I purchase a aquagaurd ro just 2 month back which latest model of company- aqugaurd magna but after a few days its genrates problems like it take 2 and 1|2 hrs to fill the water and wastes more water without fill the tank, its make a hard noise when its working and donot purified water as compny says, so i complain about it and company engineer come to my home and open the machine but can not solve the problems and from that date to till date machine is still open and company engineer do not pick the phone, 3 time registerd the complaints but they did not solve my problems. now i m mentally and financially exhaust for eureka and aquagaurd.its provide third class service and product. my registerd no. is [protected]

    I brought the machine (Dr.Aquaguard) on May 2015, I faced so many problems with this machine, and i made a complaint for more than six times, still the problem exist, I need a replacement, please send me a basic model reviva, which is worthy, this is really a money wasting machine.. I am going to stop my cheque from the next month, Customer Name is kanchana and mobile no is [protected], please kindly give me a replacement ASAP..Service centre is located at Ambattur, Chennai.. Regional managers are not taking response for the replacement .. If i dont get the replacement within the next month, i will file a consumer complaint...on the machine..i ordered..

      In short and simple words, would like to pass one massage to all my friends. Pls dont dare to think of buying a eureka forbes product as worst service ever i have seen after sale of the product. Even local RO company will give more service and save money as well. facing issue with in the 15 days of purchasing the same. logged 3 request thru online mode and telephonic mode but no action was taken on any single request. escalated till fourth level i.e. last level. but still they are sleeping. that too in metro cities. what would be the scene in case of remote locations. now looking forward for legal consultation for filling a case in consumer court as i don't have any choice other than this. and i will not let the company to eat my hard earned money.         We have got a Green Ro 10 months ago. It was not working from the starting itself and we have not taken even single glass of water. They came for service more than 7 times and it is not working still. Dont you have some right technical person in your team? I spoke to concern sales person and Manager. They are not responding properly and dont have manners to speak with ladies. but when they come for sales, they begged me lot as like a begger now is it way to behave? better to do any other kind of job you people to don like this forgery. I need the proper solution and need to book complaint on sales person for wrong sales and misbehave.           I have bought Eureka Forbes magna some 4 months ago and I regret about my decision everyday. That product is working terrible and i have been complaining about the same since day one. Someone from company would attend after repeated complaints and they do something temporarily and after one week or so..again same complaint. I am fed up of this customer care who promises permanent solution for our problem and does nothing. Someone please help us. My complaint number is 84535597.

            I purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna UV on 08-Nov-2015 after the Direct Sales executive from Eureka Forbes visited our home. They notified that product installation will happen 1-2 days after product delivery. The Product got delivered on 12-Nov-2015. Since then I have multiple service requests, Complaints however no one is ready to visit and install the product. I did not buy the product to store at home in the box.               I need an urgent attention for my Aquaguard Magna. It is giving problem repeatedly. None of Eureka Forbes high authority taking care none of them are responding mail. Call center and Local Service center not providing proper support and after them there is no direct point to escalate. I wrote below Feedback which took long time to resolve http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Eureka-Forbes-Aquaguard-Magna-review-rqporlqlqt Once again I faced problem and raised Service Request # 84498019 on 25th November 2015. I was told that technician will visit within 24 hours but no one called me within 24 hours. After 48 hours on 27th November 2015 I had to call customer care and I was told that my request will be escalated and someone will visit within EOD. I did received a call from service center and Technician said that he will visit by evening of same day, but he didn't come. On 28th November 2015 I called Call Center 5 times between 11:25 AM to 7:55 PM. Every time customer representative told they have escalated and technician will call within 2 hours. So I called every 2 hours but till 8 PM no result. Finally in last call they said technician will visit next day. Definitely this is not good service Finally after long followup on 29th November Technician came; fixed Pre filter Bowl Rs 700/-. But filter problem not resolved after several try; technician not enough experienced to handle this kind of issue. While working mishandled the filter. Finally technician told that tomorrow Monday 30th November will send experienced Technician Arun to resolve the issue. Its very unfortunate, I have to wait another day and also not sure if technician Arun will visit tomorrow or not. Here is video of filter making noise. Blue light is not blinking when water tank is empty. Situation became worse, I am afraid that multiple times Technician is following hit and trail method, doing testing it can damage motor or any other parts. For which I only have to pay.

                Pathetic Customer Support & Customer Service. Had booked the Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO on 21st Nov 2015 online. Sales person told the product will be delivered in 1-2 days, but payment confirmation mail says 8 days to deliver a product. So do not trust what they say before buying. T They sent a tracking number of the deliver. The product is in Bangalore and need to deliver to Bangalore. Item booked on 23rd and reached me on 27th Nov 2015 evening, From there it started. Now on 27th i raised a request for free fresh installation . They told it will be service within 24Hrs. No mail confirmation, SMS confirmation about the request. Till today called the customer support more than 20 times. They will tell we are escalating the request. Service Request[protected] & Complaint Request: [protected] For a city like Bangalore the service is like this, will never ever recommend Eureka Forbes. Free Standard Installation within 5 hours is applicable only for Dr Aquaguard range of water purifiers is there in this link and 12 Hrs Service for Bangalore Please avoid this brand for after sales poor customer service & support.                   Pathetic Customer care service and support. Had booked Magna HD RO on 21st Nov 2015.

                  Customer Support team will tell fresh installation request will be serviced within 24 Hrs. Called them 4 times in a day, they say we will escalate. No action till today. The request is raised on 27th Nov and complaint sent as an SMS on 28th Nov.

                  For a city like Bangalore the service is like this, will never ever recommend Eureka Forbes. Staring from delivery to installation need to follow with customer support continuously. Delivery done by GATI took 3 days from Bangalore to Bangalore

                  Website is not all user friendly, asks user to give a missed call to a number, which never works from my BSNL number. Could not log online request at all

                  from website.

                  God knows why the customer support email ids are there, never got a reply from anyone.

                  Now i have raised request for Refund, not getting any response for any of the mails.

                  I made a bad decision going for Eureka Forbes. Please avoid this brand. This is the request for the same 93867155 raised through phone via the customer service representative.

But EMIBAZAAR charged me 2802/- and opened loan A/c through my HDFC Credit card for rs. 2802/- with EMI of Rs. 467/- for 6 months. And till today I have not received the product and hence I want to cancel the Order under PROTEST. How without confirmation from Credit card holder Bank opened Loan A/c?                       I had bought a aquaguard magna water purifier UV online during September 2015. Received the product. It took 7 days to get installed. Water received from it was trading aweful. It was services thrice during first week of installation and they refused to provide a replacement. I returned it for a100% refund in a week threafter within their refund policy timeliness. It had been 2 months today and I have still not received any refund. Bharat Motwani ecommerce and vinit just donot take my calls and whenever they do they say that gati courier have still not delivered the product to their warehouse (even after 30 days of pickup) eureka forbes seem to be good winking clients and using their monies. Donot but their products as they are useless. I bought Kent max thereafter and is giving goods water. I still remain to receive my refund from aquaguard.

                        Dear sir/ madam, I have purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna RO on 19.11.2015 from your site www.eurekaforbes.com in confusion of Dr Aquaguard Magna RO + UV. Product got delivered on 20.11.2015, post which I have called customer care at [protected] they told me to fill online form for replacement and send one mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. I have fulfilled both the things at same day. Post which I have called multiple times to customer care but everytime they are saying that my issue will be resolved within next 24 hours. Its now more than one week but no one has yet reverted me either on call or on mail. Seriously faced this kind of worst customer care services first time in life. I am ready to give difference amount of the product, but I have not received even a single revert for my complaints.                           To whomsoever it may concern Dear Sir I had booked one Eureka Forbes UV water purifier, model Dr Aquaguard Magna UV on 15th November 2015, by online booking on the Eureka Forbes website. Though the money was debited to my credit card, I received no confirmation of the order. I had intimated the same by mail and telephone call to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. Subsequently I obtained the transaction id number from the bank as proof that you ie Messrs Eureka Forbes had claimed the ammount of Rs 12990/- on 16.11.2015 I intimated the transaction id and all other relevant details to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com immediately Subsequently I was asked to submit some details, which I did on 21.11.2015 I have called you several times and spoken to various persons Ms Neelam, Ms Sheetal etc who assured me that the matter would be looked into and product delivered immediately. However it is 10 days since I made the booking and money was credited to your account and I am yet to receive any confirmation, acknowledgement of the order or delivery of the product. Further there seems to be be no coordination between the concerned persons as each one assures me that the back end team will look into the matter and revert at the earliest. I request you to look into the matter and resolve the matter, failing which I will have to report this as a fraud, as Eureka Forbes has claimed the money 10 days back and are not acknowledging the same. For your reference my previous mails are attached. Further for your reference, the details are as follows I have confirmed from Standard Chartered Bank Credit card that Rs. 12990.00 has been claimed by "Purifier Eureka Air Pay, Mumbai" on 16.11.2015 (Ref No. 75134835320015095801008).

                          Messrs Eureks Forbes ... Kindly note that some one claiming to be from your company called me just now 816pm to say that product is out of stock and money would be refunded after 45 days.
                          I repeat that unless you take appropriate action I will have to approach consumer courts.
                          There has been no response from your company, next I am told that product is out of stock after accepting payment for the same, and the final insult is that the money will be refunded after 45 days. Is it a joke??

                            I have purchased Dr Aqua guard Magna RO+UV through online on 15/11/2015 where I was told that we will be getting a watch as a gift which didn't arrive till now. But the Product was delivered two days later which was good. As per the RO procedure for every one glass of water 2 glasses of the water will be filtered out.. in such case for 7ltrs of the tank 14 lts of water will be wasted in worst cases lets assume 21 lts may be two buckets full but here around 5 buckets of water is getting wasted before the 7lts tank getting filled up the buckets are getting filled. I have contacted customer care several time but the response I get each time is very pathetic none of the executive is ready to listen to what I am saying and no one provides any required info. time is passing by but my problem is not resolved. I was told that there is a 30 days replacement policy when I purchased the product it already 15 days now I think you people will pass the time and by the end do nothing. Its our first time with eureka forbs and its a very bad experience that we had till now. will never sugest anyone to go with your product

                              I have ordered Dr Aquaguard Magna RO on 19.11.2015 in confusion of Dr Aquaguard Magna RO+UV. I received product on 20.11.2015 and want to replace the same by Magna RO + UV for which I have contacted customer care and they assured me that they will cancel my product by Monday and will refund within one week. I have called several time to customer care for the issue and they assured me that I will get revert very soon but I have yet not received any thing. Kindly help to resolve my issue at the earliest.                                 I recently bought a aquagard ro + uv invisipure. as promised which was a return paper an all documents stated i was suppose to get a 12litres storage tank an now they only sent me 3 litres tank.. after complaining day say we have to pay extra for that tank wherein we have already paid for it. after inquiring with eureka forbes they are quite stubborn about me paying extra when the earlier bill says its been paid for.. this is a case of cheating..an with all the proof i m heading to the consumer court through my advocate for the same. i am gonna make sure eureka forbes pays heavily for this.. don't buy an product from eureka forbes.. they are cheating everyone in the market..

                                  I purchased AquaGaurd Magna HD RO+UV product in June, 2015. I filed a complain in July asking them to replace the product as water was having bad TDS level (>100). After two months also no one replaced it. Then I filed complain in October asking the company to refund the money and take the product back. They said they will refund the money but till now no action. Please take strict action against AquaGaurd for delivering bad product and not then not taking any action on the complain filed by customer. My number is [protected].

                                    I am writing this on behalf of my father in law Mr. CA Mallikarjuna Rao Customer no.[protected] 2 days back i.e. on 23rd November, he complained regarding non functioning of aquaguard. Last evening an aquaguard representative came and asked us to renew the AMC (which expires on 7th Dec.). He convinced us to renew it. We renewed it and paid him Rs. 4830/- in cash against the contract receipt no. 25630708. He promised to fix it first thing in the morning by 10 am. We kept calling him and he kept giving us excuses like @ 11 am office is yet to open so he is yet to collect the required parts @ 12pm I am coming in sometime. After that no call was answered so I called on the customer care [protected] customer care answered that this no. is only for North India. So you can understand how frustrating that can be for a customer when no answers your call let alone service. Anyways I told him I am calling from hyderabad and that I tried[protected] and all I get to hear is a busy tone. Scrap the no. if that is not functional. Lastly as suggested by the north India customer care guy i.e. @[protected] I called on[protected]. By the time I gave her the customer details the phone hung up. I redialled the no. and all i hear is that you can only call on this no. from 8 am - 8 pm. Now suggest what should I do? In advertisement you guys are talking about jal dan to under privileged Indians while you are not providing any service to a customer from whom you are charging money. Don't preach what you don't practice.

                                    Finally the servicing guy turned up. when I asked him, he replied due to unavailability of parts he didn't come. When I asked about not answering my calls, he kept mum. What a reply and what a service. I will remember this that I had to wait for 5 days for a service that too in Hyderabad. Had I lived in jhumri tillaya god knows what would have happened?

                                      The service rep had damaged filter candle in November 2014. It's over a year now and several complaints lodged. The filter has not yet been repaired. I've been calling every day for past many days, to no avail. The company's phone is never answered. A sad and pathetic state of affairs. Their sales reps make a nuisance to sell the products, keep visiting your home without an appointment, but the after sales service!!

                                        This is to inform you that I have got the servicing done for my aquaguard on the 24th of november (Under 3 years contract) by your technician post which i am not getting proper water flow through the outlet. Upon calling your technician again he told me that the fault is in the machine and I have to pay Rs 550 to replace the part so that I can get proper flow rather than coming and rectifying his fault. Now, I have been using the machine for years now and never had a problem even your technician last came in the month of March for servicing and since then i have been using it without any issues and suddenly after servicing there is a fault in my machine. I am not getting water supply at my place for last 2 days now and i have dropped in 2 mails and also called the customer care executive and still no one has bothered to resolve the issue.. I expected better service from a company like Eureka Forbes for whom customers are a priority as claimed by them. I am getting water from outside to drink but no one from Eureka forbes cares about it.

                                        I was told somebody will definitely come to my place today.. bt no one turned up...still no water.. another day gone by and it proves you guys dont care
                                        Now i get a call from the customer service team one by Mr. Shailesh and rather than showing any concerns about my problem and without even visiting my place they tell me over the phone that the problem is in the tap and now i will have to spend Rs 1200 to Rs 1500(earlier i was told rs 550) to resolve the issue.

                                        They firther safeguarded their interest by saying its not the technicians fault who came for servicing post which i stopped getting water from the outlet which i have been getting for so many years. Without even checking he over the phone tells me the problem id with the tap it happens and if i hve to get it rectified i will have to pay the money.

                                        Grt support eureka forbes.. outstanding customer support...
