I have purchased the aqua neo on march'15 from eureka forbes. On october '15 the performance of flow of water detoriated. Free 1st servicing done on october '15. 2nd servicing done on 09jan'16. But performance still poor.The condition was witnessed by service man.In front of him i called the franchisee i.E. M/s bajrang trading and they forced me over phone to buy a new candle. The problem still remains unsolved.No co-operation is being done from their end.

    I had purchased a water purifier from your company on 20.12.2015 of model no- Dr.Aquaguard Magna RO/UV+HD. The order number for the same is :[protected]. we have since requested the service branch located at kalyani location for installation of the machine, but no one has turned up for the same till date. I have also had a word with service executive Mr. Tanmay Chandra @ [protected] for getting the machine installed, but he has been lingering and only buying time for installation visit. hence we have logged in a complain with Eureka forbes customer care on 07.01.2016 vide the complain no[protected], but still the issue is not yet resolved. Request you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis and get the machine installed at the earliest.

The Rep. assured me that he will replace the switch on or before 4 th. janury'16 positively.         In Aug 2015, Pranjali Services (Aquaguard Service Centre) personnel came for routine servicing and the purifier overflowed damaging circuit. After multiple complaints registered and calls, they set it to perform as RO (and not full Sensa functionality). They have not yet replaced the circuitry despite multiple calls and complaints. Unit does not light up, keeps trying to pump even when no water supply. Is under continuous AMC since purchase. Now they a rediscovering calls and when it goes through promise tonattend it "tomorrow". Am totally frustrated. Posts on Eureka Forbes Facebook page also not responded to.           I have purchased Dr aquaguard directly from company six month back..Later i have register service request for maintenance of it..But even after 25 days, no one came for services..So many time i contacted to customer care..every day they are telling today person will come, today person will come but no one visited..there are two tifoide case happened in my home & situation is very bad..I made bigger mistake after purchasing this

            I have entered into an AMC with one of your service provider Reddy' Services and given a cheue of Rs. 4800/- to the attendant in Mar. 2015. After that no serivce is given till date even after reminding over SMS no. [protected]. After sending a written letter to the offices of Eureka Forbes in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, there was a call to me regarding providing one year service from Dec 2015. Do you agree with the fact that my money is utilised for 9 months without providing a single service. If nothing is heard within 2 days, grievance will be taken up with Consumer Forum.               I have purchased online dr. Aquaguard megna hd uv ro on 28.12.15. The item was delivered on 01.01.16; however no one from the eureka forbes company has come to install the unit till date that is even after 10 days. The response from the call centre is sterotype saying that sorry for the inconvenience and the unit will be installed within 24 hours. Already 240 hours passed but the eureka forbes is not bothered baout customer like me; why should they be? they already got the payment, i made my biggest mistake ordering this item online! my mobile # [protected]

              Yes, after a fortnight the technician came and installed the product. They were calling and assuring that they will send the technician but failed to do so. then I personally visited nearest Udupi Branch (even though I had purchased online) and requested them for help; then they spoke to their bangalore regional office and resolved my problem. Thank for your intervention.

                Aquaguard Enhance Green RO bought on 6-7-2013. Didnt come for service even once till december 2014. Then we complaint about it and service personnal came in january and convinced us for AMC. We paid 3930 for AMC. The service person did service in jan and then may. After that service was due in september and in january but no one turned up for service in septemeber and january even after registering for AMC. Very poor service eureka forbes is providing. We are really annoyed with it.

                    World's poor service of aqua guard.Actually l have complained sometimes, but they have no response at all.They have not good technician.Sometimes technician has came, but they can't find the exact problem.My new aqua guard genius has not properly work within 15 days i register compliant so many time- 25/[protected], 29/[protected], 30/[protected], 04/[protected], 05/[protected], one was on 07/01.                         After the AMC is done on 31-Oct-15 the product started behaving erratically. To make the tank full (8 lts); previously the machine used to reject almost 20 lts of water. But after the AMC and change in cartridge, membrane, etc. the machine was rejecting almost 40 lts of water. A complaint was registered on Eureka Forbes helpline immediate afterwards. The same technician (most probably Suvashish Biswas) who did the AMC visited the site and done some thing for which the water rejection fell down to 5 -6 lts and water was not same in taste. Again another complaint was registered to Eureka Forbes helpline with specifically mentioning that Suvashis should not visit the site. This time Suvashish came with another technician who also messed with the machine and now the machine is rejecting very less water. We are looking for a permanent solution; else please pay me cost of the product along with AMC amount and take this machine away.

                          I Purchased a Dr. Aquaguard Magna Water Purifier on 30.08.2015 and a complaint noticed and contacted servicemen on 19.12.2015. He removed PCB of the water purifier. Til date it is not replaced. There fore I can't use it for last morethan 20 days.                               I bought an aqua guard verve from Vellan Hypermarket in Tuticorin on 22/04/2015 as i am a NRI, the unit is very sparingly used.Recently during my visit home the unit was not working.I informed your online call center and after plenty of reminders a technician came home on the 30/12/2015 to check it and informed the control board is faulty and needs replacement.He told me they will replace the board in two days time after that to till date nobody is responding, your call center attendant keep on saying they will come in 24 hrs.They are not giving me the complaint ticket no also saying the system is down (By Ms.Saranya on the 06/01/2016). I have informed all the required consumer care staff in that region through Mr.Sekar Manager of Vellan Hypermarket also.                                 We at Chennai-Ambattur bought Eureka Forbes Aquaguard and vacuum cleaner . The sales representative said some false deals (free bags) and made it sold and never gave those bags when asked for it.We also referred this product (Aquaguard) to our neighbor, which they bought at Rs 16, 9990/-
                                After 3 month's of the purchase, the water purifier purchased by our neighbor stopped functioning .What they did was they called the same sales guy(Manoj Kumar)from whom they bought and told about the issue.This guy took the machine four months back (August 2014) and when our neighbour asked every time about the product, he repeated saying it will take two more days to get it repaired.Likewise four months had gone and never got returned. Only now they told about this issue and they were not aware of consumer care, complaints etc.,
                                After knowing about this what I (referrer) did was called the customer care at[protected] and logged a complaint.A Manager named Sreenivasan reached me and told he would enquire and come back after getting those details from me.But he never returned. I myself called Sreenivasan after 6 hours . He said none named Manoj works here and he gave me his senior manager Kumar contact ([protected]) to further enquire. When I reached this man he sounded arrogant.
                                Being a manager what he said was why are you calling me and complaining about this. He asked me to contact the person (Manoj)to whom you gave.He speaks arrogantly and never had the capacity to understand a customer issue as a manager.He concluded saying he can't do anything and do whatever you want . Recording is available as evidence.When stated that you guys (Aquaguard company) are sending the sales representatives to individual homes, forcing to buy this product by giving false informations, extra offers and now you are saying that I am not responsible . This man shouted as I'm knocking him personnaly which he never understood that I am not pointing him (kumar) personally but on behalf of the company. He could never help the customer, his replies made me to get further frustrations . I am not sure what sort of branded company(AquaGuard) is this? recruiting unfit persons as managers.

                                Now the worth of money Rs16, 990/- is felt as fallen on water and wasted. Eurekhas forbes is unfit for customer service.
                                Moral: As long as your product with Eurekha forbes works well, you are on the safer side, once it is gone you wont get help.

                                      It is matter of deep concerns my aqua guard water purifiers model SMART under AMC is not being repaired by your technician since last 15 days .we are facing lot of problem and every day using boiled water for drinking as you know in MUMBAI we are to use water from overhead tank and if your company technician not able to solve the matter in time then what is the use of your product . I once again lodge this compliant with request to resolve the grievances at the earliest other wise it will compel me to re lodge my compliant to appropriate authority or forum.                                         Eureka forbes failed to provide service to me for water filter in the year 2015. I wrote to them on 27 Dec 2015 but there was no response from them. Also, i rang them and they conveyed somebody will contact you shortly but nobody contacted me. Below the email sent to Eureka forbes. Regards, Sanjay Ganju Hi Executive, Please note that I already had paid servicing charges till 29 May 2017. Despite that, this year 2015 there was no servicing done till date. Only today, i received a call from Eureka service executive Ranjit Patil who came over today 27 Dec 2015 to do the servicing. He simply open one filer (candle) and cleaned it under the tap. Add to it, he did not hand over a copy of Service Request Activity Report to me. On inquiry, He said you can raise a complaint for it. My question is that i was promised 2 servicing during a given year, wherein in first six months, both filters will be cleaned and in next 6 months, filters will be replaced.
