Dear madam / sir,
I made a service request ref.: [protected], for my water purifier to customer care couple of days back and on 15jul 2016 an engineer visited my place but he did some cleanup job, but couldn't care to check the refills/cartridges nor open the machine for any malfunctioning, now my water purifier has stopped working and there is no drinking water coming out... we even asked the engineer to kindly do the service properly but he insisted there is no need...
Further, the irony is, im trying to reach out eureka forbes via tele customer care, online service request, escalate service request but couldn’t got through any of the modes. this disheartening that eureka forbes from whom i have bought 2 water purifiers 2 vacuum cleaners, do not have better customer service even when the product is covered under warranty.
Request again to kindly attend my water purifier for servicing as during rainy season water borne disease spread easily...

Since my Eureka Forbes Water Purifier having issues when technician first visited for regular servicing. So far Eureka Forbes has failed in rectifying the issues with the Purifier. Current situation is My Water Purifier is making noise while using and is also giving away waste water... have complained again on the phone to the Service Center on tuesday 09-Aug2016 but they just over looked my complained and has not taken any action so far...
