I have placed the online order for purchase of 04 sets of cartridges for my Amrit water filter (Kitanu Magnet), and my credit card has already been debited for Rs. 898x2=449x2+449x2 on 02 of Oct 15. but I could not get any confirmation for delivery date and order Id no. etc.
Please sir, do something for me as soon as possible. I am short of cartridges for last two months.

These items were ordered on 08 Oct 15 and I have been sending email frequently asked by your reps.
