I had taken a magna in may 2015. Just after the installation the machine started problem i kept on complaning & they sent an executive after 2 days every month (Nearly) i kept on saying this is a faulty machine but it went to deaf ears.
In may 2016 they took the amc chq of rs 5000/ — aprox after that the machine went dead for last 45 days its dead & everyday i speak with them them assure to resolve in 2 working days which never happens....

I booked Dr . Aquaguard for a demo online .
The demo person came and gave the demo at my home address .
He promised to give me 1000 discount and life time free service .
Next day he came for payment and asked me to pay the actual amount online and promised me that once the product is delivered to me, he will come in person and give me back my 1000 Rs in cash and the warranty card for life time free...

I tried all means to get a mechanic or whatever from eureka forbes and still trying with no hope that someone will come to assist. 6 month free service is a bull crap of aquaguard. Our aquaguard is breaking down frequently. We followed up 10+ times since yesterday personally with the person who was supposed to visit as well as with the customer care, still the issue remains unresolved. There is no water at our home. I have an aquagaurd elegant ro purifier. Whenever i have had some defect in the product, the customer service provided has been highly unsatisfactory and delayed.
