On oct 7, 2016 while our house help was washing dishes, the eureka forbes ro fell and injured her on the head. I called the company on the same day to check the fault and fix it. The reason it fell was that the plastic behind the ro which sits on the nails on the walls just broke. This is a huge defect in the ro.

The technician came on oct 8th, inspected it, and said he would bring the parts and repair the machine on oct 10th. No one came on 10th. I called 2 times, i was assured the 1st time they would come before lunch, 2nd time i was assured they would come by evening. No one came.

I again called in the evening. I was told they will send someone next morning. Noone came.

I called the next afternoon, i was told someone will come by evening. No one came.

It's now 10pm on oct 11, 4 days after the day the ro fell and injured a person. Eureka forbes appears to be a heartless and anti-customer from it's behaviour. It is shocking to see.

    I entered in to an amc with eureka forbs for my aquagaurd classic model. I got an sms stating technician will attend the annual maintenance in the month of september. But no response and hence i send a service request and received a number :[protected]. No body responded till october. With my contacts i collected mobile number of kerala service head and also ernakulam service head. Later on the kerala customer service escalated it to chennai. Still no body attended. Later on up on further follow ups i got one sms that a service technician will attend the same. Yesterday evening i got and sms the same was attended by the technician and the complaint is closed. I am following up for past one month and no body is attending the service. This is cheating. Literally frustrated yesterday again i called kerala customer service and they promised service by today 12 pm. Still no body attend the same. Please resolve the same or return the money they taken for amc.

      I had made a complaint [protected] on 10/10/16 as my water purifier was not getting switched on. I was assured of this being attended by morning of 11/10/16. But to my surprise the complaint was shown to have been attended & closed in the evening it self without actual action vide your message at 19.06 on 10/10/16. On contacting your customer care they raised new reference to be attended within 48 hours. Your person at the desk (Amit) was not able to explain this action. Moreover he was not prepared to connect to senior/ give contact details of cutomer care to lodge a complaint in writing.

      Is it the way to treat the customers? By a company of such a status
      Econdly it is observed that there is no system to provide the services at the right time for the service contract under taken by the company. It is observed that a chip has been placed in the system to compel the customer for renewal of annual contact as the system stops working there after. Will u pl. Look in to these problems faced by us. Let me inform that i am one of very old customer. Let me see your response for deficient services/ monopolistic practice followed by the company.

        I had purchased prime uv a eureka Forbes product one year back . The machine stopped working with one month of warranty still remaining. The engineer visited my house and told me the filter had to be changed and mother board also . He insisted me in buying three years of Amc . I did not on that he did come to visit me to replace the candles nor mother board saying me that candles are not available with the company. My products warranty has now expired and still I am unable to prepare it . The service technician are just interested in selling 3 yrs of service . Can anybody help me with this problem... getting solved...

          Kindly see to that after complaining about not working of my purifier (Dr.aquaguard, eureka Fobes).The technician came and fitted the old repaired pump and not given the new pump for this I called up in the customer care department and talked to Mr. Jakkir Hussain one of the employer of Eureka Fobes company who also told me that they are providing the old repaired pump and he also told that it's their company policy about it.
          I asked his I'd then also he refused to give his employees I'd.kindly see to it and asked them to provide me the good service as my warranty is going to over this week.
          Kindly make it done as soon as possible.

            As per the service engineer service report by today there is problem with carbon filter or life has ended of this filter. When i asked for replacement he told me to extend amc for the machine.
            Then i called to customer care for this problem, then they provided me complaint no [protected] and he mentioned that he will provide replacement for carbon filter and the circuit for power unit. Also i confirmed that is there any charges for this, he mentioned that your machine is in warranty so there will be no charges applied.
            But when this complaint assigned to the engineer, he denied to replacement of parts. Again called to customer care now they are also now denying the replacement without charges.

            If the parts are chargeable then why the complaints registered and he committed me to replace it without any charges?

            Now the water is not filtering properly, there are some carbon/some black particles in the filtered water.in simple words water is not purified/filter properly. I am not sure it is drinkable or not. My machine warranty is ending on 19th oct 2016.

              We have Aquasure which was purchased 4 years back. We requested for service 2 months back but no one from service centre visited or called us. Since we dont have that ticket number, we lodged another new request through customer care with request#[protected] and customer id# [protected]. We were told that a technician will visit us in 2 business days but still no response.

                    My aquaguard water purifier is under 3 yr amc. Your technician had come on 27 aug 2016, to do servicing and had replaced the catridges.

                    After a lapse of few days around 6 oct it malfuncioned with red light indicator light display. Fresh complaint is lodged
                    Another area for improvement is the technician visits us without notice although it is a requirement. This is a chronic feature of your service which needs attention

                      I bought dr. Aquaguard classic directly from an eureka forbes salesman from ramanathapuram office of coimbatore on 28.9.2016. He told that the product would be delivered the "next day" and the installation will also be done the same day of delivery. He asked for full amount and i paid cash. The product was delivered after 4 days, but now even after 10 days there is no installation. The salesman should have been honest about this. So the lesson is dont pay the full amount until installation is done. He was only interested in getting the cash, he has no control over installation.

                      I bought dr. Aquaguard classic directly from eureka forbes in coimbatore on 28.9.2016. The salesman told the delivery and installation will be next day. He acted like a honest person and told that he cannot deliver on the date of purchase itself, but it will be next day. He took full amount in cash. The product was delivered after 4 days, but now even after 10 days there is no installation. Never give full amount until installation even if the salesman forces you. Once they take the cash they will not take any calls. But before they call many times. Otherwise better to go for dealers who take payment after installation. The dealer price is also lower for the same product.

                        We have an aquaguard magna hd uv with ro at home. it has always been faulty since we bought it. but now it has been under repair for 3 days. we registered a complaint on 04-10-16 evening at around 8pm. after so many phone calls to the office they sent a technician day before yesterday. but then he told us that some adapter is faulty and so he'll get one the next morning. but nobody came. so we had call the office again some 2-3 times and by yesterday evening they sent a technician and he told us that the mother board is faulty and hence this would take atleast 3 days to replace as many had the same problem and that they do not have sufficient number. and now, even today[protected] the problem is not rectified. now they have even stopped picking our calls. all this is happening with us making a special request for speedy resolution of the problem since we have a 1 year old baby at home. apathetic people. our customer id is [protected]. we would like to get a replacement of the device as a whole as this is the 10 th time we are raising a complaint and the 2nd time for the same mother board problem.

                          We have taken 2 years amc which will expire in november 2016.

                          You will be shocked we requested 10 times via customer care number ([protected]) and answer is same. Customer official of eureka forbes. They are used to do false promises "sir, i am sending your request on urgent basis this is not a regular follow up - this will be on priority and technician will visit today itself" i have recorded audio clip of my phone conversation, unfortunately i am not able to attach bcz audio clip recorded in different format. Amr which is not supported here to attach. Now, 1.5 months passed and we are still waiting for technician visit.

                          Moreover, i pursue complaint directly via email again they requested more request number and promised to get things sorted soon. Still, we are waiting for phone call from customer care.

                          I had worst experience with eureka forbes so far and i do not recommend them to anyone.

                          They generated 6 request numbers so far. I am providing few request number details and dates of our requests below.

                            This office concluded a three year service contract w.e.f 19.01.2014 to 18.01.2017 for the product Aqua Guard, model- classic with M/s Eureka Forbes at an all inclusive cost of Rs.3925/-. The said cost was paid in advance in anticipation of smooth and timely services from M/s Eureka Forbes. In this regard contract receipt no.[protected] dated 22.01.2014 refers.
                            However, after Jan, 2016, next forthcoming servicing in July, 2016 was not done till date. Due to non servicing of Aqua guard, many of our staff members suffered various water born diseases resulting in the loss on their personal front as well as loss to the govt. in the form of loss of man-days. In this regard complaints were lodged the details of which are as follows:
                            complaint no 1: 87524061
                            complaint no 2: 89091049 dt.07.09.2016.
                            An online complaint was also lodged on 05.10.2016.

                            Despite of the above mentioned complaints, no concrete action has been done from the side of M/s Eureka Forbes.
                            The above inaction from the side of M/s Aqua Guard compels us to move to consumer forum for an early redressal of our grievance.

                              Customer code[protected]mallikarjuna [protected]) i would like complaint that your product has some manufacturer defect, it is not working since 45 days, totally 6 times your technician came did repair still not yet resolved, and i called higher management they are not taking care of your defect product, mr rajesh is not able to get resolve and i called to dinesh somebody he did not pickup the call, this is the service of your people doing it, very very bad experience, two times there was no water to drink at night that was the worst situation for us, i dont have any faith in your product kindly take back your product, and i will go for different brand that is kent i above to go with kent i did mistake buying your dr aquagaurd, doctor mean by solutions but your product with lot of issue very bad experiance...

                                Hi eurekaforbes,

                                I requested a service for brand new aquasure enhance ro on sept 21st 2016 with service request no. 89309286. Today it is 6th october 2016 and am fed up calling you guyz daily and tired of hearing the same response from you callcenter guyz always saying escalated to higher authority and will be reslved in 2 days. My mobile bill has crossed reached nearly 400rs. But nothing happening actually.

                                Aquaguard enhance dealers for chittor dist are the worst dealers they never even responded inspite of multiple complaints to call center. They should not be handling the dealership if they are not able to provide service to customers.

                                I can only suggest all not to purchase these products unless they improve on service.

                                  I kamlesh babaria had purchased eureka forbes dr. Aqua guard classic + mode on 30/9/2016 from sr. Sales executive mr. Kailash tiwari mulund-w, branch.
                                  He has installed a new faulty machine which is not working at all from the instillation day he is not answering a call nor any technician is visiting our place i have complained at the call center and my 1st complain is 89515071 on 1/10/16 & my 2nd complain number is[protected]/10/16. I have also talk to mr. Salivan who is the head on 1/10/16 and again on 5/10/16 his personal contact number: [protected]. He is only assuring us that the problem will be solved at the earliest but still no action has been taken till date.

                                    We have purchased an aquagaurd water purifier (classic model) in 2013-14 with three year comprehensive AMC. The routine servicing of ibid aquagaurd was done upto 21.01.2016 and the next servicing was due on 22.07.2016. However none of your authorized reps visited us for completing the already overdue servicing till date. In this regard we have lodged complaints whose details are as under
                                    1. complaint ID 87524061
                                    2. complaint ID 89091049 dt. 07.09.2016.
                                    We are surprised and shocked with the above ineptness shown by your office which is known for its customer hospitalities. Due to non servicing of ibid water purifier, many of our staff members have suffered various water born diseases.

                                      As you know, i have got a ro aquaguard machine of your make and i have amc with you. I have been using it for last 4 years or so. This time i have faced a serious problem from 2nd october, 2016. No water is filtered and the machine has stopped functioning since then.in this regard, i have made a complain over telephone (Complain no. [protected] dated 3.10.16 at 8:35 am). The technician from your local office (Who normally visits the machine) has said the motor of machine is not functioning. Let the motor come from head office and then only he could attend the machine. I am surprised to understand the situation. I have a water purifying machine but i have not been able to procure drinking from the machine due to such lame excuse. What do you think that a family of four will remain out of drinking water for three or four or more days? I think that you people do not feel the situation. I have been told to wait for three to five days to get the machine repaired. This is for your intimation and urgent necessary action.

                                        Though we have paid for 3 years comprehensive AMC, none of the service agencies or technicians are available to look into our complaints.
                                        It is regretted to note that a message is always received on the registered mobile number that they have done the service at our satisfaction. More over a year no one was attended our complaints causing much inconvenience to us.
                                        Sorry to say that the service agent who got our area was never attended our calls, but even if they receive our calls first say their company name and when we try to make a complaint they say wrong number and hang the phone. I think a serious lapse on their part is affecting the company image which is to be seriously looked into.
