I am writing this email about the pathetic services given to us in HSR Layout Sec-1 Bangalore-560102 after purchasing a new Dr Aquaquard Magna HD+RO+UV . The aquaguard got faulty in just 2 months and the complaint was made on 30th July, complaint No:88472144 but after continuous follow up the service person doesnt turn around and gave fooling excuses.The technician is Satish who give his words daily to repair from last few days but doesnt turn around.I had the worst customer service I have ever encountered so far.

    Sir,

    It was very shocking and unexpected experience from an esteemed organization like m/s. Eurekha forbes when there is high competition in this field. I have reported the complaint on 13/07/2016 just a month after receiving the item but till date no one has attended against my repeated contact over phone. Now i am not expected much from your side but certainly need the contact id of your corporate high official to present the matter before moving to consumer court. Also i take this opportunity to inform you that i am not at all interested to talk with your customer service agent which was only of wasting time.

    Now i need full replacement of the item with new one and also the contact id of corporate high official at the earliest.

      Have been requesting for repair of faulty machine installed and every time service team will take months to visit after 100 calls and reminders/followups. Even after the visit no service engineer has ever understood the problem and even not communicating what exactly they have done. No explanation on the repair done and only assurance that earlier engineer has not done properly but it is ok now. But every time the machine breaks down in 3-4 days and have to start all over again. Since last week service complaint is registered thru phone as well as online also but no response yet. Only getting sms every day that my service request has been assigned to so and so eng and will be attended to shortly. Website also doesn't accept the escalation of the problem to next level.
      Its been horrible experience. Even the service head is not taking the calls.. Would appreciate some one qualified from company to check and correct the fault.

        Hi team,

        I am still waiting for response, dose this complain reach to top management

        As i said i want the 2 year extension of amc as i lost my 2 year paid amc, with out getting proper service and part replacement, in time, every time eureka forbes support team takes very long time to address the issue, after we do n number of followup and raising complain consumer forum we get response

        Note:lots of new technical played with our unit and which caused not working as it should be working to work, if your team does not have part available then amc contract are made with customer.

        Team every time i am getting info that my complain are escalated and eureka forbes will address soon my request demand.

        But i think they never care of customer and doing same thing again by not responding to customer

        Note still my unit not fully working condition

          We have shifted from our kolkata address - nilima apartment, 211 garfa main road, kolkata - 700075, wb to sai sangam apartment, flat no -102, plot no 30-i, sector 8b, cbd belapur, navi mumbai. I had given request to re - install the ro at navi mumbai address as soon as possible. I am continuously chasing customer care services to complete the job. The technician have visited our flat at navi mumbai without bringing any tools to attend the job. I am continuously phoning to customer care phone no[protected] to resolve the issue. But nobody is listening properly and resolve the issue.
          Date of request for re-install[protected]. The should re - install it without any charges as it is already delayed.

            My water purifier showd service indicator 15/07/2016. Immediately i sent request to the company for the same. After continuous follow up the service person came after 10-12 days at 8.00 pm. I observed that he was unable to change the filters. He had opened the whole machine and was not able to assemble it. Thereafter he called his senior and both of them did something and asked me for rs. 3800/- which i paid and got the receipt for the same. When i tuned on the filter it again showed service indicator. I was shocked. I again requested for service and again after continuous follow up, the service person came and did something. When i turn on the purifier, it started leaking from all the sides. I did not understand from where the water is coming our. I again called the service person, again he did something. Every time he charges some money from us. Again the purifier is having the same problem. Since last 8 days i have contacted the company through email and phone calls but nobody responded. I am very unhappy. The water purifier costs rs. 23000/-. I have to buy filtered water daily for which i am paying rs. 60/- per day since 15/07/2016. How i could get the compensation?

              This is with regard to amc contract made with you on 31/07/2015, contract receipt no. 25322619 of rs. 7870/- via bank of maharashtra chq. No. 012560 dated 31/07/2015.
              My amc includes free replacement of consumables including membrane two times in two years. The same replacement was due on 31/07/2016, still no person from you had appeared for maintenance, i. E change the free membrane.
              On 08/08/2016, a maintenance boy has appeared who had no identity card along with him, no job card of my name along with him, no shirt of your company, etc. We were unable to identify whether he was from your company or fake person.
              Secondly, he had just came for maintenance and had no idea that he needs to change the parts like membrane as mentioned in the contract.
              Thirdly, today morning, he came with the parts when we insisted to change the free parts with wrong parts.
              Fourthly, he said he will be changing only 2 membranes now and the other two in next week due to shortage of other two membranes.
              The service which is being provided by you is very poor and getting worse day by day. When we raise a question to the officials in kolhapur (Shahupuri office), the officials are very casual.
              If they cannot conduct and complete as mentioned in the contract they should not insist on 2 years of amc with customer. Also, let me know why i shouldn’t sue you under the contract act, 1872
              I want to cancel my further amc of one and half years and request you that my money should be refunded.
              Kindly get in touch with mr. Nivrutti and shahaji sawant of shahupuri, kolhapur office to get my money refunded.

                Hi,

                I think the worst customer service, i have seen from any company, so far, is from the eureka forbes.
                I made the biggest mistake buying from eureka forbes.
                My customer id is [protected].
                I bought this ro in ahmedebad.
                When we bought this, the sales person ashok.
                Stopped taking calls after payment.
                For 10 days, he did not respond.
                After 15 days, it got installed.
                Then, we shifted to bangalore, for re-installing it, it took us 20 days
                I don't know, how there customer care works.
                They don't even take service request. (called thrice)
                Pathetic pathetic pathetic.
                Ok, it got intstalled after repeated calls.
                Then.. biggest mistake, we did.. we took 1 year amc for rs.4440.
                It has got over.. nonone has visited us so far.
                They promise 2 free service and some replacments.
                I got nothing.
                For last 4 months, myself and my husband, receving calls that, we are coming in this saturday, friday... blah, blah...
                No one showed up.
                And amc is expired for 4440.

                Is this a small amount.
                I want my amc renewed for another year free of cost.
                And give me service this time

                Ps: whoever is reading this.. be aware to buy anything from eureka forbes.
                Pathetic service and they cheat you with amc money.

                They are cheaters in amc, you can see other complaints also.

                And trust me, their customer service is worst, when i called again and again to their customer care and repeatedly asked to talk to senior.

                One mr, pramod said senior is not available, (mr. pramod, call center does not work without supervisor in a daytime)
                Stop lying and disconnected the call.
                Then second time, (after 2 mins) another one picked up, said senior is on another line.. and disconnected again.
                Ome mahalaxmi did the same

                They are big cheaters, nothing else.
                According to them, customers are bunch of bad people.

                  I had purchased the magna hd ro in from eureka forbes sales person deepan raj (Emp. No: 9056433) on 31/11/2015 but my online payment failed at the site. So the sales person took a advance of rs.1000/- under invoice no:[protected] and he supplied me with a new machine the next day and promised of returning the amount after getting the new machine which will be delivered.
                  He came and collected the unit but till date he hasn't returned it. I have had multiple visit to the sales office located in burkit road, t. Nagar, chennai to get my refund and have also complained to his manager govindarajan but to date i haven't received any response and asking me to go to account team to settle wherein the account team asks to go to sales as it's dealt by sales team.
                  The service i have received is pathetic and i have made numerous calls/visit to track this and i have spent more than the refund amount in my visits and calls now. Such pathetic service!! I would like to have my refund along with interest and make sure sales is not doing unfair & unethical trade in this regard.

                    Continuously water leakage from water inlet in our recently installed nano ro since last few days. I tried to stop the leakage but it was not possible for me to resolve the issue. The floor becomes wet due to water leakage. Mainly water leakage is from the candle whose one end is connected with supply tap and other end to the nano ro by means of water tubes.

                      This is shubham agarwal from bhandup.
                      I think complaint no. Is 96126406. You can get details from my name and place.

                      Complaint first registered on 18th july.
                      Have been calling every alternate day.

                      No response from senior manager.
                      Customer care executive keeps saying it'll be done.

                      No drinking water since 18th july.
                      Have spent thousands on mineral water already.

                      I give maximum a week to resolve post which will move to court for compensation due to non-providing of services.

                        I had requested for a refund of money for a defective product purchased from eureka forbes site.
                        I strongly feel this company is either bank-erupt or is cheating customer.

                        People, i have only one thing to say. Dont buy any product from them. If at all you buy, pray you dont get faulty product. If at all you get fault product, no point in ask for refund.

                        Because my experience say, if you do that, you will waste at least 500 hours in your life (Still not got) in pursuit to get your money back.

                        I challenge the company to cross check this. My billing cid is:[protected].

                        Go and check how many calls i had made to your customer care and strange answers... Refund team is gone for lunch, after 6 they dont work, internet issue, system slow. Dont have your information now, call back promises,... Etc list goes on.

                        Horrible... It is a branded company?

                          Hi all,
                          I have bought a aqua sure ro purifier, and they took almost 1 month to got it installed. After the installation water was completely bitter and we couldn't drink a single drop of water. We raised the complaint again to correct it, and none of them have come for the service. Its going to be more than 3 weeks for the complaint. Now i have raised the request to return the product as they dont provide the service, and no response for that too. They are fooling people to buy their product and they provide any service. I have paid 1.5k for the product and its waste. They are cheating the people. Please resolve my issue, and please take back the product and provide me a full refund of that product

                            This refers to a trivial issue of a broken tap in my Aquaguard RO+UV that made me loose all trust in this brand.
                            On 1 August, we contacted Customer Care for a broken tap of our water purifier and was promised help the next day. Customer care engineer plays-on complaining he does not know the model we use (though they have it in their database!) and was requesting my mother in law to take photo of the machine and send it via Whatsapp. From office, I managed to get a picture from the internet of a similar model to send him and he said he does not have that tap and will come the next day. On 3 August, he promises to come by 2PM with the right tap, all waited till late afternoon, and then the phone of the technician either gets switched off or goes busy as soon as I call - Exasperated, I raise a fresh complaint ([protected]). On 4 August, I receive a fresh call from another technician saying the tap is not available with him! He does not come on that day and then promises to come on 5 August, at 12 noon - but nobody turned up. Now this is the 5th day after my tap is broken - the unit is useless without the tap. We are buying water from outside all these days and we have an infant at home. On 5 August, evening - I make another call to the Customer Care and they note down all details and confirms an escalation and a repair by 12 Noon on 6 August. Nothing happened on 6 August, nobody called. I again called up Customer Care and requested for the email id of Customer Care Head Ms. Vineth Hegde - they did not divulge. They said they will attend to the problem and a person will be at my doorstep as soon as possible and its already escalated with number 96369298. Nothing happens.
                            Here, I write - almost ready to bin the unit and look for alternatives.

                            If one cant do proper service for an essential service like drinking water, its time one stop sales for the same.

                            Thanks - a couple of people did contact me but no resolution to the problem. It aggravated.

                            1/ It appears that your database has two persons (& addresses) allocated to my phone number & email id. I do not know how you have such cases as I have no clue where that house is or who that person is.
                            2/ Your team has been provided with conflicting information on the AMC warranty of my unit. While AMC warranty extends till 31 January 2018, some of your service team thinks my warranty expired in 2015.
                            3/ The model in your database is different from what I use.

                            Consequently, two service personnel contacted me on 7 August !
                            First person who arrived was from the service team who thought I did not have an AMC warranty. He duly opened the unit to fix the tap (he had the right tap) and informed me that my filter was not working as the purified water quality is below expected norms. He was surprised I had AMC, he was misinformed apparently, I connected him to your customer care who clarified the situation. He admitted he cannot do anything as his not authorised to fix units under warranty. However, he made a definite statement - DO NOT drink water from this unit until filters are replaced as we will get throat problems. However, he said it should be easy to get filters replaced at no cost as its covered under AMC warranty (as confirmed by customer care).

                            The second service personnel arrived soon after. I confirmed he had the right AMC information and then informed him about the water quality. However, this person came with a tap for a different model. He agreed to change filters, if required, as its in AMC and promised to come back later in the day. He never arrived yesterday.

                            On 8 August, exactly a week after my first compliant - I am still waiting for a call from this service personnel who has comfortable switched off his mobile even at 11AM.

                            What do you propose I do now ?
                            Here is an update.

                            The service person from the warranty team visited us yesterday (11/08/2016) - tested the water- and confirmed it is 100% it is potable. I double checked with him (Sai) a couple of times and he is certain.

                            He additionally mentioned that the person from the no-warranty team was probably just trying to sell me extra filters and get some money for servicing !

                            So much for all your teams - I am marking this compliant closed.
                            Here is an update.

                              With repeated call to customer service center, they are disconnecting the call and not attending my request. It is almost 7 days over after raising my request with complain number is [protected] and should be attended in 48 hours as per the purchase contract. I am frustrated now.

                                I Purchased Aquasure Prime UV RO from Army Canteen Colaba almost 1 year 1 month back. This Product was packed and i have just installed two week back and start to use. one week before it functioning Stopped. Technician visited my house and informed me that its mother board is not working and since i have purchase 1 year back so 1 year free contact is over and i have to pay either 3500/- or i have to get 3 year contract for 5000/-.
                                I am shocked because known company like Eureka selling faulty product and they are not ready to replace it and forcing customer to get 3 year contract.
                                Its their product problem, They can check my water purifier and find out how much days i have used .

                                  I submitted complaint dated 1st august 2016 and customer care assured me that technician visit within 2 working days but no one reach. my complain reference number is 88577714 dated 1/08/2016. again i called dated 6/08/2016 to customer care delhi bt your telecaller didnot gave any satisfactorily answer. due to filter problem my family member suffering from water borne disease its all responsibility is yours but i very sure you cannot do anything even i have AMC but no use.now im thinking to move consumer forum.

                                    Greetings!!!
                                    I have bought one ro aqua sure experts from eureka forbes on dt[protected] & now again i am facing a problem related to taste of water.
                                    The product was faulty from day 1 as i have got the same serviced 3-4 times bcoz of several reasons. If you want you can check my past record complaints as well, where always some engineer sanjeev sharma visited my site & after some procedural changes they resolve my complaint.
                                    I always ask him if the product was faulty then please replace it otherwise after warranty period i will be sufferer, then also he simply ignore my request.
                                    Now after so many times the problem arise on my ro once again on dated[protected]. Due to which the water quality of society had badly impact my ro as per the engineer sanjeev sharma’s comments & it need urgent replacement of filter + membrane & when i ask him to replace both he simply deny to replace the membrane under warranty & refused very badly. Whereas i had a word with some of his senior sh. Yogesh, he is also refused to replaced the membrane under warranty.
                                    Mr. Yogesh have very misbehaved with me & when i asked him to please gave me in writing that the same will not be replaced under warranty he misbehaved with me for long & asked me to contact some ms. Meenakshi, whereas i have denied to call to any of the representative & thought that the matter to be bring in your knowledge for speedy resolution.
                                    If the same will not be replaced & my problem will not be addressed in a proper way, then please return your faulty ro & return my money back so that i can buy water bottles from the market & will not use any ro in future.
                                    I don’t believe that like eureka forbes such a big company having no business ethics & i am deprived from your organization as well.
                                    The detail of product bought has been annexed for your reference & necessary action in order to send some field staff for it's servicing.

                                      i complained about water not coming from filter in february, 2016to your csc, local authorised service certre as well as your regional manager mr.Shravan.Every time they used to send technician to make it ok.But after few days of working again the problem used to repeat.

                                      I had made complaints to your csc" n" no of times and technician used to come to attend and the problem persists the next day.
                                      Even your service centre took our filter telling that mother board card is faulty.It requires repairs or replacement.

                                      I do not know exact date of bringing back our filter adn it stareted woking.About a week back i stratred facing the same problem.

                                      Now when we- on -filter the red light comes and then green light comes and goes off within seconds, then again comes and goes off.Due to this problem i am not able to collect water of 10 litres even in 2 to 3 hrs time.

                                      The water comes when green light is there, when green light goes off water stops.

                                      Will you please attend to it so that the problem does not re-occur.I
                                      if not attended i will be forced to approach -consumer redressal committe- with this problem .I hope the management looks into this problem and comes to permanent solution so that we can drink filter water.

                                        I had taken a magna in may 2015. Just after the installation the machine started problem i kept on complaning & they sent an executive after 2 days every month (Nearly) i kept on saying this is a faulty machine but it went to deaf ears.
                                        In may 2016 they took the amc chq of rs 5000/ — aprox after that the machine went dead for last 45 days its dead & everyday i speak with them them assure to resolve in 2 working days which never happens. I have the recordings.
                                        I have been a customer with eureka forbes for last 12 years (With other products) they have turned into deceiver.
                                        I dont want to be with such a value less false commiter company. I demand my full price & amc to be refunded & take back the dead machine.
                                        Last complain no 88381311.
                                        I would suggest all to avoid buying this company product they are only eager in sales not in service
