I sent an SMS on Sunday Dec 29 th, 2015 to Eureka Forbes regarding a complaint about my Aquaguard water filter and received a complaint no. but no one has shown up to resolve the above complaint till today, Dec 4 th. I also called their customer service on Dec 3rd and got a confirmation that it would be taken care by same day evening. I then got a call from local centre's supervisor that he would be sending a technician to fix the problem but no one has shown up so far. This is how a reputed company provides their service.

    Aquaguard technician came home for service and did service. He collected Rs. 7699 for AMC for 2 years in cash and given duplicate bill copy. Eureka Forbes claiming it's not their bill and no service technician is coming now for service. The technician who did this fraud activity is from the company only. Otherwise he would not have had customer details like phone number, name address etc. The surprising factor is that company is not bothered to do any investigation on the complaint even though it was informed to them the very next day of the incident. This company has recruited staffs involved in cheating customers and it is supporting them. Technicians are misbehaving on phone. Nobody is coming for service for last 2 months. This is the horrible experience I had after purchasing Aquaguard Enhanced RO by paying even more than 16000 rupees. Gipson Ph:[protected]

      My ro water machine is under AMC dated 26.01.2015 to 26.01.2016 we found problem on 28.11.2015 that tast of the water is not well we inform to the local concern person for servicing, They come and tell us that one parts has to be change which is not covered in AMC if you want we will do the change as well as we will do the AMC also in one month before . I say ok do the needful .After service they take full amount of AMC from my faimily but still the machine is not even now it is more problem from earlier we call them on regular basis but the not coming .we file a complaint also in their customer care number and the complaint number given by them is 84611155 dated 01.12.2015. But still the problem was not solved.

        I bought Eureka Forbes Water Filter from Snehanjali at Kandivali-west, Mumbai 400067 on 20th August 2015. However after few weeks flew abroad for approx. 2 months, when came back the water filter was leaking. Called company and engineer came, after checking found out faulty part. Promised that he will fix it following day. When called following day the engineer, he said he has to wait for part. After 4 days we went out of Mumbai, informed engineer about our absent of 4 days. He said by that part will arrive and he will come home to fix it. However after arriving waited for few more days and called again but call center had only one reply that it will be sorted out in 24 hours. Called many times and got supervisor's mobile no. Called Mr Rohit the supervisor, as usual, 1st explained the problem, he said he will call us in 10 minutes or so after talking to department. As usual he never called, I called him again and he told me he is having lunch so he will call me after finishing lunch which he never called. After waiting for over 3 hours I called him and he told me because I was out of Mumbai they couldn't fix the problem, what an excuse as we were out for only 4 nights. He than said he will try to send somebody next day, however no one has turned up till to-night. I called this afternoon the call center and same reply that it will be fixed in 24 hours. I must have called at least 20 times and wasted lot of time and money. Also wasted money on buying drinking water I feel company is not bothered about our problem. They made money by selling. I am confused what should I do to sort out this on going problem.

          Below are the contents of emails and telephone calls references, till date nobody come forward to soughtout the matter from Eurekaforbes:- With ref. to order No.[protected], dated 19/11/2015 8:07:34 PM for DR.AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO UV by Customer ID.[protected]. After installation of said product on dated 24/11/2015 by your company technicians, there has been consistent problem of water leakage and loud rattling noise from inside of the system. Till date nobody from your company has visited for replacement of the said faulty product. So with reference to telephonic call complaint No.[protected]on dated: 27/11/2015) and as per your company 30 days returns policy, the unit (DR.AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO UV) should be returned and the full money refunded immediately.

            Hi, My name is Pankaj Pasad, and I live in Bhayandar, Thane. I own a very old AquaGuard (Model – ST 2000). I have a service contract with Eureka Forbes for 2 years, which I kept on renewing regularly. Since the last 2 month, the machine is not in working condition. I had contacted the local customer care service center and lodge a complaint about this. After the inspection by service personnel Mr. Sudhir, service center told me that the glass tube was damaged. Approximate 20-25 days after lodging a complaint and kept calling them twice daily, the service center waked up and came into action. The glass tube was replaced by service center after almost 25 days, but the work was not done completely. Still the washer which holds the glass tube at both ends airtight was missing and has to be procured. According to the service agreement this is covered in service contract and is also agreed by the service provider. I have contacted the service people (Rajnath Tiwari[protected] and Dhananjay Singh) almost every day since then as there was no drinking water available in the house. They had assured me and my wife many times that the issue will be resolved “with in an hour”, “in next half” or "the next day". This was never happened. They both are incompetent at their words. This was happened 40 days back. Since than I was keep calling regularly, almost twice daily. The people at the service center now have no answer or they started ignoring my calls. I have also spoken to Manish Sawant[protected], twice. (Happen to be the head of Mira-Bhayandar-Naigaon division). He has also assured me and my wife that the issue will be resolved. Still I’m waiting. Why do you have a service agreement if you are unable to provide service? I expect the device to be fixed and also be compensated for all the time that I have spent my time and money on such petty issue. This reflects very poor for such organisation which is known for its goodwill. Is that the signs of the ship is sinking?

For servicing water purifier i have been contacting Aquaguard representative at Palakkad Kerala many times. But no service person has turned up for doing service. During last week one technician called me & told that he is coming for service & made me to wait for 4 days at my residence without turning up.I am fed with such a nast service from the company.                     I have purchased Aquasure Amrit a few months ago and complained to their helpline on 29th Nov 2015 that there is a problem with the unit. Water is not getting filtered inspite of changing the filter (or whatever its called) Have been following up repeatedly and today after 04 days, thet are yet to visit my place to solve the issue. The customer care executives are just not bothered ad simply pass on their senior's number without taking any action. I spoke to the Area Incharge yesterday who is also making false promises that the complaint will be attended. And wow, today he is not answering my calls. Would never recommend Eureka Forbes to anyone... they just make things look good in advertisements... reality is absolutely opposite.

                            I very much interest to use your products, also existing customer. Recently one of your sales people is misbehaving and show off his unworthy. on the 25th of this month one of your sales people mr.ravi-[protected] has collected my 11nos of cheques and have placed order no.[protected] for wet and dry vaccum cleaner and informed over phone on 26th November 2015 that I will deliver the product and give the demo. but could not happen But he failed to neither delivery, the product, nor give the demo till 27th November 2015. I fed up with enough calls which he was not responding. Even I spoke to your sales manager Mr. Srikanth, and regional head Mr.TV RAO had requested them to deliver the product at any cost on 27th November 2015. But both of them were refused to deliver the product as on my request on 27th. Later I have sent sms to Mr. Ravi to cancel my order and handover to my cheques. on 27th of this month. On 28th november 2015 evening one of the sales people Mr. Hari has bought the product then I said that I have already informed to cancel the order and return my cheques then he left the product in my house and he went away and informed that I will bring the cheques. Till this time nobody would come and return my cheques. I have an economic loss of Rs.3000/- due to delay in delivery and after delivery not given any demo till this time. Please take the necessary action on delaying and economic impact showing on me. I feel it is not the right process following the eurekaforbs.                                   I have purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna RO on 19.11.2015 from your sitewww.eurekaforbes.com in confusion of Dr Aquaguard Magna RO + UV. Product got delivered on 20.11.2015, post which I have called customer care at [protected] they told me to fill online form for cancellation and send one mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com & [protected]@eurekaforbes.com . I have fulfilled both the things at same day. Post which I have called multiple times to customer care but everytime they are saying that my issue will be resolved within next 24 hours. Its now more than one week but no one has yet reverted me either on call or on mail. Seriously faced this kind of worst customer care services first time in life. Kindly help to resolve my issue at the earliest and revert me with the solution or I will need to approach consumer Forum.                                     I had purchased Aquagaurd Compact in 2008. Since then I regularly take AMC for maintenance. This time also I took AMC but unfortunately this year my experience with aquagaurd is too bad. Initially there was very less flow of water and some time it use to stops. After continuously trying the no of service engineer in last month (Nov-15) finally we able to contact him and he came and cleaned the filter but the problem of sudden stopping of purifier was not rectified. We again complained and came another service technician who replaced the PCB circuit plate. Then also the problem was not re-solved. Once again complained for the above reason on 30th Nov15 and the service technician came and took away the circuit PCB with him saying that he is not having it in spare and will come and fix it later. So now even after two days we are not able to get a drop of drinking water from our water purifier and living on mercy of our neighbor from whom we are having water to drink. When we contacted the local service center for sending the technician today to fix the PCB circuit they simply denied and said that they cannot guarantee that our problem will be attended today. This is the condition when we are already having AMC. Very poor customer response. I want my AMC amount back.
