friday (13th oct). After he came home and tried to install the device he found that it was defective. So for their # product again i was told to raise a return request on their website. Initially i was not able to raise the return request thanks to their super website which does not even allow me to enter my customer number/order number etc. With lot of difficulty i somehow managed to raise the request. Again on contacting the call center, the lady there mentioned that the first guy who came for installation was a plumber the real technical guy will be visiting my house on saturday (14th oct). On 14th the 2nd (So called super technical guy) came home and certified the device as defective.. Wow what a find??? After that yesterday was sunday and the company is so tired of cheating its customers that the employees need rest right?? Even today after following up with the call center the story still rests at different people calling me and asking me " saaar order number dena... Saaar return request number dena saaar mere mail address kooo mail karna (Hyderabadi hindi)". Its been 8 days since this fraudulent company devoured my money and i am yet to receive my water purifier. I also can share the list of actual culprits who handled this case so shoddily:
                          Mr karunakar (The arrogant sales head) - does not have the basic manners to speak to customers. Expects me as a customer to do his work - "saar mail karo, saar msg karo, saar aapke wasthe hi toh main saturday ko bhi kaam karta (Again hyderabadi hindi)..
                          Mr so many unknown useless staff.. (Not even worth mentioning)
                          I took 15 - 20 mins of my valuable time to write this message but the world needs to know that in 2017 this is the kind of pathetic service provided by "your friends for life company"
                          If there is even 1% regard for customer satisfaction dear eureka forbes i need the purifier installed asap and a reply on my length message.

                            Hi team,

                            My name is sagar dubey and my customer code is : [protected] i have bought dr aquagard classic plus and since then i am facing a lot of problems well from ware should i start of let's start from problem 1

                            1:- wrong information by sales executive mr aalam he told me that this model also comes with a booster pump but the reality is it doesn't you guys have another model and now after i am feeling cheated as my requirement was for a booster pump model

                            2 :- delay in refund by mr aalam i gave him an advance of rs 1000 but later on he told me about the online offer so i booked the machine online and paid for the same but mr aalam committed to return my advance within next 24 hrs and as normal with eureka fobes employees he didn't and after calling him several times and waiting for 5-6 day i finally got my refund i mean what kind of company is this where the customer has to follow up for each and every thing

                            3:- no resolution of complaints this is by far the worst experience of my life i have made complain several times to eureka fobes executive, installation executive and even to your customer support and got no response from anyone so far my service request no. Is [protected] and [protected]. I was given an sla of 2 working days and after the sla crossed i got a call from faizan and he told me that just now he got my complaint and i should go and get a photo state of my bill and then call him and after that he will visit now you guys tell me should i stop all my work and go to my home and get the bill photo copy is this the only work left in my life why was this not communicated to me when i logged the complain

                            Well there are so many issues in just 10 days of purchasing your product and i can't take this # any more so i request you guys to kindly help in refund

                              Madam/dear sir,
                              I have purchased aquasure crystal plus uv+ water purifier on 13th october 2017 & also placed request for installation on same day. The executive of eureka forbs have assured me for installation within 2 days but installation was not done, i have frequently called to customer service, they have provided me the mobile no. Of mr. Sadanand pande (Service incharge for aurangabad maharashtra) i have called him but mr. Pande wasn't responded me properly, he told we couldn't do anything, you have purchased machine from paytm then you should lodge complaints to paytm he also told me that if we made installation we are not liable for any warranty or guarantee. Mr. Pande is very rude & not liable work in prestigious institute like eureka forbs. I will make complaint against him in consumer forum. If your service isn't good in initial stage then how can you provide best service in future. It is requested to you & your competent authorities to make suitable action against mr. Sadanand pande, his mobile no is [protected].

                                Eureka forbes is cheating people on changing of aquaguard water purifier candles.

                                I too bought the aquagaurd eureka forbes water purifier a couple of years back and currently the water is coming slowly. They are charging with 4750 rupees for change of candles with one year of warranty and also the technicians behavior not at all good. One of technician visit my home and said i need to replace all the candles and he beaten those existing candles very badly we have to replace, there is no other option because its liking now.

                                  It is submitted that i purchased eureka forbes ro on 13 october 17 from airforce canteen, racecourse, new delhi. Representative of the company confirmed me that the ro will be installed on priority. However till today ie 17 october 17 my ro has notbeen installed. On 16 october 17 i spoke to customer care eurekaforbes and i was again confirmed that the ro will be installed today itself ie on 16 october17. I specifically informed both of them that i have small kids they are falling ill because o[censored]npure water.. And requested to install the ro on priority still no action taken at company's end.
                                  Its really surprising that companies with such big name are not able to provide customer satisfaction.. If this is the state at the time of installation then one can understand the response for maintenance or servicing

                                    My ro reviva is in the name of debabrata mukhopadhyay. Registered mobile nmbr [protected]. Address "geetobitan apartment", flat no. 201, 2nd floor, 52 jugipara road, near dakshinpara more, baguiati, dumdum, kolkata 700028.

                                    I have done renewal of amc of our ro reviva on 22nd sep'17. From that day water tank sencer is not working. Water tank is overflowing continuously. I have informed my service person immediately. He came, observed and told that, sencer is not working, he will replace the sencer immediately. But 25 days over and no action is taken by him. I have made several reminders to him, because, filtered water overflowing continuously and it's a huge loss, but till now i have not got any replacement of damaged parts.

                                    Kindly take action against the service person and solve my problem urgently.
