Hope, you can recognise me... We have had a major exchange on certain disputes which had arisen in our office at reliance gic, bangalore, when, your support had really worked. Since, then, i have had a tremenfous faith on your leadership. We had met even in your old office in calcutta.
Now, my issue is, that, we at 24 chakraberia lane and 27/3 chakraberia lane - both being our houses, have more than 15 aquaguard water-purifiers with amc with youll, all updated with payments.
One, by the name of mr. Rajiv ghosh comes to do the service in all these flats, where all my relations stay, including my own flat.
We are receiving since, the few days, sms, which reflect, that service has been done by this personnel - which is absolutely false.
Its a dummy calling which he is reporting, to your esteemed office.
Shall now request you to take action against this personnel, and save the wonderful brand equity, which you'll possess and do the needful, for our amc to get the optimum return, which we deserve to get, under the rules of consumer act in way of amc.
Else, we may have question the brand in the rightmost forum, which am sure, you shall not let happen.

the service person did the servicing, changed filters . now my equipment started leaking a lot.
