We at Chennai-Ambattur bought Eureka Forbes Aquaguard and vacuum cleaner . The sales representative said some false deals (free bags) and made it sold and never gave those bags when asked for it.We also referred this product (Aquaguard) to our neighbor, which they bought at Rs 16, 9990/-
After 3 month's of the purchase, the water purifier purchased by our neighbor stopped functioning .What they did was they called the same sales guy(Manoj Kumar)from whom they bought and told about the issue.This guy took the machine four months back (August 2014) and when our neighbour asked every time about the product, he repeated saying it will take two more days to get it repaired.Likewise four months had gone and never got returned. Only now they told about this issue and they were not aware of consumer care, complaints etc.,
After knowing about this what I (referrer) did was called the customer care at[protected] and logged a complaint.A Manager named Sreenivasan reached me and told he would enquire and come back after getting those details from me.But he never returned. I myself called Sreenivasan after 6 hours . He said none named Manoj works here and he gave me his senior manager Kumar contact ([protected]) to further enquire. When I reached this man he sounded arrogant.
Being a manager what he said was why are you calling me and complaining about this. He asked me to contact the person (Manoj)to whom you gave.He speaks arrogantly and never had the capacity to understand a customer issue as a manager.He concluded saying he can't do anything and do whatever you want . Recording is available as evidence.When stated that you guys (Aquaguard company) are sending the sales representatives to individual homes, forcing to buy this product by giving false informations, extra offers and now you are saying that I am not responsible . This man shouted as I'm knocking him personnaly which he never understood that I am not pointing him (kumar) personally but on behalf of the company. He could never help the customer, his replies made me to get further frustrations . I am not sure what sort of branded company(AquaGuard) is this? recruiting unfit persons as managers.
Now the worth of money Rs16, 990/- is felt as fallen on water and wasted. Eurekhas forbes is unfit for customer service.
Moral: As long as your product with Eurekha forbes works well, you are on the safer side, once it is gone you wont get help.
