Pathetic service and worst product from Eureka Forbes. Within 6months, the product stops working, water tastes bad, and finally falls dead. Now I am spending my time calling customer care or calling the technician. Called customer care several times about technician, for the LED was blinking green continuously, and water tasted very bad. Finally the technician arrived 10 days after complaint registered. First he re-installed everything, still the machine doesn't work. He replaced motherboard, and left asking us to trust him it will work. But after throwing away the first set of water, the machine stopped powering on. Its dead now. Called support, raised complaint, called customer care 3 times, and finally the technician comes a week later, and said the UV lamp is dead. He said he placed a order for a new UV lamp, and has not arrived since a week. Repeated calling, he says he cannot do anything, as the stock has not arrived. PLEASE REPLACE THE UNIT OR REFUND THE MONEY, IF NOT 100% 75% ATLEAST. I will buy another brand, but this is the last time with Aquaguard. BEST PART IS, YOU TRY TO ESCALATE, IT SAYS THE REQUEST NUMBER IS INVALID, WHAT A WAY TO ESCAPE (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE) !!! -RAVI (CUSTOMER ID [protected])

Just fyi for others who may think that eureka forbes is following this forum and takes action on the complains, sorry doesn't work like that. They just don't care about you, this is just marketing.
Since the date of complaint, i spoke to couple of senior people, no one cares. They are saying they are out of spares! Seriously!!!
My gated community has 6 other complaints about the same product, same problems, its a dud.
My word don't buy aquaguard magna, and think twice about service before trying eureka forbes.

Yet another incident, purifier down since last 4 weeks, multiple complaints raised, but twice technician visits and no resolution yet. They say its UV lamp problem, but no resolution yet. The 1year free service period ends in a couple of weeks, so the technicians delaying it further. Multiple calls, and no resolution yet.
PLEASE FRIENDS, REFRAIN FROM BUYING THIS, THE WORST SERVICE EVER. 4TH TIME THE PURIFIER IS DEAD, LYING THERE.
Yet another incident now, the water doesn't get pulled in, and called the customer care. The local eureka forbes guy says the filter is gone, and need to get a replacement. Still waiting for the replacement to come.

5TH TIME THE STUPID MACHINE IS DOWN, LYING THERE USELESS. THANKS EUREKA FORBES!!!
The service guy finally visits, and this time he says the purifier has its filters clogged due to dust!!! He says the design is bad that it gets clogged like that and the only way is to replace all the 4 filters costing ~5k.
Instead he says take AMC and we will cover it, and sold us a external filter to stop from dusty water to come in.

But the filters will take 1week to arrive, as they have to come from Bangalore to hyderabad. As we already paid 20k on this, we decided to give them a last chance. Next problem, and we are going to throw is out of the window. After having a HD purifier from a reputed brand, we have been buying bisleri water, thanks Eureka Forbes, AGAIN.
15 days now, no sign of parts, the technician doesn't answer calls, called the zonal head, and he said waiting for parts, still!
After 40days, still no sign of parts, called everyone in the chain, no one answers!

    I am using i-Nova since last 9 years and it is under AMC. Earlier the service was ok. Last year I shifted to Kopar Khairne, Navi Mumbai and after that I am struggling to get proper service. In Jan, I called up and ask them to change the candle as per the AMC. After a lot of fight (on phone) the person came and told me that they don't have candle available in stock. He will come again after 15 days and will change the candle. He just cleaned the machine and went. The entire process took around 3 weeks. In July/Aug, I again called up and ask them to change the candle. Again the exp was horrible. I shouted many times to the customer care people. After a long fight the person came and changed the candle. The entire process took more than a month. Couple of days back, I have given a request to clean the machine. I am sure it will take another one month to resolve the issue. My AMC will get over in Jan 2016 and I already have got a call to renew...

        Bought a aquagaurd magna. Details provided below: Transaction id is [protected] Customer ID is [protected] Employee Code 9064980 Order Form No. [protected] The person sold the product saying it can be upgraded from UV to UV + RO. But now the company says that these options are not available. Whom to believe. Also even after repeated request no one came to visit or gave a call to understand or explain the problem. leave aside solving them. The service req# that the call center ppl provide are all fake and cannot be traced further. So everytime you call them they login a new request probably and say that get back in 24 hours which they never do. The escalation mechanism works only when you have a valid service request number.

          I have purchased Aquaguard Neo on 28.12.2014 from Sneha Synergies sales representative in Bangalore. Now within a year it started giving problems. When we switch on the Aquaguard from last one week the red light continues to blink and beep sound so i have made a service request through online (Request Id : [protected]). There was a call from the call center they sent the service person Mr. Vinod ([protected]) on 16/12/2015. He inspected and diagnosed the fault in motherboard and said it'll cost Rs. 1940. He also said there is no guarantee for electronics items under warranty and he insisted to put the service contract for 2 years it'll cost around Rs.3440 in that all the electronic parts and filter will be taken care. Then he said that check the motherboard availability in his office and call back but no response after that. My Doubt is at the time of the sale so many false commitments like under warranty no maintenance cost all free of service, only one time filter change is required for an year after warranty period it costs Rs.400 around.Very less maintenance. My question here : i had paid Rs. 10000 as initial cost with 1 year warranty but within a year it had lots of problem and if i request for service without proper inspection asking to change motherboard Rs. 1940 + Filter Rs.700 nearly Rs. 13000 within one year & still under warranty. If i would have gone for BISLERI / KINLEY mineral water it would have cost-ed me very less & will have a good taste also. I am waiting for your genuine reply and hopefully My Aquaguard Neo covers under warranty. Regards, Maninder [protected]

          Very poor or pathetic service from u. We purchased this from Trivandrum and no 1 turned up and more over they said that they don't have a record that they have installed it in our house. You know it was a magic that it flew all the way home and got fitted. More pathetic thing is I myself repaired it which is really shamefully.. I will surely write all the negatives I can in social media and glass door network. Realy bad o[censored].

                  Dear Sir, This is with reference to the Aquaguard genius water purifier service, I received a call one Mr Chandru bearing telephone number [protected] they have been following up with me on the service of my water purifier from last two days, I requested them to come today morning, they arrived at my home and informed me that we need to change three candles and some chip. He took out some old chip from his bag and showed me that this is the chip that they are going to replace. I asked for the authenticity of the chip and atleast it has to come in a sealed box which was not there. The guys doesn't even carry a company ID proof and I demanded them the ID proof and they said we are all trainers and we are not given the ID card. I am not sure what these guys did to my water purifier it is not at all working now, which was working and there is blue service light on. I am continuously trying to call them now they are not receiving my calls and they are disconnecting the call. I am growing suspicious on these guys now. Please ensure you depute an authorised engineer quickly and get this issue sorted out. I have a small baby and parents are aged and they need filtered water. Also please find attached the picture of the CHIP this guys were telling that they are replacing.                     I purchased dr magna around 4-5 months back. It is giving problem. i have complained on 2nd nov 15 complaint no[protected], also complained on line, even several times over so called customer. care also escalated but of no use not even a single courtesy call. This is the situation while my product is under warranty. I dont know what Eureka is going to do after warranty expires.Very hopeless, pathetic services are being catered by Eureka.                       I have purchased Dr Aquagaurd magna on Nov 30.11.15 by online payment.Customer ID - [protected] for Rs 17500/-. Prior to my purchase i used to get 10-15 calls/ day from your sales personel Mr Sudhir, pursauding me to buy the product.
                      After purchase for 10 days there was no communication of any sort from your side as to when I would receive my product nor any contact number for me to get information.
                      Finally I got my product delivered on 11.12.15 by gods grace.
                      There after I registered online for installation of the product.
                      Till date (18.12.15) no service personnel has contacted me regarding installation. Even the sales personnel who was behind me for buying the product, is not receiving the call wen i call.
                      IS THIS WAT YOUR COMPANY CARES FOR THE CUSTOMERS ??????
                      THIS IS VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE TO THE CORE.

                      I would like to return back your product due to this poor care at begining itsef.

                        I Dilip Shukla installed aquaguard classic around 5 months back and they installed the machine around 2 months back and then did not connected it for supplying water. I advised to Emi once they have installed on which they misbehaved and then took the machine out today. People involved are Mr. Ram from kanpur and hir area manager I live at 1/76 shivkatra (no. 24 Krishna puram) G.T.                           VERY VERY Disappointing Experience buying Aeroguard Bad Product, Pathetic Service and RUDE CUSTOMER CARE Disgusting executives and a Lifetime lesson!! I bought 4 Aeroguards (2 for myself & 2 for my brother ) on 15 Nov 2015 From "MARK ENTERPRISE, GURGAON" Within 2 weeks 1 unit stop working upon complaining to the sales person name "RABISH RAI" # [protected], He sends one technician to check the same after the guy who checked the faulty unit state that its motor is dead . On reverting to Rai he said he will replace the unit with new, on believing him I kept waiting for a week, when no response came I again call back to him on that He advised me to give query online for buying a new Aeroguard . I did so and a new executive Name MANOJ KR. SWAIN from Eureka Forbes came along with VIPIN from Mark Enterprise. Upon telling him the whole story that i need to change my newly bought Aeroguard, He refused to do so and said you again have to ask your Seller to replace it and we cannot do it now and he took back his new unit with him . On Complaining the same again to RABISH now he give me contact number of some "ARIK BHAKHTAWAR "# [protected] as per Rai some senior of his company who is Extremely extremely Rude person and pathetically disgusting. This person have never learned the etiquettes of talking to customer . Upon complaining him his instant reaction was " Why have you called ?, Go call at Service Centre ? Is this is the time to call ? I am not responsible ? Do not disturb me ? etc. Now I am in tiff to whom shall I approach for . I have register my complain with Eureka Forbes Customer care as well on 8 Dec first time Complain No is[protected] where i was told that their service person will contact me within 48 hours where as no one approached me till now. Second complain registered with Complain No.[protected] for Returning my unit . Since my unit is covered under 30 Days return policy. Its is my Life worst experience to deal with and First time i tried Eureka Forbes Product . Attaching here Bills for 4 AEROGUARDS

                            VERY VERY Disappointing Experience buying Aeroguard
                            Bad Product, Pathetic Service and RUDE CUSTOMER CARE Disgusting executives and a Lifetime lesson!!

                            I bought 4 Aeroguards (2 for myself & 2 for my brother ) on 15 Nov 2015 From "MARK ENTERPRISE, GURGAON"

                            Within 2 weeks 1 unit stop working upon complaining to the sales person name "RABISH RAI" # [protected], He sends one technician to check the same after the guy who checked the faulty unit state that its motor is dead .
                            On reverting to Rai he said he will replace the unit with new, on believing him I kept waiting for a week, when no response came I again call back to him on that He advised me to give query online for buying a new Aeroguard . I did so and a new executive Name MANOJ KR. SWAIN from Eureka Forbes came along with VIPIN from Mark Enterprise.

                            Upon telling him the whole story that i need to change my newly bought Aeroguard, He refused to do so and said you again have to ask your Seller to replace it and we cannot do it now and he took back his new unit with him .
                            On Complaining the same again to RABISH now he give me contact number of some "ARIK BHAKHTAWAR "# [protected] as per Rai some senior of his company who is Extremely extremely Rude person and pathetically disgusting.

                            This person have never learned the etiquettes of talking to customer . Upon complaing him his instant reaction was " Why have you called ?, Go call at Service Centre ? Is this is the time to call ? I am not responsible ? Do not disturb me ? etc etc.

                            Now I am in tiff to whom shall I approach for .
                            I have register my complain with Eureka Forbes Customer care as well on 8 Dec first time Complain No is[protected] where i was told that their service person will contact me within 48 hours where as no one approached me till now. Second complain registered with Complain No.[protected] for Returning my unit .
                            Since my unit is covered under 30 Days return policy.

                            Its is my Life worst experience to deal with and First time i tried Eureka Forbes Product . Attaching here Bills for 4 AEROGUARDS

                            I purchases an aeroguard about 4 months ago. I paid in advance by cheque. It was a mistake. The product was delivered and no demonstration follow up was done by the company personnel. I learnt that the air filter had to be cleaned from another customer whom, ironically, I had referred the salesman to. I live in one of Mumbai's dustier neighborhoods. Today the filter is totally choked and I get informed each time I call the company that there is no filter in stock. If the company cannot provide something as simple as air filters it should not be selling this product.
                            I possess an aquaguard, an aeroguard and a vacuum cleaner from this company. In our Bangalore residence there will be no eureka forbes products. The company's customer service has become a horror story. As for the air filter, I can find a way of replacing the paper on the existing frame. However, it was not my intention to purchase a 15, 000 rupee mechano set. But while I'm at it I will also purchase a box fan and stick filter paper on it, just so as to compare it with this bloody aeroguard.
                            The vacuum cleaner passes muster but the air and water purifiers, being service dependent, are not good things to purchase from eureka forbes. Their customer service has gone down the tube. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com.

                            I bought a aeroguard purifier. the air on my room in AIQ is 150 unhealthy. Why you can talk about safety. I would like to have my money back.

                              From July after installing the magna, I am totally dissatisfied with the service and the machine. He Also assured that the same will be changed in two days after picking it from office Your Water filter is of no use as no one comes for AMC without repeated calls / Emails Therefore I request you to cancel my agreement / contract for remaining period for 2015 to 2017 and refund the amount for remaining period immediately by cheque within 10 days to my above Address Thanks,

                                  Almost 2 months have past and there is no responses from eureka forbes about my refund of money for my water purifier. you see its a small amount of rs 5300/- five thousand three hundred. but my suggestion is don't take it as a small issue. it will cost you dearly once i take a step. my consumer id no is [protected]. and my refund is on 4th nov with no 93478051. this would be my last request or its the court who will decided the case. i have all the prove where i was told that i can stand the case. produce purchase in the name of nancy manoti living in pune maharastra

                                    I bought the filter on 23rd Aug 2015 . Its is having issues like water leakage, tap issues, water not filtering since then . I have lodged a complaint on 22 Nov . Since that day i haven't received any positive response from the executives and now the filter is not working at all.Every time I call(WHICH IS CLOSE TO 7 TIMES NOW) they say that they have noted down the complaint and an executive will visit soon but the representative never comes. I REGRET BUYING THIS PRODUCT. EUREKA FORBES SERVICE IS THE POOREST. YOU PEOPLE LOOTED MY MONEY ON THIS USELESS PRODUCT AND NOW ARE NOT PROVIDING THE REQUIRED SERVICE.
