I have been requesting for filter change for my RO for 2 weeks but no proper response came after I extended my RO warranty. Before extending the warranty I was assured by company customer executives and technicians that I would get services fulfilled within 24-48 hours but after extending it feels like a scam. I have been requesting a tentative date but still, that was not given. Now the customer executives are not picking up my calls....

I had purchased an Aquaguard Nrich model from the Eureka Forbes salesman after believing that the waste water would be only 200ml for every 1L but after installation it is 2L for every 1L.
They had said I can return the product and get refund within 30 days if I dont like the product, I raised the request and its been almost a month and still they have not processed it, everyday they are telling me that they will do it today or tomorrow....

I brought water purifier and facing water leekage problem for third time. Every time when I complain technician come and replace some part but after some time I get same problem.
Replaced parts are not good to work for long time, I want better parts to be used or replce the product.
I ordered Eureka forbes Aquasure from Wquaguard shield 6 L RO+UV+MP+MTDS Water Purifier from flipkart, my orderId is OD[protected]....

Eureka Forbes Quick Clean DX Vacuum Cleaner with 1200 Watts is in warrnaty
*I am lied by the service centre representative stating that I shall be delivered with a new vaccum cleaner, since the current one has a fault in the motor.
*I have been returned the problematic vacuum cleaner, without repair due to the above mentioned promise, and the otp of resolution was extracted from me by manupilating me to the new vaccum cleaner...

I have an AMC valid till oct 24 2024. Service request no CM[protected] was raised on oct 27, 2022. No service person came so far, in spite of making subsequent calls to their call centre....

No visit for preventive maintenance even though reminded several times through customer support But it is of no use...

I had purchase 2 qty of water softener aws c-2500, one is installed at my home. Marketing adviser gives us assurance that if you use this product you definitely solve your problem regarding water. Still facing problems. also call to the contact person who installed machine, but they are not giving any response. then book a service call via email two times still no person attending to resolve our problem....

Water softener is not working even it is not displaying in screen and it's not at al working...

I am very upset, till now I have not got any complaint resolved, I have not received any call from any service representative. I have to go have I made any mistake by taking AMC?
What are the expenses of my daily water
I am mentally getting very upset, the responsibility of all this is yours.
I have to go to consumer court

On 7th May, 2022 had paid for AMC renewal via gpay to visiting engineer Swamy([protected]). I have sent all proofs and called multiple times to engineer and mailed to company too but they are not renewing the AMC and refusing to help on customer care or provide the services.

Please help...

I had paid for the Aquaguard Select Nrich HD UV model on the 1st Oct 22 (payment reference number[protected]. The purchase was made via Eureka Forbes employee (Ashok U, verification code shared 3117). The product was delivered to our site on the 10th Oct 22. I had been following up with Askok on the installation since 10th Oct 22 to 19th Oct 22, who informed me he had raised a service request on my behalf.

Its really disgusting that being a big brand the service provided by Eureka Forbes is utter waste. They dont address the issues to the customer. The worst company ever. I sincerely suggest everyone not to take the Eureka Forbes product. I have lodged a complaint on 3rd Oct 2022 but since one month no technician attended my place as i have no water since 1 month. The AMC renewal guys follow up like that i have to pay them immediately otherwise...

We have been using Aquaguard Enhanced UV device for the past 8 years. Our AMC [2 years duration] expired last month]. We got a call for renewal and I had checked if it was from EF or any franchise agency. I was told it is from EF and they ahd correctly mentioned our date of expiry of existing AMC as well as the purchase details of the previous AMC accurately. I had purchased a water purifier and is in warranty period. 2-2.5 months back Water purifier stopped working and raised complaint for the same and the customer care executive said that the technician will call and visit to check the problem. However, neither the technician called nor visited. Since then I had raised the complaint 3-4 times and I always get the same assurance that the technician will call.

I purchased two year AMC for RO and cheque was given to technician for booking AMC on 24th Sept.2022 for Rs ten thousand. After repeated reminders to technician and customer service AMC was issued on 11th October 2022. Even after one month no link for gift has been sent and my mobile no. not updated. This is total cheating. I also registered complaint for RO on 25th October but after 5 days no one is attending the complaint. I can't image...

I purchased an Aura Water Purifier via Amazon from this company in July, 2022. The purifier is not working and I raised a complain . Every time I call the customer care toll number which charges me 3 rs per minute, they say that technician will come within 24 hrs . As of now it's been more than 10 days that the issue has not been been resolved. I have been calling customer care every day and they keep lying to me that it will be resolved...
