Water purifier which annual contract vide receipt no 25182076 period[protected] to[protected] done by the co, i lodge complaint in the month of nov. 2015 that it is not working, & after that no satisfactory repair done every time the concerned person says part is not available, now on 08th of january vide complaint no 85154447 regularly & another complaint no85234499 dt.14.01.16 told me the person concerned it will done on priority basis now, but failed to get reply, so i have no option left now to knock the door of the consumer court at the cost of company. Consumer court now decide the same.

    My Aquagaurd Duo (R.O) is not working since one month (Customer code-[protected]) even after many complaints to customer care and it is also mention here that the services provided by Eureka Forbes is very poor, very slow and unresolved yet even after more then one month. Action against my first complain on 28th November, 2015 vide complain ID[protected] was not satisfactory/Unresolved and again against complaint registered on 5th Jan 2016 is still unattended. Therefore, it is my warm request that please attend the complaint as soon as possible and try to fix it on your best way to ensure that the Eureka Forbes cares Customer.

      I purchased an Air Purifier online. The product was defective and I was given a replacement which was also defective. The company engineer came and inspected the left as he could not identify the problem. I initiated 30 day money back policy and asked for refund in the mid of Dec 2015. It is almost a month now and I have raised 5 tickets and all I hear from the so called CustomerCare is "we have escalated this to backend". Whose backend, I am not sure, as the so called backend has not yet called me during last 30 days and after 5 complaints. Last complaint no is 94257816.

        Very bad bad service and irresponsible people who is working this company.. 10 days before purchased water purifier. there is manufacture defect is there!!!.. from 9 days raising complaint. no solution yet people are telling lies and not giving proper response.the indian govt need to put some fine these kind of companies or need to be banned..

          Hi, I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna RO+UV on 5th July 2015 and received the product on 17th July 2015. The product installed on 19th July 2015 and On 30th July 2015, the machine stops working. After that on 31st July 2015 a complain is registered for it. The complain no is 82759521. One of the technician visited for the service and found that the PCB needs to be replaced. He said he will replace the PCB but since the product is new so i requested for product replacement as company policy as " 30 Days Money Back Guarantee, in case the product is not good." "under the refund & Replacement section following thing written. We offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy, to provide you with a worry free shopping experience, when you choose to make a full payment on eurekaforbes.com. If you are unsatisfied with the item, you may conveniently return it, in its original packaging for a refund." Hence, i have submitted a replacement request to customer care executive with the complain number is 92506625 on 1st or 2nd Aug. I continuously follow up nearly 2 months and have made more than 300 calls, but did not receive any product replacement. Fortunately, the product started, after rubbing and tweek the sensor, but we saw error at least twice in a month but it went out after one or two reboot. so after got frustated i leaved them to call. Today when i call customer service, they said they have closed without providing me any input. This 3rd Jan the RO machine stop working and i register a new complain on 4th jan with 85095902, this time engineer replacred the PCB and then also it had not started so he said the problem with UV lamp and it needs to be replaced, so we are still waiting for the new UV lamp from last 10 days. May i know, is this the service Eureka forbes offer? Is this the way how a customer is treated?

          Hi, I have similar product Dr. Aquaguard Magna RO+UV in year 2016 and we have updated the warranty period for two year.
          On 1st August 2018 the machine stops working and we have launch a complain [protected]. After that on 2nd Aug 2018 one of the technician visited for the service and found that the PCB needs to be replaced. He said he will replace the PCB, he then said the product is not available and need one or two days to get. Since then I have taken the follow-up and it has been 9 days I'm chasing service people but there is no response from there end.
          When we ask customer care person to hand over the call to your senior always we get answer that our senior is busy.
          We can't transfer call to them. Is this the way how a customer is treated

            Hi, My name is Dinesh Kumar Jain R/o 27/116, St. no. 6, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi-110032. I had purchased an air purifier from Eureka forbes on[protected]. Since then the product hasn't been working. I had complained with the company and was given a complaint number 94116880 but nothing happened. Later I registered one more complaint and again was given another complaint number from their customer service which is #001033 but again nothing happened, no one came or called. I sincerely request everyone to stop buying goods from such a corrupt company as they are only interested in selling products but they don't believe in giving service to the customers.               I had purchased the water purifier paying the full amount through online: http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/Water-Purifiers/DrAquaguard/RO-UV/Dr-Aquagua... There was a free gift offered for all the product which is above Rs. 7990 "VALID ONLY ON FULL ONLINE PAYMENT MADE ONLY ON THIS WEBSITE " I paid Rs. 17490 for the Dr Aquaguard water purifier on 11-Nov-2015. The product itself was delivered one month late. Even after two months, the promised free gift is yet to be delivered. I had raised a complaint with their customer service (Complaint no:[protected] about a month back and there is no response on that too even after repeated follow ups from my side.

              Aqua guard is a brand which is marketed by eureka forbes a shapoorji pallonji group. I too like many others made a mistake in believing them and bought draquaguard paying 17400 rs. It has not been a year and the product has malfunctioned for 4 times and service engineer is giving poor service. Will never ever again buy nor recommend any product of eureka forbes. Bloody bunch of cheats.

                  UV purifier was not working for past two months. Frequent complaints to the customer care has provided no solution. There are no visits from the Technician to site. The way the issue is handled is not at all satisfactory. Whenever we call the customer care they promise to take actions but no action is taken. The service is really bad and company is misleading the customers. I was told that they provide service in my area but later they say that they cant provide service. I have lost a track of the number of complaints ?I have registered for the issue. Not happy with service at all.

                    I have purchased the aqua neo on march'15 from eureka forbes. On october '15 the performance of flow of water detoriated. Free 1st servicing done on october '15. 2nd servicing done on 09jan'16. But performance still poor.The condition was witnessed by service man.In front of him i called the franchisee i.E. M/s bajrang trading and they forced me over phone to buy a new candle. The problem still remains unsolved.No co-operation is being done from their end.

                      I had purchased a water purifier from your company on 20.12.2015 of model no- Dr.Aquaguard Magna RO/UV+HD. The order number for the same is :[protected]. we have since requested the service branch located at kalyani location for installation of the machine, but no one has turned up for the same till date. I have also had a word with service executive Mr. Tanmay Chandra @ [protected] for getting the machine installed, but he has been lingering and only buying time for installation visit. hence we have logged in a complain with Eureka forbes customer care on 07.01.2016 vide the complain no[protected], but still the issue is not yet resolved. Request you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis and get the machine installed at the earliest.

The Rep. assured me that he will replace the switch on or before 4 th. janury'16 positively. On 04.01.2016 again I have complained vide above mentioned docket No.to replace the said switch, on 06.01.2016 I was informed to my Mobile from your local Naihati Office that the switch is not available now it will be replaced when we will draw it from our head office. It is not understood how an emergency service isheld in abeyance within the AMC period taking full advance where the life and death question is there due to contamination of water.                           In Aug 2015, Pranjali Services (Aquaguard Service Centre) personnel came for routine servicing and the purifier overflowed damaging circuit. After multiple complaints registered and calls, they set it to perform as RO (and not full Sensa functionality). They have not yet replaced the circuitry despite multiple calls and complaints. Unit does not light up, keeps trying to pump even when no water supply. Is under continuous AMC since purchase. Now they a rediscovering calls and when it goes through promise tonattend it "tomorrow". Am totally frustrated. Posts on Eureka Forbes Facebook page also not responded to.                             I have purchased Dr aquaguard directly from company six month back..Later i have register service request for maintenance of it..But even after 25 days, no one came for services..So many time i contacted to customer care..every day they are telling today person will come, today person will come but no one visited..there are two tifoide case happened in my home & situation is very bad..I made bigger mistake after purchasing this

                              I have entered into an AMC with one of your service provider Reddy' Services and given a cheue of Rs. 4800/- to the attendant in Mar. 2015. After that no serivce is given till date even after reminding over SMS no. [protected]. After sending a written letter to the offices of Eureka Forbes in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, there was a call to me regarding providing one year service from Dec 2015. Do you agree with the fact that my money is utilised for 9 months without providing a single service. If nothing is heard within 2 days, grievance will be taken up with Consumer Forum.                                 I have purchased online dr. Aquaguard megna hd uv ro on 28.12.15. The item was delivered on 01.01.16; however no one from the eureka forbes company has come to install the unit till date that is even after 10 days. The response from the call centre is sterotype saying that sorry for the inconvenience and the unit will be installed within 24 hours. Already 240 hours passed but the eureka forbes is not bothered baout customer like me; why should they be? they already got the payment, i made my biggest mistake ordering this item online! my mobile # [protected]

                                Yes, after a fortnight the technician came and installed the product. They were calling and assuring that they will send the technician but failed to do so. then I personally visited nearest Udupi Branch (even though I had purchased online) and requested them for help; then they spoke to their bangalore regional office and resolved my problem. Thank for your intervention.

                                  Aquaguard Enhance Green RO bought on 6-7-2013. Didnt come for service even once till december 2014. Then we complaint about it and service personnal came in january and convinced us for AMC. We paid 3930 for AMC. The service person did service in jan and then may. After that service was due in september and in january but no one turned up for service in septemeber and january even after registering for AMC. Very poor service eureka forbes is providing. We are really annoyed with it.

                                    I Had made a complaint for my aquaguard but i dint get any response form eureka Every time we make a complaint it takes too long for them to resove..the latest compaint no is [protected] the compaint was made on 1st Jan but still no response.. Please look into this matter and let me know..
