    In consultation with eureka forbes sales person mr. Purushottam tallari employee code 9052309 i purchased aquaguard eternity water purifier online on 21september2016. Order no[protected]. The unit was installed at our house on 23 sept. It was not working. The water output was 250 ml per minute. As per technical specification in their manual the water out put is 2000 ml per minute. I sent service request by sms on same day. After rigorous follow up service person came on 26sept evening. After several trials the problem remained unsolved. Inlet water pressure is more than specified. Sales person purushottam is not reviving phone calls since 26 morning. I am very disappointed with the product quality and service

    I registered for my 4 year old aquaguard ro water purifier on 08/09/2016 .
    the service person did the servicing, changed filters . now my equipment started leaking a lot.

      I had bought a water purifier one year ago at that time your rep. assured me for post warranty free service for 10 yaers. but service centre has refused to do so after warranty period. I have made a complaint few days before, but no reply has been received till date.conpany representative gaurav told me several times that ge will provide the papers for the same but he not do the same. Now the service centre told me to pay the charges.

        Purchase on 29 Sep 2015 from chamarajpet, Bangalore

        The Unit not purifying since last one month, (not working)as whenever water filling its look like same as without purifier water.at home every one got sick ( throat infection due to this ) we logged a complaint on same day and engineer visited and told that 2 parts are not working. Filter and other small part. When he checked TDS, Its showing 200 to 210, which is actually required below 50.

        When the technician said we need to pay for replacement of the parts.
        sales Person Mr. Bhanu Prakash[protected] said on the day we have purchased till one year we won’t get any issues on any parts, if anything goes wrong they will replace with free of cost.hence I have called him, he said give me 15 mints time will inform through my manager to(Mr. Manjunath) to replace the part.

        After one hour they said we need to pay for this amount.and still we have two more free service, but this guys discussing over phone do whatever you want, we can’t change. And another 4 days warranty will be closing so he can’t to anything etc..

        Till now nothing has been changed in this purifier, if they could have done, then we can pay this time.

        we have referred even other our neighbors in (next building) and our relatives for this, few of them have purchased same brand recently. I need to give bad feedback to all for this if not been resolved.

        this sales executives are roaming in jayanagar area only. about product sale they keep telling all false promises. when problems comes, they says, give us some time will speak to our senior and get back.

          We have purchased a Eureka Forbes Vacaum Cleaner - Model Trendy Steel
          in EZONE, in Infinity Mall, Malad, Mumbai.
          However, the Power connector of Vacaum Cleaner is not working and when
          we take out the Power cord out, it automatically goes inside, so that, we
          can't connect the power connector to Power Point.
          Complaint No's : 85123018, 85645540 not attended.
          Last Compliant No: 86693186 dtd 19.04.2016 not attended.
          Personally talked to Mr Mukesh Pandey, Regional Manager on his mobile No:[protected] in Mumbai on 19.04.2016 and sent an SMS.
          However complaint still not attended. unable to use Vacaum Cleaner.
          Either, the company has to rectify the problems or refund Money.

            These Eureka forbes has made our life torturous since past few years since we purchased their RO. Customer service is really pathetic. They are a bunch of fraud people who willlure you with their products and even make you sign service contract and charge as much as they can. After that they will not care to service the product and if they do, they will be really unprofessional and charge again for every service. Have faced this issue multiple times, even raised SR multiple times with worst service resolution.
            I have recommended all my family and friends never to go with eureka and even i request all who see this post to not trust these buggers.

              I purchase a product from Eureka Forbes, i.e. Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 700, on dated 09.04.2016 having Customer ID. [protected]. The product has may be some technical problems and already once replacement has done. But the replaced product has also stop working. I paid Rs. 24, 990.00. I am not satisfied with the service also. The service people not behaving properly at Forest park, Bhubaneswar. When i want my money refund, they are not willing to provide as they are again forcing me to take any other product of different specifications to adjust with the payment or forcing me to pay more of providing other products inplace of the current one. Moreover, they are telling again they will replace the product of a fresh one. I know after one month it will not also stop working. Now I want my hard earn money back.

                I have purchased water purifier on 06/01/2016 product name; Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV order no;[protected] DC NO; 26884717 from the Eureka Forbes ltd. But since then the water purifier is not functioning properly, I have called customer care and lodged complaint and then a person came and repaired it. But again since two months thw water purifier is not working. So again I have called customer care, they said person Wil came. I have called the concern person, he said will come but he has not turned back. I want apologize from the company . I also want replacement or cash back since I purchased 8 months ago.

                  I had bought this product on 03.09.15 by your rep gaurav. he assured me for free post warranty service for 10 years. but he has not given me any doc. regarding this. I have remind him several time. now the service centre told me that i will have to pay for service. I told him about this but they are not agree to do this without charges paid to them.

I have requested many times but nothing happened. What is the fun of buying a tata product (Sensa) if after sales service is so bad. I am a advocate by profession and i know ver well what to do if my complaint is not attended. I am sorry to say that i never expected this kind of casual attitude by a professional company (Tata).                     I bought a water purifier 3 month ago, it is still under warranty.
                    I have been raising request many times since a month but no one is willing to resolve the issue. There is some problem with the kit and I am not even able to switch it on.

                        2 months ago complent for eurekaforbes because i have not any gift having aquaguard... Watch & bottle... Salesman not answering good... I am boar for your service... Now compleint for eurekaforbes in grahak munch department... 2-3 monts not received gift... I'mentally hareshment... Thats why completed in grahak munch... 28/7/2016 complaint no.96259866... Not any action by complaint... Thats why i m boar... This is your service... Not good... No any solution...                           I had taken amc for product (Compact uv) in 15/09/2015. It was promised to me that parts/filters will be replaced in every six months and maintenance will be done on free-of-charge.

                          However even after repeated follow-up nothing is done. I am feeling like being cheated in name of amc.

                          It must be assured that this will not happen it is open loot.

                            I don't know what a crap is this. I have cancelled a Magnum filter as they have delayed in installation. Now they are making me run to get the refund and picking up the unit. Whenever I call customer care they promised someone from back up team will visit. It is almost now 2 week's no one has coming . My complain no is. 96769980. The service of eureka forbes have detoriated in recent years. I will never buy this product again.

                            The undersigned had complaint for servicing my Aquaguard on 16.09.2016 vide complaint No.89223884 due to water is not falling from Aquaguard. My Aquaguard is under AMC. The same was follow up on 19.09.2016 vide No.96891058. Daily I contacted with Customer care. But no action has been taken till date. Kindly instruct the concerned authority and necessary action may kindly be taken urgently.

                              An anyone explain me what the crap is going on!!!

                              Today i received an sms that rs 2100/- cheque no. 63 has been dishonoured.
                              I am unable to understand where exactly the problem is it is well clear that payment should be deducted after every 3 month, the last payment was deducted in the month of july which can not be deducted due to post cheque submitted in the bank

                              I received a call from customer care that some executive will come to collect the payment but no one came.

                              I want to bring to your kind notice that the next payment schedule is in the month of october
                              So why you guys have deposit the cheque in the moth of september

                              Are you people fool or making the customer fool

                              It's enough of you guys after giving you several intimation still i am facing this problem now i will stop all my cheques that has been given to you & till date all the amount which has been debited from my bank account for bounce cheques i need a refund of all that then only i will release the payment from my end or else i need to raise a case to consumer court for cheating me.

                                I have an AMC with your company for 3 year which will end on 2017.

                                I donot know what is the reason.

                                  Our Aquaguard AG classic is not working since September, 10th, 2016. On 11th September, mechanic, Mr. Uttam Manna visited our machine and said some parts are required to be changed. Thereafter neither he turned up nor responded to several calls from us. We lodged three complaints (No. [protected] on 10/9/16, [protected], on 12/9/16, [protected] on 13/9/16) and repeatedly contacted to the customer care over telephone (4 times). Every time they politely listened to us and ensured to send somebody to repair, but no body turned up. Just recently we signed AMC for 2 years on 1st September, 2016 (Contract receipt No.[protected].
                                  We are at lost, how and where to put the complaint to get the results! Please help us to rectify the machines.

                                    Acqua guard AG classic sl.2029831 is not working since July 2016. Repeatedly contacted to the customer care, but no positive action to repair. The machine was installed in my new residence at Povval, Kasaragod with AMC on 14/02/2016. complaint was registered in their site on 16/09/2016 and also over phone to their customer care on 17/09/2016. The assured to repair on 19/09/2016 as requested by us, positively. But no body turned up nor communicated either by phone or by e-mail.

                                      Sales Person Mr. Kavimani had visited (after lot of hinderance to visit) and indicated that he will ensure to deliver the Water Purifier on 18 Sep 2016 by 02:00 PM. He also confirmed before taking the order (ensured swiping of Credit Card to secure the order) that no slippages will happen and free gift and coupon will be provided during delivery. Post that I have been following up and till 19 Sep 2016, there is no update on the delivery of the product.

                                      Issue has been escalated to his manager Mr. Harinath Reddy who promised to ensure that the product will get delivered today at any cost by 07:00 PM. However, no responses to the calls made to him in the evening.

                                      Customer Complaint has been lodged vide No. 96882385 and no response from any of the Customer Service Manager except the call attendee apologising for the delay in service.

                                      First time experienced such worst incident and no one owns to resolve. Please have right point of contact with customer in order to get repeat orders.

                                        On 29th august 2016 i received an sms from eureka forbes that informing that mandatory service of my aquaguard was due in oct 2016. And on 12 sept 2016 i received another sms stating that aquaguard gwpdaflow has been completed by techniciazn mr alok kanhaiya singh. I am very very sorry to inform that nobody till date turned up for servicing the machine.

                                        I am surprised how a company of your stature has been cheating the customer by not carrying out servicing at prescribed intervals even though you have taken the money for amc.

                                        Please arrange to send a technician at the earliest to change the filter, carbon candle etc. And also to carry out proper servicing of the machine installed at my house for which amc has already been taken. My mobile no. Is [protected].

                                        Please treat this matter as urgent and do the needful at the earliest.
