I am not sure if this feedback will work, because I have provided a feedback earlier as well and nothing has improved. I thought of giving another chance to Eureka Forbes before I go to the consumer courts.
The Eureka Forbes's Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a big fraud and the main intention is to black-mail the customers by purposefully stopping the working of Aquasure-RO-water-filter and make the customers sign the service contract. I was literally forced to pay INR 4, 650 to the agent on 13th September 2016 even though I didn't want to sign any contract.
On 13th September, the service-man, visited my house for the last service of AMC which was ending on 15th September 2016. On arrival, without even opening the machine, he directly declared that the filters have to be replaced and the AMC had to be renewed. Since, I was working from home, I told him that I am busy for the day and asked him to perform the regular service and leave. On this he told me that if you don’t sign the contract today, the cost will go up from INR 4, 600 to INR 5, 250. I agreed and still persisted that he complete routine service and leave. He literally forced me 4-5 times that I pay him up and sign the contract. While I kept on saying that he perform the routine service and leave.
Then he opened the machine for the routine service and called me to show that one of the filters is totally damaged. I told him that the machine was working perfectly fine, till he opened it. Even if the filter is damaged please complete the service. Later he spoke on phone with someone for a long time. Sometime later, he called me again to tell that only few drops of water will be available because another small filter is also damaged. I told him again that the machine was working perfectly fine, till he opened it and now he is saying that it won’t work at all. He told me that, he can mantle the machine again, but I won’t get any water. I was left with no choice to tell him to put new filters and pay him INR 4, 650 for new contract. It is very clear from here that the person black-mailed me for INR 4, 650; otherwise I wouldn’t have the machine running again and hence no water to drink.
The same person has visited my house 3-4 times last year. The regular services done by Eureka Forbes are a mere ‘time-pass’. He does nothing and within 3 minutes of entering the house he asks for a signature saying that the servicing is done. Basis our previous experience of service, It is me who tells the service man that he has not done any cleaning, nor he has touched the filters, etc. This is so frustrating.
When we signed the contract last year, I was forced to take an additional external filter worth INR 1, 000. They told me that the machine wouldn’t work until the additional external filter is installed. I had to literally debate with the people that till the time I signed your AMC no such filter was required, how come a new filter is required after signing an AMC? The serviceman visited the house later and removed a bubble stuck in the system and machine started working fine without the external filter worth INR 1, 000. It is very clear that the Eureka Forbes wanted to extract another INR 1000 from me in this case.
Even the process of deciding the AMC charges and changing the filters is very fishy and non-transparent. My model doesn't appear anywhere on the list, where AMC charges are mentioned. Manjunath charged me some random amount and gave me some random discount and literally forced me to sign the electronic gadget without giving me complete understanding of what I was doing. The entire process was very fishy and I could sense the person is lying to me.

Also, the electronic gadget forcefully gives the rating to 3, which I was not comfortable with. (I wanted to change it, but couldn't - as the service-man was standing on me).
I had a very good image about Eureka Forbes earlier however, this experience has left me think that Eureka Forbes is a big fraud company, simply cheating/looting/black-mailing its customers. I have been using multiple service contract for many of my electronic goods. I have been using Eureka-Forbes (Aqua-Sure) products for 10 years. While I was in Pune, I had a service contract for the Aqua-sure equipment from a private service provider called ‘Arya’, the services provided by them were simply unparalleled in terms of transparency, integrity and business ethics. I have experienced service for Haier washing machine as well. Eureka Forbes need to learn servicing standards from ‘Haier’ and the private providers like ‘Arya’.
I expect to hear from the office by Saturday, 17th September 2016 in written explanation to this feedback. Failing which, I would be forced to take this issue with the consumer courts.

    After vigorous following with 3-4 different agency numbers, none of the agency is bothered to attend the complain. Technician Mr. Rajesh Kesarkar (+91 [protected]) supposed to attend the complaint but when we were trying to reach him, his phone was switched off and when we could get in touch with him on 8th/9th Sept'16, he informed to me that, he is out of station for Ganesha festival & can't attend the complain & asked to contact Mr. Sameer, i guess, his boss.

    Mr. Sameer has diverted call to Mr. Vinay Jadhav & further he diverted to Akhand Pratap Singh and then further he asked to contact service station in Mulund (E) because he doesn't service in Mulund East area.

    Tried to call regional office[protected] for more than 30-40times but never got thro' and finally y'day evening spoke to Ganesh Mahadik, who has promised to resolve the matter today before 2pm but still there is no one attended the complaint.

    It was completely causal approach by all the relevant people, however now I am going to take this matter thro' the legal opinion to Consumer forum.

    For such an essential matter, there is no serious response from Eureka Forbes and matter will be handle now differently because my families health is more important than that of the approach & attitude of responsible people at Eureka Forbes.

    I purchased AQUAGUARD INVISIPURE RO WATER PURIFIER last year and recently renewed the AMC for 12months. Last week one of lower container of water purifier got cracked and suddenly entire water start leaking on the floor. I complained to the customer care and raised online complaint, and after so many follow ups finally after 4days one of the technician came to my house. He said that body broke due to pressure of water flow, i would like to understand is that a design issue as its really not convincing to RO body cracked due to water pressure. However I asked him to replace the container and get new one from store for which he said will take 4more days, however I am still waiting. Today again I see another container broke from bottom, and I would like to ask Eureka why this is happening. Also when we as consumer trust on the brand seeing such thing will actually made us think that have we purchased a right product. With this incident definitely I will never ever going to buy any Eureka products in future. Also I would request company to take corrective action and help me getting this fixed.

      Dear Aquasure-eureka forbes complaint resolution officer

      I am very disappointed with eureka forbes service, i had bought a brand new aquasure xpert machine which one of your most premium water purifiers and have been facing trouble from day one.

      Firstly upon installation which happened a week after the product was delivered, the technician cut the automatic shutoff system wire without informing and said the machine will not work because of low pressure whereas there is no pressure problem in our apartment but at least he should have asked before touching the internals of the machine.

      Within a few months the tap started leaking and when the technician replaced it, he charged the entire amount, even though machine was and still is in warranty and the tap was not broken but leaking and warranty covers faulty parts.in fact the technician who came today confirmed that the company should not have charged for replacing the tap.

      Today the technician came to replace the leaking pump and we saw a lot of salt and corrosion on the pump and had agreed for replacement.the technician told us he will not install a new pump but a repaired one as he has received the same from company.when i have bought a brand new machine and it has a faulty part within warranty how can i accept an old repaired pump, i demand a brand new pump for a brand new machine.

      Even while previously replacing the tap the technician removed the top lid and misplaced one of the four plastic strips that support the top lid, this has made the lid wobbly and non airtight with the result ants have entered the pure water tank twice making the whole water purification process useless.But the technician straight away said we don't get these parts from the company, kindly advise who will provide these parts.

      Due to leakage in the tap the tape below the tap which protects the internals of the machine in case of a leakage had become loose from one end, the technician instead of sticking it back removed it entirely saying it is not required as if the company put it in the first place for the purpose of show.

      When contacting the call center they refuse to handover the phone to their managers and also refused to give the email address or contact number of the appellate authority or any higher authority. All I could get is the above email address and I can only hope this email reaches the senior most people in time to sort all the troubles.

      I demand all the problems to be sorted or better still the entire machine should be replaced with a brand new one as this machine is still under warranty failing which i will be forced to hold a case against eureka forbes in the consumer court.

      my complaint is still valid . Nobody has bothered to replace the machine or even call me. I am still using the same machine and now even the warranty is over.

        I purchased aquaguard classic+booster pump water purifier online through Eureka forbes site by booking the item on 12/08/16 and received the delivery on 20/08/16.Since then only once the engineer came to install but had not done his job under techincal issue and assured he will be back in 2-3days with the piping to install it.Since then NO one has came.All the procedure to contact with eureka forbes is done from my side nad always gets reply of sorry for the inconvience and updation in the system.But till date the instrument is lyng idle in my home without installation.
        Also the free watch gift is yet to get delivered.
        i am very much dis-appointed with the quality of service and find no one concern about the reputation of your organisation.

          Even after frequent complaints if Eureka is NOT capable of attending the complaints then They have NO rights to claim " We will visit within 2 days .Please return my AMC amount. So I can find some other option

I opted eureka as one of best company but my assumptions were wrong, it proved by providing pathetic, worst, negligent services and i am facing problem for drinking water. Kindly provide service asap and attend your valuable customer or else eureka may loose identity and existence in indian market because false promises will not make customers happy.

              Aquaguard Duo water filter is not working and their customer service center in not responding to my many phone calls and emails. When I called Ph. No.[protected], the lady at the center demanded ₹400/- to take complaint.
              I requested to inspect the fault with the filter, I am ready to pay the service or replacement charges if any. But she disconnected and not responding.

                On 12.09.2016, your Mr.Bino Thomas of your Kochi Office came to my house and started servicing my aqua guard equipment. On all previous occassions, before coming for service I used to be telephoned in advance regarding servicie. After servicing, he prepared a receipt and demanded Rs.3880 for 3-year service contract. Actually this issue of service contract was pending my reuest to renew it at the old rate of Rs.3300 and your customer service department was yet to reply to me on the issue. It is not fair and justice to have done the service and demanded payment during pendancy of a case. I should have been given advance information about his visit and cost of service contract. This was not done. This is unfair and unjust. Hence I request you to cancel that contract and refund me the entire amount received from me.

                Regarding the same issue, I telephoned your no.[protected]today morning and one Mr...raj attended the call. After preliminary talk, I narrated to him the issue and he refused to respond to my complaint. I tried saying hello, hello, hello ... several times, he did not respond. This is not what is expected of a customer service official.

                  I have purchased largest size model of Eureka Forbes air purifier Dr Aeroguard SCPR700 model. It stopped working after 2 months, thereafter I have been calling the salmon, their call centre, registering complaint over phone and email and on website. Now they are not picking my call (likely blocked my mobile). my set is still under warranty. Such a cheating case this is!!! Please do not buy Eureka Forbes products ever!!! PLEASE. Additional note: I was a salesman with Eureka Forbes 25 years back and can tell you for sure what their work culture is. Shun Eureka Forbes and buy anything else or just donate the money, do not waste in making this useless company wealthy.

                  I have made over a dozen complaints, how many complaint numbers should i share!!?

                  I file complaint for Air Purifier, guys from Water purifier department comes and asks whats the problem and then leave. After few days i get message that problem is resolved. What is this kind of racket!!?
                  To all buyers of Water, Air purifiers and vacuum cleaners, please buy Indian and do not buy products from Eureka Forbes, as they only want sell to you and then ask lot of money annually to maintain it. But if something really goes wrong with product, they will vanish in thin air like a ponzi scheme does.

                    96795855 on10th sept 2016.
                    Ince there are so many diseases spread in delhi due to infected water.
                    My every family member is currently sick and despite of soo many complaints no one showed up.

                      I purchased new Dr. Aquaguard Magna RO + UV on date 25-Aug.
                      Machine was found faulty on very first day but still plumber (this is what he told me "I am only plumber could not measure your TDS").
                      After only two days "Dr. Magna" stopped completely and then for next 15 + days taking follow up with Sales person +Service eng + direct customer care number everyone is just saying you will get it replaced in next couple of days.
                      It only wasted my time and today morning I lost my patience and submitted refund request.

                      Now worried that if this reputed (Name is big only) could refund me total amount.

                          THis is a COMPLAINT I got regarding the brand new Proudct i purchased from you (DR. AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO + UV + Mineral Cartridge + Biotron)
                          During the DEMO i pointed it out to your Marketing person- Mr. Satish[protected] that the Water tank capacity is 7 litters and it is filling only upto 5 litters.
                          Then he told it is like that.
                          But i came to know from my colleages that it is a problem with the product.
                          Hence I have raised a complaint last week.

                          THE COMPLAINT NUMBER IS: [protected]

                          As per the complaint MR. Sunil visited the house and he said to get the tank filled up to 7 litter,

                          " Need replace / add washer to get the job done"

                          My Question is: why do we need a parts replacement in a brand new product ?

                          IT is is looking like a Manufacturing defect for me.

                          Hence the product is under warrenty, you need to give me the product replaced with a good one that fills up to 7 litters of water.

                          Despite an AMC for my Aqua Guard, nobody is attending to my complaint pending for over 10 days now, although daily reminders are being given. This is a rogue company and nobody should buy products of Eureka Forbes. There is no after-sale service. Besides, they are criminals as they violate the terms of Contract shamelessly.

                            I requested for service of aquaguard on 29th august 2016.
                            Following is the complaint no.88940897 but nobody turned out and then we followed up for the same complaint on 7th september 2016 at 11.58 am andon same day service man visited home and said that the adaptor was faulty which will be replaced in 2 to 3 days and till date nobody has turned out for the same.

                              I ordered aquaguard water purify on the website while talking to eureka forbes agent. The product was delivered and installed at my place however it started leaking/overflowing from the very next day. I called customer care and registered a complaint and TAT was 48 hours. No one bothered to come. I have been chasing with them till date from the 5th Sep and today is the 12th but problem is not solved. on the 10th one man comes to place and says that he needs to change something and that he will come the next day that is 11th and today is the 12th but no signs of him. Why would he want to change something for a product which is new. If something is wrong someone should have thought of simply changing the product because i did not buy a second hand product but bought a new product for 13000 which is not a small amount. i am fed up of chasing them and complaining against them but they are just not bothere. If i call them they say they will call in 30 mins and then i dont receive any calls. I dont know where to go from here because i have paid for a product which is faulty and i dont know if it is actually even filtering the water for us cause the water simply overflows from the storage tank and then it also leaks from all over the place.
                              I must say Eureka forbes has the worst after sales service. They are just not bothered of their customers after the customer has purchased it. I dont know where to go from here so finally thought of complaining here.

                              I had now filled an online form on their website for replacement of the product as i was asked to do that and was also told to call the online helpline number and inform them. When i called them they say i dont have to call them because it takes 15 to 20 days for replacement. The next day i get a call from someone and she says that she will send an engineer to check the product and assign it for replacement. I immediately get a message with a ticket number and a persons name and number who was alligned to visit my place.
                              When i called that person, he says he is 350 kms aways from Pune and cant come. He gives me another number and tells me to call his colleague. I try calling him and he never answered my phone. Its been more than 3 days now that i am calling him but there is no answer.
                              I must say and i repeat myself again. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen.

                                Hello, i am the customer of eureka forbes. i purchased the machine on[protected]. it is still under warranty period. my machine is not working properly when i register a complaint their technician came and told us the warranty is over and we have to change the candles. and after that all the people started giving one others no. and saying that you have to call this and have to call this. they finally told to call the person who sold you the machine(sales man). when i called him he was very rude and started abusing that's really intolerable. i really want you to take some action against him. his name is Anand Ingole ([protected])and Eureka forbes for not completing their promises.

                                  We purchased Auqaguard water purifier in July'2004, After warranty, every year we are raising the AMC. In Last month we raised 3 year AMC and we paid Rs.4525, Reference Contract Receipt NO[protected], On 8th September we complaint that the unit not delivering the purifying water, after that service technician came and attended and told motor got failed, after several follow up till 12 th September no proper reply from accuaguard service, we are struggling to get purified water for past days

                                    I called up Eureka Forbes helpline in February 2016 and an Aquaguard technician came home for service the next day and did service. He collected Rs. 5000 for AMC for 1 years in cash and given duplicate bill copy. I called up Eureka Forbes on 11 September again for service. An aquagaurd technician came today for service. However, Eureka Forbes is claiming it's not their bill and that I have not applied for AMC yet. The technician who did this fraud activity in February was from the company as he had customer details like phone number, name address etc which I had registered on the company helpline[protected]. He was also wearing the company uniform and had a company Identity Card. I did not expect this from Eureka Forbes. Will not recommend any one to buy as the company has no accountability over the actions of its executives. - Sambit

After 3 weeks I recieved a call asking if there was any complaint? Told him that i m still waiting for the demo guy. He said will arrange asap. No go. More than a month and its still unused.
