Dear Sir
I had booked one Eureka Forbes UV water purifier, model Dr Aquaguard Magna UV on 15th November 2015, by online booking on the Eureka Forbes website. Though the money was debited to my credit card, I received no confirmation of the order.
I had intimated the same by mail and telephone call to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. Subsequently I obtained the transaction id number from the bank as proof that you ie Messrs Eureka Forbes had claimed the ammount of Rs 12990/- on 16.11.2015
I intimated the transaction id and all other relevant details to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com immediately
Subsequently I was asked to submit some details, which I did on 21.11.2015
I have called you several times and spoken to various persons Ms Neelam, Ms Sheetal etc who assured me that the matter would be looked into and product delivered immediately.
However it is 10 days since I made the booking and money was credited to your account and I am yet to receive any confirmation, acknowledgement of the order or delivery of the product.
Further there seems to be be no coordination between the concerned persons as each one assures me that the back end team will look into the matter and revert at the earliest.
I request you to look into the matter and resolve the matter, failing which I will have to report this as a fraud, as Eureka Forbes has claimed the money 10 days back and are not acknowledging the same.

Further for your reference, the details are as follows
I have confirmed from Standard Chartered Bank Credit card that Rs. 12990.00 has been claimed by "Purifier Eureka Air Pay, Mumbai" on 16.11.2015 (Ref No. 75134835320015095801008).
