I was complain about replace of tap on dated 23/07/2016 so company was registered my complain no.[protected]dated 23/07/2016-4:10 p. M.

O company was send technician named mr, dave on 25/07/2016 from-fk enterprise - company service center-ahmadabad-gujarat state so after examine of devices he explain that right now he just visit to see problem because i dont have tap now and indicate that tomorrow i will replace it so you need to pay its cost with service charge so i agree for that then cleverly he left.

Till date i am waiting for his commitment. After that again i was inform company about my problem because we are working in field of social service so so many victims visited our office and they need to drink water so what to do?

Can its not a violation of human rights?

Do something for redress our grievances in time.

    I purchased a aquagaurd water purifier online. Now i received my unit via courier. I called on the service centre and registered a request for installation. They responded that within 24 hours your unit will be installed but nobody came. Now i am doing calls daily, everytime they ask me for 24 hours but till now nothing happened. A reputed company like eureka forbes will show like this carelessness i never thought about it. I will never recommend anybody to go for aquagaurd.

      This is for service request number [protected], assigned to anup patro for motor issue with ro water purifier.

      Its been more than 20 days we have loged compaints for the issue we were facing with our water purifier. Solution given by engineer suggested motor replacement and with the feedback that he will come back with new motor.
      Waited for almost 7-8 days with daily followups over call, finaly the day reached when eureka engineer came with motor. Since we have taken eureka forbes amc which is of cost approx. 8000 rs, eureka forbes sent an used repaired motor with a comment that they cannot provide new motor for amc customers.. Wow.Intrestingly when we checked motor it was of low power which is not compliant with the water purifier we have installed. So again engineer went back with the comment that he will bring new motor after 3-4 days. From now no action taken by eureka forbes. Did multiple followups via call to engineer, customer care but all in vain. Is this type of service being provided by eureka forbes?? Pathetic service.. Seems brand value for eureka is going down day by day. They are just harassing their customers.. Poor service.. Customer care are attending call from home and they dont have any suffient information with that they can help their customers.

      Engineer visited and replace a motor which is not compatible to my RO device. Due to this it is taking 9-10 hours to fill Eureka device with RO water and sometimes motor stop working and resulting in no water input/output

      This issue is not resolve till now.
      As i mentioned before, the motor replaced is not compatible with the device and is stopped working again.
      As per written commitment by your engineer, we should receive motor by today.
      However, the number provided by your engineer are invalid numbers.

      Its been more than one and half month, we have been suffering with the RO issue with no correct resolution, we are planning to contact consumer court. Your company is harassing us from last one and half month and has impacted our life as well.

        We r using ub+water purifier since last 2 yrs. It started overflowing since last one month & we lodged complaint. The service centre located at p. C. Colony, kankarbagh, patna, bihar sent a man who tried to fix the problem, changed few parts but could not correct it. Service centre is not sending anyone even after several reminders. What kund of company u people are running? We have decided to lodge a complaint with consumer court, if not attended shortly& will switch over to kent or others.

          I purrchased a aqua guard superb model for about 19000 on 22nd of this month. It was installed and we followed the process of discarding the initial water. After which while they said we will get good water, the water is exactly as the bore supply and salty. We immediately called aquaguard customer line and complained and they promised that the engineer will check on it within 2 days (Even though we mentioned it needs urgent attention given its a new installation). Nobody turned up for 3 days. Called them again and complained 2 days ago, and was again promised that the engineer would call the same day, but nobody called or turned up. This is disgusting and im regretting why i went with eureka forbes. Whats the relief pls?

            We first called eureka forbes on 19th july to send a technician to move our ro system to another floor in the same building. We were told that our request would be attended to within 2 working days and cost to move the system is rs. 350. It is 8 days since and nobody shows up. Today when we spoke to customer care, they are retaking the request for "dismantling" and "reinstallation" of the ro which will cost rs. 550. I am surprised at how incompetent the people at customer care are. When you are told that you need to "move" an ro doesn't that tell you automatically that you need to take the ro out of the hook and install it elsewhere? I believe this is just a delaying tactic and an excuse for not showing up. Future warning for all eureka forbes product buyers... Their customer service is pathetic.

              Dear sir,
              This is bring to your kind notice that i got filter of
              Aqua guard changed in nov15 with one year warranty but for last four
              Month filter of our aqua guard is getting chocked with in every 20
              Days because of which we are facing a lots of water problem.
              And the service person from navyug enterprises service franchise
              Meerut sold us one extra filter (Coast 800 rs) 6month before by saying
              With this extra filter you will not be having the problem in your
              Machin but only after 4 month we got the problem in our machin and
              Ervice person once again took 375 rs to repair that extra filter and
              Only after 10 days once again our machin got out of order..
              And we have been facing same problem for last 15 days

I'm being challenged whether I would get my money back by their area manager. he even asked me to file a police case instead. I don't know whether they have only these kind of people to fool people.                 Sir our mentioned model of eureka is not getting on even after checking circuits. I have given complaint many times. But dint get good response & the problem still exists... And the technician give reason as they don't have supply of power button to repair it... We have 3 years guarantee its already 5 months over we are facing the problem so please repair the existing model or exchange it and resolve the problem soon as possible.

                    I bought magnum hd ro+uv on[protected] from one of your salse agent pampapati (Ph. No. [protected]) in bangalore and i was told i will get my product installed within 2 days. Almost 9 days over, nothing happened so far and now the agent is not picking up the phone calls.

                    I spoke to call centre several times but no use. I even spoke to someone name sandip in escalation team but he too could not do anything.

                    Please let me know if you can help me out on this matter.

                      Hi all,

                      Below is an email which i sent to the company. it has all the details of the trouble which i under went to get a product serviced, but did not happen.
                      Please think twice before you buy from eureka forbes.

                      Hi,

                      I am writing this email to inform you on the pathetic service provided to me by your company.

                      I initially raised a request for repair of my desina model uv water filter.
                      [date: 29/06/2016; service request no.: 87921218]

                      The request was attended but instead of offering me the required service,
                      I was being forced to accept an annual contract for 3 years, which i did not want.
                      Later they informed the spares were not available and hence will be delayed.
                      I asked them not to service it because of delay and went for a different model.

                      The old water filter unit was picked from my premises on 29th jun and
                      Has not yet been returned to me till now, even after almost a month has passed.

                      Later i placed a service request for another model, i. e., ivory model uv purifier.
                      The request was for attaching booster pump for the ivory model.
                      [date: 13/07/2016; service request no.: 88156503]

                      The request was attended by an inexperienced engineer, who did not know how to attach the booster pump to the filter unit.
                      And again i was being offered annual contract instead of attending my request.
                      At one point the executive was begging me to take at least 1 year maintenance contract.
                      I told i will consider it, else i will pay him the maintenance charge of rs. 400 as conveyed by the tele-executive and
                      Asked him to attach the booster pump to the filter unit. he was looking blank and told he does not know how to do it.
                      He told he will send another executive and vanished.

                      Later i have been following up with the customer care and there are no actions from the service team.
                      I have called more than 8 times and couple of times they created a fresh service request stating the old one does not exist.
                      When i have been given new service request numbers, i tried to save them and have mentioned them below for reference.

                      Looking at the hardships which i faced and the behavior of your executives, i think:
                      - it seems obvious that the company is not interested in providing services which are low in cost,
                      - always push customers to buy high value maintenance contracts,
                      - push products which are high in cost (i was told by the executive that a new uv purifier unit more that rs. 10k,
                      While i can see a dx model is available in flipkart for rs. 5.5k)
                      - take it for granted and keep customers assets in your custody
                      - never bother to attend to the service request timely
                      - never take appointments to visit at time when its comfortable for the customer, but visit at their convenient time.

                      After all this, i want to share my experience with others on the social media and keep others aware of the actual difficulties
                      Which they may face if they buy a eureka forbes product. and i will forget about the service of my existing products and
                      Dump them in the used market to wash off my hands from this mess. of course if i receive the old unit back from eureka forbes!

                        have Purchased the aqua guard water purifier form flip kart on 20th July'2016
                        continuously chasing the technician team from Eureka Forbes for installing
                        the product and no body came..after long chase today one technician came with out any acknowledge and his supervise Aslam...he is the owner of the company tell the customer care my dam if want to buy you buy or get lost
                        we dint care and use all filthy language..

                        pls take action on him are you will loose the balance name u have in the market

                          It has been a month since we lodged a complaint for repairing the aquagaurd genius +. it was under warranty period. every time i call, we get one standard reply from your executives saying that the technician will be attending within 24 hrs. so far no one attended and this was escalated and i was given the number of the group leader bhaskar. i was informed that he is in-charge for t. nagar chennai area. he had also promised to look into the issue and it has been 5 days so far no response. now by july 27th the warranty period will also be over and nothing is done. i have been spending thousands of rupees in buying mineral water as i do not have an alternative. please respond immediately before we approach the consumer court.

                            We had logged a complaint on 13th july 2016 that are water purifier is not operational and today is 25th july and still the issue is not resolved. very bad response. specially agents jyoti and dharmesh who acted as very bad customer support.

                            Water purifier is a very important and essential product of our everyday life, and a company like eureka forbes has shown least of its concerns for our problem.

                            Very bad service a very strong recommendation never to buy this again.

                              Euroka forbe is really third class service provider and there service engineers are not at all aware with there product

                              At time of purchase eureka forbe team committed 3 free service within a year but we received service after registering complaint

                              We have registered complaint on 10 th july, and tukaram choagule attended complaint but not in position to give solution and issue is not get attended on same day

                              Later same service allocated to rohan yadav (Mob no: [protected])

                              From that day after every 2 days we are receiving msg that service allocated to technician but till date no one attended

                              Yesterday surprisingly we have received msg that service completed by him without visiting and without attending issue

                              Is the way eureka forbe is providing service?

                                An acqua guard water filter was installed in shining stars international school, btm complex, jharsuguda for providing drinking water to students a couple of months back. The machine is out of order since more than a week. We contacted the local number[protected], [protected] several times with out any response.

                                  I undersigned has purchased a aqua guard machine customer code [protected] on 15th october 2015.
                                  The same was installed about 8 days later
                                  1. machine stopped working on 28th march
                                  2. pcb board changed on 2nd april.
                                  3. i demanded a service report of repairs - same not given by technician ganesh gaud
                                  4. servicing of six months was due after 15th april 2016 - not done
                                  5. machine stopped working on 15.7.2016
                                  6. technician ganesh gaud attended & said part has to be changed.
                                  7. i have demanded a service report & he is not ready to give it to me
                                  8. on 20th july made another complaint - no response till date.
                                  9. why service reports are not given by company?

                                    I had purchased an amc bearing the receipt no.[protected] from eureka forbes for service of my aqua guard water purifier paying rs.4800/- over a validity of 3years on 26.07.2015. My consumer id is [protected]. My present address is ch. Satyanarayana, branch manager, sbi, devarapalle branch, opp. Raja rajeswari motors, raja rajeswari nilayam, ground floor, devarapalle, visakhapatnam district, ap-531030. I got my address updated by calling customer care around twelve days ago and booked a service request too for which i didn't get any response in return from the personnel of eureka forbes. None of the technicians turned up till now at my place. Since the date of purchase of amc it is the duty of the company itself to provide the service twice an year as per the contract which the company violated the agreed t&c and hadn't given atlease once till date though the contract is live till 30.07.2018. As such i look forward for your early action in this regard, else i will be constrained to file a suit.

                                      This is pertaining to a eureka forbes water purifier (ro + uv + uf) bought five months back. i spent good money considering it will be a good product with short tat for servicing. but since last month the product stopped working.

                                      Situation
                                      1) the product was continuously leaking and there was a water wastage which
                                      O important to us in water scarcity scenario in mumbai.

                                      2) i took the risk of switching it off and i got a severe shock


                                      3) last 24 days i m buying water bottles to survive.

                                      Response from eureka forbes

                                      1) i logged in my first complaint (no:[protected] and called thrice in a timeline of 15 days, every time got an assurance as my product is under warranty but no one turned up or called.

                                      2) in my 4th call, i have been issued a new complaint no. 88269194 by deceiving me as i have been issued an urgency complain. but no one has turned till today after repeated calls

                                      3) today (24th july 2016) i finally called up to know the escalation process, but i have been deceived again with an assurance of service by tomorrow, when i have requested for interaction with superior, i have been deceived again & had been put on voicemail.

                                      This is causing severe distress, i am not able to focus on my work mentally and physically i have experienced the hazards of the product.

                                      I have reached to this extent to put my complain forward to this platform.

                                      I have done AMC for my aquasure nano ro water purifier.After repeated complaint they are not coming to check and replace filter.Everytime I am calling to customer care they are telling we are lodging your complaint to higher authorities but nothing is happening after that.
