I have purshed Eurek Forbes water purifier from Lotus vijay nagar branch on[protected], We have shifted from Indore to Agra before 6 month back, but we got problem in water purifier on Aug month, I have complained to coustmer care, he always forwarded complain to indore office, after many request, they have changed the address from indore to agra but after 2-3 complains to coustmer care, Engineer visited and check the equipment and told filter and pc and motor not working, As per product, he will give 6000 letre water in one year, but in 1 year only 9 month machine working only, but how can we consume 6000 liters water in 9 month. This product is faulty producut, I have requested to coustmer care to repair product but i am getting poor response and my product warrenty will be closed on[protected] but i am getting poor response, Please replace my product with filter, i will not pay any money for repairing and changing.

Updated by vasu_123456 No resolution given coutmer care some Engineer sent but he have done but now it is faulty need to request please change the equipement
