Team, i bought the xforce vacuum cleaner of Eureka forbes from one of the agencies in Bangalore, Konanakunte. The service of this agency is so hopeless that they don't bother to respond to my calls, the demo is still pending and i still have not received the invoice. Can someone from Eureka call me please?       Dear sir,

      i am from Chennai i have a aquasure water purifier which is under AMC (amc no[protected] and i logged a compliant no 85000929 on 29/12/2015 that my water purifier not working after so many follow up the technician visited and take my machine for service after that no one turned up i dont know the status of the machine now so many times i called the call center they simply telling it will come today and tomorrow they shared one number of Mr Thanigavel ([protected]) so many times we followed him and he is replying rudely its almost 3 months over no response from them pls guide me how to log a compliant against Eureka force and get back my machine and AMC charges i paid and compensation from them.

        Sir.
        I have purchased Dr.Megna RO vide subject quoted above. In this connection, the old A/g(inova) was given to company in an adjustment of amount of Rs.500/-, with a condition that the amount of the AMC of old product will be adjusted with the new purchase. Since three months have been passed, no intimation have been received by me till date. I do not believe that company like Eureka forbes, it will treat like that with there old customers. It is really, hopeless on the part of Eureka forbes.

        Secondly, this product is not at all suitable in compare to other similar product available in the market, The storage tank of 7 litre is very small, the dark glass frame does not indicate the quantity of water available in the chamber, there is no visibility, Hopeless, I will not recommend to any one to buy this product from Eureka forbes. Hopeless.

        The company should replace the screen glass, which is to be visible to see the level of water available in the chamber. I am disappointed with the service of Eureka forbes.

        Hopeless Eureka Forbes, you have complete details already sent on customer care, Please find there. Useless company. ANYWAY, I am furnishing details below:

        Dr.Acuguard SCPR-200 EMC-9089937 VIDE Order no. 37122 and final recept no. 040818 dated 21/11/2015.
        The above detail may be corrected, since pertain to airpurifier, However, the details for RO+UV Dr. Megna is given below:

        Voltas window AC- Beware of buying voltas window AC. This company is basically fooling customers by selling GHATIA Product, Sir I have purchased one window AC on 31March 2014. The window panel was replaced after 7 days of purchased and after two months electronic device was replaced.After completion of one year, AMC had been done. During march 2016, AC went into coma, since gas has been leaked after one year and 11 months. Engineer has checked and remarked that internal copper tubes have been rusted which required to be coated. It was agreed by me. but Rs 800/- for coating has been demanded, since it did not covered in AMC. The same has been paid too.

        AC was sent to workshop for filling gas and coating. The hopeless company is selling Gatia product. If Voltas team read this complaint, can contact me on [protected], email address [protected]@gmail.com for there comments.

          I have purchased Aquaguard Magna UV on 23 Oct 2015. Within 4 months it has given trouble more than 5 times. I complained the dealer 3 times. First time he replaced the unit with a new one, second time he added one extra filter worth Rs 1300, stating poor water quality. But the problem still persisted.
          After that i complained service center, they tried to solve the issues but the problem kept coming up after 15-20days. Last time they replaced that filter with another one, stating that first one was of poor quality and not suitable for the type of water. They also told that, the first filter was Worth only 300 and new filter they added for extra Rs 1000. Still the problem persisted.
          Now service center people are saying in our area this model is not suitable and problem will continue and frequently need servicing. Being a reputed brand, they should provide proper service for customer satisfaction. Since problem can not be solved with this model it should be replaced with a new model, This feels like a waste of money.

          Dear concerned Sir/Madam

          Although the service people came and tried to correct the problems and assured that no further problems will occur still the machine has stopped functioning once again.Please look into this matter.If the problem is impossible to solve then please refund my entire money and tack back your defective product or replace that with an another model else i have to go to consumer forums. Its not at all expected from a reputed company like yours to cheat your customers. I am deeply unsatisfied with the product and the service you are providing.

          After posting my previous complain i found that after 5-6 hours the machine again started working automatically. Although the machine self-corrected itself but still a doubt is always there in my mind.I live far away from my home where the machine is installed. So its difficult for me to see my parents suffer due to the comfort that i thought was providing to them.

            I have a eureka fobres classic filter has been installed at jagannath mandir, sector-5, kharghar, navi mumbai. The amc period was from 06.03.2014 to 05.03.2016. During the period, only twice the service persons attended the servicing. They would normally not visit once in six months until and unless you call them.
            On 6th of march, 2016, i renewed the amc for next two years. Yet after renewal, no one, till date (11.03.2016) visited the installed site to change the filer nor they are responding to the phone call. I had booked a complain on 7.03.2016 bearing request no 86018778. However, till date no body has visited the installed site to attend the complain nor changed the filter candle. The candle has not been changed since last two years even if the amc is renewed in time. Please attend.

                I have purchased a aquaflo machine of Eureka Forbes. It is installed but within 24 hours the T joint provided found malfunctioning. I called the same technician whose name is Kaushik . He fixed the new T but I was charged for that Rs425 for that and without any bill.                   Hey guys, I made a complaint 3-4 days back. The customer care received the complaint. Since then we have been receiving calls from fradulent service personnel (who dont have id cards issued

                  He changed the photo diode and then asked for the money. We asked him for a receipt to which he said

                  " I dont have the receipt right now and I will give it to you after I get the money"

                  we stood adamant on it and he is going to get the receipt tomorrow.
                  However we have doubts about his authenticity now.

                  He gave his employee ID as 41068.

                  Could you please get back at the earliest? I hope for a quick response ( preferably today)

                    I had purchased Xpert water purifier from Aquaguard. It was mentioned to me that the filter and membrane comes with 12 months warranty.
                    However after 4-5 months itself water purifier started some problem and I raised complaint to the the customer care. Initially they checked and did something like cleaning of membrane or filter and told it will work fine now.
                    But that does not helps and again i raised complaint as the water quality is not good. Raising again complaint they came after some days and told me that Membrane is gone and need replacement. I told them that this comes under 12 months warranty and should be replaced by company if any problem happens. They declined and now from last 2-3 months i am still waiting for the replacement and meanwhile i am using outside bottled water which is unnecessary an expense on me.

                    I do not understand what you are waiting for, looks like just waiting for 12 months to complete without resolving the complaint being raised in the earlier days itself.

                      I am having Geneus product from aqua gaurd. I raised complaint on 3rd March 2016 for replacing filters as per AMC with Aquagaurd. Since that day, technician is not responding. Everyday, he is saying, complaint will be attended by evening, and at evening when I call them, they are saying next day. I ecalated this issue with customer care as well, but seems its of no use.

                      Today again, service centre with phone number [protected] said today they will replace the filter for sure. We waited till 10PM, after that we came to know the above number is switched off. Its very pathetic service centre with false commitment. Worst is that, even after so many escalation no response from your team. I am regretting purchasing this product.

                        on the time of perches the company (Eureka Forbers) representative Employee Code 9090110 they told me "if you make payment online you have get a gift watch worth Rs. 7990/- and i saw it eureka website also. but i received a low quality watch worth Rs.200. MRP printed Rs.2499/-

                        and the product not suitable to my requirements so as per 30days money back guarantee policy i had filled return & Replacement form with in 7days after receiving product.
                        Till I have following the customer care they said with 15days our courier can pick up the product. But till date no courier pickup the product

                        More than 4 times I spoke to their customer care they told to me our SR. managers are not available plz call back after 24hrs, or ‘ they says the information witch given online that all false’
                        Finally I lost my peace of mind by the company Eureka Forbers. I demand compensation for all this issues. Kindly helps tome arrest this type of issues

                          Myself Sunil and I am from Bangalore. I had purchased so called Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO + UV from Aquaguard sales representative (Chethan -[protected]) on June 2015. Since from June 2015 to till date I had faced problem regarding blockage of filters 4 times. 3 months ago service guy had replaced mud filter for free.

                          Yesterday I faced the same issue and called up for service. Service guy came and inspected the filter and said to change mud filter again and it is chargeable. When I asked service guy why I need to pay for mud filter even if the product is under warranty he said to talk to service manager (Krishnappa - [protected], Ramurthy nagar branch, Bangalore). When I called him he said the consumables are chargeable and I should pay for it. While buying the product the representative said whatever the issues with the product it will done free of cost. Now service manager is telling it will be charged. The service manager is not taking care of the customer or the product instead he directly put the fault on the sales team for giving false statements.

                          If i am facing so much problems with the product within the warranty period how can I survive with the product after warranty period.

                          If I go on replacing mud filters every 3 months then why should I buy this product?

                          Even your service guy had said that the water filters from Eureka Forbes is not good. If this is the case why are you giving false assurance to the customers?why are you not increasing the life of the product or filters?

                          I am really fed up of this product and I claiming for replacement/Change of product.

                          Please consider this feedback seriously and process my request ASAP.

                            Hello Complaints Team

                            I am Kranthi. I bought Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV in June 2015 and it had worked for 6 months without any hassles. However, since January 2016, I am facing problems such as drain water chocked, it takes too long(3 hours) to fill the tank once, makes unusual noise while filling. Each time I raise a complaint, the service boy promptly comes the next day and fixes the current issue(any of the above mentioned) and leaves. But the next day, another issue crops up, and this has been the routine for the past 2 months. Ironically, the service boy doesn't even turn up of late if after raising several complaints.

                            Request you to please help me in this regard.

                                I have purchased a Aquaguard Hot N Cold WP System. This product was not functioning as it should from the day it was installed at my office. The water filter did not dispense cold water. I had raised a complaint for the same on ticket no. 84387312 which was actioned almost 2 weeks later.
                                Again the unit is not working and the problem is similar to what it was previously. I have raised a complaint on ticket no. 85851996 on 25th Feb 2016. It was attended the very next day but was not fixed saying part needs to replaced. Neither its fixed yet not some one from the company has the courtesy to call back. I have been writing to Anu Kotian who supposedly should be the second level of escalation but no response from there as well. The unit should be replaced with a new product by Eureka Forbes.

                                  I bought Vacuum -cleaner (wet-dry, Rs. 13900), one sales man, name Bala(Mob: [protected]) just dumped prod, collected cash and gone, he told he’ll come for Demo, no turn-up, while buying prod I got sent quote saying watch is free this product, he promised that he arrange watch within a week time. It’s nearly 1month since I bought the prod, he didn’t turn-up, he knows all my mob numbers and cut my call, even me/my wife try from other number he immediately cut the call as soon he hear voice, pl take this item, I’m totally frustrated now and planning to take legal action on him.

                                    I have really had very bad experience with Eureka forbes customer care. I have been calling them each alternate day since I have requested for refund/return to there STD number[protected].

                                    Each time I have been given a fake commitment to pickup the product within two days and refund will be initiated afterwards. Every time I have to share whole story to the executive. Unfortunately they discuss with their senior and update to as per there conversations.

                                    There is no complaint ID or reference number given for each conversation.

                                    Its really a very bad experience first time I had with online buy specially my own trust worthy company as I have customer of there products since 2006 and since then I have purchased four water purifiers from them (NOT from Online).

                                      I had taken an AMC of Rs. 7575/- in March 2015 for my Aquaguard. I was given commitment of 2 free service and one free replacement of the filters. It's been a year noone ever visited for service. I kept telling them to visit for service but noone came. The water has started smelling bad and I hadlso registered a request no. 85922989 of 28th feb 2016. Executive ensured someone will visit but as usual noone visited. Again called on 7th March again got same assurance. She was not able to register complaints properly and hung up the phone in mid way. Also did not pass the phone to senior or escalation team.

                                      Wondering if the founder of the company will give me 7575/- to keep just like that for no service. Imagine the volumes of money they must be making for giving no service to customer. Not just waste of money but the time that goes in making the call center executives understand the problem again and again.

                                      Can someone help with a solution-how to get a service out of them even after paying 7K?
