I have ro water purifier of eureka forbes. i took 3 yrs arc. 10 days back its maintenance done by company technician. from very next day water leakage started from incoming valve. also over flow observed from sediment filter. again informed to customer care. they provide docket no[protected], id no-[protected]. but did not attend the problem. after repeated call to service center they are not responding.

I have order new aquaguarg magna hd ro for 17500 on 11th july and received the product on 12july with the mother board failure and was not working. So i have told that the replacement of new product will come in 2-3 days, still now i have not received it.
Please take a necessary action....

I am a customer from 2006. I have an aquaguard purifier and have maintained an amc from then till date. On 21st march, i had paid for a renewal of the amc from 23rd march 2016 to 22nd march 2019.

I bought this water purifier about 18 months ago and renewed its warranty on 9th june 2016 (valid up to 8th june 2017) by paying rs 4440.
After about 14 days the connecting pipe from the water source to the instrument, provided by the company, forming part of the equipment broke and i duly complained to the local service center.

I had purchased a new magna hd +uv 2 months back. Since installation the junction nipple of the waterline distributor is faulty. Everyday we have to open the delivery pipeline insert a matchstick into the delivery junction to set right the washer and then only the water flows. A sales woman came and I ordered this product on 9th July. I gave full cash 9000 rupees. No product nor a call from them. I'm done making calls to its customer support. We ordered product (aquaguard magna green ro) online (with reference & guidelines through your agent) on 26th june & got it delivered on 28th june. two persons came for installation.

They opened the pack & tried to install, later they came to know that "screwing problem (improper screwing)" was there while receiving the product itself.
