Hi, this is suresh h a, resident of whitefield, bangalore... I have purchased under sink water purifier from eureka forbes on november-2016. The product was the top end model and i have used till 4 months properly later it started sounding very bad, it was actually an irritating sound. I have complained to concerned technicians also but the response was too bad.. The franchise holder from whitefield was lest bother for my complaint.. After few days 3 person came and done the service finally a person came and changed the filters and charged rs.4500/-... The actual problem starts from that time sound from the filter was still there, the water tastes too bad like tap water only no difference at all... Later i complained so many times to the owner and that technician who changed the filters nobody came,,, i have offered for bottle water for 15 days, than the same person came and done the service but no use at all... The same complaining procedure continued but the response was too worst, they started least bothering for my complaint... This product is worst, waste of your money,,,.. Guys please dont purchase this under sink model... Company has to take responsibility of this issue and enquire branch mananger muniraju, whitefield...

    Good day, Its very frustrating to say about our renowned water purifier brand Eureka Forbes ( Aqua Sure). My nano RO is under AMC for two years wef from Feb 2016 to Feb 2018. From February to present there has been already two times break down of the RO which they repaired after so much negotiations, It seems they hire very poor quality of technician and the spare parts are not at all genuine as genuine spare parts can't break down every now and then. I made the biggest mistake of my life of getting two years contract with them. Now I feel I should cancel the contract with them as they are providing very poor service. If it's break down the technician blame the water sources, it's very disgusting. Do not fall in prey for AMC specific for Eureka Forbes

    Your technician demanding money for replacement of candle, which was last replaced two months ago, to remind you membranes have a life of 1 years and under warranty, so theoretically it should work for a year and can't break down every now then . By passing of connection by poor technician is not all accepted and can lead to this problem. They bypass the connection.     Good day,
    TECHNICIAN visited at 6 pm without any prior intimations of his visit, replaced the membrane with refurbished membrane. Capilary removed.
    There is now no PROVIsion for manual flushing, which was originally provided when purchased. I am not at all satisfied with the services under AMC and hence would like to cancel the AMC.Please provide procedures and arrange to refund my money.
    See attached picture where it shows that insulation tapes attached to the electric connection which shows the poor TECHNICIAl knowledge of the the technician.

      I am having a water purifier ( Model Classic) and the product was under service contract ( Receipt No-10, 25746616, w.ef 20/12/15 to 19/12/17) for the last 13 years by paying Rs 2685/-. On 22/08/16 I registered a service request to your complaint (beep sound) and one Mr. Srinivas attended the work but the problem continued.Again I complained to the customer support on 26/08/16, 30/08/16 and on 02/09/16 but to my surprise no body attended the job. On 02/09/16 the customer support person told me that shortly some body will contact. But I feel cheated rising serious doubt about the facilities available to the customers.
      Please see that the complaint is being attended, purified water being the essential item and hence the entire family is under tension. Please don't cheat the customers.

      We r in warranty period, yet no one is coming to repair it.this is the 8th time the product needs repair.nobody is showing interest to hear the problem, so forget about coming here n fixing it.we want the product replaced.

        Dear Sir, 03rd September, 2016.
        By paying Rs10, 490/-(online) on 22nd Augst, 2016 I ordered your above referred product for my residence at H.No.12-2-342/A, "NASHEMAN", Muradnagar, Hyderabad-500028. The unit was delivered on 30th August. After a reminder
        your technician Mr.Shanker came for installing it. The product was found leaking. I asked for its replacement. Mr.Srinivas of your local office informed that it can only be repaired by replacing the broken part. He asked me to contact the technician for the job. Mr.Shanker now says that he can come only in the evening for the work. I am very sorry for this state of standard in product and service of a company of this stature. It can be expected of a company of 'fly-by-night' stature common these days but certainly of EUREKA FORBES. Please note that I have made the payment in advance. Again, I am yet to receive the promised gift of "WATCH" promised to be delivered even before the product is delivered.
        Please look into matter urgently and take necessary action.

        Water Purified Dismantled and left like that by Service Person one routine AMC maintenance Visit. He could not Open the unit. He was looking to change Carbon. He mentioned that someone else will come. No one from company bothered to attend. Even Complained to the Company. Complaint Number is 88898418. No one from the company contacted me.

          I have been given a defective piece or the authorized serviceman has spoilt the piece. After the last servicing of the purifier, (it is obvious here that the fault/defect was created by the servicing man, called Davis, who operates from Chamrajpet), what started to happen was that muddy water started to accumulate in the purified drinking water container of the purifier! Because of this everyone in the house fell sick and we had to incur major medical costs in hospital. The serviceman was very rude and arrogant and was not at all helping and was depriving us from customer service or refund or replacement claims and rejected us from availing any of it, not only that, he also poisoned the office staff verbally against helping us and how unprofessional of them, it's been two weeks no help received from the company. As a poor petty man, I could have helped him for being so, but he in-turn played the cards cheaply, is this what internal training and company standards teach them? We are in deep regret of buying a product of this company. We are old customers and have bought their products many times before, the service in Mumbai is far better, but here in Bangalore, it has become a daily torture. Who will pay for my daily water costs, I have to manage alternatively till I get my money back!

          I have lodged a complaint number many times and each time they kept telling that they will call back, been 2 weeks now, no response from them whatsoever. My purifier was bought in March last week in 2016. I have all the bills and invoice etc. I was given a complaint number by Dipa, Vekant, Gita, etc and many other customer care executives who promised call back in few hours, in two days, in one day, in some time, etc etc, but to no effect. We never received a call back and they are too shameless, ungrateful, unkind, rude, egoistic in their talks and way too slow and still haven't bothered to give us a confirmation on our application of refund, they have been extremely arrogant, ignorant and way too unwise in their communication, all fake and fraud promises. Worst part is that they do not respond even if you escalate a certain complaint ticket.

          My ticket number[protected] was not given to me for so many days initially and even Dipa had given me the number incorrect, as a result of which I had lot of follow up difficulty.

          I am an ordinary law abiding citizen and I expect justice at the earliest. If not, I will have to put things legally and use the law and order to get back my justice and compensation for all the phone bills, mental and financial harassment caused to me due to this unfortunate yet deliberate ignorant event.

          Non installation of water purifier even after three days of lodging service complaint. Registered mobile [protected]. Machine is under AMC for two years.. This is a transfer case from kolkata to Bangalore.

            I purchased eureka forbes water purifier in june 2016, the filter is not working from july 2016 . I had regularly lodged complain through different channels, like calling customer care, sms, email etc. But till today one technician come once, and even after repeated complain problem is not sort .

            Also i have been told that defected parts are not included in warranty of product only service is free.

            So many times i request to talk with senior, but no one never available, and been told to call back by them, but never called.

            Hi ..

            Its been more than 10 days following up for our complaint no. [protected] and regularly with Service Engineer Virender Singh... However seems Eureka is not at all concerned with Customer requirements.

            Appreciate if this taken up seriously... This causing issues with water quality.

              Sir, i purchased a i-nova water purifier in SANGLI- MAHARASHTRA. The service was very good there. then I was transfered to DOMBIVALI (DIST . THANE) there was no problem also.Now I am in pune since last three years and services of your office are more than worst.                 We have purchase Aquaguard I had filed compliant 10 days back for maintenance service and compliant no give is 88795885.I was promised that technician would come within 48 working hours. Till date nobody has come to provide maintenance service. I have called five times to customer care no inquiring status of my compliant. every time it has been promised that the technician would come by next day afternoon . However, no body has come till now.

                  I have got sms on my mobile phone regarding service request from Euroka Forbes for servicing of Aquaguard and at the end of the day, got another sms of attending the service request by the technician and service being completed although I have not made any request for servicing the Aquaguard nor the technician attended at my house. All these bogus and fake service requests being sent on sms by Euroka Forbes company or by the technicians of the service centre at Bhubaneswar, odisha for their personal goal or achievment or monetary gain. This should be stopped.

                    I bought this product on 19 aug. 2016 and registered installation request [reg no.96520230] on the same day.till today 2 sep 2016 my installation is still pending.i have complained almost 10 times but no action was taken.subsequent complaint nos are96609151 and96690993. if you cant provide service you better stop selling your products.i have incurred additional cost of rs 2000 in buying water from the market.

                    Problem of water leakage from to system

                    Not able to solve the problem
                    I am praveen sawarkar, purchase aqua sure. However not done any free servicing by company in last 15 month. Request you to give 2 free servicing.i already raise complaint at customers care but not taken care. This is very shame full to company like you.Also not taking care of customers. Look forward the earliest resolution.
                    The company marketing his product with many facility regarding service and other facility.I purchase online his product on 31.12.2015 but after 3 to 4 request of service no any service provided by them.My first request is on 23.07.2016 vied request no-[protected].Please advise me to return the product.

                      My name is Hem Nalini ballikurava.I had purchased AG classic from an agent called Prem( [protected]) his head is Sai baba ([protected]). The technicians had arrived and installed the product but it was not working. The technician said he will return back and fix the issue but the issue is not fixed.
                      I purchased the product on 17 june 2016, paid a total of rs.9000.
                      From the time we have purchased the product, it has not been working.After repeated calling the customer care they sent technicians to check the issue. They were not able to fix the issue.
                      Many technicians have come n gone but no resolution is provided.
                      I request you to refund my amount and take back the product as I feel its a faulty product which was installed hence it didnt work.
                      I got another contact number for compliants-- [protected], this person wanted me to get the product to Ameerpet office and return it.I dont want to touch the product as I feel they will blame us for man handling the product.

                      Please resolve this issue.

                        I, anil kumar verma, purchased one eureka forbes’ aquaguard ro system model: aquasure xpert from m/s reliance digital, srs mall, gomti nagar, lucknow on 13th aug 2016. The supporting documents are append herewith.
                        2. I got the delivery on 14th aug 2016 and installation was performed on 17th aug 2016. The installation was conducted by m/s reliance digital or m/s eureka forbes itself however the unit fell down from the mounting place merely within 24 hours of installation early in the wee hours of morning while we were in sleep resulting into problem in display and water leakage.
                        3. After numerous complaints from my side to both m/s eureka forbes and m/s reliance digital, m/s reliance sent a service engineer who is only saying to repair the display however silent about the water leakage. The unit is lying in my kitchen in faulty condition and i have been forced to purchase filtered water on daily basis to meet my day to day water consumption. I am in tremendous tension both mentally and economically (As purchasing water).
                        4. There is no fault from my side and this unit was purchased from hard earned money. I sincerely feel that m/s reliance digital or m/s eureka forbes will keep the goodwill established and will replace my unit with new one while without causing any further difficulty to me in this regard.

                        Eurekaforbes is really pathetic. I entered into service contract ( AMC) for two years and continuous break down for 3 times in 6 months. When raised complains attending technician demanding money. Why ???? under AMC every thing is covered except exterior. Now how to terminate the contract with them for poor services and poor attitude. I am also forced to to buy water

                          Amazed at the bad service and experience from such a old company. Even after multiple follow ups the product delivery has no status.
                          When the local dealer is able to send same product to our home in 6 hours with installation. Our Online purchase from Eureka forbes site has no shipment let alone delivery status. Heavy disappointment. Even cancellation is charged with 10-12% deduction. I should have taken the reviews seriously our mistake.

                            I have been using my eureka forbes magna for around 8 months now. All of a sudden the water has stopped filling up the tank. When i switch on my machine, it indicates a blue light indicating that the machine is on, but the tank does not start filling up. I am assuming, its choked somewhere. Could you send a technician over to my residence for fixing it. I stay in bangalore. Can you give me any contact number on which i can raise a complaint to get it addressed.

                              Service person came to do routine service yesterday. Mobile no of service man is [protected]. After his routine service he shown everything is ok and went away. But when we on the switch of water filter it was not getting on. We called him today for check it. He came to check and after checking he told us that circuit board is gone need to change. He told me to put complaint to call centre. Complaint is lodged. Then he told us that we will have to pay approx rs 1500 for changing it. Why will have to pay when circuit board is gone due to lack of awareness of service person regarding circuit board safety. Perhaps water entered into circuit board for which it has gone. Why should we pay for company's serviceman's mistake?

                              Iam joseph i purchase the aquaguard genius bhimavaram ap region 3months back because not working and 3weeks back i call the local coustmer service members they are no response local area region is rajahmundry i complaints also register please solve this is worst service i never seen before

                                Hi,

                                We moved to new home. So had filed a service request with eureka Forbes 4 days bacj. They said in 48 hours technician will come and fix. But after 3 days also there was no response. To cross check when I called they asked me to re-register the complaint. When I asked why they r so inefficient they said they will come and fix today itself. But till now there is no response. I am not sure in what way I can approach them now for re-installation. So I am requesting you. Please do take some action and help me to get it reinstalled.

                                  This is in reference to deficiency in service by your side regarding the product which i had booked from your company. The details regarding the product are as follows -

                                  - product name - "dr. Aquaguard classic +",

                                  - transaction date - 13/08/2016.

                                  - customer id - [protected]

                                  - order id - [protected].

                                  - employee code - 4006736.

                                  As per your company policy the product is been delivered within the 6 working days from the date of booking, in which after 2 weeks the product is been delivered to us but which was not our product but was booked by some other customer, after our revert regarding the same to the respective employees, the said employee is only giving the assurance of giving the our booked product and fitting it as soon as possible, but its now entire month is come to end yet the there is no response from the company employees and no one been visited to look after, hence we had booked the aquaguard product in emergancy becouse of some medical issues, we claim compensation to the eureka forbes as for the difficulties been faced by us till today and for what will be faced further.

                                    We have purchase Aquaguard compact UV+ on 15 March 2016 . On 26/8/16 2016 I had filed compliant for maintance service and compliant no give is 88886844.I was promised that technican would come within 48 working hours. Till date nobody has come to provide maintenance service. On 30 August 2016 I once again call customer care no inquiring status of my compliant. Mr Pratik promised that the technican would come by 8 pm latest on 30 August 2016. However, no body has come till now.

                                      I got Aquaguard Reviva installed in March'16 and since then have been experiencing issues with TDS controller in the device. It keeps on fluctuating and I submitted several complaints to local dealer and customer care to get the part changed. The complaint numbers given to me by Eureka Forbes are 86892861 and 86436705. I've been now told that the part is not available and will be changed when available. Its been around 6 months and our heath is impacted due to this water. I asked them to refund my money and take off this product so that I can move over to KENT or any other company however still no response. Requesting to take this into consideration and take appropriate actions.

                                        Hi,

                                        All I can say is this product is worst. I have been using this for last 8 months, but in last 2 months it is giving severe problem like low water inflow. There has been complaint given several times in last 1 month and every time technician will come and say this is the usual behaviour.

                                        Please fix the issue so that problem does not re occur again.
