My amc was from dec 2014 for 2 yrs but the first service was only in mar.2016. The promise replacement of all filters is still pending. The contract was entered with rukmanandan services. Repeated queries of extending the contract for not honouring the 1st yr too has been ignored. I bought the ro in 2008/2009 but response to service calls has been poor till date

Purchased a vacuum cleaner on dated 09.07.2016 from ezone big bazar, bhubaneswar. From staring it is not working. I have given lot of complain but still the problem remain unsolved.just treat it as a notice to you. if the problem will not solved in one day, i am forced to lodge an F I R and consumer case.

I Have booked Aquaguard Reviva RO + UV water purifier MRPRs. 14, 990/-
but sales man is taking 16100.00 an extra cost of Rs 1100 is for accessories charges
please clarify whether we needs to pay this additional cost or not

    Very bad after sales and servicing.first contacted them on toll free no. on 27/6/16 for general servicing and change of candles.job attended on 28/6/16 by Mr.Suresh.not done properly, so filter started leaking.several complaints given since then, attended by them but problem continued.on 21/8/16, Suresh & another technician attended again, but they bungled up that no power supply is there to the filter ( some short circuit internally).Fed up of contacting Suresh continuously.. M/S Eurekha Forbes only has manufacturing units maybe..No technicians with knowledge of their products, for after sales servicing...NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF EUREKHA FORBE...will get frustrated contacting...must take legal action on the company...

      Aquaguard magna ro installed in apri 2016 became faulty on 17 aug 2016. I lodged a complaint (No.[protected]. Technician came next day (18th), inspected and said the pcb was faulty. He came again on saturday (20th), checked with his boss and said pcb was not available with his office but by monday (22nd aug) the machine will be repaired. I spoke to customer executive on monday 22nd and accordingly another technician came this morning (24 aug) and said the same thing - the pcb is faulty. No assurance of repairs has been given. I have been buying bottled water for 8 days. My cust id is [protected].

      I made the complaint re magna ro on the 24 aug. till 10.50 hrs this morning no response from eureka forbes. talked to the customer care executive again and she said the technician would come today. but no definite assurance of rectification

        I have sent an email also todayand same is — urgent attn-not satisfied with recently purchased aquagaurd — i m in ahmedabad and purchased this product recently on 13 june16 and after installation it becomes out of order 3times (All documents attached) frequently in very short span of time which resulted to a very unsatisfied performance which is never expected from such reputed agency and it seems that it was totally a defective piece brought in market to make fool to public. I think it qualify for refund of money or replacement (If you take guarantee for replaced one that it will work continuously without any such frequent trouble)

        I am using aquaguard water purifier UV+RO. it's more than 6 month without any services, now it's not working. I called to customer service but they are not bothered to take any action. Please do the needful.

            I purchased the subjected machine in Indore, (MP) through Mr. Jaysingh ([protected]) in May, 2016 but till date the original bill and the GOLDEN CARD for life time free service (as committed by Mr. Jaysingh) is not received. Mr. Jaysingh is not responding. The copy of receipt is attached. For same purpose I personally visited the office at Shaphire Tower, Vijaynagar, Indore and discussed the issue at reception on 18.08.2016. Reception asked to contact Mr. Vinod Baghel, Team Leader ([protected]) but still there is no result. Mr. Jaysingh is not responding and Mr. Vinod is asking to contact Mr. Jaysingh.
            The worst response I had ever seen.
            Thinking returning back the machine or approach in consumer court because even after passing 4 Month I had not received the bill. Who is responsible if any problem arrises in machine and it is under warranty/guarranty?
            I will suggest not to purchse the machine because the representative of EUREKFORBS are bluff Masters, remain in contact till the purchasing only.
            In this window I expect the responce and copy of with Golden Card and disciplinary action against the cheater representatives.

              I have been a eureka forbes for over 8 years now (Customer code [protected]). We purchased a magna ro machine last year and now have an amc with them. What we have noticed is that the engineers and technicians are not familiar with the product and are not able to service the product correctly. Recently, the machine broke down and there is a complaint raised (Ref:[protected]) on the 14th aug. The engineer arrived promptly but left saying a part has to be replaced and will need ordering. It's been 10 days now but there is no update from anyone. Countless calls go unanswered with no one taking accountability to keep the customer informed. I am at a loss with no eta or update. With 2 three month old babies at home this is the last thing needed especially during monsoons!

                I am surprise to read the slogan of the company "paani ka doctor". I would like to bring in the notice of all that eureka forbes is totally insensitive towards the customer's complaint. I am lodging my complaint since march about my uv + ag enhance but your untrained technician was not able to get it repaired. Now i have again lodged complaint on 15th aug.[protected] and again on 19th aug[protected] but all in vain even the company is not bother to send the technician. So this is how they work. Today on 23rd their server is down so they can not escalate the complaint. I left with no other option to get my right through legal ways... Which i am going to do.

                  I purchased this product online and got it delivered on 17th Aug 2016. The day I got the delivery, I called the Helpline number for installation of the same. I was told that the technician would be visiting before 12 PM of 18th Aug 2016. Nobody turned up. On followup, I got the same response as the technician would visit before 12 PM next day. I have been following up for this from 4-5 days and nothing has happened. My Installation Reg. No. 96496756. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                    We have aquagard products for many years and always having amcs but of late our experience is very very bad showing that eureka forbes has also become a cheat organization. complaint no.[protected] regarding non-functioning of the devise was lodged nut it was never attended to, however, it was posted by them that same stands resolved by shashikant chandanshive. a false report. helpline number at pune was contacted & apprised and again complaint no.[protected] was lodged and shashikant contacted personally on mobile & apprised of the problem, however, no response from him.
                    Please appreciate that water is most important item for life and such casual action speaks if the quality of aquagard and eureka forbes organization.
                    Request see that needful is done immediately and false performance is not resorted to. attending of a problem must be got authenticated by the customer otherwise such false report would continue.

                        We are facing water delivery problem each & every month,

                        Today on 22 aug we loded a fresh complin to costmare care having last complain is pandig new number is 88824931,
                        We want to replace with lower version 0r take back return we want to go with another brand. We are fully headace with this product with service

                          As a eureka forbes am very much disappointed in the service of the water purifier. The purifier was installed ion 28/02/2015 at the time of installation the sales person tested the water and informed me need to change the filter only twice a year and he gave me 2 extra filter sets i can use for 2 years and after that only i need to pay for the filter but the service itself i had to change the filter and at the end of the 1st year itself my filters were all finished and i started paying for the filters.in the month of july there was sound on the machine and i called for service and the service person told me that the motor is complaint and need to replace (It cost me aed 150) and he changed the motor and the next day it started leaking and i had to stop the machine. I called up for service and till now (22/08/2016) no body has turned up for the service, i tried to contact the branch manager mr. Imran he never pick the phone. I am still waiting for somebody to come and repair my machine.

                          Water is leaking from the aqua guard on switching on the machine. We procured the machine on 16th December 2015. In between the machine is giving lot of problem and some times the water is not comming properly.

                            Model st-2000 installed at our residence since 1998 & are availing regular amc since then. Recently the cylinder of the filter started leaking & we complained in ur lucknow office on 4th, 12th, 16th, 18th & 19th august repeatedly. They have been assuring of quick redressal. But nothing has been done till now. We have been facing great inconvenience.

                            1) Though Company has reinstall the water purifer in new location, new address is not updated in thier portal.
                            2) Though AMC taken for FY 2015-16, they have not attended though complaiun registered several times in Dec15
                            3) In Feb 16, service person carried out AMC and taken cash but AMC for FY 2016-17 is not reflecting in their portal.

                              It's been just six months that i have bought the aquaguard magna water purifier. During this six months, there were a lot of problems with this product and each time when i lodged complaints with the customer care, they will send a service guy and that guy will check and will suggest me to replace the one or the other filters every time and they ask me to pay for filters.

                              Now i have spent more than 2000 within 6 months for filter replacements. It’s again, a week before water purifier was not working, and same way i called up the customer and again the service man telling me to change the other filter. Oh my god, what product is that!! I am really worried and i don’t want to spend any more.
                              So far, i have spent for the filter somewhere 21k (Filter & replacing the filter within six months). I am really unhappy with the product and on the service. I am depressed and it is very painful that i chose a wrong brand and wasted my money 21k. I have still not completed my emi for the water purifier and it is very painful to pay my emi, when the product is not working. Please let me know the policy to return my product.
                              If there is any one from a higher authority, please take necessary actions on the customer complaints.
                              Please don’t make the customer fool. I don’t recommend this product to any customer. So disgusting!

U people claim for best service but sorry to say ur service is lowest among all service provider. I m deeply disappointed. If some one purchase ur product service shoud be done on time.                                     I purchased eureka forbes aquasure xpert model on 25th feb. 2016 from local dealer, sai aqua services, (Mob. No.[protected],[protected],[protected] lekhanagar, cidco, nashik.

                                    It was defected piece. From the very first day, model was showing leakage of water. Since then, sai aqua services sent technician 4 to 5 times but they couldn't resolve the problem. Then sai aqua services refused for replacement & told to approach...

                                    Ccs name chetan ([protected]) told he will give me original bill on 1st of August, every alternative day I am calling him he said he is having in office, but yet he is not ready to give the bill he says one or the other reason. every time I can't call I want to give the product back please give us procedure to get back my money

                                      I have eureka forbs water purifier ro+uv mineral guard technology.

                                      I registered a complain on 13th august 2016 by calling on customer care number[protected] regarding tds count is only 40 which is very bellow then requirements of body. So a technician from local contractual agency of eureka forbs of ahmedabad (Name should not disclosed here) visited on that day but he can't set tds count as per requirements. So he suggested to call senior technician, i called him but he said that he will came tomorrow with technicians but till current date no senior person visit my home. (Complain no.[protected]

                                      So that, i again registered complain on 16th august 2016 by call regarding above mention problem and no senior person visit at home place. A technician came from local contractual agency of eureka forbs of ahmedabad again try to set tds but not succeed so he said "i will come tomorrow with my senior" but no person came next day or till now. (Complain no.[protected]

                                      Today (19th aug 2016) morning about 10 o'clock again call for complain regarding above mention problem, no senior person came till today and call forward to senior customer relation officer but your representatives said "they are in break now so he will contact after break"no call back arranged till today. (Is anywhere morning 10 o'clock break time???)

                                      I directly contact to owner of local contractual agency of eureka forbs of ahmedabad (Name of owner and no should not to be shared), and he responded negatively, and suggest to comply against company (Eureka forbs) in consumer forum.

                                      Then after i called once again at about 12 o'clock customer representative said senior are in meeting so that they cant talk with you right now. (Is he bluffing???) after it i called once again at 6 o'clock evening but representative hold phone call for long time (Once again bluffing???).

                                      Which step should i take next? As per suggestion of owner of local contract agency of eureka forbs of ahmedabad or wait for technician upto next day. Suggest me... Reply as early as possible.

                                      Still problems couldn't resolved . very worst service and quality too.

                                      How can anyone say that this issue is resolved Without taking my review.
