My customer id is:[protected] and Place Vijayawada. I have a Aqua Guard RO water purifier with 2 year AMC wef[protected] and valid through[protected] and cost of AMC Silver is Rs.7820/-. As I had a severe problem in the water purifier (water leakage from the bottom and water overflowing from the purifier tank) I had lodged a service request at 5 AM on[protected] and was allotted the service request No.[protected]. Two technicians were allocated the job by name Kumar (Mobile No.[protected]) and Gopi (Mobile No.[protected]) but none of them turned up for taking up the job inspite of my calling them for several times. Finally at 8 pm when I called up, I was told that they would be visiting the next day i.e., on 31st August 2016. I have a serious problem in the water purifier and I had asked for an emergency and urgent visit as I had put off the machine due to the afore stated problem. Inspite of this no one bothered to take up the service and it is really a shameful thing that a private organisation has the least responsibility after having made a payment of Rs.7820 towards AMC. It is a really worst situation, worst service and a pathetic situation. I am sorry to say that may be this was the worst experience faced by me in any private organisation. If you are not able to keep up the consumer services, it is better to close down all your service centres, because it is the same story everywhere. WORST, PATHETIC, HORRIBLE SERVICE TO THE CORE.s

    I do have a aquaguard compact installed in my home.From the last 2 months it is not working. I have filled the complaints 100 times even though no action is taken by the company. They say that we have added your complaint in quick and it will we resolved in 48 hours, but the fact is that from the last two months no technician have ever visited my home. At last today i am getting it replaced by "liv pure" i request all the people over here please dont go for "aquaguard" ever..
    Still my machine is in amc contract upto 2017 but they don't bother about customers.

      I’m using aquaguard compact water purifier from last 3 years, customer code is [protected]. And this has reference to my complaint numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] raised about the turbid water coming from your aquaguard compact purifier unit at my home. On first complaint your technician visited our home and told that water filter is no more working. However filter/cc has been replaced on 29th april 2016, refer attached copy of service card (The first filter worked for 6 months). I’m staying at wadgaon sheri, mate nagar, pune area where we are getting pmc water on every alternate day and that too for only 1 hour. During this time we only take 25-30 liter purified water from your compact unit. Accordingly if we count no. Of days from 29th april to 9th august is 110 days. Out of that 110 days we got water for 55 days only. So for 55 days x 30 liter (Approx.) per day=1650 liter water got filtered from your purifier. It means does your water filter has capacity of filtration of1650 liter? It also means that you are spoiling the main object of providing purified water. And when i checked in the market i got to know that the other local filters have a capacity of filtering at least 6000 liters of water.
      Then i requested for the free replacement of filter because amc is valid up to 15th september 2016 but your technician denied it. And closed the service request on their own without any resolution and without satisfactory reply. And unfortunately each time after raising complaints it’s going to the same person mr. Marui ankushrao ([protected]) and he is closing the complaint immediately without any action. Then i wrote mail to your customer care and got one contact number of regional manager mr. Anand ([protected]) and this time also i struggled to contact him, he has not contacted me. After 2-3 times talk, he confirmed that this problem is arisen due to the muddy input water from pmc. This is very strange thing because we are using your purifier to purify the water and you are expecting clean input water. Also he told that we cannot provide free filter because consumables are not a part of amc.
      Overall experience was again pathetic. Thus escalating this issue to your level. These people are spoiling your brand image by handling the customer complaints by this way. As well as they are playing with the health & safety of people. This is not at all expected from such a well-known brand in health industry. I hope you will help us.
      So i request you to please arrange for the free replacement of water filter otherwise i may have to run to the consumer court for getting justice.

        Ervice ro.

        Amc visit were due in feb and june.

          I have registered a complain (Complain no.[protected] on aug 21, 2016, still complain not fixed, very bad experience, almost 10 days, your engineer say company not providing tds meter to installation engineer, so i raise complain since long time but person come after 3 to 4 call to customer care but not resolved yet, never come back that engineer to resolved my complain,

          You people just fool customer by tds controller on product but engineer who comes for installation they never have tds meter to check and they said company not providing tds meter,

          They install aquaguard without checking tds of water, this is fool to customer '

          Refund my money, i will go to consumer court with this complain number,

            On 07/08/16 salesperson from aquaguard came to my house and i gave him advance of 500rs and gave the order. Next day the product delivered to my door step and installation also done on the same day. Next day the same sales person came to collect the amount. He did not remind me of reducing 500rs from the payment. From the next day i am calling that person to give me my 500rs back and he is not responding. Feeling cheated and i am going to recommend to anyone.

            I purchased an aquaguard water purifier from flipkart website in the first week of august.
            Even after three weeks the purifier is still not installed.
            I will take up the matter with consumer forum if the issue is not resolved immediately. Their service is extremely poor.
            My request number [protected] was awarded to Mr. Ramesh Chandra Dash 3 days back . The concerned person came and asked for a bank Cheque which we provided. However, our problem has not yet been attended by the concerned person . I am a senior citizen and my wife and me don't have access to purified water

              The aforesaid company has not been responding to my repeated complaints about non working of one switch in my aquaguard (Aquaguargd classic model) and the same is well within the warranty period. I had already made three complaints since 3rd aug.2016. They had registered my complaint vide no - [protected], [protected] and [protected]. One dasarathi panda even called me but he asked me to talk with his senior officer to carry out my problem or esle you can make another complaint. Is it our responsibility to call all the representatives to solve our problems? I am expecting your immediate and effective response.

                Eureka forbes is fraud company. Their product stopped working for me exactly after 1 year 2 months. These bas tards in chennai came to my work in tcs and portrayed it as best product. Now they are telling tht guaranteed period is over and asking me to shed another 4500ra. I already wasted investing 15000rs on this f ckng product. These ppl are cheaters and eurakeforbes product aqua guard is just to loot money. I shd hv just continued taking watercans instead of wasting on this crap. On top of spending 15k they are telling tht annual maintenance we be arnd 5k (Filters or motor issues). Facing bas tards just looting ppl.

                    We have paid for annual maintenance charge for 2 Yrs. As per terms and conditions service to be provided for 4 times but only 2 times the service has been provided. Only at the time of Renewal of Amc technician is coming.When we escalate the same to the manager by name Kavitha, her response was really harsh and not sensible. She is lying and defending. We need to log several calls during the tenure of Amc but no response. We wasted 2 hrs in speaking with her. One of the worst service we have experienced.

                    I really not recommend Euraka Forbes to anyone because of their worst service after sales.

                      I had purchase Dr Aquaguard Magna UV . product on 18th July 2015.. as we where having the blind trust on Dr Aquaguard, we were blinding drinking this infected water & boz of this my father got infected by Jaundice & was in hospitalizes for 2 weeks & had to spend 60 to 70k on his recovery.
                      Dr Aquaguard Magna UV is an faulty product & also the sales person Jagdish Yadav who is selling this faulty product, but the part which purify the water is not plug properly in the machine properly & so we was drinking the infected water from one year, we also given the complaint to him, so he told us to give the complaint on the call center & we had given so many complaint no are [protected] /[protected] /[protected]/ [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/ cust- id is [protected], but no one is interested in solving the problem, We further complaint to the higher authority Person Mr Sanjay Singh MB no [protected], he had arrange the engineer to come & check that time we found that the part which purify water is not plug properly, so he brought the new part & plug it but we were not confident about the water purifying, so we told him to send the water for lab testing, but from that time he is not picking our phone nor taking any call, who can the Eureka Forbes keep such type of Manager who don't responds the call for the customer.
                      Yes this is true there are 3700 odd complaints log against Dr Aquaguard they are not interested in resolving the complaint

                        Dear sir / madam, i received the product, but i request for return / cancellation of my product. Please kindly raise a request for return and take it off. While displaying the demo the sales person informed there are of accessories of total 11 different, where in on the box it is showing only 9, even he mentioned there is an offer of having 2 accessories extra which costs around 1100/- but there is of no information on free accessories on the box. Even he mentioned life time free service for the product as part of eureka forbes completion of 30 years, but that is also not yet mentioned any where. Even if i want to open and check the accessories inside as it warns clearly if seal opened no returns, so please i don't want to take any risk without any clear picture from out side. So please kindly take return of the product, as part of initial payment i given 1000/- to the sales person, and paid total amount in the form of emi through online. So kindly cancel the order, return the product and revert back my amount and return back my 1000/-

                        Dear sir / madam, apart from the below mail i raised a complaint through toll free number, as i am not getting any response from this mail complaint. Don't know whats the reason they have this customer care. The sales person not lifting the phone then i requested for their manager number to contact, customer care provided me # (Eeswar lb nagar), but he mentioned i am not in the division and provided some other number. Then i contacted the other person # (Sridhar ameerpet) but he mentioned he is not under me and provided me other number. Then he provided another contact named swamy reddy (Suchitra) he mentioned that employee is not under him. Ane he provided another contact chenna kesava, don't know how long it goes on. So until how many people i need to contact to get my money back, really it is being to hectic and irresponsible from the company perspective. Even to esclate the request the company is not accepting the request raised online as invalid ticket no. Even the customer care people not willing to taken complaint on my token amount.

                        My request no's for the above are #96579455, #96599174

                        Continuation to the above messages i called to chenna kesava and he informed that he will find out about that sales person and let me know by 2 pm, but it is 4 pm till now i not yet got any response. Again got call from some other customer care person named pinky, she took the request and all the details, but no response from her to me till now.

                          Im from chennai and using eureka forbes enhance ro uv model .it is not working and i registered complaint about it on 22/08/2016 one week going to be over but still it has not resolved .the company is focusing on only to make customer to put AMC .but they are not care about customer they only need money.the service is totally waste without completing the service im getting message saying your service has been completed .such a big company started steeling customers money. i totally disappointed with the service .in future i will not buy any product from eurekaforbes and i dont suggest anyone to buy eurekaforbes .t hey are robbers

                          After sales service is worst.I raised complaint on 22/08/2016 still today it is not don 1 week going to over .Customer support and technician person or totally worst they are just violating the calls but there is no proper solution to the customer .I request people don't buy these product and suffer like me .The ro machine cost 17000 and amc cost 4000 yearly it all wast .Pleas buy some better product from some other company .

                            I unfortunately bought an Aquaguard (Magna RO ) on 5th July . From the first day there was a leakage from drain water pipe. I complained the same to Mr. Tripathi (Team Leader AquaGuard Dehradun, who approached us to sell Aquaguard) the same evening, He tried convincing me that "IT SOMETIME HAPPENS IN AQUAGUARD... IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WE WILL INSTALL A FRESH PIECE" Then on August 13th 2016 it stopped WORKING. Blue and red light started blinking. I launched a complaint against the issue COMPLAINT NO.[protected] .The technician attended call at 8 pm which was not lined up since Morning.
                            He checked the piece, cleaned it, but nothing happened. He closed it saying that the PCB is not working. I wrote a complaint on his receiving complaint copy that I am not satisfied with the product and requested to change it. I made so many calls in the customer care but no one answered the call.
                            Today I again tried to call Mr. Tripathi who said that launch a complaint in customer care. I again launched an SMS to customer care and to service Head Dehradun at M # [protected].
                            NO SOLUTIONS DONE YET, I AM BUYING 20 LITRES BISLERI BOTTLES FROM MARKET ON ALTERNATE DAYS HOPING THAT ONE DAY COMPANY WILL CHANGE THE FAULTY PIECE.

                              I have purchased a ENHANCE R.O. unit on 08.01.2014, order no. 22032, c.s.s. code 9004707.

                              I renewed maintenance contract on 08.12.2014, receipt no. 24184455, valid up to 07.12.2016. But a service guy came and confused me about renewing my contract and I did for the same on 29.07.2016, receipt no. 26519378.

                              Later I checked the previous validity and found the fraud. I contacted the person and he ignored my request. I raised a complaint on 29.07.2016, complain no. 96270118. They assured to fix the problem but did not contact further.

                              I raised another complain on 05.08.2016, complain no. 96356566. this time too no action or contact has been made.

                              Please solve my problem and extend my maintenance period as soon as possible and also notify me about it.

                                We bought the product online on 8/13/2016 2:24:33 PM and got faulty product delivered to us.

                                The product we ordered was DR. AQUAGUARD MAGNA UV + Mineral Cartridge + Biotron.

                                Initially the product was giving foul smelling water for which we raised a complaint no.88810193 the service person came and said the installation person forgot to clean some cartridge.

                                After the he cleaned the product and left the product stopped working in the evening and started flashing red light.

                                After three days the product stopped working and is flashing red blue and green light and the water is not filling.

                                We lodged two complaints with EF and still they have not resolved the issue.

                                The have not even visited to check the product despite us calling them several time.

                                We have finally cancelled the product online and waiting for refund.

                                Very poor Service by Aqua Guard. I will not recommedn this product to anyone.
                                I also saw the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBWEwzD05jg and still did not believe and went ahead buying this product.

                                I am now regretting my decision of buying this awful product.

                                Once Eureka Forbes was a trusted brand and not it has turned into a cheating & fraud company.

                                  I am purchased Aquaguard Reviva RO + UV water purifier
                                  and Paid Rs 16100.00 by Cheque in the name of Eureka Forbes
                                  but on verification on Delivery Challan total Price quoted by Company is Rs 14990.00 and I verified on online it found that price is Rs 14990.00 (Inclusive of all taxes, delivery charges & standard installation)
                                  after this i called your representative and asked about this but he said that Rs 1100.00 is taking for Accessories charges

                                  Hence please clarify Total Actual Rate of Aquaguard Reviva RO + UV water purifier including all charges

                                    I have registered a complain (Complain no.[protected] on aug 1, 2016 to fix my inova water purifier and after that i have called customer care for several times and even emailed customer care but my product is not serviced yet.

                                    I have renewed my service contract on 30/06/2016 for three years by paying rs. 4510/- and filtered got changed on 30/06/2016 but within 1 month only, purifier has having problems.

                                    The complain is not resolved, No technician visited or called.
                                    If complain is not resolved before friday I am compelled to file a suit in consumer court with hefty compensation.

                                      My amc was from dec 2014 for 2 yrs but the first service was only in mar.2016. The promise replacement of all filters is still pending. The contract was entered with rukmanandan services. Repeated queries of extending the contract for not honouring the 1st yr too has been ignored. I bought the ro in 2008/2009 but response to service calls has been poor till date

                                      Purchased a vacuum cleaner on dated 09.07.2016 from ezone big bazar, bhubaneswar. From staring it is not working. I have given lot of complain but still the problem remain unsolved.just treat it as a notice to you. if the problem will not solved in one day, i am forced to lodge an F I R and consumer case.

                                      but sales man is taking 16100.00 an extra cost of Rs 1100 is for accessories charges

                                        Very bad after sales and servicing.first contacted them on toll free no. on 27/6/16 for general servicing and change of candles.job attended on 28/6/16 by Mr.Suresh.not done properly, so filter started leaking.several complaints given since then, attended by them but problem continued.on 21/8/16, Suresh & another technician attended again, but they bungled up that no power supply is there to the filter ( some short circuit internally).Fed up of contacting Suresh continuously.. M/S Eurekha Forbes only has manufacturing units maybe..No technicians with knowledge of their products, for after sales servicing...NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF EUREKHA FORBE...will get frustrated contacting...must take legal action on the company...
