This is with regard to amc contract made with you on 31/07/2015, contract receipt no. 25322619 of rs. 7870/- via bank of maharashtra chq. No. 012560 dated 31/07/2015.
My amc includes free replacement of consumables including membrane two times in two years. The same replacement was due on 31/07/2016, still no person from you had appeared for maintenance, i. E change the free membrane.
On 08/08/2016, a maintenance boy has appeared who had no identity card along with him, no job card of my name along with him, no shirt of your company, etc. We were unable to identify whether he was from your company or fake person.
Secondly, he had just came for maintenance and had no idea that he needs to change the parts like membrane as mentioned in the contract.
Thirdly, today morning, he came with the parts when we insisted to change the free parts with wrong parts.
Fourthly, he said he will be changing only 2 membranes now and the other two in next week due to shortage of other two membranes.
The service which is being provided by you is very poor and getting worse day by day. When we raise a question to the officials in kolhapur (Shahupuri office), the officials are very casual.
If they cannot conduct and complete as mentioned in the contract they should not insist on 2 years of amc with customer. Also, let me know why i shouldn’t sue you under the contract act, 1872
I want to cancel my further amc of one and half years and request you that my money should be refunded.
Kindly get in touch with mr. Nivrutti and shahaji sawant of shahupuri, kolhapur office to get my money refunded.
