I have booked Easy Clean Plus Vacuum Cleaner on toll free no. on 18th instant. The market price is Rs. 2499/- in D'Mart. But EMIBAZAAR charged me 2802/- and opened loan A/c through my HDFC Credit card for rs. 2802/- with EMI of Rs. 467/- for 6 months. And till today I have not received the product and hence I want to cancel the Order under PROTEST. How without confirmation from Credit card holder Bank opened Loan A/c?     I had bought a aquaguard magna water purifier UV online during September 2015. Received the product. It took 7 days to get installed. Water received from it was trading aweful. It was services thrice during first week of installation and they refused to provide a replacement. I returned it for a100% refund in a week threafter within their refund policy timeliness. It had been 2 months today and I have still not received any refund. Bharat Motwani ecommerce and vinit just donot take my calls and whenever they do they say that gati courier have still not delivered the product to their warehouse (even after 30 days of pickup) eureka forbes seem to be good winking clients and using their monies. Donot but their products as they are useless. I bought Kent max thereafter and is giving goods water. I still remain to receive my refund from aquaguard.

      Dear sir/ madam, I have purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna RO on 19.11.2015 from your site www.eurekaforbes.com in confusion of Dr Aquaguard Magna RO + UV. Product got delivered on 20.11.2015, post which I have called customer care at [protected] they told me to fill online form for replacement and send one mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. I have fulfilled both the things at same day. Post which I have called multiple times to customer care but everytime they are saying that my issue will be resolved within next 24 hours. Its now more than one week but no one has yet reverted me either on call or on mail. Seriously faced this kind of worst customer care services first time in life. I am ready to give difference amount of the product, but I have not received even a single revert for my complaints. Kindly help to resolve my issue at the earliest and revert me with the solution or I will need to approach consumer Forum.         To whomsoever it may concern Dear Sir I had booked one Eureka Forbes UV water purifier, model Dr Aquaguard Magna UV on 15th November 2015, by online booking on the Eureka Forbes website. Though the money was debited to my credit card, I received no confirmation of the order. I had intimated the same by mail and telephone call to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. Subsequently I obtained the transaction id number from the bank as proof that you ie Messrs Eureka Forbes had claimed the ammount of Rs 12990/- on 16.11.2015 I intimated the transaction id and all other relevant details to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com immediately Subsequently I was asked to submit some details, which I did on 21.11.2015 I have called you several times and spoken to various persons Ms Neelam, Ms Sheetal etc who assured me that the matter would be looked into and product delivered immediately. However it is 10 days since I made the booking and money was credited to your account and I am yet to receive any confirmation, acknowledgement of the order or delivery of the product. Further there seems to be be no coordination between the concerned persons as each one assures me that the back end team will look into the matter and revert at the earliest. I request you to look into the matter and resolve the matter, failing which I will have to report this as a fraud, as Eureka Forbes has claimed the money 10 days back and are not acknowledging the same. For your reference my previous mails are attached. Further for your reference, the details are as follows I have confirmed from Standard Chartered Bank Credit card that Rs. 12990.00 has been claimed by "Purifier Eureka Air Pay, Mumbai" on 16.11.2015 (Ref No. 75134835320015095801008).

        In spite of all this I have not received any complaint number from Eureks Forbes
        You may contact me on phone or mail as required to resolve issue at earliest. Failing which I have to resort to legal recourse against blatant fraud.
        Messrs Eureks Forbes ... Kindly note that some one claiming to be from your company called me just now 816pm to say that product is out of stock and money would be refunded after 45 days.
        I repeat that unless you take appropriate action I will have to approach consumer courts.
        There has been no response from your company, next I am told that product is out of stock after accepting payment for the same, and the final insult is that the money will be refunded after 45 days. Is it a joke??

          I have purchased Dr Aqua guard Magna RO+UV through online on 15/11/2015 where I was told that we will be getting a watch as a gift which didn't arrive till now. But the Product was delivered two days later which was good. As per the RO procedure for every one glass of water 2 glasses of the water will be filtered out.. in such case for 7ltrs of the tank 14 lts of water will be wasted in worst cases lets assume 21 lts may be two buckets full but here around 5 buckets of water is getting wasted before the 7lts tank getting filled up the buckets are getting filled. I have contacted customer care several time but the response I get each time is very pathetic none of the executive is ready to listen to what I am saying and no one provides any required info. time is passing by but my problem is not resolved. I was told that there is a 30 days replacement policy when I purchased the product it already 15 days now I think you people will pass the time and by the end do nothing. Its our first time with eureka forbs and its a very bad experience that we had till now. will never sugest anyone to go with your product

            I have ordered Dr Aquaguard Magna RO on 19.11.2015 in confusion of Dr Aquaguard Magna RO+UV. I received product on 20.11.2015 and want to replace the same by Magna RO + UV for which I have contacted customer care and they assured me that they will cancel my product by Monday and will refund within one week. I have called several time to customer care for the issue and they assured me that I will get revert very soon but I have yet not received any thing. Kindly help to resolve my issue at the earliest.               I recently bought a aquagard ro + uv invisipure. as promised which was a return paper an all documents stated i was suppose to get a 12litres storage tank an now they only sent me 3 litres tank.. after complaining day say we have to pay extra for that tank wherein we have already paid for it. after inquiring with eureka forbes they are quite stubborn about me paying extra when the earlier bill says its been paid for.. this is a case of cheating..an with all the proof i m heading to the consumer court through my advocate for the same. i am gonna make sure eureka forbes pays heavily for this.. don't buy an product from eureka forbes.. they are cheating everyone in the market..

                I purchased AquaGaurd Magna HD RO+UV product in June, 2015. I filed a complain in July asking them to replace the product as water was having bad TDS level (>100). After two months also no one replaced it. Then I filed complain in October asking the company to refund the money and take the product back. They said they will refund the money but till now no action. Please take strict action against AquaGaurd for delivering bad product and not then not taking any action on the complain filed by customer. My number is [protected].

                  I am writing this on behalf of my father in law Mr. CA Mallikarjuna Rao Customer no.[protected] 2 days back i.e. on 23rd November, he complained regarding non functioning of aquaguard. Last evening an aquaguard representative came and asked us to renew the AMC (which expires on 7th Dec.). He convinced us to renew it. We renewed it and paid him Rs. 4830/- in cash against the contract receipt no. 25630708. He promised to fix it first thing in the morning by 10 am. We kept calling him and he kept giving us excuses like @ 11 am office is yet to open so he is yet to collect the required parts @ 12pm I am coming in sometime. After that no call was answered so I called on the customer care [protected] customer care answered that this no. is only for North India. So you can understand how frustrating that can be for a customer when no answers your call let alone service. Anyways I told him I am calling from hyderabad and that I tried[protected] and all I get to hear is a busy tone. Scrap the no. if that is not functional. Lastly as suggested by the north India customer care guy i.e. @[protected] I called on[protected]. By the time I gave her the customer details the phone hung up. I redialled the no. and all i hear is that you can only call on this no. from 8 am - 8 pm. Now suggest what should I do? In advertisement you guys are talking about jal dan to under privileged Indians while you are not providing any service to a customer from whom you are charging money. Don't preach what you don't practice.

                  Finally the servicing guy turned up. when I asked him, he replied due to unavailability of parts he didn't come. When I asked about not answering my calls, he kept mum. What a reply and what a service. I will remember this that I had to wait for 5 days for a service that too in Hyderabad. Had I lived in jhumri tillaya god knows what would have happened?

                    The service rep had damaged filter candle in November 2014. It's over a year now and several complaints lodged. The filter has not yet been repaired. I've been calling every day for past many days, to no avail. The company's phone is never answered. A sad and pathetic state of affairs. Their sales reps make a nuisance to sell the products, keep visiting your home without an appointment, but the after sales service!!

                      This is to inform you that I have got the servicing done for my aquaguard on the 24th of november (Under 3 years contract) by your technician post which i am not getting proper water flow through the outlet. Upon calling your technician again he told me that the fault is in the machine and I have to pay Rs 550 to replace the part so that I can get proper flow rather than coming and rectifying his fault. Now, I have been using the machine for years now and never had a problem even your technician last came in the month of March for servicing and since then i have been using it without any issues and suddenly after servicing there is a fault in my machine. I am not getting water supply at my place for last 2 days now and i have dropped in 2 mails and also called the customer care executive and still no one has bothered to resolve the issue.. I expected better service from a company like Eureka Forbes for whom customers are a priority as claimed by them. I am getting water from outside to drink but no one from Eureka forbes cares about it.

                      I was told somebody will definitely come to my place today.. bt no one turned up...still no water.. another day gone by and it proves you guys dont care
                      Now i get a call from the customer service team one by Mr. Shailesh and rather than showing any concerns about my problem and without even visiting my place they tell me over the phone that the problem is in the tap and now i will have to spend Rs 1200 to Rs 1500(earlier i was told rs 550) to resolve the issue.

                      They firther safeguarded their interest by saying its not the technicians fault who came for servicing post which i stopped getting water from the outlet which i have been getting for so many years. Without even checking he over the phone tells me the problem id with the tap it happens and if i hve to get it rectified i will have to pay the money.

                      Grt support eureka forbes.. outstanding customer support...

                            Our customer id is [protected]. Last year Aquaguard sales rep Mr. Pandian wrongly guided us in three ways firstly to buy this model -without checking whether this is the right model for our requirement and the water quality; secondly without suggesting an external filter that will extend the life of the machine and thirdly by assuring false schemes. The machine within 8 months of installation stopped working ( no light, no water pumping ) within the warranty period and complaint registered. The service personnel said Magna was not the right model and there should be an external filter to be installed to save the machine's filter as the water is hard. Finally they did something that the machine start pumping (however water taste was not good(which means quality was not good) and the light doesn't work still).
                            we didn't want to risk our health with a poor quality water.

                            We as customer left in dark why all these things were told in advance right at the time of purchase or atleast at the time of installation. Is Eureka forbes filled with incompetent sales personnel or fraudulent/ unethical sales personnel? Is Eureka forbes talk different things as per its convenience - one language during selling to cheat consumers and the other language once cheating/sales is done?
                            Now the current situation is after 4 months of complaints Eureka forbes request nos ( [protected], [protected], [protected]- in November[protected], [protected] (Sep); [protected], [protected] (oct), Our machine is not yet rectified.

                            Eureka forbes should answer the following questions:

                            1. Why a wrong model was recommended for us?
                            2. Why the machine repaired 4 months before its warranty?
                            3. Why we were not advised for the external filter at the time of installation?
                            4. When a machine repaired within the warranty period because of wrong recommendation and lack of right advice who will bear the repairing cost(external filter cost??)
                            5. Is cheating the value of Eureka forbes?

                              I purchase Aquaguard Geneus in march 2014 from June 2014 only the water purifier is not working and the LED light of that is not working, after calling several times to the Service also it is not rectified still now and now as the warraty is expired they are charging for the service and replacement of LED light

                                  The person who came for installation of new water purifier received money of Rs.1100 for additional pre-filter and told receipt will be sent from the company to us by courier within 2 days.He had received money Rs 1100 on 13-11-15. I had called your office by phone. A lady given me another number to call.But the cellphone number was ringing.Nobody is receiving the call. Hence i request you to send me the Receipt and Bill for Rs.1100 immediately to the address registered with the person who done installation. [protected]

                                    I had bought a product of this company i.e a vacuum cleaner and an aqua guard.At the time of purchasing it, i was offered Lifetime Free Servicing along with the purchase of aqua guard and vacuum cleaner.Now, when I asked for it, they say that its valid only if you take the product to the shop. My vacuum cleaners switch buttons were n"t working at all. A bit angry, still i took it to the shop. Now again a surprise.the company people replied me that there are some products required to repair it and the servicing, etc requires some features and parts which are now not available with them.So, they said me to come after a few days. Now, its over a year now.I inquired for it before many a times but they say that the products are arriving, come after a week and so on.                                       Subject: Cheated as a result of fraudulent activity in the name of Consumer Forum Complaint Resolution
                                      This is to bring to your notice that I had lodged a complaint with the Consumer Forum of India on November 24, 2015 regarding a faulty machine from Eureka Forbes following which I received some fraudulent calls from unknown numbers who claimed to be Eureka Forbes personnel trying to refund me the money for the faulty machine and eventually robbed me of 13, 000 INR.
                                      The details go as following:
                                      • I lodged the complaint with the Consumer Forum in the morning to which I got a reply acknowledging the issue along with a link that gave the details of my complaint. The link is:

                                      • After I received this mail my wife got a call from the number: [protected]. Somebody who introduced himself as Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharya, Director Eureka Forbes told my wife that since we have lodged a complaint with the consumer forum, they need to return all the money back to us. Therefore, someone from ICICI bank will call her to verify the details and transfer the 17, 000 (the cost of the Eureka Forbes water purifier) to the account. Also, when my wife asked this person to call me and wanted to give my number he stated that since her number is registered with Eureka Forbes, he will not call any other number.
                                      • Since my wife was quite unsure about the issue, she asked me to call this Mr. Bhattacharya and when I did he said the same thing to me too.
                                      • Then someone called Nilesh called my wife from the number [protected] and asked her for the account ID to which the amount 17, 000 INR needs to be transferred by NEFT. Since my wife was not aware of the bank details, she asked that person to call back in 15 minutes so that she can take the details from me.
                                      • In the meanwhile I got a call from someone who introduced himself as an ICICI bank employee. This person told me that he will give me some cash pick up code and I need to immediately collect the money from an ATM. When I told him that I am busy and I will do it later he insisted that I do it right away as Eureka Forbes needs to return the money immediately else they will be penalized by the consumer court.
                                      • I was busy with my work and family tension, yet I went to the ATM where they again called me and told me to go to the FUND TRANSFER option in the ATM Machine after which they will give me a reference number which when keyed in will give them the authorization to transfer the money to my account for immediate withdrawal.
                                      • I did as they told me to with one of my accounts which had a balance of about 4, 000 INR when they said that since this is a salary account they are not able to transfer it here, so I should give them my other ICICI account.
                                      • I got into my other account and as they kept saying keyed in the numbers which they told me were the reference and code numbers respectively.
                                      • Till now I was absolutely unaware that I had transferred all my money in the respective two accounts into their account and all the numbers they were giving me were their account numbers as I had never done an ATM Fund transfer before this instance.
                                      • I also did not get an immediate mobile alert about any transaction due to which I all the more did not doubt any fraudulent activity.
                                      • It was only about 10-15 minutes later when the transaction sms came did I realize that the money had been debited from my account to some unknown account which I had keyed in the ATM, considering it to be the reference number and code number.
                                      • On realizing the whole thing I immediately got my ICICI cards blocked.
                                      • I also called back on the numbers from where I had got the call from the so called ICICI employee who even picked my phone and told me that that the debit had happened by mistake and the amount will be refunded by 4:30. In fact the person who took the call even said welcome to ICICI and took permission to place my call on hold before transferring I to the right person.
                                      • My wife also called on the number from which she had got the calls and that same person said that the money will be transferred by 4:30 and this was system error.
                                      • Their phones are all switched off now and money has been refunded.
                                      • On checking with ICICI, I have found out that the account to which the money was transferred belongs to some Mr. Ritul Kumar Bohra from Assam. The account number is:
                                      • Also, on checking with the highest of Eureka Forbes officials in Kolkata, I found that no refund was initiated by the company due to a consumer court order and they even came to my house in the evening to rectify the issue with my water purifier.
                                      I would request you to take a note of this entire incident as the entire transaction, though done by me was done without any knowledge of the fraud happening and the whereabouts of the account holder in whose name the money was being transferred as I had never before performed ATM Fund transfer and believed in the people calling me as they had all the details of the complaint numbers that I had lodged with Eureka Forbes as well as the Consumer Forum.
                                      I would again like to reiterate that the fraudsters already had the following information:
                                      • That I had two accounts with ICICI from which I had made payments to Eureka Forbes
                                      • I was extremely annoyed with Eureka Forbes for the bad quality machine and the regular problem that I was facing
                                      • The fact that I had filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum for a permanent solution to this issue.
                                      • The fact that my wife’s number is registered with Eureka Forbes and mine is not
                                      • My mobile number
                                      Following are the numbers and names from which we got the calls:

                                      Please be informed that I have no knowledge about the whereabouts of the account holder in whose name I had mistakenly and unknowingly transferred the 13, 000 INR from the two ICICI accounts.

                                        I bought the aqua guard from Pai International, Indranagar Bangalore and within a month the machine is spoilt. After repeated complaints no technician has visited us post the 1st visit. And said the machine is spoilt.

                                        The technician named shiv kumar came to our place 1st time and manhandled the machine in a very bad way such that twp parts from inside the machine were broken.

                                        I complained through every possible route but no one is ready to help.

                                        3>Mr.Dinesh- [protected]- Said he is not incharge and cannot help.

                                        I would never refer any one to buy Qureka Forbes products as the service is worst than pathetic.
