I would like to draw your attention towards a perennial problem I am confronting with WORLD CLASS EUREKA FORBES Brand. This harassment tragic saga is all about an order which was registered via order id [protected] on dated 29-Aug-2016 after making full payment i.e. Rs 12990-/ through my credit card. I was promised to get smooth delivery and it would take 10 to 12 days for same. But after desperately waiting for almost 20 days, nothing has been done. I was shocked by this delay esp. With Eureka forbes which claims to be India’s no. One company in its segment. Finally after getting irritated towards delay part, I cancelled the order on 15 - Sep - 2016 with Ticket No:- 2431.

    There is no response to my many requests, your manager and service staff are totally uncooperative.. not even a call. they don't take call also.

    Still your company executive is not come

    I have an aqua guard of eureka forbes i even have an amc for the product they did not do the service on time and i am calling them for one week still no response they are down to harrassement they do not provide any information nor do they conduct the service i have spend hundred of rupees on telephone alone and my amc money is also a waste.

      I have purchase the above product on 9th oct 16 but till date the same has not been installed even after repeated calls and complaints. Has the service of eureka forbes a reputed name in market gone down the drains. I am available only after 6 pm which is informed to technician mr. Hyderali but unfortunately the guy is least bothered about services. I have also lodged complaint about technician but no help has come from eureka forbes.
      In case eureka forbes is not able to depute technician for installation i would like to return the product back and purchase some other quality product where customer is treated properly.

        I had lodged the above mentioned complaint on 23/10/16 but even though 3 days have passed but no one has attended to the same. In case Eureka Forbes cannot provide the services they u should close down the shop & refund my AMC changes for two years. It seems that ur service provider has closed down the shop as they r not picking the phone for last two days.The company should also do the same.

          I bought the Aqua Guard Aqua Sure filter from Reliance in July 2016 for my mother's house. From the time it got installed it was leaking at the bottom of the machine. I have so far registered 5 complaints. We had 2-3 service engineers visiting us but no one was able to find the reason until last service engineer who said the level indicating sensor was wrongly installed and hence it did not defect the level resulting in the leak. He said he would come again and replace some of the defective parts. This happened a month back. After that no one turned up and no one is picking up the call. We are buying water cans and using it. Pathetic that I bought a machine for Rs. 21000 but buying water cans.

          CAN SOMEONE TAKE THIS UP ON TOP PRIORITY AND HELP RESOLVE THIS. ELSE RETURN MY MONEY.

            We have received 1 no. of Aquaguard Pure Chill 80SS UV Make" Eureka Forbes Ltd.against our P.O No. CDH/2016-17/Order/18 Dt.12/10/2016from Ms. Pramukh Enterprises, D-38, Vrundavan Township, Opp.Nageswar Mahadev Temple, Harni Road, Vadodara-390006, one of your Authorised Distributor, " but while we open the same in presence of your service Executive we found that the Aquaguard is a scrapped one and it is not in working condition.
            How can it possible please clarify the matter.

              This is a notification to all my friends and family here on digital media to be careful and beware of eureka forbes, which sells aquaguard. This is the most unethical company. Eureka forbes sells their aquaguard under the promise of service, but no service is provided. Repeated phone calls to their call centres have no effect. They keep giving answers like your complaint is open and we shall look into it, whereas all that is required for them is to send a technician to repair the aquaguard. When you call up their customer service line it plays a song of pledging to gift 5 litres of clean water. I ask what right does this company have to talk about such pledges when it cannot even service its existing customers. Complaint was done on 22nd of october, 3 full days have passed, we do not have any water to drink at home and these people say that they will look into it when the time comes. On my last complaint i was kept on hold and then they transferred the line to the "concerned department" while the stupid nonsensical pledge went on playing in the background, and after a while the phone was disconnected by them, which goes miles to prove that they have no intention to service customers but yes when it comes to selling they will come all over you... Beware folks of eureka forbes and its misleading promises, never buy aquaguard, it has no service...

                We purchased dr. aquaguard geneus+ for home use around 2 months back in agra (used by 2 persons - water consumption 15 liter/day). purifier is not working for past 8-9 days (~17 october). engineer visited yesterday (24 october) and cleaned outer filter and told inner sd filter is damaged which is leading purifier go non-working.
                Today same engineer (mr. krishna from gandhi nagar service center) visited and tried to install compatible filter instead of original filter. after being asked to replace with original filter engineer diverted us to call service center ([protected]), when we called service center, they further redirected us to mr. lalit saying filters are unavailable for this product since manufactured. finally mr. lalit has taken 1-2 working days time saying original used filter will be installed in the product as they don't have new filter and company never gave them new filter for this product. please help us in getting refund or replacement (if original filters can be availed in the coming time) or new filter.
                Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and resolve the issue.

                  I had purchased an aquaguard water purifier - geneus ro + uv model on 30th september 2016. Ever since that time, i have been calling aquaguard customer care for one of the other issue. First time there was an issue with the water taste. I had called the customer helpline multiple times and they came only after 10 days to resolve the issue. Within few days, we had another problem, to which i am calling the helpline numbers everyday, but getting no help. They say that kent has a bad reputation for service but i can say that i am having the worst ever experience for aquaguard. They should resolve the issue within 48 hrs of complaint booking and first time they came after 10 days and now its been over 7 days of complaint booking for the second issue and no one has come to check the issue. I don't recommend to anyone on buying aquaguard ro uv water purifiers as they come with a lot of issues and technicians have a very limited knowledge to address the issues.

                    I have raised an incicdnt 97211615 and again raised another one on 19th oct 97255885 for reinstallation. Although the sla is 2 days. No installation has happened.
                    Also customer care tells that technician will come today and no one turns up.
                    There is a ggr number provided [protected] which is suppose to be escalation. But no one picks up the call.
                    If you call them for new product or amc they will be at your doorstep day 1 but for service they are very very poor. I dont recommande this product.

                        I took an AMC for two years on first week of September 2016 for my Geneus Model by paying 8480 rupees. The very day the technician replaced the filters. Since then the water taste changed totally. I complained, for that the technician visited and told me that one of RO membrane got damaged and he will replace the same after they get the stock. After my repeated complain he brought a membrane without seal or cover and replaced it. But the water taste remained the same. And I am after them since then but no one is attending our case.                           Sir, i have purchased reviva water purifier from snapdeal. i have recieved delivery on 13 th oct, 2016. i have send sms for fresh installment of the product

                            I have register a complaint for my Aqua fresh water purifier on 8th Oct (Complaint No. [protected]) but it was closed 15th Oct without even being visited by engineer. When called again the call centre then they have not opened the old case but opened the new case(Complaint No. [protected]) but that was also closed on 20th October with even visited by engineer.
                            We are struggling with water for the last 15 days and the unethical behaviour of the company is causing us to struggle more for rectifying our problem

This is purely a cheating case with consumers which should be taken seriously and the respective company or person should be penalized for the same.

                              November 2015 i purchased a aquaguard xpert. On 12th october 2016 i requested for candle replacement of the filter. Mr rohan pawar from eureka forbes, visited us on 14th october 2016, he replaced the candles and charged rs. 3600 for the same. After the replacement the filter started leaking. I logged a complain and the same person visited us on 16th october, 2016, for the redressal of the complain. He came twice on 16th october 2016 but could not correct the issue. I again logged complain with eureka forbes but no one came to attend the issue. Our last request no is [protected], customer id is [protected]
                              Finally we got is corrected on 23rd october 2016 by another local technician, the replacement done by mr rohan pawar was not propper. Due to which water entered the circuit, display of the filter was not coming, water leakage was there. One valve had to be replaced. For all this i had to pay rs. 2000 to the local techniocian. I had to bear all this due to mr. Rohan pawar/eureka forbes. Till today nobody has visited us from eureka forbes

                              I had made an online purchase of Wet and Dry Vaccum cleaner. There was delay in delivery. No executive had come for demo. At the time of purchase, they assured a wrist watch as gift, which is not sent. Overall my experience with after sale of Eureka Forbes is the worst. I suggest those who are planning to make any purchases of Eureka Forbes products to think twice before deciding to buy any product.

                              Inspite of repeated emails to take back the product and refund my money, company resoponded a few emails and now they are are not acknowledging / responding to my request.
                              Madam/Dear Sir, Please refer to the captioned subject. 2. I have bought a Eureka Forbes Easy Clean Plus daily use vacuum cleaner for domestic use on 19.10.2016 from reliance digital stores, gariahat. The piece sold to me is defective. I insisted on a demo of the m/c I was buying which was not provided, now the piece is defective.

                                I have complaint on dated-20/10/2016 at around 9;30 pm request no-[protected].Customer code-[protected].Second complaint sms follow up no-[protected].No calls from your service department in pune city, only yesterday dated-21/10/16 mr javed visited my resi he said transformer is not working it is to be replaced.There is no service till dated-22/10/2016.Time 1;00 pm and no calls from service department.Very poor service.Contract is from dated-17/06/2016 to 16/06/2019..Amount paid rs, 4, 360/-.From sunil.M.Thadani.

                                  I have purchased dr aquaguard magna ro last month in calicut i submit a request and two people came to home with product and aftr 3days they installed it.its about 1month ago now its not working for the last 4days . i have called the service centre for 5times and they didnt came yet. when iam trying to reach the dealers in the bill adress and i cant find a eureka forbs office ther . i think they dont have a proper office or service centre here in calicut. if they cant service a product they sould not sale this . i dont want this product anymore they are irresponsible

                                    I bought the above said product but it is very much problematic since purchase.. It is under warranty people came to service many times.. My family is completely dependant on Aquaguard.. But if again and again problem arises we are completely unable to drink water except buying a bottle from outside at night... So is this your responsibility and fame about eureka Forbes?????????

                                      I purchased a vacuum cleaner on 30-09-16 from great eastern trading company, bugstation road, kanchrapara, 24 pgs (N), w. B. Vide invoice no. : 18/sa/1617/10484. Till date no demonstration has been carried out by the sells man, susanta sarkar, [protected] after several request from me. I am not able to operate the same without demo. Please depute a person to demo at my house immediately so that i shall be satisfied from your customer care service.

                                      This is reference to my earlier complain No .Som 78797 dt. 20-10-16. It is regretted that after a considerable time has passed, neither any reply has received nor any salesman visited to my residence for demo of the Vaccum Cleaner though Mr. Susanta Sarkar, salesman, [protected] assured me that he will demonstrate after the Durga Puja. Now I have decided that there is no value of assurance of the said salesman and in future I shall not purchase any thing from the so called reputed Great eastern Trading Co, Kancharapara and also forbid my friends/relatives and others to purchase nothing from the said Trading Co. only for their sales Representative like Mr sarkar who did not care the customer.

                                      Hope, your favorable decision will satisfy me.

                                        •. i bought dr aquaguard magna ro+ uv model, on 31/07/2016, (customer id:[protected]). during this 2 months time i had to repair it 2 times, one for leakage and one for faulty functioning of r. o. today the machine is malfunctioning for the third time. i tried to contact service centre several times. there is no response from their side, for the premium price i am paying i expect a trouble free functioning for many years. i feel cheated. i want either replacement or refund
