I have raised a request for free service as promised from eureka, they send some technician after a month after the warranty expired and that technician did bad service your completely working machine is not working right after the service, we called him back for the same he said he will come then he just blocked us.
2nd part - I again raised a service request, bocz water purifier is stopped working. its been 15 days they sent no one, even after regular follow-ups every 2 days i have done nearly 8 calls to your service no solution.

Is this how you provide service? you should be ashamed of this. your tricking the customer for buying extra service by corrupting the working products? If this is the case for some one in metro cities what is case for Urben service they don't even know about such scams you are up to.
I regret buying your product now, I do understand machines go wrong but you intentionally doing all this just for sales and AMC is the worst thing. and not responding even after follow ups?

Eureka Forbes has worst service and I will never recommend this product to any one I will do post the same in social media. learn to value a customer money share this with your higher management people who are part of this.

    One month since complaint raised for service and repair. Following up for past 5 days everyday. Just being promised that the issue will be resolved. No response from any one!!

      Placed a service request for aqua guard repair 15 days back in Kakinada. No technician has come to resolve the problem. Rajesh oleti named technician has called and saying, we won't come for repair as company provides only Rs30 for them for each service. Called 5 times for 5 days for the customer service, they are saying problem will be solved in 24hrs but it did not. Water problem is the major issue in summer. I feel pity for Eureka Forbes for maintaining a staff and service like this

        I bought a UV water purifier 5 months back from Eureka Forbes. But I should not call it a Purifier as it is doing exact opposite of it. We get treated water in our society and the TDS of water remains between 100-170. The taste of water changed about a month ago, so, I raised the service request to see if pre-filter or main filters has any issues. But it's been 2 weeks since I raised the complaint, but no one has showed despite several escalations and calls. Today morning, I got TDS meter and checked the supply water. The TDS of supply water was 110 and the water coming through purifier was 720. We have been drinking this water for weeks now. The indicator is not blinking as claimed by company and explained by technician. When I called up customer service and asked to transfer the call to escalation manager since I was not getting any resolution. This guy turned out to be less than useless. I explained the problem to him and asked why you didn't assign a different technician if assigned person is not visiting. He said that is not something in his scope. So, if this assigned technician decide not to visit for next one year, I won't get purifier serviced.

        It has one year warranty which company is not honoring and they are not even providing service.

          Our Eureka Forbes Water purifier is not working since last 16 days and we have raised several service requests and complaints through website and through email, however, no action is taken yet to repair our purifier.

            Have purchased AMC for the water purifier by paying 5200 rupees. but the eureka Forbes is not providing service as per the AMC and installed faulty products. water is not purifying the purifier is not working and the complaints are not being attended. I want them to cance9the AMC and refund my money. I and my family have been drinking bad water due to faulty device and running health issues.

              Service Request # CM[protected] : I renewed my AMC on 20.04.2023 by paying Rs. 2700 and an automatic service request generated for Cartridge replacement. Without replacing Consumables service request was closed surprisingly on 30.04.2023. On Asking your service provider in Chandrapur (Mobile No. [protected]), I was informed that it was closed by mistake. Therefore, new service request was raised

              Service Request # CM[protected] : as my earlier request mentioned above was closed without attending it, a new service request generated on 03.05.2023. Without attending it again service request closed today i.e. on 25.05.2023. i am trying to call your service provider in Chandrapur on (mobile number - [protected]), but he is not answering my call.

              Service Request # CM[protected] : You have mentioned that "Within 24 hours, a service technician will be sent to resolve your request. Your concerns have been escalated to the senior team members for prompt action". But regret to inform you that, no one has yet contacted me nor came to replace the Cartridge even after more than 2 months from AMC renewal. Everyday I am getting the same answer that "complaint CM[protected] is open and will be addressed in 24 hours" and no one is turning to replace cartridge.

              If you cant replace the Cartridge, you are requested to refund the amount
              of Rs. 2700 immediately without any further delay. I will look for another
              service provider.

              Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

                Please refund the money for our AMC. It is now almost 3 months since our AMC renewal on March 9. We are tired of calling and begging you to get our filter replaced. Everytime we call you, you create a new ticket, and say that someone will come in the next 24 hours. Since almost 3 months, no one has come. Please refund our money. Please ask your customer care people in Kolkata not to call us because they are not able to help, and just waste our time.

                  We have ordered the Eureka water purifier last year, and it is still in the warranty period.
                  The filter stopped working within the first few months, and we raised a complaint for the same. The issue got resolved 2-3 weeks later when the technician finally visited and repaired it.
                  Unfortunately, the filter stopped working again within another few months; it again happened about 5-6 more times, and each time it took atleast 2 weeks and 5 follow-up calls to get it resolved.

                  Adding few service task numbers for reference:

                  Few weeks back (20/5/023), the filter again stopped working, and we raised another complaint. This time, the technician said that the cylinder needs to be replaced, for which we are supposed to pay Rs.45000.

                  We believe we got a defective piece because of the frequency at which the issues keep happening. We had even conveyed the same to the service team and requested for a replacement with a working product.

                  For a 1 year old new filter, I don't think it's expected to stop working every other month, or to spend Rs.4500 which is half the actual price of the filter.
                  Especially since the product is within the warranty period, we expect a proper and professional resolution from the company's end.
                  I request you to look into it and replace our defective filter with a working one.

                    Attached is the picture of the cracked Eureka Forbes water filter.

                    1. It cracked when no-one was home.

                    2. The machine should be replaced or the spare part that has. racked replaced.

                    3. Technicians are rude and bullying me to pay for it. Saying they cannot belive what I say. Noone has visited despite repeated requests.

                    4. The service centre and the customer care doesn't care about what my request. They schedule a visit and close the request and no-one comes to assist.

                    5. Since 18th May I am following up on this matter. This item was purchased in June last year. It's not even a year old.

                    6. The shop owner has washed his hands off the complaint saying he cannot do anything.

                    How I regret purchasing this item from Eureka Forbes. It's cost me more than Rs. 18, 000.

                    Shame on the people who own and run such companies.

                    I request prompt assistance because I wonder how long the machine can hang on top broken this way.

                      I purchased my water purifier from Pune in June 2022. This Eureka Forbes water is not even a year old and the outer fibre body part cracked on 18th May 2023.

                      Since that day I am calling the customer care and following up with the service technicians. It cracked on it's own. No-one was home at that time.
                      The technician says that he will visit only if I agree to purchase the body part, because it's not under warranty. My problem is that I can't reach the machine, it's high up on the wall. It's heavy so I cannot remove it and bring it down either. How can I be blamed for breaking it. It is an issue with the quality of the product. Now that it's broken and I am repearedly requesting for assistance.
                      Atleast someone could visit and see what has happened.

                      I have requested to raise the concern to the senior departments instead of calling me through customer care and showing me how sorry you are. The customer care and the technicians are closing the complaints, repeatedly without resolving or even visiting the premises.

                      It's a shame that such a reputed company's functions this way.

                      Kindly schedule a visit, get the fibre body or the entire machine replaced.

                      I will not mind making this public and an ugly matter for all. I guess, in India, petty problems cannot be resolved as they should without it becoming an ugly, sticky matter in public.

                        I purchased AMC for my water purifier.
                        for 2 years in January 2019 and one filter change and service was done immediately after the purchase. No other service was done after that. In Jan 2020, I got call for the filter change and it was scheduled. I planned my office hours late that day just for filter change but no one came even after long wait. There were few more calls later but no one came for filter change. Then covid lockdown happened and I got no calls after that. In Jan 2021 I again got call to service the purifier. I asked him about the filter change, I got to know the filter already has been changed on papers in Feb 2022. I never shared OTP but still they marked my service and filter change as completed. So I was looted for ~5000 rupees. since in 2 year AMC they all did was 1 filter change only.

                          We renewed the Annual AMC contract on 9th March. We are calling them since then to come and replace the filter, but till date no one has come. Called multiple times to the call centre, and sent multiple emails.

                          Before this there are so many tickets.

                              I have raised complaint on mar-19 and I got response after two weeks of complaint that my power card is gone and then they took time till today ( 19-May-2023) I got response that vaccum cleaner motor is gone. and pay 1185/- to get it repaired.

                              I am really unhappy and very worst quality high brand companies are making products and very untrustable response they are giving.

                                I purchased EUREKA FORBES WP AQUASURE A-ST in the month of October, 2022. However, till date no service is provided. I have issues in the water purifier, as there is hot water coming and at times the acquaguard is not working. In this regard, compliants have been lodged several times but till date no response. Also, compliant was made to the customer care BUT no response to it. IT IS DISGUSTING THAT NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED IN SIX MONTHS AND ALSO NO RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINTS MADE. MY PRODUCT IS YET IN WARRANTY PERIOD.
                                KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST.

                                  I had written the below email to escalation team which says it all:

                                  I am writing this email with a lot of disappointment and anguish as a customer. Sorry to say but I have never come across such degraded services ever in my life.

                                  I had raised the complaint for my water purifier on 8th May stating that hot water was coming from the purifier and the light was blinking indicating that the filter was damaged. Later the purifier stopped working.
                                  It has been 6 days and I haven't received any update till now on the complaint I had raised even after multiple follow-ups and escalations. Forget about the resolution.

                                  The technician 'BabuReddy' came to check and confirmed that the filter needs to be replaced as it was damaged.He also mentioned that the similar issue has been reported by many customers and that he needs to come back with the spare filter and will fix it on 9th May.
                                  Please note after that I tried calling him multiple times again and again but there was no response from his end. I also tried calling the customer care as well as the escalation team and everytime I get the same answer that "my issue has been escalated and the technician will be coming soon to address the issue".

                                  This is highly very very disappointing and frustrating that Eurekaforbes is having such a pathetic service. The technicians are highly unprofessessional .
                                  Even after following up multiple times and escalating, you don't even bother to update your customers.
                                  Further, it's not even been a year and my product is still under warranty, it's so surprising that the filter got damaged so soon. Are you trying to fool your customers???

                                    The product is new, only got it placed 6 months ago and since then it is giving problems. I have to raise a request every couple of days, the service provider comes and does some thing charges money and promises no problem will happen henceforth. But again the same thing happens. I have lodged multiple complaints over the last six months.

                                      I have raised service request for repair of my aquaguard water purifier from 1st April 2023 with Request no WO[protected] and still the request is open and it is escalated many times. still no one bothered to atleast call me. I have created another repair request on 11 May 2023 with request No CM[protected]. Even this request is escalated multiple times but no one addressed the issue and not even a single call is received.
                                      Please don't buy Eureka Forbes Product. I am throwing the product in garbage and will look for another brand which has proper service.
                                      My request is don't buy any Eureka Forbes product. We will repent after that.
