number of times your service representative come and do their work but problem is not solved till.
please give me good quality product as early as possible i am trying from last two weeks. no one telling solution me i talk with customer representative lot of times but they are unable to solve my problem. product right now off.
otherwise i will go to consumer court about u r faulty product please co-operate me.

    Hi all,

    what sort of service you have in aqua guard.
    I booked service request on 5th sep 16-[protected] and one harisha was supposed to get my unit serviced in 48 hours,
    that person has not even bothered to call me till date,
    what sort of people do you employ.

    On 28th jul'16 the service request #[protected] was opened and murthy was supposed to service my unit with in 48 hours, this service request is still open and apart from him calling me on 29th jul'16 till date that also has not turned up.

    I am right now going on to social media to blast aqua guard and requesting all customer never to buy aqua guard and rate it to dogs

      Provogue watch was free on purchase made through website. Its more than 45 days and still i haven't received Provogue watch.

        Dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro + uv (failed product- worst of worst product)

        i have purchased a dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro + uv on aug'2016.

        1st call: - since 1st month we are facing issue with this product.
        Gave call to customer care, enginer visited and for time being issue was resolved giving excuse of impure water due to rany season.

        2nd call: - den again after 30 to 40 days same problem persisted replying same water issue, with traditionla method of solution.

        3rd call just in 15 days after 2nd call was closed.

        4th call: - the same was repated for appx. 5 to 6 months. Atlast i got fedup, decided to submit this product to local service center at nasik.
        At this time i debated with conser person in local office at nashik, and solution was as below suggested to use pre-filter. (for this solution i had drought, as same product was used by my neighbour with no issue in it. So this solution was wrong as per my knowledge.)

        5th call: -on[protected] i submitted this product along with all acessories ( charger, filter unit etc.), then after i gave several call to customer care, but no proper response instead was replied this issue will be resolved very shortly. Now, uptill date[protected] approx after 2 months no resolution after paying money.

        Please do the needful on very urgent basis.

          My eureka forbes-aquaguard water purifier isn't working for the last 7 days. My complaint number with eureka forbes is [protected] lodged on august 31, 2016.

          Till now, the service is not done. We are on tap water for the last 7 days.

          How can these people claim to have an objective to serve good water?

          Pathetic customer service. I have tried reaching all the phone numbers and is of no use.

            I have purshed Eurek Forbes water purifier from Lotus vijay nagar branch on[protected], We have shifted from Indore to Agra before 6 month back, but we got problem in water purifier on Aug month, I have complained to coustmer care, he always forwarded complain to indore office, after many request, they have changed the address from indore to agra but after 2-3 complains to coustmer care, Engineer visited and check the equipment and told filter and pc and motor not working, As per product, he will give 6000 letre water in one year, but in 1 year only 9 month machine working only, but how can we consume 6000 liters water in 9 month. This product is faulty producut, I have requested to coustmer care to repair product but i am getting poor response and my product warrenty will be closed on[protected] but i am getting poor response, Please replace my product with filter, i will not pay any money for repairing and changing.

              My brother harshal bhadane has purchased dr. Aquaguard magna uv on 9 april, 2016. We have received the order but we found that, the product is not suitable for our house.

              We have requested the refund or replacement with suitable product for the same to customer care#[protected]. Also sent the email at [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in.

              We have raised the request several times after the delivery of product but they are not taking any action against our request.

              Water is not coming out from the aqua guard machine for the past 4 days, even though many complaints were give no response. complaint no. [protected]. it is very very poor response from the firm.

                  I have filed a service requeston 25.08.2016 for servicing of aqua guard the amc of which is valid till march 17. My request was registered vide request number [protected]. The same was allotted to technician mr. Nilesh bawane. But nobody attended and i received a message on the same evening that your service is attended. Once again i lodged a service request with the company on 30.08.2016 and the service request number [protected] was allocated to technician nandkishore khode. But once again nobody attended and on the same evening i received a message that my call is attended by nandkishore khode. It appears that nobody in the company is bothered about customer services and are simply fleecing the customers in the name of amc. I request the company to look into the matter and take appropriate action.

                    I request to customer care on 31st aug to reinstall my aquaguard ro, the executive given the time line of two days. And no engineer came for the service. Since then i am following up with them on every second day and i am getting only the timeline by customer care executive but no one is coming to reinstall it. Worst service by aquaguard.

                    I would suggest no one should purchase it in hyderabad city.

                      Got water purifier (Eureka forbes enhance) 6 months ago and the product stopped working normally after 3 months. It has been 2months since we have been trying to reach customer care centers and they do pick calls and say will be sending technician, he has showed up thrice till date. Technicians have no idea what the problem is. Every time they come blames it on some part not working (Like adapter etc) and don't come back to fix it.

                        I have ordered invisipure ro on 12th august order no [protected]. The representative (Ramki[protected] and srinivas[protected] and ddsm mr somashekar [protected]) informed it will take 5 days max 7 days i. E 19th august and have taken the check for the product. From then they are not responding properly and every time they are postponing the same by 2-3 days by 3 times. I even called customer care and escalated the issue (Complaint no[protected] but it was of no use. I finally informed them to either deliver the product or return the check by 28th. I got fedup of following it up with them and went ahead and cacncelled the order and requested them to return my bank check. They neither delivered the product nor returned the check. From past 10 days i am calling them every day and requesting to return my bank check. They are not responding nor they care once order is placed, they keep giving reason we are in meeting very busy etc etc etc.

                        I had doubt just to confirm i called mr srinivas and informed my brother wants to exchange his old water filter. He started calling me many times, i wanted to check so i said my brother is not reachable once i speak to him i will update you on his requirement. The same day he called me ten times to check if i got info from my brother. This is how your executive works, they are not bothered about customer once order is placed. Please update your system that their commission or any incensite is given after 2 months only if the customer is happy with the service. You can have centralized system for the same.

                        Finally i request you to please see that i get my bank check back.

                          They sale vaccum cleaner on 10/07/2016. I get a parsal on 18/07/2016. When i try to use it did not started. The machine is faulty one.
                          I contact to customer care they write down complaint on 21/07/2016.
                          But no one can come to check the machine.
                          I call the pavan on 24/07/2016, he say "i check the status of complaint and call you back after 30 minutes" but he did not call back. When i call him he just say "tomarow he will be there". This process is going on from 24/07/2016 to 09/08/2016. Every time he say i wil send him tomarow.
                          On 09/08/2016 i call to pavans boss sonavne. He also say "i will call you in 30 minutes". When i call him, he just cut it every time, when i try witih different number they attending call and ask mi to speak with the another technician and he will resolve your problem but he just cut the phone.
                          My father goes on his office he say"i will send him tomarow 12 pm"
                          When i call him he say"send mi the complaint number". I send no but
                          Every time they just avoiding me.
                          The technician mr. Prashant said "i will send him". His tecnician came and check machine on 30/08/16 and now they told mi to change a part of brand new machine and part will available in 2 day. But when i try to contact them they didnot answer my call.[protected]
                          They are fraud.

                            Hi, this is suresh h a, resident of whitefield, bangalore... I have purchased under sink water purifier from eureka forbes on november-2016. The product was the top end model and i have used till 4 months properly later it started sounding very bad, it was actually an irritating sound. I have complained to concerned technicians also but the response was too bad.. The franchise holder from whitefield was lest bother for my complaint.. After few days 3 person came and done the service finally a person came and changed the filters and charged rs.4500/-... The actual problem starts from that time sound from the filter was still there, the water tastes too bad like tap water only no difference at all... Later i complained so many times to the owner and that technician who changed the filters nobody came,,, i have offered for bottle water for 15 days, than the same person came and done the service but no use at all... The same complaining procedure continued but the response was too worst, they started least bothering for my complaint... This product is worst, waste of your money,,,.. Guys please dont purchase this under sink model... Company has to take responsibility of this issue and enquire branch mananger muniraju, whitefield...

                              Good day, Its very frustrating to say about our renowned water purifier brand Eureka Forbes ( Aqua Sure). My nano RO is under AMC for two years wef from Feb 2016 to Feb 2018. From February to present there has been already two times break down of the RO which they repaired after so much negotiations, It seems they hire very poor quality of technician and the spare parts are not at all genuine as genuine spare parts can't break down every now and then. I made the biggest mistake of my life of getting two years contract with them. Now I feel I should cancel the contract with them as they are providing very poor service. If it's break down the technician blame the water sources, it's very disgusting. Do not fall in prey for AMC specific for Eureka Forbes

                              Your technician demanding money for replacement of candle, which was last replaced two months ago, to remind you membranes have a life of 1 years and under warranty, so theoretically it should work for a year and can't break down every now then . By passing of connection by poor technician is not all accepted and can lead to this problem. They bypass the connection.                               TECHNICIAN visited at 6 pm without any prior intimations of his visit, replaced the membrane with refurbished membrane. Capilary removed.
                              There is now no PROVIsion for manual flushing, which was originally provided when purchased. I am not at all satisfied with the services under AMC and hence would like to cancel the AMC.Please provide procedures and arrange to refund my money.
                              See attached picture where it shows that insulation tapes attached to the electric connection which shows the poor TECHNICIAl knowledge of the the technician.

                                I am having a water purifier ( Model Classic) and the product was under service contract ( Receipt No-10, 25746616, w.ef 20/12/15 to 19/12/17) for the last 13 years by paying Rs 2685/-. On 22/08/16 I registered a service request to your complaint (beep sound) and one Mr. Srinivas attended the work but the problem continued.Again I complained to the customer support on 26/08/16, 30/08/16 and on 02/09/16 but to my surprise no body attended the job. On 02/09/16 the customer support person told me that shortly some body will contact. But I feel cheated rising serious doubt about the facilities available to the customers.
                                Please see that the complaint is being attended, purified water being the essential item and hence the entire family is under tension. Please don't cheat the customers.

                                We r in warranty period, yet no one is coming to repair it.this is the 8th time the product needs repair.nobody is showing interest to hear the problem, so forget about coming here n fixing it.we want the product replaced.

                                  By paying Rs10, 490/-(online) on 22nd Augst, 2016 I ordered your above referred product for my residence at H.No.12-2-342/A, "NASHEMAN", Muradnagar, Hyderabad-500028. The unit was delivered on 30th August. After a reminder
                                  your technician Mr.Shanker came for installing it. The product was found leaking. I asked for its replacement. Mr.Srinivas of your local office informed that it can only be repaired by replacing the broken part. He asked me to contact the technician for the job. Mr.Shanker now says that he can come only in the evening for the work. I am very sorry for this state of standard in product and service of a company of this stature. It can be expected of a company of 'fly-by-night' stature common these days but certainly of EUREKA FORBES. Please note that I have made the payment in advance. Again, I am yet to receive the promised gift of "WATCH" promised to be delivered even before the product is delivered.

                                  Water Purified Dismantled and left like that by Service Person one routine AMC maintenance Visit. He could not Open the unit. He was looking to change Carbon. He mentioned that someone else will come. No one from company bothered to attend. Even Complained to the Company. Complaint Number is 88898418. No one from the company contacted me.

                                    I have been given a defective piece or the authorized serviceman has spoilt the piece. After the last servicing of the purifier, (it is obvious here that the fault/defect was created by the servicing man, called Davis, who operates from Chamrajpet), what started to happen was that muddy water started to accumulate in the purified drinking water container of the purifier! Because of this everyone in the house fell sick and we had to incur major medical costs in hospital. The serviceman was very rude and arrogant and was not at all helping and was depriving us from customer service or refund or replacement claims and rejected us from availing any of it, not only that, he also poisoned the office staff verbally against helping us and how unprofessional of them, it's been two weeks no help received from the company. As a poor petty man, I could have helped him for being so, but he in-turn played the cards cheaply, is this what internal training and company standards teach them? We are in deep regret of buying a product of this company. We are old customers and have bought their products many times before, the service in Mumbai is far better, but here in Bangalore, it has become a daily torture. Who will pay for my daily water costs, I have to manage alternatively till I get my money back!

                                    I have lodged a complaint number many times and each time they kept telling that they will call back, been 2 weeks now, no response from them whatsoever. My purifier was bought in March last week in 2016. I have all the bills and invoice etc. I was given a complaint number by Dipa, Vekant, Gita, etc and many other customer care executives who promised call back in few hours, in two days, in one day, in some time, etc etc, but to no effect. We never received a call back and they are too shameless, ungrateful, unkind, rude, egoistic in their talks and way too slow and still haven't bothered to give us a confirmation on our application of refund, they have been extremely arrogant, ignorant and way too unwise in their communication, all fake and fraud promises. Worst part is that they do not respond even if you escalate a certain complaint ticket.

                                    My ticket number[protected] was not given to me for so many days initially and even Dipa had given me the number incorrect, as a result of which I had lot of follow up difficulty.

                                    I am an ordinary law abiding citizen and I expect justice at the earliest. If not, I will have to put things legally and use the law and order to get back my justice and compensation for all the phone bills, mental and financial harassment caused to me due to this unfortunate yet deliberate ignorant event.

                                      I purchased eureka forbes water purifier in june 2016, the filter is not working from july 2016 . I had regularly lodged complain through different channels, like calling customer care, sms, email etc. But till today one technician come once, and even after repeated complain problem is not sort .

                                      Also i have been told that defected parts are not included in warranty of product only service is free.

                                      So many times i request to talk with senior, but no one never available, and been told to call back by them, but never called.

                                      Its been more than 10 days following up for our complaint no. [protected] and regularly with Service Engineer Virender Singh... However seems Eureka is not at all concerned with Customer requirements.

                                      Appreciate if this taken up seriously... This causing issues with water quality.
