I purchased aqua guard ro+uv from "xpert systems, chennai" on 06-mar-2016. It stopped working on 25-sep-2016. From then on, we have made 5-6 complaints to customer care. The complaint no is : 89415387 dated 25-sep-2-2016. We were repeatedly informed that padur service center will attend to this issue. But no one has called or attended the fault till date. Q

Hi,

I purchased Aqua Guard RO+UV from "Xpert Systems, chennai" on 06-Mar-2016. It stopped working on 25-Sep-2016. From then on, we have made 5-6 complaints to customer care.     I have been facing problem with the aquasure water purifier(Nano RO machine) from a long time. The same is under AMC upto March 29, 2017. I have called the customer service centre many times but there is no proper response from the company. I had first made a complaint on 5th august 2016 and since then the technician has visited my place twice to resolve the problem, however the same is not yet fixed. From the past 10-12 days i have been calling the customer care for support but have still not got any support because of which i am unable to use the water purifier. The standard reply that I am getting from the customer care people and senior executives (Momita Roy, Zakir Husain, Debasish Shah, etc) is that the technician would visit tomorrow from the last 10-12 days. There is no proper support for my complaint. Request you to look into this matter.

      Myself raman kumar biswas, mobile no [protected] bought aquaguard model crystal on 08.04.2014 from the very first day the water is very bad inspite of the machine in amc the service man visited many times but cant repair it as they are saying the machine water is same as normal water kindly replace it or i have to go for consumer cell. Nothing is purified in the system

        No one cheating company..

        On 25.09.2016 mandatory service [protected] of my aquaguard conducted by chiranjib pal but confirmation message received in the name of tanmay bag who left eureka forbes already.

        On that day the said person bring one new water filter candle with him and opened machine and told me that water filter candle to be changed and as such i have to renew my amc only then he will change free of cost and began strongly forcing to renew amc.. I refused to renew the amc and told that you take the charges for this candle and change it. But he strongly refused to do so without amc.. He told that he has no permission to replace filter candle without amc.. Then i told him to fix my machine in as it is position and leave.. After that he talked over phone to his seniors and then agreed to change the water candle by charging rs.585.00.. I agreed and paid him and he changed and given me the receipt no[protected] without date and acknowledged as mr. Chironjib pal. And then again that time forcing to do amc and indirectly threatened that if your machine will stop tomorrow then you have to pay service charge and cost of parts if damaged.. I didn't care for that time.. And after that he goes near to machine again and opened the machine immidetaly and told us that water flow was slow and he did it maximum flow and went away..
        After that one service done acknowledgement received stating that mr tanmay das of your representative visited my house and solved the complaint.
        We didn't see further the activity of machine but after servicing the water coming stopped and red light is indicating and beeping.. As we have sufficient storage of purified water so i closed the machine and on 27.09.2016 again lodged a complain service request number [protected] and company again appointed chironjid deb.. He telephoned me and to come at 6pm but i was busy so told him to come 4pm. But he not come that day
        Again on 28.09.2016 company appointed surajit nandi and asked me to come to check the machine and i updated all to him.. After that 2 persons have visited and opened the machine and told that censor has been damaged and a charges of rs 1700.00 to be paid to replace..
        Sir, it is my mistake that i did not renew the amc.. If i renew the amc then nothing will happen..
        How your representatives cheats us common man by forcing to do amc and then mis manage the facts that its a electrical item.. Iny time can be damaged..
        Sir, i am asking you why it has not been damaged in one year?

        At last i request you to take the appropriate steps in the matter so that our relationship will more strong..
        I hope a positive result will be received by me at the earliest.

          I have purchased above said product 8month ago. I had to registered complaint to service center 4 time to repair the same. After repairing again it becomes out of order after some period. To day serviceman repaired i. E on 28.09.16 but filtered water is coming with large bubble. Pl instruct the em to repair satisfactorily or otherwise replace the pieces.             Customer id: [protected]. Reviva ro+uv water purifier was purchased from vertex, adyar, chennai and installed on 17.08.2016 and it was failed to start on 28.08.2016. I have made many complaints to customer care services chennai and sent email also. But sofar the fault was not rectified. I am very sorry to say your service is very very poor. I have contacted sri rajesh, chennai service branch also but no response. Really it has created mental agony to me. I hope i will get a possitive response from you.

            After pursuing through customer care centre, dealer (through him the water purifier was purchased), chennai service centre and then through consumer complaints.in website, I received a SMS from Eureka Forbes stating that the work is allocated to a service tech with name & mobile no. The technician came and rectified the fault.After the completion of work I received a call from Eureka customer care to enquire about the status of the complaint.

              Recently bought a Magna water purifier and the water has a weird taste/smell and have been since following up with the person who sold me the unit, the customer care at eureka forbes and have even logged a ticket with the call centre on 24th Sept. They said the unit will be collected on 27th Sept but nothing till today. Infact to top this all, I keep getting repeated messages to provide ratings on the satisfaction I had by buying this product. I already rated them the least possible rating, but I don't think it counts anyway :).

              Lets see if they do it in 30 days or I consider my money down the drain.

                Hope, you can recognise me... We have had a major exchange on certain disputes which had arisen in our office at reliance gic, bangalore, when, your support had really worked. Since, then, i have had a tremenfous faith on your leadership. We had met even in your old office in calcutta.

                Now, my issue is, that, we at 24 chakraberia lane and 27/3 chakraberia lane - both being our houses, have more than 15 aquaguard water-purifiers with amc with youll, all updated with payments.

                One, by the name of mr. Rajiv ghosh comes to do the service in all these flats, where all my relations stay, including my own flat.

                We are receiving since, the few days, sms, which reflect, that service has been done by this personnel - which is absolutely false.

                Its a dummy calling which he is reporting, to your esteemed office.

                Shall now request you to take action against this personnel, and save the wonderful brand equity, which you'll possess and do the needful, for our amc to get the optimum return, which we deserve to get, under the rules of consumer act in way of amc.

                Else, we may have question the brand in the rightmost forum, which am sure, you shall not let happen.

                    Follow up activity no. [protected] for complaint [protected].
                    Eureka forbes has a pathetic after sales service. The product aquasure aquaflow dx uv water purifier is under warranty and after six months i got an sms for free maintenance check up. But nobody turned up from customer service at thrissur, kerala. Later on i registered a complaint when the on/off switch of water purifier stopped functioning. I have phoned several times and a standard answer will be given to customers, "our service person will attend to your complaint today".

                    Later on the service personnel came on 27-9-16 at 2.20pm and cleaned the purifier. But he informed me that he is not having the switch of the purifier and the damaged part was not replaced. These two incidents clearly shows the pathetic response from the customer care department.

                      I have ordered dr aqua guard and my customer id: [protected]
                      After consistant calls the machine was delivered after 20 days (Which was promised 10 days) now its more than 50 days since the order placed and 30 days since the product delivered.
                      Now my parents are getting call from the eureka forbes team if the machine is installed! This is unacceptable as the promise given to me installation within 2 weeks after ordering.
                      I am working abroad and my aged parents are disturbed on this subject

                          In consultation with eureka forbes sales person mr. Purushottam tallari employee code 9052309 i purchased aquaguard eternity water purifier online on 21september2016. Order no[protected]. The unit was installed at our house on 23 sept. It was not working. The water output was 250 ml per minute. As per technical specification in their manual the water out put is 2000 ml per minute. I sent service request by sms on same day. After rigorous follow up service person came on 26sept evening. After several trials the problem remained unsolved. Inlet water pressure is more than specified. Sales person purushottam is not reviving phone calls since 26 morning. I am very disappointed with the product quality and service

                          I registered for my 4 year old aquaguard ro water purifier on 08/09/2016 .
                          the service person did the servicing, changed filters . now my equipment started leaking a lot.

                            I had bought a water purifier one year ago at that time your rep. assured me for post warranty free service for 10 yaers. but service centre has refused to do so after warranty period. I have made a complaint few days before, but no reply has been received till date.conpany representative gaurav told me several times that ge will provide the papers for the same but he not do the same. Now the service centre told me to pay the charges.

                              Purchase on 29 Sep 2015 from chamarajpet, Bangalore

                              The Unit not purifying since last one month, (not working)as whenever water filling its look like same as without purifier water.at home every one got sick ( throat infection due to this ) we logged a complaint on same day and engineer visited and told that 2 parts are not working. Filter and other small part. When he checked TDS, Its showing 200 to 210, which is actually required below 50.

                              When the technician said we need to pay for replacement of the parts.
                              sales Person Mr. Bhanu Prakash[protected] said on the day we have purchased till one year we won’t get any issues on any parts, if anything goes wrong they will replace with free of cost.hence I have called him, he said give me 15 mints time will inform through my manager to(Mr. Manjunath) to replace the part.

                              After one hour they said we need to pay for this amount.and still we have two more free service, but this guys discussing over phone do whatever you want, we can’t change. And another 4 days warranty will be closing so he can’t to anything etc..

                              Till now nothing has been changed in this purifier, if they could have done, then we can pay this time.

                              we have referred even other our neighbors in (next building) and our relatives for this, few of them have purchased same brand recently. I need to give bad feedback to all for this if not been resolved.

                                We have purchased a Eureka Forbes Vacaum Cleaner - Model Trendy Steel
                                in EZONE, in Infinity Mall, Malad, Mumbai.
                                However, the Power connector of Vacaum Cleaner is not working and when
                                we take out the Power cord out, it automatically goes inside, so that, we
                                can't connect the power connector to Power Point.
                                Complaint No's : 85123018, 85645540 not attended.
                                Last Compliant No: 86693186 dtd 19.04.2016 not attended.
                                Personally talked to Mr Mukesh Pandey, Regional Manager on his mobile No:[protected] in Mumbai on 19.04.2016 and sent an SMS.
                                However complaint still not attended. unable to use Vacaum Cleaner.
                                Either, the company has to rectify the problems or refund Money.

                                  These Eureka forbes has made our life torturous since past few years since we purchased their RO. Customer service is really pathetic. They are a bunch of fraud people who willlure you with their products and even make you sign service contract and charge as much as they can. After that they will not care to service the product and if they do, they will be really unprofessional and charge again for every service. Have faced this issue multiple times, even raised SR multiple times with worst service resolution.
                                  I have recommended all my family and friends never to go with eureka and even i request all who see this post to not trust these buggers.

                                    I purchase a product from Eureka Forbes, i.e. Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 700, on dated 09.04.2016 having Customer ID. [protected]. The product has may be some technical problems and already once replacement has done. But the replaced product has also stop working. I paid Rs. 24, 990.00. I am not satisfied with the service also. The service people not behaving properly at Forest park, Bhubaneswar. When i want my money refund, they are not willing to provide as they are again forcing me to take any other product of different specifications to adjust with the payment or forcing me to pay more of providing other products inplace of the current one. Moreover, they are telling again they will replace the product of a fresh one. I know after one month it will not also stop working. Now I want my hard earn money back.

                                      I have purchased water purifier on 06/01/2016 product name; Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV order no;[protected] DC NO; 26884717 from the Eureka Forbes ltd. But since then the water purifier is not functioning properly, I have called customer care and lodged complaint and then a person came and repaired it. But again since two months thw water purifier is not working. So again I have called customer care, they said person Wil came. I have called the concern person, he said will come but he has not turned back. I want apologize from the company . I also want replacement or cash back since I purchased 8 months ago.

                                        I had bought this product on 03.09.15 by your rep gaurav. he assured me for free post warranty service for 10 years. but he has not given me any doc. regarding this. I have remind him several time. now the service centre told me that i will have to pay for service. I told him about this but they are not agree to do this without charges paid to them.
