I bought Dr. Aquaguard Magna UV on 19th August 2015 (Item Code - GWPDDRMUV0000 / Invoice No. [protected] / Order No.[protected]. But unfortunately the product is absolutely faulty and not working at all.
After almost 15 days of buying, purifier had some indicator issue, so I complained about the same and they sent service man and he did something and it again started working.
Again almost after 15 days, the same problem cropped up about indicator, and I did complained on Call Center Number, again Service man came and he did something and again it started working.
2 days back, same problem started and now this time, water is also overflowing of it's tank.
They are not giving any replacement after so many complaints. They have pathetic service with very arrogant service providers.

    I bought Magna model of Eureka Forbes filter which cost me some 17 thousand rupees in Feb-2015, we hardly used 3-4 month and filter is not working.
    I have been complaining from past 4 months, 2 times technician came stated problem filter need to get replaced. There after none of the executive team has visited my door step and I have been calling to customer care number which they always say only sorry and they have updated to backed team..
    I don't understand business model and it cleared that how you fool people for some money.. I do have many complaints number and recording of calls.. here are few complaint number 84071873,
    84095046, 84095056 so on...

    Worst part is web link to raise and escalate service request never work (http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/Escalate-Your-Service-Request)

    I am fed-up calling customer care executive, the only good thing Eureka Forbes holds is very good sales guys who can fool customers.
    Please note that with this service you will not be able to survive in market and it is one of worst experiance and I am regretting after opting your product..
    I request all the people not to opt Eureka forbes product!!

        Not attending aqua flow water filter service request for more than 10 days

        Hello im Ramesh from Mankhurd Mumbai & registered my service request for repair of my Aquaflo water filter on 25 Oct on ur company call center number 39883333 and my request id was [protected]. Not a single sole from eureka forbes called up / visited /responded/ attended to my service request till 02 Nov 15 inspite of calling on the same number at least 3 to 4 times a day everyday. Finally i got it repaired through one local mechanic due...

        We have purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes and taken AMC after warranty period. They are not even bothered to come for periodical service from the day one of AMC period. Their call centre executives are well trained to say just this sentence "WE WILL ARRANGE FOR A TECHNICIAN TODAY / TOMORROW FOR SURE. After a week of our request, they will say "WE HAVE ESCALATED YOUR REQUEST". After then your efforts will go and fed up calling them again and again. Those who are not treating your hard earned money can go with this Eureka Forbes. No other words. This is 11th day I am waiting for their technician to attend our water purifier complaint.

          I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance Green RO from Snapdeal. I have raised installation request after I have received the product. They delayed around 10 days to install and at installation time they said this not suitable product for your ground water. I asked snapdeal to take return. But they refused to take it cause the 7 days return policy has been expired. Now Eureka Forbes not ready replace the product.

            I have ordered an Aquaguard Magna order no. [protected] on[protected]. The sales executive Shivaji Charhate (contact no. [protected]) of Pune branch came to our place to take the order. During the time of taking the order his senior Mr. Rajesh( Contact No. [protected]) and the sales Executive have assured to give the Aquagaurd bottle along with it as offered through online purchase. Once they took the order there was no product delivery till a week, and when I tried to contact they did not response my call. After many follow up the product was delivered without the bottle. Again for the installation I had to follow up a lot to get it installed, which was done finally 5 days after it was delivered.
            When I enquired about the bottle the sales executive said that it will be delivered after a week of installation. Till date the bottle has not been delivered, even after many follow up in which they assured that it will be delivered soon.Today when I called the area manager and complained, the sales executive called and told that it was included under that order since it was not ordered through online.
            Now my question is if it was not included why were they giving me false assurance even after installation that it will be delivered soon and also at the time of taking the order.It is not only the question of the bottle but my whole trust with the renowned company has lost and in the future I will not be purchasing any product from the company if this kind of service they provide and relationship they maintain.

              Purchased 2 units of aquaguard model reviva on 9th november 2014 through their agent venus ro system, chennai -33 with 4 free services under 1 year of warranty period copy of invoice enclosed for your ref. Have made number of call to their concerned persons [[protected] /[protected] & rajesh - [protected]. But in a vain their is no proper response & no free service had been done so far and come to know only the paid services will be attend.
              Ps. Their will no free service attend after purchase and in stallion of the unit. Kindly take necessary step to resolve the same on high priority basis before the warranty period expired

                The moment we switch the purifier on there is a loud and shrill sound coming from the purifier and sometimes it gets hot. It is now 3 months since we lodged our first complaint . We have sent more than 10 requests via sms as per their policy - but other than the interactive ack no body has even bothered to address the problem . My worry is whether the machine will explode. The machine is also under AMC till July 2016.- They have also an online complaint format - but the funny thing is that if you try to submit it, a msg soon appears that u were unsuccessful.

                I am shocked and frustrated at their casualness and arrogance.

                    Dear Sir, This is to bring in to your kind knowledge that I have purchased one domestic fire extinguisher through your sales person Mr Satish Malviya and Mr Saheb Ali (Bhopal) on 11th July 2015 through cheque no. 339119 Punjab and Sind Bank dated 11 July 2015 of Rs 2700/-, which has been cleared from our bank on 20th July 2015. I have been assured by your sales team that I will get its invoice copy within 15 days after the clearance of cheque. But sorry to inform you that till date neither I have not received its invoice copy nor insurance copy nor a travel bag (which has been promised by Mr Satish Malviya) even after a lot of follow up with Mr Satish Malviya and Mr Saheb Ali. Last week Mr Saheb Ali provided me a bill with customer i d [protected]. Since, till date I did not receive any product logging message from Eureka Forbes for fire extinguisher, so to make it confirm I called on toll free no. of Eureka Forbes, then I came to know that this customer id is registered with some other name and for different product. Regarding all of this I have informed to Mr Rajesh Aggarwal (MPCG Head) and Mr Akram (Bhopal Branch Head) You are kindly requested to please look in to the matter very seriously and help me in getting its invoice copy.

                      I had bought a product of this company i.e a vacuum cleaner and an aqua guard.At the time of purchasing it, i was offered Lifetime Free Servicing along with the purchase of aqua guard and vacuum cleaner.Now, when I asked for it, they say that its valid only if you take the product to the shop. My vacuum cleaners switch buttons were n"t working at all. A bit angry, still i took it to the shop. Now again a surprise.the company people replied me that there are some products required to repair it and the servicing, etc requires some features and parts which are now not available with them.So, they said me to come after a few days. Now, its over a year now.I inquired for it before many a times but they say that the products are arriving, come after a week and so on. In all i was forced to post a complaint over here as the company people here didn't even bothered about it.

                        I purchased aquaguard geneus water purified on 4 september, 2015 for rs. 20800/ - from aditya vision, kulharia complex, ashok rajpath, patna - 4. The product was delivered to my home and next morning the engineers came to set it up. When the engineer unpacked the machine, we found that the body of the machine was scratched at black portions. I asked aditya vision to replace the machine same time over mobile but the refused saying that the scratches will be removed by using colin sprays. The engineers finally setup the machine and went away.

                        On 17 october, 2015, suddenly the machine started giving dirty water (Some white long - short particles in the water) and we lodged a complaint at customer care of aquaguard. An engineer came after two days and checked and said that the machine had some problem in membrane and needed to be changed. I asked him why it so happened in just 12 - 13 days! He replied an unknown cause and went away saying that he would change the membrane in next 2 days. After 2 days, when the engineer did not come, i called him over mobile and asked for solution, then he replied that his senior did not allow to change the membrane instantly but he would send another expert to check for solution. I said, "i need a correct solution, you change membrane or don't but i need clean water. It's just less than 2 weeks old." the engineer said that a senior expert would come next morning.
                        The senior engineer came after a week after several requests (Mobile call recordings available for proof). He checked and did some tweaks that we could not observe and the machine started giving clean water.
                        Just after 20 days, the machine again started giving dirty water as earlier and my first emi was executed (Machine is taken on emi by bajaj finance). I re - lodged the complaint but there was not solution till next 5 days. Today (30 october, 2015) previous engineer came and checked the machine and went away saying that the white particles are calcium and it will remain in the water!
                        How funny answer by their engineers!
                        I was not available today when they came. If i were available they would have heard from me today.
                        Anyway, i request you (Consumer complaints) department to please look into our matter and if possible get it replaced with another machine or get a permanent solution for us. I am totally frustrated with this machine and now i am ready to fight against them in consumer court, if required. On 5 november, my 2nd emi will be executed.

                          We have been using Aquasure Xpert ( RO+UV+ UF with TDS regulated) since Oct-2013. I had reported Eureka Forbes multiple time on quality of water and also for excessive noise being generated by the instrument.

                          3-4 months back I had shown the technician Aquasure Xpert water quality was very poor. The reading was 140 PPM reading from TDS tester, the direct tap/overhead tank reading was around 150ppm. Then technician changed the filters then water TDS reading as around 50ppm.

                          Two day's back again I had make a compliant with Eureka Forbes for excessive noise coming from the Aquasure Xpert. Technician visited my place and left without rectifying the issue. Again checked the quality of the water from the Aquasure Xpert, it was shocking to notice again water quality shows ~140ppm and direct tap water around 150ppm…. After RO+UV+UF with TDS regulator in the Aquasure Xpert shocking to notice just marginal difference between direct tap water and so called purifier water.
                          I am beginning to suspect Aquasure Xpert water filtering functionality itself. I am writing this to bring to a notice of Aquasure Xpert team to seriously look into this issue.

                          As per my understanding, you don't need RO water purifier. I guess RO is needed if TDS > 500. I read somewhere that it not advisable to use RO for low TDS level water(like municipal water). A UV water should do a job for you, my opinion.

                            My address is House No. 320 B, Sector 51/A, Chandigarh - 160047. A water purifier Model Magma UV was bought in the name of Indrani Bagchi Mobile No. [protected] which has been changed to [protected]. The set was bought on 9th July and since then within 4 months, it had stopped working 4 times. We want to get the defective set changed. I have lodged a complain about 5 minutes before. We are facing serious problems due the your water purifier. It is a case Unethical Business Practice as the buyer is kept in dark about the inherent problems of the model. Please replace the set urgently with a different model within 30 days or refund the money. If the issue is settled within 30 day i.e. by 30th Nov 2015, we will be forced to knock the door of Consumer Court.

                                We have bought Magma UV water purifier on 9th July 2015. Since then within 4 months, the purifier suddenly stopped working 4 times. When ever we contact through toll free no., we are told that it would take 48 hours. Toady i.e. 30th Oct same problem occurred and since it is the issue of drinking water, for any health related problem of ours M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd will be responsible.

                                We were also informed by the service engineer who visited last time that the model Magma UV has inherent problem and would require regular AMC which would be free during warranty period but later on heavy expenditure would be needed. The company has trapped us and it may be a case o[censored]nethical Business Strategy and concealing facts while selling products.

                                We want an urgent replacement of this model and company should provide us a trouble free model within 30 days of this complain. Otherwise the issue would be referred to Consumer Court for legal course of action.

                                    I purchased a vaccum cleaner on 15/10/2015 against payment given through debit card. I was assured that product will be delivered in 7 days time. Till now it is not been delivered.14 days passed. No response for my calls and mails to them. I infomed them to cancel my order and asked to refund my money. I am very much worried and totally disappointed to see their behaviour and irresponsible in transaction to a customer. I wld be thankful to you if necessary action will be taken against my complaint and help to get back my money

                                      I ordered an Aquaguard online. While the device was delivered within two days, the installation has not been done for the past 10 working days. I have been calling their customer service team and all they do is "i will forward your request". No one replies on the email provided by the company The web chat service does not work either. The customer service promises that they will call me back but they don't. I need them to either refund my money and take the device back or come and install it asap. It costs a lot of money (INR 18000) and I am still buying water every day from outside despite having an aquaguard. These is sheer tardiness on the part of the company and i would like some compensation for having been put through so much inconvenience.
