we have purchased aqua quard R.o. system from Rohini CROMA show room on 23rd September 16. we have called to technician person his behavior was very bad not acceptable at all..than he he don't have manner to talk with customer.
he assembled our R.O. He has not checked its TDS & not given water to taste without taken shorty he gone.yet its not assembled properly..its just hang on wall as a show piece.we have waste our rs.18500..we will never go for your brand in future..
you are doing chit with the customer..
WE are not satisfy with our service..
I want call back for that complaint..other wise i will send that complaint to other sites also..
its very shame full you are not listing for guest's requirement..

    Despite sending SMS to the specific number [protected] as many as 8 times till date the machine has not been set right. We are not able to make use of the machine as the same is not working due to defective pc which needs to be replaced as told by the technicians who called on us without proper equipment and apparatus. We have already paid the amount for the AMC which is valid till 19th April 2017.

    Please arrange to send the technician with all equipment and apparatus to set right the defective machine failing which I will be constrained to move the Consumer Court for getting my grievance redressed and you will be liable for all the costs and consequences.

    When the needful has not been done, am receiving SMSes asking for the feedback for the service which has not been rendered despite my 8 SMSes above.

      Hello,

      I had purchased Nano RO from Eureka Forbes on 2nd July 2016 after paying Rs.10600/-. The unit stopped working on 27th September 2016. Since then I am continuously in followup with local service team and the central service team as well. I have conveyed the seriousness of the issue through email, phone call etc. Today is 01st october 2016 and still I am being given empty promises saying the problem would be resolved soon.
      They are not willing to replace the faulty unit. Imagine a RO unit purchased after paying Rs.10600 undergoes a breakdown maintenance every 3months and down time is more than a week ! this is the brand value of Eureka forbes. Guys please be careful while choosing NANO RO by Eureka forbes. We will be cheated of money and very poor support.

          We have called service personal who visited us on 27th september who fixed the issue of water not coming. But when we started to use it, dirt was coming. we called the person again on next day 28th which was a hartal in trivandrum, kerala. Till now no one has come to fix the issue and we are not able to use the water.

            I had complained about the aquaguard water purifier, magna, purchased last year, and taken the amc 2 months back. Since taking the amc, the machine is not working properly.
            I filed a complaint of non-working of the machine on 26th sept.16, complaint no. [protected] and was promised that the same will be attended within 48 hrs. I have since been following on every day but till now no one has attended the complaint.
            I was sent the name and mobile number of mr pawan vishwakarma, mobile - [protected] to attend the complaint, but he never picks the call.
            Today morning i was given the name and number of mr rohit vedak, mob. [protected] to escalate the complaint, but his number has been either busy or does not pick the call. After trying for 6 hrs, i could talk to him now at 4.38 pm, but the call was disconnected without giving any concrete answer.
            I want some responsible person in eureka forbes to attend to my complaint. Get the machine corrected and refund the amount i paid for amc.

              Apart from the product cost they have collected rs9000 for warrenty but they are not attending the service. I have to incur amount daily for drinking water.
              My water purifier is not working. It got repair one month back since then it was attedned by an immature technician. But the problem was not resolved.
              I am incuring rs300 daily for drinking water, only because of this company

                I have complained to the head office regarding the fault of my vacuum cleaner xl moder in which the technician karthik came attend and inturn told the his manager basker bkrid office to bring the machine and repair it within an hour and by auto fair 150 i gave to basker and inturn he gave to toveeramani and in turn he gave the machine to nungambakkam office and i enquired that my residence is not in his jurisdiction in numgambakkam what is going on euroka?                     I raised a complaint regarding my vacuum clear 1 month before and till now it is not closed. As soon as I registered I got call and they enquired whether it is within warranty period or not. When I confirm it is with in warranty no response at all. I would have called more than 50 times and every time they will ask the same thing about warranty. Thry told me to call the service ppl of my area direcctly and those ppl alo asked same abt warranty and initially they confirme they will resolve it and after that his number is switched off. I registered the complaint on 27th aug 2016 and till now it is not solved.[protected] This is my first time registerd complaint number.

                      Most third grade service based company ... please donot go on adds and never availed their AMC as they will not do anything just will extract money from you... i am struggling to get any reply from the agency or from the company from last one month.. my daughter got ill, my wife suffered sever throat infection cause of these guys carelessness.. My customer service request no. [protected] i got sms from the company person name given aakash - [protected] ... no response from the company and aakash as he is not ready to pick the phone. Then we contact service request again and got availed number of senior person name is Prashant - [protected] - I personally had called around 4 to 5 times, send him several request and sms, but he gave me all foolish assurances. Till date no person has came to check my problem what it is... I am taking this issue at Consumer court level... Very very pathetic company and very bad service experiance. so please beware -

                          I have been facing problem with the aquasure water purifier(Nano RO machine) from a long time. The same is under AMC upto March 29, 2017. I have called the customer service centre many times but there is no proper response from the company. I had first made a complaint on 5th august 2016 and since then the technician has visited my place twice to resolve the problem, however the same is not yet fixed. From the past 10-12 days i have been calling the customer care for support but have still not got any support because of which i am unable to use the water purifier. The standard reply that I am getting from the customer care people and senior executives (Momita Roy, Zakir Husain, Debasish Shah, etc) is that the technician would visit tomorrow from the last 10-12 days. There is no proper support for my complaint. Request you to look into this matter.

                              No one cheating company..

                              On 25.09.2016 mandatory service [protected] of my aquaguard conducted by chiranjib pal but confirmation message received in the name of tanmay bag who left eureka forbes already.

                              On that day the said person bring one new water filter candle with him and opened machine and told me that water filter candle to be changed and as such i have to renew my amc only then he will change free of cost and began strongly forcing to renew amc.. I refused to renew the amc and told that you take the charges for this candle and change it. But he strongly refused to do so without amc.. He told that he has no permission to replace filter candle without amc.. Then i told him to fix my machine in as it is position and leave.. After that he talked over phone to his seniors and then agreed to change the water candle by charging rs.585.00.. I agreed and paid him and he changed and given me the receipt no[protected] without date and acknowledged as mr. Chironjib pal. And then again that time forcing to do amc and indirectly threatened that if your machine will stop tomorrow then you have to pay service charge and cost of parts if damaged.. I didn't care for that time.. And after that he goes near to machine again and opened the machine immidetaly and told us that water flow was slow and he did it maximum flow and went away..
                              After that one service done acknowledgement received stating that mr tanmay das of your representative visited my house and solved the complaint.
                              We didn't see further the activity of machine but after servicing the water coming stopped and red light is indicating and beeping.. As we have sufficient storage of purified water so i closed the machine and on 27.09.2016 again lodged a complain service request number [protected] and company again appointed chironjid deb.. He telephoned me and to come at 6pm but i was busy so told him to come 4pm. But he not come that day
                              Again on 28.09.2016 company appointed surajit nandi and asked me to come to check the machine and i updated all to him.. After that 2 persons have visited and opened the machine and told that censor has been damaged and a charges of rs 1700.00 to be paid to replace..
                              Sir, it is my mistake that i did not renew the amc.. If i renew the amc then nothing will happen..
                              How your representatives cheats us common man by forcing to do amc and then mis manage the facts that its a electrical item.. Iny time can be damaged..
                              Sir, i am asking you why it has not been damaged in one year?

                              At last i request you to take the appropriate steps in the matter so that our relationship will more strong..
                              I hope a positive result will be received by me at the earliest.

                                  Customer id: [protected]. Reviva ro+uv water purifier was purchased from vertex, adyar, chennai and installed on 17.08.2016 and it was failed to start on 28.08.2016. I have made many complaints to customer care services chennai and sent email also. But sofar the fault was not rectified. I am very sorry to say your service is very very poor. I have contacted sri rajesh, chennai service branch also but no response. Really it has created mental agony to me. I hope i will get a possitive response from you.

                                  After pursuing through customer care centre, dealer (through him the water purifier was purchased), chennai service centre and then through consumer complaints.in website, I received a SMS from Eureka Forbes stating that the work is allocated to a service tech with name & mobile no. The technician came and rectified the fault.After the completion of work I received a call from Eureka customer care to enquire about the status of the complaint.

                                    Recently bought a Magna water purifier and the water has a weird taste/smell and have been since following up with the person who sold me the unit, the customer care at eureka forbes and have even logged a ticket with the call centre on 24th Sept. They said the unit will be collected on 27th Sept but nothing till today. Infact to top this all, I keep getting repeated messages to provide ratings on the satisfaction I had by buying this product. I already rated them the least possible rating, but I don't think it counts anyway :).

                                    Lets see if they do it in 30 days or I consider my money down the drain.

                                      Hope, you can recognise me... We have had a major exchange on certain disputes which had arisen in our office at reliance gic, bangalore, when, your support had really worked. Since, then, i have had a tremenfous faith on your leadership. We had met even in your old office in calcutta.

                                      Now, my issue is, that, we at 24 chakraberia lane and 27/3 chakraberia lane - both being our houses, have more than 15 aquaguard water-purifiers with amc with youll, all updated with payments.

                                      One, by the name of mr. Rajiv ghosh comes to do the service in all these flats, where all my relations stay, including my own flat.

                                      We are receiving since, the few days, sms, which reflect, that service has been done by this personnel - which is absolutely false.

                                      Its a dummy calling which he is reporting, to your esteemed office.

                                      Shall now request you to take action against this personnel, and save the wonderful brand equity, which you'll possess and do the needful, for our amc to get the optimum return, which we deserve to get, under the rules of consumer act in way of amc.

                                      Else, we may have question the brand in the rightmost forum, which am sure, you shall not let happen.

                                        I am vedika gulekar. I installed aquaflow dx water purifier of eureka forbs in august 2016. Since we are purchased it having different problems, now its main switch board is faulty. I contacted company for last one month, help desk person registered the complained & say our representative come & solve the problem but after one month problem doesn’t solve. Recent complaint no.
