Customer ID: [protected] Customer Name: Prince Chopra, S-803 Ajmera Infinity, Neeladri Road, Bangalore - 560100 Hello, I'm staying in a rented apt (above mentioned address) where owners have installed Eureka Forbes Sensa water purifier. The contract for the same was from 19-Dec-2014 to 18-Dec-2015. Around 03-Dec-2015 the aquaguard started overflowing and we called Kavitha ([protected]) as told by the owner. Initially she sent a technician to investigate and it was found that PCB got damaged. She also suggested to replace filters as they were used for a year or so; filters will be replaced free of cost if contract was renewed for another year but I was not interested. We just wanted to get PCB replaced since it was covered under the contract. 07-Dec-2015, Talked to Kavitha and she confirmed that technician would come on 08-Dec-2015 but nobody turned up. Repeated calls were not answered. 17-Dec-2015 got a chance to talk to kavitha and she confirmed that the technician would come and replace PCB on 18-Dec-2015 but nobody turned up again. The contract was ending on 18-Dec-2015 so called her again and she said a technician would come same afternoon but again disappointments. After which all the call attempts were not answered. I would like to ask, why customers are treated differently when contracts are not renewed and i would like to get the PCB replaced. Please do the needful.

    I buy euroclean vaccum cleaner on date 10 sep.after two months it is not working.I complaint about this to customer service of eureka customer service but they does not giving any service. I gave complaint on 10 Dec but they are not providing any service. I am from digras dist yavatmal.

      Hi, I have purchase Aquaguard Magna Uv product from online site of eureka forbes for Rs 13000 on date 9 November, 2015 from their Telesales department with 30 days return policy. While purchasing the product it was not informed to me that product needs 24 hrs running water and that was informed to me by the installation staff. After all that I bought their pressure pump to overcome running water for Rs 2630. And after all that the products makes lots of sound and is giving stomach related problems in family. Now I am requesting them since last 1 and half months to take the product back but they always refrain and ask me to contact other departments which they are not helping. I have many a times contacted all of the customer service numbers but they are not finalizing any thing. I have mailed them and I have their call recordings with me that they agree to take the product and refund but have to speak to their seniors and will arrange a call back. But nevertheless there is no call backs neither any step further to return the product. I have chased them almost for more than 40 days but till no positive step has been taken.           I had got my aquaguard enhance serviced on 22nd december from m/s anugraha enterprises your authorised service centre at kanakapura road bangalore.ion that day i got candles replaced and service done with AMC by paying rs 4830.the service was carried over mr rafiq technician ph.no.[protected].immediately after doing the service and collecting the AMC amount he went.shortly later i realised that water was continuously dribbling fast from the blue pipe.then i called him .he told i am outside i cannot come and the dribbling will stop in one hour.as it was dribling i tried calling him over and over again for 3 days and he refused to attend and arrogantly replied that i can complain to eureka forbes if i want.it is over a week and the water is dribling from blue pipe till now.on 27th i complained to your call centre in the morning.one mrs sowma picked up and told me that they will send a senior technician to rectify.till now no one has bothered to callon and attend.please rectify the problem immediately and take action on the concerned technician n for his deficiency. anticipating nesessary action.drhvprasad.[protected].

              I had purchased New Aquaguard Reviva RO+UV+TDS on Oct 2015. Nov 20 the Product stopped working as no water was coming on the Tap. I had called the customer care and Registered a complaint. After 3 days a technician came and told that there is a defect in PCB/Electronic part and needs replacement. Today is 29th of Dec and no one bothered to attend this complaint. Since then I have been calling Customer care every 2 days and i.m getting the same response that " it is been escalated.", "Its is been taken on Priority" But nothing happens no one calls and no results. Sometime the executive keeps me on hold for 5 to 10 min and the call gets cut. Sometimes the Executive will cut the call without even ending it. They never let me talk to manager. Every time i will be told that the issue will be rectified in 2 days and it never happened for the past one month. Why is your team so weak in rectifying the issue for more than a month. The product is defective then action needs to be taken to replace it. If you don't want to provide support then take your product back and give back my money. This is my worst ever experience with a customer support team like yours. I have already wasted more than Rs 2000 for getting water from outside and more than 500 for calling the customer care. I.m very much frustrated with the service and do not want to proceed with your product further

                    Dear Sir I had purchase Dr Magna Water Purifier on 29th March 2015 from Eureka Forbes. Dr Magna was working fine for few months. Then the problem started and service personnel started learning product service with our equipment. They had even called their product manager to test the water purifying procedure by taking sample of water to the test lab. They advised to have a additional filter outside the equipment. This may or may not be required as per the service personnel. Now on 12th December 2015, the equipment stopped functioning. Service engineer attended the call after one week from the date of intimation over phone. He tried with first changing some of the inbuilt filter - 2 numbers Then he advised to change membrane, which is yet to happen. Over and above he has asked to purchase external filter @ Rs 700/-. Now he has been advised by the service head, the change of membrane alone will not help, but external pressure pump needs to be added. Now it is since 16 days since the complaint has been registered with Eureka Forbes, the problem still continues. 1. No membrane changed - still under warranty 2. External filter and external pressure pump, still not provided as per their suggestion. This completely displays the pathetic skills of service personnel from Eureka and also no response attitude from them I would like to raise this in the consumer forum and request to take a strict action against such pathetic service and non availability of spares and skilled service personnel when we purchase from a corporate concern like Eureka.                       I had booked an Aquaguard crystal plus water purifier online in the month of June.. the piece delivered to me was a defective piece.. from the day it was delivered till date i have made numerous complaints on the helpline no to take back the faulty piece and replace it with a new one..till date 3 service engineers have visited my place and tried to repair the defective unit but they cudnt do anything.. i have raised several complaints with several people in the eureka forbes office .. they have called me several times and promised that they will take back the defective piece and replace it with a good working unit or refund my money but nothing has happened till date.. i have been cheated of my hard earned money..I would like to ask the director of eureka forbes that is the way you serve your customers.. by robbing them of their hard earned money.. have you built your organisation like this..                         I purchased an air purifier from their website worth 22K with 30 days return policy. After the purchase there was no one in the customer care to address my queries. I was in doubt if the product was working fine. It always showed that the air quality was very good (in a place like delhi). I was asked to look for the answers on you tube. Disappointed I decided to return the product. Its been so many days I have been constantly calling the customer care and writing emails. The answer I get is your concern has been escalated to the concerned department and someone will get in touch in 24 hrs. Please let me know if the "concerned" department is situated on Mars. The return policy of other online sites is so simple and I never had to follow up so many times. I am still waiting for a resolution. Really a very bitter experience. Order no. is[protected].                           Model : REVIVA RO Unit No : 6019021 Date of installation :[protected] Initially i bought this device with demo given by your sales executive . He said that you will provide good service with fullest customer satisfaction . But it never happened. Even for free service i repeatedly called and no one responded Then after one year one person came and he serviced and put AMC by compelling but after some 3 or 4 months again problem arised in filter i said nearly 8500 for AMC but till now no one came for repairing my aquaguard . Inspite of repeated calls no one responded me . This shows the atitude how you are handling your customers Finally am totally frustated with your service and now i want to withdraw my AMC 'kindly refund my AMC amount and i will look after my device under my own cost i also lodged complaint in consumer court regarding this i expect your earliest reply for refund of my AMC amount

                            I bought a 8ltr Aquasure UV+RO water purifier form Snapdeal order No. [protected] on 23rd June. It was delivered on 31st Jun 2015. However, in 3 months the machine stopped working. I contacted Eureka Forbes consumer care for repair on 12th Sep with service request no. [protected]. A technician visited and said that the mother board needs to be changed and will visit again. But no action has been taken ever since. i have time and again contacted the Eureka Forbes customer care but till now no action has been taken since. Req. No. [protected] on 16th Dec, req. No. [protected] on 22nd Dec, Re. no. [protected] on 25th Dec. I was told that my complain would be taken on priority but i haven't received any response from the Eureka Forbes team. The water purifier is within warranty period. Please urgently look into the matter and get the water purifier repaired or replaced.

                            This in reference to the above complaint file. Still no action has been taken by the Eureka Forbes people. On 29th Dec 2015, a technician from Eureka Forbes service team had visited again and ensured that the mother board and motor will needed to be changed which they will do in some days. however, till now no action has been taken. we have time and again requested them to look in the matter or if the repair cannot be done then to give us a written letter for its non-repair so that we can proceed for its replacement process. But no response from their team. The Water Purifier is not getting repaired OR replaced. PLEASE TAKE STRONG ACTION. i am regretting buying a eureka forbes product. Pathetic product and pathetic team.

                                I purchased a Tornado Vacuum Cleaner from a Vijay Sales store. My complaints for the defective machine overheating and cutting off, since we purchased it Nov 2015, still remains unresolved. Viyay Sales, have washed their Hands Off this and have been Most Unhelpful. Several technicians have visited, have admitted the problem, wasted our precious time before Christmas preparations, and say they will get back but have never done so. The last visit on 22 Dec by your specialist of Vacuum Cleaners from Eureka Forbes, found no suction and overheating and power cutting off, of this machine; but on removing the filter it seemed to work. As per you SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS quote " DO NOT USE WITHOUT FILTERS IN PLACE". There is also no mention of the Machine Cutting out, or a limit of which the machine can be run (5 or 10 mins) . This Teechnician said he would get back but has not. I want to return the machine and my Money Refunded as they cannot resolve my problem and the machine is not working. Mr. E.B.                                 My complaint has NOT been resolved.
                                Why does your service team give you such incorrect information, when I have bitterly complained to every technician I have spoken to, or attended to my complaint, including your specialist technician from Pune Mr. Kalpesh.
                                No one in your Management or your Customer care seems to be able to make a decision to resolve my complaint, is the impression I get when talking to your Technicians.
                                It is high time your Customer Care department demonstrates you really Care for your Customers.
                                I have the same problem and the tech team seems unaware about this and have no idea.
                                Third class product from eureka forbes. No suction power at all after 5 mins o[censored]se... Very disappointed and will post this on every social platform so that people don't buy their products...

Guys this customer care is just formality. i have 10years experience in international customer care bpos eg. ENCORE, CONVERGYS, QUATRRO ETC. I have resigned from these jobs because we customer care executives just care for our jobs and do not have the budget to resolve your issues. we are just a formality so that you directly do not go to consumer forum. GO TO CONSUMER FORUM and your product will be replaced and you will be paid also be paid BY THE COURT. THE COURT FEE WAS 10 RS LAST TIME I CHECKED. THE COURT WON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ALSO. ELSE WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ISSUE. THANKS TO THIS WEBSITE THAT IT GAVE ME TIME AND SPACE FOR MY POST..!!

                                I HAD A EUREKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER THEY SOLD ME THE PRODUCT FOR 10, 000 THEN HAVE ALMOST CHARGED 10, 000 MORE IN REPAIRS AFTER WARRANTY AND STILL THE TDS IS HIGH. EUREKA FORBES HAS SO MANY CUSTOMERS THAT THEY CANNOT HELP ALL CUSTOMERS.

                                    I purchased a Dr. Aquaguard Magna( Ro+ UV+ ...) worth Rs. 17490 on 11-Oct-2015. The salesman told a product On the go filter bottle is free with the purchase if I make an online payment. I did verify the same from the official website and did the payment online. Then after I have received numerous calls from Aquaguard asking me about the status of the delivery for my gift. But the same is yest to be delivered to me.                                       I am using Eureka Forbes Total sensa water purifies in my home. On Dec 23(Thu), a service technician visited our house to replace the candle of the purifier. While replacing the candle, he broke the sensor and our water purifier has stopped working after that. I've been making complaints with Eureka Forbes for the last three days. A complaint gets registered but nobody is bothering to come to check the issue. I think all these guys care about is to lure you to get into their AMC contract. But once the AMC contract is signed, they don't give a damn about customers nor worry about the service. We have a 4 month old baby at home and without water, it's putting us into tremendous hardship. I've already filed 4 complaints so far and keeping my days counting as to when the technician will show up. Extremely disappointed by Eureka Forbes service. My advice to fellow citizens is to stay away from them for your own good. Sathyan(Brigade Gateway Apartments, Bangalore)

                                        I bought aquagard magna UV model in august 2015 they installed me a faulty machine it does not work properly i registerd a complaint the technical person come after 20 days repair it in rainy sessions the colour of water is green the filterd water also in same colour again i registered a complaint the technection come and checked the instrument he told to change the machine to RO with UV he asked me a written letter to change the machine but no response till a month the coustamare person also called me told we will change machine but no response from u r company
