Dear Sir It was my pleasure when i bought your Green R.O and was very happy to be associated with you .As the time passed the experience of being associated with you gone from bad to worse.But some how again you corrected your self and kicked out the persons or franchise(Franchise Agencies) responsible for dimnishing your image, I again got sigh of releif that atlast organisation woke up from deep sleep.I was happy as u have taken some corrective measures and by the time i am feeling of your image makeover, again i have been proved wrong. Hi This is Jitin Sharma #302-A, Central Town, Near Basant City, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana.Pin Code 142022.I bought your Green RO few years back and i am also purchasing your Annual Maintainence Contract(AMC) every year or renewing the same as my contract receipt number is 24845657 dated 04-05-15 and my customer code is [protected].I was feeling pitty on your part that being a leader or pioneer in Water purification still you does not care about your end customer. I am using these words because i feel i was the worst sufferer at Eureka Forbes. Sir i bought my AMC from M/S Randhawa, Bhai Himmat Singh Nagar, Ludhiana this year on 4th may.I registered my service request through sms on [protected] on 22-11-15 and from that day to till date it has not been addressed properly till date.Only Eye wash was done. Can i Know from you How to get the service from the said franchise or from you at Eureka Forbes? How should i Know the spare parts are available at your franchise? beacuse we are at mercy of your franchise. What are the system and process your franchise follow while providing service to customer? If you have outsourced you service part to Franchises in Pan India then where is their accountability towards consumer? Is it my responsibilities to call your people at franchise to provide service after lodging the complaint at every alternate day? If so then also i done the same and called your people again and again lodged the complaint on 3-12-15. What would a customer do if your concerned person at franchise not picking the phone or avoiding the complianent customer? As the same thing had happened today I talked to Mr Tejinder in morning and when i called for followup he had not picked the phone([protected]) as tried the number at least five to six times and same was shared to me by Mr Naresh who is attached to farnchise. How you at Head Office(Eureka Forbes) close the customer after recieving the service request through sms. I am waiting for your positive reply as i am deeply heart since the RO was not repaired till date after fifteen days of complaint. Today also the spare part(adaptor) was available at franchise but due to Mr Tejinder at M/S Randhawa it was not replaced.     I purchased an Aquaguard Classic UV through their salesman, Shiva ([protected]). After the system was installed, I felt a bad taste in the water. I waited for a few days to see if it subsides. But it only increased. When I called the salesman, he said that he will send someone from the service. After that there was no information. When I tried calling up the service team, they informed me that my number is not registered. I have also not received the invoice that they said would be mailed to me. Now the salesman is also not answering any calls. Is there some fraud going on?

      Absolutely worthless & useless service by these people. 99% of them don't understand English [Won't even know the spelling of Eureka forbes!!!] The rest 1 % don't understand what is happening. Standard response is your address is "... and we are sorry for the inconvenience". I do not need to hear my address over and over again!!! And I very well know you are not sorry. Useless bunch of most inefficient and incompetent people wasting other peoples' time and money. Am still waiting for those guys to come & install the aquaguard.

        I have purchased 28th Nov 2015. they have promised to install within a week but nobody turned up. So, I have called their Customer care and registered a service request . They have promised me to install within 2 days..but again nobody turned up. So, atlast I have to register a complaint on the forum.

          It is to bring to your notice that Deepasree(Residing in US of Indian Origin) purchased an Aquaguard Magna RO+ UV+ UF Controller for my parents(registered mobile number: 9600xxxxx61) before 1 year. The purchase was made from a sales person Mr. Rajesh(Chennai), who was sent from Eurekaforbes in response to my interest shown online. He has given so many compliments for the product by giving fake promises. But now within a year the tap has been broken and the water is not getting filled into the tank. The service person told me that this is a failure product for which we dont have any spare parts we can use only duplicate parts and this product is not good. I dont want to continue with this product. I need a good model in eurekha or my amount back. People believe sales executive and the company reputation to buy a product. But only for getting bonus amount people sell failure models. My parents are trying to contact customer support for past 15 days and there is no proper response from them. I purchased a product and it is creating a metal harassment for my parents

            This is regarding a complaint number [protected]. The machine was not working properly. Output of water was very slow. It took 4-5 hours to fill up 7 liters of water. The serviceman force fully beating up the filters and making the machine work. The machine was making more sound than before. I told him to fix it but he said that the sound would stop after 2-3 days. The sound is still coming and now my machine has started LEAKING. The problem with this company is when I took paid services which costs around 250rs each, all that the service man would do, is to REPLACE and add to my bill. Now when I have taken an AMC, all they are doing is REPAIRING. This is a DISHONEST policy. The company should learn that its not appropriate to treat its consumers like this, because eventually it would lead nothing but loss. Another thing is that, when I purchased this product 3 years ago, it came with three free services. NOT A SINGLE free service was given to me. I asked the company officials about it and they said that I have been given those services. I asked if they had my signed receipts. They did not respond and ignored. I have tolerated this as I was hoping that some day the service would get better. But it has not. I would never recommend EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT to anyone.

              Complaint about vacum cleaner not working properly as purchase from Hyderabad. My request id is 84350312. After few days some technician visited and taken the wheel below as not working properly and some accessories. Already 1 month no one visited and lifting my call.                     Dear, Sir, Madam, I Have to Complaint about Eureka Forbes service station and delay of work by the service station.In May 2015, I have purchase the Eureka Forbes Dr.Aquaguard Magna UV Water Purifier.After 6 months at the time of serviceing. I have call the call center of the company regarding service of Aquaguard on 16 november 2015 we complaint the registered.Then on 19 November, the Technician visited at our place, but he is not able to repair the Aquaguard, after that the Machine start getting problems like over flow of water due wrong indication of Machine an sensor...so same day imidiately again we call the service center of Aquagurd regarding this problem..But they commite the fake promises of reparing the Machine and from 19 November to 5 December 2015. The problem is Unable to solve by the service center of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard. (Since, from 18 years we are the old customer of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard.)                         I sent an SMS on Sunday Dec 29 th, 2015 to Eureka Forbes regarding a complaint about my Aquaguard water filter and received a complaint no. but no one has shown up to resolve the above complaint till today, Dec 4 th. I also called their customer service on Dec 3rd and got a confirmation that it would be taken care by same day evening. I then got a call from local centre's supervisor that he would be sending a technician to fix the problem but no one has shown up so far. This is how a reputed company provides their service.

                          Aquaguard technician came home for service and did service. He collected Rs. 7699 for AMC for 2 years in cash and given duplicate bill copy. Eureka Forbes claiming it's not their bill and no service technician is coming now for service. The technician who did this fraud activity is from the company only. Otherwise he would not have had customer details like phone number, name address etc. The surprising factor is that company is not bothered to do any investigation on the complaint even though it was informed to them the very next day of the incident. This company has recruited staffs involved in cheating customers and it is supporting them. Technicians are misbehaving on phone. Nobody is coming for service for last 2 months. This is the horrible experience I had after purchasing Aquaguard Enhanced RO by paying even more than 16000 rupees. Gipson Ph:[protected]

                            My ro water machine is under AMC dated 26.01.2015 to 26.01.2016 we found problem on 28.11.2015 that tast of the water is not well we inform to the local concern person for servicing, They come and tell us that one parts has to be change which is not covered in AMC if you want we will do the change as well as we will do the AMC also in one month before . I say ok do the needful .After service they take full amount of AMC from my faimily but still the machine is not even now it is more problem from earlier we call them on regular basis but the not coming .we file a complaint also in their customer care number and the complaint number given by them is 84611155 dated 01.12.2015. But still the problem was not solved.

                              I bought Eureka Forbes Water Filter from Snehanjali at Kandivali-west, Mumbai 400067 on 20th August 2015. However after few weeks flew abroad for approx. 2 months, when came back the water filter was leaking. Called company and engineer came, after checking found out faulty part. Promised that he will fix it following day. When called following day the engineer, he said he has to wait for part. After 4 days we went out of Mumbai, informed engineer about our absent of 4 days. He said by that part will arrive and he will come home to fix it. However after arriving waited for few more days and called again but call center had only one reply that it will be sorted out in 24 hours. Called many times and got supervisor's mobile no. Called Mr Rohit the supervisor, as usual, 1st explained the problem, he said he will call us in 10 minutes or so after talking to department. As usual he never called, I called him again and he told me he is having lunch so he will call me after finishing lunch which he never called. After waiting for over 3 hours I called him and he told me because I was out of Mumbai they couldn't fix the problem, what an excuse as we were out for only 4 nights. He than said he will try to send somebody next day, however no one has turned up till to-night. I called this afternoon the call center and same reply that it will be fixed in 24 hours. I must have called at least 20 times and wasted lot of time and money. Also wasted money on buying drinking water I feel company is not bothered about our problem. They made money by selling. I am confused what should I do to sort out this on going problem.

                                Below are the contents of emails and telephone calls references, till date nobody come forward to soughtout the matter from Eurekaforbes:- With ref. to order No.[protected], dated 19/11/2015 8:07:34 PM for DR.AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO UV by Customer ID.[protected]. After installation of said product on dated 24/11/2015 by your company technicians, there has been consistent problem of water leakage and loud rattling noise from inside of the system. Till date nobody from your company has visited for replacement of the said faulty product. So with reference to telephonic call complaint No.[protected]on dated: 27/11/2015) and as per your company 30 days returns policy, the unit (DR.AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO UV) should be returned and the full money refunded immediately.

                                  Hi, My name is Pankaj Pasad, and I live in Bhayandar, Thane. I own a very old AquaGuard (Model – ST 2000). I have a service contract with Eureka Forbes for 2 years, which I kept on renewing regularly. Since the last 2 month, the machine is not in working condition. I had contacted the local customer care service center and lodge a complaint about this. After the inspection by service personnel Mr. Sudhir, service center told me that the glass tube was damaged. Approximate 20-25 days after lodging a complaint and kept calling them twice daily, the service center waked up and came into action. The glass tube was replaced by service center after almost 25 days, but the work was not done completely. Still the washer which holds the glass tube at both ends airtight was missing and has to be procured. According to the service agreement this is covered in service contract and is also agreed by the service provider. I have contacted the service people (Rajnath Tiwari[protected] and Dhananjay Singh) almost every day since then as there was no drinking water available in the house. They had assured me and my wife many times that the issue will be resolved “with in an hour”, “in next half” or "the next day". This was never happened. They both are incompetent at their words. This was happened 40 days back. Since than I was keep calling regularly, almost twice daily. The people at the service center now have no answer or they started ignoring my calls. I have also spoken to Manish Sawant[protected], twice. (Happen to be the head of Mira-Bhayandar-Naigaon division). He has also assured me and my wife that the issue will be resolved. Still I’m waiting. Why do you have a service agreement if you are unable to provide service? I expect the device to be fixed and also be compensated for all the time that I have spent my time and money on such petty issue. This reflects very poor for such organisation which is known for its goodwill. Is that the signs of the ship is sinking?

[protected]. since then I am calling their customer care no daily 2 times and I am getting reply that it will be attended urgently. till[protected] evening nobody turned up.                                       Dear Sir, I had purchased & installed one water purifier at my residence. I had also taken AMC which was renewed upto November 2014 for 2 yaers. For servicing water purifier i have been contacting Aquaguard representative at Palakkad Kerala many times. But no service person has turned up for doing service. During last week one technician called me & told that he is coming for service & made me to wait for 4 days at my residence without turning up.I am fed with such a nast service from the company.                                         I have wet and dry cleaner which I had purchased from Eureka Forbes in October 2015. It had stopped working & I registered complaint at Eureka Forbes. After regular call back they attend complaint after 15 days. By making lots of calls After 15 days they returned the machine. Machine was replaced but by old and used one.
