this is Rashmi Ravindernath from Vadodara, Gujarat.
I had taken a two year contract for service for my Aquaguard RO purifier on 30th march 2014. My contract is from 26/4/14 to 26/4/16.
I shifted my house in April 2015. almost the same month i called on the helpline number to intimate and get my address changed from
B4, siddharth bunglows, sama Savli road, vadodara
to
104, Garnet flatss, B tower, vasna road, near D mart, vadodara.
I had my service due for the year 2015.
i had also left a service request with my address change.
I waited for a month, and then called again. The lady at helpline again asked my address and said she will get it changed.
but no one came.
i called three to four times but still no one came. my machine is not serviced since a year. On 21st jan 2016, i had called Mr. Paresh at the head office and he told us to contact this areas dealer in service, Aqua fresh.
Now people from aqua fresh say they haven't received our address change and service request and the person who came just saw the machine and said he has to find out from our service records that can our filters be changed or we have to pay.
he said he will come on friday, but he didnt come.
how can i confirm who is at fault.
I paid for sevice but the company didnt provide. Filters need to be replaced, and i am told may be i have to pay for them!!!
