Few days back i have purchased Aquaguard Eden RO+UV+MTDS+ Water purification system (S/N: [protected]) from nearest Vijay Sales. Register No.[protected].
From the day one of the installation to till date i am facing water leakage issue with the purchased Aquaguard.
Installation didnt got complete by the technician Mr.Ravi Singh:[protected]...

Aquaguard technicians came to my home and sold me 2 yrs AMC worth 10k. Not even one month down the line the purifier started leaking once again. Upon raising a service request they claim the bill I have is a local one and they will charge extra for any repair. Looks like they are running a fraud scam. I should have bought a new purifier rather than getting into this AMC scam.

I bought Aquaguard UV + UF in November 2021 and after 4-5 months the service man calls up for maintenance check and service. Just before he came the water purifier was working at it’s best and he also mentioned all looks good. But just after he left within a week it stopped working literally. For every 3 months the white light comes and water stops coming and the service guy is also saying that this model all filters r deficitive but the company is not responding to this, the model is (Crystal nxt uv+uf) and wen we ask the manager guy he is saying that we r drinking all the 5000 liters then we must be elephants to drink so much...

I had placed a service request for replacement of machine end connector of hose for Futuro Euroclean Vacuum Cleaner. The complant number is [protected] dated 26 June 2022. It is almost a month and noone has bothered to even contact me for the same .
Firstly the quality of connector is so bad that it is bound to break Then the spare is not available and noone bothets to attend to complant....

Purchased in March 2022, the purifier doesn't turn on, raised a complaint regarding this and nothing has happened for the last 2 weeks now.

The tech believes it's an adapter issue and is awaiting the spare part for the last 2 weeks.

For such a brand with a new product not having spares is absolutely disgusting

Purchased a Aquagaurd Water Purifier in the Month of May 2022 and while installing they have fitted a Valve on the waterline at additional cost. After one month the water filter started leaking and I have raised a service complaint. Their technician attended the complaint and told that the valve is broken which will lead to leakage again . I asked them to replace the valve at free of cost as their product is substandard.

I have recently purchased Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes from their official salesman. The salesman said that he will provide the bill once the product is installed. But it's been more than 5 days now. He has been making excuses everyday to not give the bill. Called him multiple times in cell and messages but no responses. I have complained to Eureka Forbes customer care as well but still no resolution. This is complete harrasment....

I have logged an online complaint on the Eureka Forbes app on 11 July for change of cartridge and scheduled the visit for 5PM on same evening. At 4.30 Vinod Khairnar called me but I was busy in a meeting so I returned his call after 10 mins. He rudely informed me that because I did not pick his call earlier he will not visit that day but will call next day 12th July, which he never did.
