After Sales/AMC Services not provided

I have been requesting for filter change for my RO for 2 weeks but no proper response came after I extended my RO warranty. Before extending the warranty I was assured by company customer executives and technicians that I would get services fulfilled within 24-48 hours but after extending it feels like a scam. I have been requesting a tentative date but still, that was not given. Now the customer executives are not picking up my calls....

Failure to Return and refund

I had purchased an Aquaguard Nrich model from the Eureka Forbes salesman after believing that the waste water would be only 200ml for every 1L but after installation it is 2L for every 1L.
They had said I can return the product and get refund within 30 days if I dont like the product, I raised the request and its been almost a month and still they have not processed it, everyday they are telling me that they will do it today or tomorrow....

Water leakage problem for third time after part replacement under warranty

I brought water purifier and facing water leekage problem for third time. Every time when I complain technician come and replace some part but after some time I get same problem.
Replaced parts are not good to work for long time, I want better parts to be used or replce the product.
I ordered Eureka forbes Aquasure from Wquaguard shield 6 L RO+UV+MP+MTDS Water Purifier from flipkart, my orderId is OD[protected]....

Water softener aws c-2500,not giving service

I had purchase 2 qty of water softener aws c-2500, one is installed at my home. Marketing adviser gives us assurance that if you use this product you definitely solve your problem regarding water. Still facing problems. also call to the contact person who installed machine, but they are not giving any response. then book a service call via email two times still no person attending to resolve our problem....

AMC not renewed even after payment

On 7th May, 2022 had paid for AMC renewal via gpay to visiting engineer Swamy([protected]). I have sent all proofs and called multiple times to engineer and mailed to company too but they are not renewing the AMC and refusing to help on customer care or provide the services.

AMC renewed but no service since 3rd October 2022

Its really disgusting that being a big brand the service provided by Eureka Forbes is utter waste. They dont address the issues to the customer. The worst company ever. I sincerely suggest everyone not to take the Eureka Forbes product. I have lodged a complaint on 3rd Oct 2022 but since one month no technician attended my place as i have no water since 1 month. The AMC renewal guys follow up like that i have to pay them immediately otherwise...

Data Security Breach leading to losing money to Fraudster

I placed an order for robotic vaccum
Cleaner ( robo vac and mop voice) high end model on 28th October 2022 for
Rs. 30000 to eureka Forbes executive hoping that the product will be
delivered within a day. But, I haven’t received my product yet and no
updates from the customer executive team inspite of calling them everyday
for past 4 days.

Technician not coming to rectify the fault

I had purchased a water purifier and is in warranty period. 2-2.5 months back Water purifier stopped working and raised complaint for the same and the customer care executive said that the technician will call and visit to check the problem. However, neither the technician called nor visited. Since then I had raised the complaint 3-4 times and I always get the same assurance that the technician will call.
Regret to say that till date...

Promise of free gift for 2 year AMC

Aura Water Purifier

I purchased an Aura Water Purifier via Amazon from this company in July, 2022. The purifier is not working and I raised a complain . Every time I call the customer care toll number which charges me 3 rs per minute, they say that technician will come within 24 hrs . As of now it's been more than 10 days that the issue has not been been resolved. I have been calling customer care every day and they keep lying to me that it will be resolved...

RO water purifier poor service

We have paid for Annual maintenance service as well as candle about a month ago, we have drinking dirty undrinkable water, raising complain daily by e mail, phone, daily we get assurance that technician will visit but no technician has yet visited, this has got tremendous loss of time and money as well as health....
