I Dilip Shukla installed aquaguard classic around 5 months back and they installed the machine around 2 months back and then did not connected it for supplying water. I advised to Emi once they have installed on which they misbehaved and then took the machine out today. People involved are Mr. Ram from kanpur and hir area manager I live at 1/76 shivkatra (no. 24 Krishna puram) G.T. Road kanpur-208007. my number is [protected] emil:[protected]@hotmail.com Ram has come with his senior today and taken the machine back. and they both misbehaved as well. PLease do the needfull..

    VERY VERY Disappointing Experience buying Aeroguard Bad Product, Pathetic Service and RUDE CUSTOMER CARE Disgusting executives and a Lifetime lesson!! I bought 4 Aeroguards (2 for myself & 2 for my brother ) on 15 Nov 2015 From "MARK ENTERPRISE, GURGAON" Within 2 weeks 1 unit stop working upon complaining to the sales person name "RABISH RAI" # [protected], He sends one technician to check the same after the guy who checked the faulty unit state that its motor is dead . On reverting to Rai he said he will replace the unit with new, on believing him I kept waiting for a week, when no response came I again call back to him on that He advised me to give query online for buying a new Aeroguard . I did so and a new executive Name MANOJ KR. SWAIN from Eureka Forbes came along with VIPIN from Mark Enterprise. Upon telling him the whole story that i need to change my newly bought Aeroguard, He refused to do so and said you again have to ask your Seller to replace it and we cannot do it now and he took back his new unit with him . On Complaining the same again to RABISH now he give me contact number of some "ARIK BHAKHTAWAR "# [protected] as per Rai some senior of his company who is Extremely extremely Rude person and pathetically disgusting. This person have never learned the etiquettes of talking to customer . Upon complaining him his instant reaction was " Why have you called ?, Go call at Service Centre ? Is this is the time to call ? I am not responsible ? Do not disturb me ? etc. Now I am in tiff to whom shall I approach for . I have register my complain with Eureka Forbes Customer care as well on 8 Dec first time Complain No is[protected] where i was told that their service person will contact me within 48 hours where as no one approached me till now. Second complain registered with Complain No.[protected] for Returning my unit . Since my unit is covered under 30 Days return policy. Its is my Life worst experience to deal with and First time i tried Eureka Forbes Product . Attaching here Bills for 4 AEROGUARDS

      On Complaining the same again to RABISH now he give me contact number of some "ARIK BHAKHTAWAR "# [protected] as per Rai some senior of his company who is Extremely extremely Rude person and pathetically disgusting.

      This person have never learned the etiquettes of talking to customer . Upon complaing him his instant reaction was " Why have you called ?, Go call at Service Centre ? Is this is the time to call ? I am not responsible ? Do not disturb me ? etc etc.

      Now I am in tiff to whom shall I approach for .
      I have register my complain with Eureka Forbes Customer care as well on 8 Dec first time Complain No is[protected] where i was told that their service person will contact me within 48 hours where as no one approached me till now. Second complain registered with Complain No.[protected] for Returning my unit .
      Since my unit is covered under 30 Days return policy.

      I purchases an aeroguard about 4 months ago. I paid in advance by cheque. It was a mistake. The product was delivered and no demonstration follow up was done by the company personnel. I learnt that the air filter had to be cleaned from another customer whom, ironically, I had referred the salesman to. I live in one of Mumbai's dustier neighborhoods. Today the filter is totally choked and I get informed each time I call the company that there is no filter in stock. If the company cannot provide something as simple as air filters it should not be selling this product.
      I possess an aquaguard, an aeroguard and a vacuum cleaner from this company. In our Bangalore residence there will be no eureka forbes products. The company's customer service has become a horror story. As for the air filter, I can find a way of replacing the paper on the existing frame. However, it was not my intention to purchase a 15, 000 rupee mechano set. But while I'm at it I will also purchase a box fan and stick filter paper on it, just so as to compare it with this bloody aeroguard.
      The vacuum cleaner passes muster but the air and water purifiers, being service dependent, are not good things to purchase from eureka forbes. Their customer service has gone down the tube. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com.

              I bought the filter on 23rd Aug 2015 . Its is having issues like water leakage, tap issues, water not filtering since then . I have lodged a complaint on 22 Nov . Since that day i haven't received any positive response from the executives and now the filter is not working at all.Every time I call(WHICH IS CLOSE TO 7 TIMES NOW) they say that they have noted down the complaint and an executive will visit soon but the representative never comes. I REGRET BUYING THIS PRODUCT. EUREKA FORBES SERVICE IS THE POOREST. YOU PEOPLE LOOTED MY MONEY ON THIS USELESS PRODUCT AND NOW ARE NOT PROVIDING THE REQUIRED SERVICE.

The RO machine was installed on 18 Dec 14 is being fed with clean bore well water. As self and wife are working, our consumption may not exceed about 10 ltrs/day also often we move on short holidays to native.                         I have ordered Forbes trendy Nano Vacuum cleaner on 12th Nov. Mu customer ID id [protected] and my registered Phoen no. is [protected]. product was Delivered to me on 20th November. Whwn Unboxed, a wheel was found broken. I made online compliant for replacement on 23rd Nov.I am following up since then with call center but no action. Each time new promise date is committed. I have not been able to use the product till now and it is lying waiting for getting inspected and replaced. Free gift (Personal water purifier bottle) which was part of the deal and reflects in invoice is also not delivered.

                          I have a Aquaguard (Inova) and my customer no is [protected]. As I am a working woman, I paid for 3 years AMC which was from 30th April 2012 to 29th April 2015. AMC was paid for to ensure that they attend to it every 6 months even if I am busy with work. Once a year the candles were also supposed to be changed with the AMC amount paid. I received only 4 service calls so far in the three year period instead of 6. Similarly candles were changed only twice and not 3 times. The last service call was on 6th Sep 2014. They never called or came home in 2015 and when I called up now for service, I was told that I have to pay. Why did you take AMC and not attend to the service? When I have not received the service for the last year, you should either return the amount paid or give me two free service - one with candles change. If I do not hear from you at the earliest, I will certainly complaint that your AMC is not worth taking and that it is a scam to collect the amount and not get services.

                          Further to your mail, I did receive an SMS from your customer care mentioning that my request no is [protected] on 14th Dec. Atleast 4 times the lady from customer care called me thereafter to check whether the service had been done and every time I replied that no one came from their team to attend to the service.

                          Today, a few min back, I got a call from Mr Anbu (mobile no [protected]) who mentioned that they would have changed candle at the time of taking the AMC itself (he does not have a proof of it). He mentioned that I am just asking for a free service with the records taken from the service card and he also accused me saying that I must be doing it with several companies like yours. He told me that he is recording the conversation and hence you can check the record if he has done it and what he spoke. When a company like you cannot keep records for 4 years (you are supposed to keep for a minimum of 10 years if I am correct), how do you expect an individual to keep track of all bills and AMCs paid 3 years ago?

                          Not only your service team does not do the follow up with AMCs paid, their attitude towards customers is also not kind. While we have no complaints on the product (Aquaguard), the service is really a worrying factor.

                          I have no intention to take any free service from any one but I do not want to be taken for a ride on your AMC racket. Let them show a proof that they have changed the candles thrice in the three year period - I am ready to pay for the service now I am asking. But strictly no more AMC with your firm any more. It is not worth it.

                              I purchased Aquaguard Magna from Snapdeal and raised a request for installation on 06/12/15. They informed that the technician will contact me within 24 hrs. Since there was no response i followed up thrice so far and am getting the same response each time. There is no way to talk to anyone like a supervisor or manager as well. Very disappointed with this kind of service and I regret to have purchased from Eureka Forbes. The commitment they show while selling their products isn't shown after sales.

                                I purchase a aqua flow compact water purifier make Eureka Forbes, within the period of free services they provide only two services and after then a three year service agreement was done on march 2015 to Feb 2018 but 9 month have to gone, I have not receive a single service. In the year 2009 a three year service agreement was done but in that period i do not avail a single service in this period the appliance is damage after completion of agreement they visit us for new agreement and they suggest me to exchange the machine with new one and they provide me one year extra services and i agree but now the same problem arise so there for request to kindly look into the matter take a legal action against them. all documents regarding this matter i have to produce for proof

                                  Hello, Last year around this time I faced a major issues with the aquaguard service and I ended up writing the below mail to you. After a painful month, somebody came and attended to my complaint. They also suggested to me to buy an AMC as it is more convenient. I, like a fool bought a 3 year AMC. One year later, I am facing the exact same problem with your service. I had lodged a complaint on 5th of Dec[protected] to replace the filter which is FREE as part of the AMC. Till now, nobody has even bothered to call me. I have done multiple follow ups with the call center folks and with the guys who sold me AMC. NO RESPONSE. Every time they tell they will check with the back end team and respond. Yesterday, when I called, your call center representative (Sri Lakshmi) had the audacity to cut my call. I called again. This time your call center guy tells me that "I can go ahead and lodge a case in consumer court". I have recorded this statement and will now act as per your wish. I have 3 aquagaurds and have decided to throw all the 3 of them. I have never ever had this kind of experience even with any other product. I will post the consumer complaint details in the social media so that people refrain from buying your product. You after sales service is worst of the lot.                                     Actually my period of amc was over by october 2015 ur service people called continuously to renew disturbing us so renewed it for two yrs they came and changed the filter but wen they went i noticed a peep sound and i called them immediately to come and attend this happened in nov 5th they didnt come as it was raining after deepavli i called them again they said they would come but no. finally the unit stopped completely by november 20 i had called numerous time but they didnt come totally frustated two days back i shouted at them they came and told that th board has damaged it would take time and we cant say wen u would get it since they have to get from chennai . advising me to get gan water i think they r saying a lie since v shouted . vry poor service in neyveli they come only to change filter if v complaint no proper response this is their fault i they had attended at my call the board would not hav failed. we hav a doubt if their is really a problem in board . kindly do the needful soon else pay back our amt .

                                      Worst services service center person called me told that they are coming today but they didnt even recieved my called I tired for 15 to 20 Times but they didnt received my call... I have amc for my machine they even dont inform and come for service. ...if not available they didnt come again..worst service... Even thought market leader but not good in service. .I advice go for kent rather than eureka. ..
