    I purchased a Dr. Aquaguard Magna( Ro+ UV+ ...) worth Rs. 17490 on 11-Oct-2015. The salesman told a product On the go filter bottle is free with the purchase if I make an online payment. I did verify the same from the official website and did the payment online. Then after I have received numerous calls from Aquaguard asking me about the status of the delivery for my gift. But the same is yest to be delivered to me. I have also registered complaints through their service desk but with out any result. Order Form No:[protected]

      I am using Eureka Forbes Total sensa water purifies in my home. On Dec 23(Thu), a service technician visited our house to replace the candle of the purifier. While replacing the candle, he broke the sensor and our water purifier has stopped working after that. I've been making complaints with Eureka Forbes for the last three days. A complaint gets registered but nobody is bothering to come to check the issue. I think all these guys care about is to lure you to get into their AMC contract. But once the AMC contract is signed, they don't give a damn about customers nor worry about the service. We have a 4 month old baby at home and without water, it's putting us into tremendous hardship. I've already filed 4 complaints so far and keeping my days counting as to when the technician will show up. Extremely disappointed by Eureka Forbes service.         I bought aquagard magna UV model in august 2015 they installed me a faulty machine it does not work properly i registerd a complaint the technical person come after 20 days repair it in rainy sessions the colour of water is green the filterd water also in same colour again i registered a complaint the technection come and checked the instrument he told to change the machine to RO with UV he asked me a written letter to change the machine but no response till a month the coustamare person also called me told we will change machine but no response from u r company

          I bought AS XPERT RO+UV+UF TDS Regulator on Jan-2015 from VIVEKS at
          Chennai Vadapalani branch. Its worked in good condition upto six
          months from, after that its started to give trouble for us. Every weak
          some failure happens. Whole product is defective. I am spending Rs 900
          for every month for spare part alone.I raised so many complaints
          request and escalation request .(Ref Complaint no : 7-11 #84270482, 10-12 #93962275, 16-12 #84819065,[protected] The service
          person whenever he came to check the device and rectifying some
          problem again within a week another problem came . We cannot spent
          24x7 for follow-up the complaints. I am totally unsatisfied with the
          whole unit. U guys cheated us by giving defective product . I spent
          Rs18000 for this unit but its not even worth of this amount.I need
          cashback or need a new water purifier /some other model. Because of
          your faulty product past six month i am drinking normal water and
          affected by lot of health issues.. if you are not resolving my issues
          I WILL MAKE "DON'T BUY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT “MEMES AND SHARE IT INTO
          FACEBOOK AND WHATSAPP . it will destroy your name in whole India and I need
          immediate response.

            I have bought Aqua sure Dx(Customer id-[protected]) in August 2014. Then in 2015 I have renued the warranty for one more year. After that warranty extension the machine haven't working properly. Each time I have registered the complaint via their customer care number, and they resolve it in 7-10 days while they are claiming for 2 days resolution. recently on Dec 15, 2015 I have registered a complaint with complaint number 84790920, and the problem hasn't resolved yet, everyday I have to buy water for my daily use purpose. In these days I have called them several times, but each day the executive told that the problem will be resolved today guaranteed. But till today 24 Dec the problem is not resolved. I am totally frustrated from the service. Kindly help.

            The problem has not resolved yet, neither they call nor I got any email. False promise made by them. I don't know why they are claiming that the problem has resolved. Kindly take strict action against them. They are liar.

            This is the third time when the machine has stopped working and every time it took 7-15 days to resolve the problem. Currently the problem has been resolved, but the service is very bad. If you count the cost of water, I have purchased is more than the cost of purifier.
            Also, every time they wrote "Inconvenience regretted" but in reality I think, they don't have any regret. Its just common talking term that they made.
            By the way I am going to give 0 out of five for your services.

              Water flow has decreased and it takes much time even to fill one bottle. The qualify of the water is also doubtful. Made several complaints. The last one was made on 19 Dec/15. They have informed that since it is an old matter, they are reporting it at "higher level" and will be resolved in 24 hrs.!. That "higher level", it seems, is sleeping.                 I purchased a RO Genius model in 2013 and since then every year there is problem in the chip and Eureka Forbes is taking around 10 to 15 days to resolve it. This year also since last two week the RO is nor working and a complaint is lodged. Even after 15 days of the complaint no response from the concerned which irritates.

                    I had purchase one water filter vide bill no. 026900 dated[protected] for Rs 16990 the filter is not working properly since installation we are making regular complaints regarding the said filter every time the mechanic comes telling some problem or the other during December 1stweek lodged a complaint the mechanic told that the motor needs to be replaced he talked to his head Mrs Nigam she told it will take ten days to replace the motor now the filter has stopped functioning and I am buying filter water from the market, I have made at least four or five complaints since I bought the filter this u can verify from ur record, there is manufacturing defect in this model I request to replace it, I am also fed up from ur local office as the people here are totally irresponsible and non cooperative, kindly take a serious note of my complaint and replace my Water filter immediately.

                      I have purchased Aquagaurd Magna UV, vide order no[protected] dated 29.08.2015 from Aquagaurd authorize representative Mr.Amol P Patil...Cell No-[protected] and same day i have fully paid the amount & i received the product within next 10 days by couries than try to contact Amol for installation but he cant respond the call and delay for next 20-25 days than i have arrange one person in chargable basis to install my new product and again i called Amol for demostration of product but till date he cant respond. please look seriously & resolve the issue otherwise return my product i will invest on some other product where i get good services.

                        Dear Team This is to bring to your notice that I Ronak Shrivastava purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO UV on online, The Delivery of the Product was taken on 17/12/15 perfect time.But after that all problem started your technician Mr Velu Mobile No - [protected] came to visit the place for installing the product. But after some time the water start flowing from every where also the tank is also not getting filled. If we switch on the motor starts and the water overflows.Seeing this when called again to Mr velu he started giving the excuses after calling repeatedly he stated disconnecting the calls. Seeing that I register One more Complaint with Service Request no[protected]. On Sunday (20/12/15) I got call from another technician bearing mobile no - [protected]. He asked me what is the problem, i explained him the issue, He told he will visit on Monday ( 21/12/15) but never visited. After repeated calls he started disconnecting my calls.                           I hold 2 water purifiers Sensa and Gold Nova with valid AMCs. In the last 7-8 months there has been repeat complaints that needs a lot of follow up(several calls and complaint numbers). It gets addressed when we move through the escalation channels upto India Head Mr. Benson. Even now the latest complaint has not been addressed from last 13+ days and is still in-progress. We have been made to run from pillar to post. Previous complaint numbers: 82370654, 82160290, 82241994, 84320082 and many more. The current one is 84684790. I have tried all realistic paths of closure with them but we get dragged into the same problem every 3 months with expensive products and AMCs. I am raising a complaint here after several calls, mails and complaint registrations. Please help resolve

                              I bought eureka forbes uv prime from vijay sales...it is not working properly from day of installation...there technicians are not able to repair it...even after changing pcb its not working ...i bought it in may and inspite of repeated complaints they are not ready to exchange product...neither they can repair it nor they are ready to exchange

                                  My customer code:[protected]. I purchased Aquaguard Magna on march 2015. The Tap design has a flaw which allows pressure on a 2mm plastic tip which breaks off easily. I had to replace tap three times in 8 months. The model shows green when switched on and blinking blue when working. I raised a complaint for it was always green. The Highly skilled Eureka Forbes technician tried to convince me that the machine glows green when working. He changed the wire to glow always blue and left. The machine is not even running after he left. Complaint number:[protected] This is the 6th service complaint in the first 8 month of purchase. I know this complaint is also a waste of my time.

                                    Had bough water purifier 'Prime UVA'. It has started giving me trouble since last 2 months. Every time engineer comes replace some part it gets down again. Technician says that this particular product is faulty but this is denied by company representative.

                                      Pathetic service and worst product from Eureka Forbes. Within 6months, the product stops working, water tastes bad, and finally falls dead. Now I am spending my time calling customer care or calling the technician. Called customer care several times about technician, for the LED was blinking green continuously, and water tasted very bad. Finally the technician arrived 10 days after complaint registered. First he re-installed everything, still the machine doesn't work. He replaced motherboard, and left asking us to trust him it will work. But after throwing away the first set of water, the machine stopped powering on. Its dead now. Called support, raised complaint, called customer care 3 times, and finally the technician comes a week later, and said the UV lamp is dead. He said he placed a order for a new UV lamp, and has not arrived since a week. Repeated calling, he says he cannot do anything, as the stock has not arrived. PLEASE REPLACE THE UNIT OR REFUND THE MONEY, IF NOT 100% 75% ATLEAST. I will buy another brand, but this is the last time with Aquaguard. BEST PART IS, YOU TRY TO ESCALATE, IT SAYS THE REQUEST NUMBER IS INVALID, WHAT A WAY TO ESCAPE (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE) !!! -RAVI (CUSTOMER ID [protected])

                                      Just fyi for others who may think that eureka forbes is following this forum and takes action on the complains, sorry doesn't work like that. They just don't care about you, this is just marketing.
                                      Since the date of complaint, i spoke to couple of senior people, no one cares. They are saying they are out of spares! Seriously!!!
                                      My gated community has 6 other complaints about the same product, same problems, its a dud.
                                      My word don't buy aquaguard magna, and think twice about service before trying eureka forbes.

                                      Yet another incident, purifier down since last 4 weeks, multiple complaints raised, but twice technician visits and no resolution yet. They say its UV lamp problem, but no resolution yet. The 1year free service period ends in a couple of weeks, so the technicians delaying it further. Multiple calls, and no resolution yet.
                                      PLEASE FRIENDS, REFRAIN FROM BUYING THIS, THE WORST SERVICE EVER. 4TH TIME THE PURIFIER IS DEAD, LYING THERE.
                                      Yet another incident now, the water doesn't get pulled in, and called the customer care. The local eureka forbes guy says the filter is gone, and need to get a replacement. Still waiting for the replacement to come.

                                      5TH TIME THE STUPID MACHINE IS DOWN, LYING THERE USELESS. THANKS EUREKA FORBES!!!
                                      The service guy finally visits, and this time he says the purifier has its filters clogged due to dust!!! He says the design is bad that it gets clogged like that and the only way is to replace all the 4 filters costing ~5k.
                                      Instead he says take AMC and we will cover it, and sold us a external filter to stop from dusty water to come in.

                                      But the filters will take 1week to arrive, as they have to come from Bangalore to hyderabad. As we already paid 20k on this, we decided to give them a last chance. Next problem, and we are going to throw is out of the window. After having a HD purifier from a reputed brand, we have been buying bisleri water, thanks Eureka Forbes, AGAIN.
                                      15 days now, no sign of parts, the technician doesn't answer calls, called the zonal head, and he said waiting for parts, still!
                                      After 40days, still no sign of parts, called everyone in the chain, no one answers!

                                        I am using i-Nova since last 9 years and it is under AMC. Earlier the service was ok. Last year I shifted to Kopar Khairne, Navi Mumbai and after that I am struggling to get proper service. In Jan, I called up and ask them to change the candle as per the AMC. After a lot of fight (on phone) the person came and told me that they don't have candle available in stock. He will come again after 15 days and will change the candle. He just cleaned the machine and went. The entire process took around 3 weeks. In July/Aug, I again called up and ask them to change the candle. Again the exp was horrible. I shouted many times to the customer care people. After a long fight the person came and changed the candle. The entire process took more than a month. Couple of days back, I have given a request to clean the machine. I am sure it will take another one month to resolve the issue. My AMC will get over in Jan 2016 and I already have got a call to renew...
