Heights of shameless service. A complaint is logged earlier on eureka forbes, and there is no action till now.
So again logging this complaint

On 28th june 2016, i have ordered aquasure cartridge at eureka forbes website. The next day i have received an acknowledgement email about the booking with a reference number [protected]. Its almost a month and the product is not shipped yet.
Called the customer care 10 times, done chat online 3-4times, written email to [protected]@eurekaforbes.Co.In 3 times, all useless services. For a 500/- product i wasted lot of money and time and till now no one responds over emails or do a call back, as assured by the customer care.
Surprisingly, couple of csr said, they cannot see my reference number at all.
I have forwarded the acknowledgement email to [protected]@eurekaforbes.Co.In, but hopeless people do not care to reply. Eureka forbes is a thug company, where no one cares to respond to customers. Similarly such small transactions would make them millionaires by cheating common public. I recommend people not to go for the products of this company.

    Eureka forbes poor customer service - without attending request get close multiple tickets

    We lodged complaints more than 4-5 times after multiple request one engineer tanveer pasha f and he forced us to take amc rs 4455 (contract receipt no: 26599124 date:23/07/2016) over and above without bill he asked us to pay rs 200. and he did something after his visit our water filter is not working its continuously water leaking more than a week. there were 3 service tickets raised and close automatically,...

    We purchased two aqua guard crystal plus UV water purifiers last month. After arrival of product, the technician took 15 days to come for installation. In one of the purifier, due to improper installation water is continuously leaking from the external filter. We lodged complaints more than 4-5 times, however till date no one has visited to rectify the problem.
    After 10 days the second purifier stopped working & the technician told us that the electronic circuit board is faulty & need to be replaced. After 8 days also it is not replaced. Every time when we call, they are telling that the spare circuit board is not available. We don't understand, if they don't have sufficient spare parts for servicing, why they are selling the product.
    We have purchased this water purifier to get safe and clean drinking water (specially in rainy season). However, we are suffering due to pathetic service & non-profession approach from Eureka Forbes. We will never recommend anyone to buy any product from Eureka Forbes.

      We had called Eureka Forbes to look for demo of their vacuum cleaners, a person named Sanjay came home for demo. We liked a product and gave him Rs. 1000/- as advance for delivering a product. After that we never received the product nor the advance amount. it has been more than 6 months now and we are not able to reach out to him. If we call him also he is not attending it nor responding to our calls.

          Amc has done on 17.01.2016 and first services got 31.07.2016. Now next service will be on after 6 months i. E again in jan 2017. So i got only one service. No of service was not been told while doing amc.
          Why this mis communication?

          10 Days before i got an aquaguard superb.After 3 days the red light started blinking.And we called the customer care office and that day itself they sent a person to repair.That person said, "this water filter is new...and they did'nt train us how to repair.Very poor service and lot's of dissatisfaction from the company.

            With reference to several complaints on non-functioning of the Dr.Aquaguard Classic product. I placed a return and refund request with in due course of time as per your policy but till date no action taken yet and closing the ticket with out customer feedback.
            Details as below:
            Problem: Product not functioning properly(no water coming out from outlet) from date of installation.
            Product Name-DR.AQUAGUARD CLASSIC

            With 4 days from the date of purchase I submitted Online Return-and-Replacement-Form through your portal No. 00767.- No action taken yet.
            1st Complaint raised through email on 13.11.2015 and the sr. request raised on 19.11.2015- No. 93755215 to return the product.
            2nd Complaint raised through email on 08.12.2015- No action taken yet.
            3rd Complaint raised through email on 13.01.2016 and the sr. request raised on 15.01.2016- No.[protected] No action taken yet.
            4th Complaint raised through online portal on 24.01.2016- No. [protected]- No action taken yet.

            Upon several followup and several tickets, finally sales person picked up the non functioning installed product on 03.07.2016.

            But refund amount has not been initiated yet.

              I ordered Aquasure aquaflow dx from Eureka Forbes online sales on 6.6.16 vide customer id [protected] the same was delivered to me by the company on 13th of june on 17th june the installation engineer informed me that its solenoide valve was not working product was defected hence I wrote email for replacement on 18th june. Also filled online replacement form on 26th vide #01862 but after repeated emails and number times called up the helpline numbers nothing has been done by the company.despite the company policy of replacement in 15 working days it has been more than a month I am repeatedly told that I will get the product. I have bought product from Eurekaforbs own website considering it would be safe never knew company is so irregular towards its customers. I am wondering how the after sales service is

                From one of reputed store, after that only once i got the service, now again i log the complaint with this, got a call that your warranty time is over & if will do the service then it will get the problem with dirty water..

                Is this the service & quality of your products..??

                Then y should v go for your expensive one products.. easily it can get in locals..

                From the very first day when the product was installed that product was not properly we have complaint lots of time but there is no response. Otherwise we will go consumer forum and take the action against seller and company also.

                    I have a ST-2000 water filter, the repairs for which I have since[protected] been continuously following up. No person till date has attended to my complaint and I am finding it very difficult to function without the water filter.

                    Despite calling up several times, all I have got is the name of the technician, one Mr.Ganesh Mhaske who was supposed to attend. I regret to inform you that Mr.Mhaske has not attended to my complaint and despite me calling up on his cell is showing no interest whatsoever to resolve my problem.

                    I request you to kindly send a technician to my place and get the problem rectified as my family and me are in great difficulty.

                    Please treat this as MOST URGENT.

                    I hope and pray that you will understand my situation and act swiftly.

                      Dear aquasure-eureka forbes complaint resolution officer

                      I am very disappointed with eureka forbes service, i had bought a brand new aquasure xpert machine which one of your most premium water purifiers and have been facing trouble from day one.

                      Firstly upon installation which happened a week after the product was delivered, the technician cut the automatic shutoff system wire without informing and said the machine will not work because of low pressure whereas there is no pressure problem in our apartment but at least he should have asked before touching the internals of the machine.

                      Within a few months the tap started leaking and when the technician replaced it, he charged the entire amount, even though machine was and still is in warranty and the tap was not broken but leaking and warranty covers faulty parts. In fact the technician who came today confirmed that the company should not have charged for replacing the tap.

                      Today the technician came to replace the leaking pump and we saw a lot of salt and corrosion on the pump and had agreed for replacement. The technician told us he will not install a new pump but a repaired one as he has received the same from company. When i have bought a brand new machine and it has a faulty part within warranty how can i accept an old repaired pump, i demand a brand new pump for a brand new machine.

                      Even while previously replacing the tap the technician removed the top lid and misplaced one of the four plastic strips that support the top lid, this has made the lid wobbly and non airtight with the result ants have entered the pure water tank twice making the whole water purification process useless. But the technician straight away said we don't get these parts from the company, kindly advise who will provide these parts.

                      Due to leakage in the tap the tape below the tap which protects the internals of the machine in case of a leakage had become loose from one end, the technician instead of sticking it back removed it entirely saying it is not required as if the company put it in the first place for the purpose of show.

                      When contacting the call center they refuse to handover the phone to their managers and also refused to give the email address or contact number of the appellate authority or any higher authority. All i could get is the above email address and i can only hope this email reaches the senior most people in time to sort all the troubles.

                      I demand all the problems to be sorted or better still the entire machine should be replaced with a brand new one as this machine is still under warranty failing which i will be forced to hold a case against eureka forbes in the consumer court.

                        I had purchased a water purifier on 28/03/2016 with the eureka forbes ltd
                        Compact model bearing order form cum receipt no[protected]
                        Since after installation 2 times the same had stopped working
                        On a very first complaint the same was address in 2-3 working days
                        But this time since last 10 days have passed no one is willing to attend the same neither any positive reply from the manager mr yadav with whom i had
                        Purchased is responding.
                        Either u call or make online complaint on the website or call to the manager only tomorrow is the answer u get from all of them.
                        Before this also the same was the backlog with these company purifier.
                        When u purchase that time they are assuring for a prompt service & once u
                        Become a customer after their warranty/guarantee is over they certainly
                        Insist you to purchase a new machine as the existing one parts are not available even though you have a amc contract with the co.
                        The biggest joke is the machine is available online & in market as well
                        & service contractors don't have parts they let reason for non-repairing.
                        Please make some provision for the same & request to all the other
                        Who are planning to purchase water purifier of this co. Not to mistake by
                        Purchasing the same.

                          I am still waiting for response, dose this complain reach to top management

                          As i said i want the 2 year extension of amc as i lost my 2 year paid amc, with out getting proper service and part replacement,

                          Note:lots of new technical played with our unit and which caused not working as it should be working to work, if your team does not have part available then amc contract are made with customer.

                          Team every time i am getting info that my complain are escalated and eureka forbes will address soon my request demand.

                          But i think they never care of customer and doing same thing again by not responding to customer

                          I want this to reach top management in eureka forbes

                          no one contacted me and this happen every time, if they can't provide the service why they getting AMC contract . I want my 2 year AMC extension because of such poor service response .

                                I was complain about replace of tap on dated 23/07/2016 so company was registered my complain no.[protected]dated 23/07/2016-4:10 p. M.

                                O company was send technician named mr, dave on 25/07/2016 from-fk enterprise - company service center-ahmadabad-gujarat state so after examine of devices he explain that right now he just visit to see problem because i dont have tap now and indicate that tomorrow i will replace it so you need to pay its cost with service charge so i agree for that then cleverly he left.

                                Till date i am waiting for his commitment. After that again i was inform company about my problem because we are working in field of social service so so many victims visited our office and they need to drink water so what to do?

                                Can its not a violation of human rights?

                                Do something for redress our grievances in time.

                                  I purchased a aquagaurd water purifier online. Now i received my unit via courier. I called on the service centre and registered a request for installation. They responded that within 24 hours your unit will be installed but nobody came. Now i am doing calls daily, everytime they ask me for 24 hours but till now nothing happened. A reputed company like eureka forbes will show like this carelessness i never thought about it. I will never recommend anybody to go for aquagaurd.

                                    This is for service request number [protected], assigned to anup patro for motor issue with ro water purifier.

                                    Its been more than 20 days we have loged compaints for the issue we were facing with our water purifier. Solution given by engineer suggested motor replacement and with the feedback that he will come back with new motor.
                                    Waited for almost 7-8 days with daily followups over call, finaly the day reached when eureka engineer came with motor. Since we have taken eureka forbes amc which is of cost approx. 8000 rs, eureka forbes sent an used repaired motor with a comment that they cannot provide new motor for amc customers.. Wow.Intrestingly when we checked motor it was of low power which is not compliant with the water purifier we have installed. So again engineer went back with the comment that he will bring new motor after 3-4 days. From now no action taken by eureka forbes. Did multiple followups via call to engineer, customer care but all in vain. Is this type of service being provided by eureka forbes?? Pathetic service.. Seems brand value for eureka is going down day by day. They are just harassing their customers.. Poor service.. Customer care are attending call from home and they dont have any suffient information with that they can help their customers.

                                    Engineer visited and replace a motor which is not compatible to my RO device. Due to this it is taking 9-10 hours to fill Eureka device with RO water and sometimes motor stop working and resulting in no water input/output

                                    Is this kind of service you are giving after submitting serious complaint here?

                                    This issue is not resolve till now.
                                    As i mentioned before, the motor replaced is not compatible with the device and is stopped working again.
                                    As per written commitment by your engineer, we should receive motor by today.
                                    However, the number provided by your engineer are invalid numbers.

                                    Its been more than one and half month, we have been suffering with the RO issue with no correct resolution, we are planning to contact consumer court. Your company is harassing us from last one and half month and has impacted our life as well.

                                      We r using ub+water purifier since last 2 yrs. It started overflowing since last one month & we lodged complaint. The service centre located at p. C. Colony, kankarbagh, patna, bihar sent a man who tried to fix the problem, changed few parts but could not correct it. Service centre is not sending anyone even after several reminders. What kund of company u people are running? We have decided to lodge a complaint with consumer court, if not attended shortly& will switch over to kent or others.

                                      I do not care about ratings. I need the appliance fixed. There is problem with the product & and I lodged a complaint, rating of my comment not reqired. Rating of their services required.

                                      My ordered for DR.Aquaguard Magna HD Ro +Uv on 19/07/2016 with no;[protected] until to day 2nd August 2016 the product didn't delivered.your chennai office located at 60 no 616, T.H Rd, Old Washermanpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600081, Phone:[protected] nobody responded.i am unhappy with this ir responsibility & behavior, so kindly refund my initial amount and return back my cheque leaves wich you have collected from me within a day.or if paying delay you have to pay with 18% interest as per your terms and condition of sales.
