      Our customer id is [protected]. Last year Aquaguard sales rep Mr. Pandian wrongly guided us in three ways firstly to buy this model -without checking whether this is the right model for our requirement and the water quality; secondly without suggesting an external filter that will extend the life of the machine and thirdly by assuring false schemes. The machine within 8 months of installation stopped working ( no light, no water pumping ) within the warranty period and complaint registered. The service personnel said Magna was not the right model and there should be an external filter to be installed to save the machine's filter as the water is hard. Finally they did something that the machine start pumping (however water taste was not good(which means quality was not good) and the light doesn't work still).
      we didn't want to risk our health with a poor quality water.

      We as customer left in dark why all these things were told in advance right at the time of purchase or atleast at the time of installation. Is Eureka forbes filled with incompetent sales personnel or fraudulent/ unethical sales personnel? Is Eureka forbes talk different things as per its convenience - one language during selling to cheat consumers and the other language once cheating/sales is done?
      Now the current situation is after 4 months of complaints Eureka forbes request nos ( [protected], [protected], [protected]- in November[protected], [protected] (Sep); [protected], [protected] (oct), Our machine is not yet rectified.

      Eureka forbes should answer the following questions:

      1. Why a wrong model was recommended for us?
      2. Why the machine repaired 4 months before its warranty?
      3. Why we were not advised for the external filter at the time of installation?
      4. When a machine repaired within the warranty period because of wrong recommendation and lack of right advice who will bear the repairing cost(external filter cost??)
      5. Is cheating the value of Eureka forbes?

        I purchase Aquaguard Geneus in march 2014 from June 2014 only the water purifier is not working and the LED light of that is not working, after calling several times to the Service also it is not rectified still now and now as the warraty is expired they are charging for the service and replacement of LED light

            The person who came for installation of new water purifier received money of Rs.1100 for additional pre-filter and told receipt will be sent from the company to us by courier within 2 days.He had received money Rs 1100 on 13-11-15. I had called your office by phone. A lady given me another number to call.But the cellphone number was ringing.Nobody is receiving the call. Hence i request you to send me the Receipt and Bill for Rs.1100 immediately to the address registered with the person who done installation. [protected]

              I had bought a product of this company i.e a vacuum cleaner and an aqua guard.At the time of purchasing it, i was offered Lifetime Free Servicing along with the purchase of aqua guard and vacuum cleaner.Now, when I asked for it, they say that its valid only if you take the product to the shop. My vacuum cleaners switch buttons were n"t working at all. A bit angry, still i took it to the shop. Now again a surprise.the company people replied me that there are some products required to repair it and the servicing, etc requires some features and parts which are now not available with them.So, they said me to come after a few days. Now, its over a year now.I inquired for it before many a times but they say that the products are arriving, come after a week and so on.                 Subject: Cheated as a result of fraudulent activity in the name of Consumer Forum Complaint Resolution
                This is to bring to your notice that I had lodged a complaint with the Consumer Forum of India on November 24, 2015 regarding a faulty machine from Eureka Forbes following which I received some fraudulent calls from unknown numbers who claimed to be Eureka Forbes personnel trying to refund me the money for the faulty machine and eventually robbed me of 13, 000 INR.
                The details go as following:
                • I lodged the complaint with the Consumer Forum in the morning to which I got a reply acknowledging the issue along with a link that gave the details of my complaint. The link is:

                • After I received this mail my wife got a call from the number: [protected]. Somebody who introduced himself as Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharya, Director Eureka Forbes told my wife that since we have lodged a complaint with the consumer forum, they need to return all the money back to us. Therefore, someone from ICICI bank will call her to verify the details and transfer the 17, 000 (the cost of the Eureka Forbes water purifier) to the account. Also, when my wife asked this person to call me and wanted to give my number he stated that since her number is registered with Eureka Forbes, he will not call any other number.
                • Since my wife was quite unsure about the issue, she asked me to call this Mr. Bhattacharya and when I did he said the same thing to me too.
                • Then someone called Nilesh called my wife from the number [protected] and asked her for the account ID to which the amount 17, 000 INR needs to be transferred by NEFT. Since my wife was not aware of the bank details, she asked that person to call back in 15 minutes so that she can take the details from me.
                • In the meanwhile I got a call from someone who introduced himself as an ICICI bank employee. This person told me that he will give me some cash pick up code and I need to immediately collect the money from an ATM. When I told him that I am busy and I will do it later he insisted that I do it right away as Eureka Forbes needs to return the money immediately else they will be penalized by the consumer court.
                • I was busy with my work and family tension, yet I went to the ATM where they again called me and told me to go to the FUND TRANSFER option in the ATM Machine after which they will give me a reference number which when keyed in will give them the authorization to transfer the money to my account for immediate withdrawal.
                • I did as they told me to with one of my accounts which had a balance of about 4, 000 INR when they said that since this is a salary account they are not able to transfer it here, so I should give them my other ICICI account.
                • I got into my other account and as they kept saying keyed in the numbers which they told me were the reference and code numbers respectively.
                • Till now I was absolutely unaware that I had transferred all my money in the respective two accounts into their account and all the numbers they were giving me were their account numbers as I had never done an ATM Fund transfer before this instance.
                • I also did not get an immediate mobile alert about any transaction due to which I all the more did not doubt any fraudulent activity.
                • It was only about 10-15 minutes later when the transaction sms came did I realize that the money had been debited from my account to some unknown account which I had keyed in the ATM, considering it to be the reference number and code number.
                • On realizing the whole thing I immediately got my ICICI cards blocked.
                • I also called back on the numbers from where I had got the call from the so called ICICI employee who even picked my phone and told me that that the debit had happened by mistake and the amount will be refunded by 4:30. In fact the person who took the call even said welcome to ICICI and took permission to place my call on hold before transferring I to the right person.
                • My wife also called on the number from which she had got the calls and that same person said that the money will be transferred by 4:30 and this was system error.
                • Their phones are all switched off now and money has been refunded.
                • On checking with ICICI, I have found out that the account to which the money was transferred belongs to some Mr. Ritul Kumar Bohra from Assam. The account number is:
                • Also, on checking with the highest of Eureka Forbes officials in Kolkata, I found that no refund was initiated by the company due to a consumer court order and they even came to my house in the evening to rectify the issue with my water purifier.
                I would request you to take a note of this entire incident as the entire transaction, though done by me was done without any knowledge of the fraud happening and the whereabouts of the account holder in whose name the money was being transferred as I had never before performed ATM Fund transfer and believed in the people calling me as they had all the details of the complaint numbers that I had lodged with Eureka Forbes as well as the Consumer Forum.
                I would again like to reiterate that the fraudsters already had the following information:
                • That I had two accounts with ICICI from which I had made payments to Eureka Forbes
                • I was extremely annoyed with Eureka Forbes for the bad quality machine and the regular problem that I was facing
                • The fact that I had filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum for a permanent solution to this issue.
                • The fact that my wife’s number is registered with Eureka Forbes and mine is not
                • My mobile number
                Following are the numbers and names from which we got the calls:

                  I bought the aqua guard from Pai International, Indranagar Bangalore and within a month the machine is spoilt. After repeated complaints no technician has visited us post the 1st visit. And said the machine is spoilt.

                  The technician named shiv kumar came to our place 1st time and manhandled the machine in a very bad way such that twp parts from inside the machine were broken.

                  I complained through every possible route but no one is ready to help.

                  2>Mr.Benson-[protected]-Number always busy (I think he has forwarded all calls or bloacked them)
                  3>Mr.Dinesh- [protected]- Said he is not incharge and cannot help.

                  I would never refer any one to buy Qureka Forbes products as the service is worst than pathetic.

                    I got renewed amc of my water purifier which is the old model the lady (Renu Sharma)franchicee at pitampura location promised me that she will replace the faulty parts with in 2-3 months inspite of raminding several times it is not done as yet moreover an attachment is also lnstalled in which there is somje substance which has to be changed yearly on the owners cost inspite of amc which for three years she didnot disclose to me she insisted to make sure that i should not buy the new one and i should get the amc for three years renewed lam feeling cheated because now they have one answer to my complaint that is the parts are not available i want some solution Thanks Sadhna Jain

                      Hi, I have purchased new DR. RO systems on July2015. When I purchased my machine had quality issue which I escalated Management has changed my machine and replaced with new machine. This new machine also continuously has some problem. I have escalated to customer service. Engineer came and corrected the issue but again same problem after few days. I am facing this issue from the day1 I have bought this machine but they are not ready to give me permanent solutions.                         Bought Eureka Forbes Geneus 2 and a half months back. Product is not working. Lodged a complaint. It has been 5 days no technician has visited. When contacted service centre they said they have not received the complaint and will take another 2-3 days to sort out.

                          Hi friends this post may help you prevent to get paid bad experience.
                          I have purchased EUREKA FORBES water purifier AQUA GUARD Enhanced last year [2014] august month amount of Rs.16500.
                          Within 3 months filters are smashed. I have raised service request days are passed but no response from EUREKA FORBES side after 2 week I have call back to them. They said within 24 hours the issue will attended but after 11 days only they sent the service person. He simply said you have to fix external filter too with price of 750. We agreed and paid then he fixed the filter and went away. After a month the external filter start leaking in output connection part. Then I have raised another service request.
                          This time they improved I have called them 10 times with interval of 3 days. It means the service person attended the compliant after 36 days. He came and asked Rs 300 for the connection plastic bolt. We try to tell him it was fixed one month back but keep on said we need rs.300. Now another bolt got starting to leak. I have raised the request on[protected]. Let us see when they will attend the compliant. I’ll keep on post.
                          To summary for very month I got some peripherals got problem but I have mentioned the major things alone.

                            I have purchase the RO +UV eureka water filter in 2014. The filter has worked only six month after that it was giving problems & We have not get the support even during warranty . We have make the mail to customer care also & talk to many offficials but in vain.Then finally we have decided to provide the AMC to Eureka on 25/4/2015/ & pay INR 4830/- It is regretting after week I have faced the same problem with the filter which was coming earlier i.e water flow was not coming . Then again eureka representative has come & found the filter replaced was not of the desired PPM then again filter has change. Then filter has work hardly for 15 to 20 days & started problem then again Eureka man arrived & cleaned the filter & set the TDS. I am continuously facing the problem from the day we have given the AMC. the filter hardly work for 15 days to 20 days & sometimes for a week only .I have complained many times on cell / Telephone/ online to Eureka & even to service incharge Mr. Santosh regarding this problem but not getting any positive response . As you aware our filer are giving continuous problem & eureka man come & clean the filter every time that show the use of duplicate filters by the Eureka otherwise How it is possible filter are required frequent cleaning which is not at all possible by the common man. Our family is now totally fat up with this filter services . Now I request to eureka to replaced the filter with new one & provide the assurance for continuous supply of clean water if not then provide me the purchasing cost & AMC charges so that I can purchase another reputed brand from the Market . my customer code is [protected]. After complaing again Eureka man come on 21.11.2015. Now on 22.11.2015 again water are not coming. Now I don't want the services of Eureka . M/s Eureka should return back the filter & pay us Rs. 20000/. Please also note every time Eureka Engineer say you should provide a Filter costing Rs. 750 / . It is clearly shows Eureka forbes are cheating to customers. When We asked to checked the quality of water then Eureka say This is not our part We are just selling the filter whatever the quality of water this is non of our business.                               1. I had searched vacuum cleaner online and enquired.
                              2. Eureka Forbes sales executive mr. Rakesh Khandekar came and provided demo.
                              3. I had also purchased another vacuum cleaner for my sister in law. They have paid full amount in cash.
                              4. Eureka Forbes executive also taken 500/- as an advance from me.
                              5. On delivery ur executive collected the cheques for Rs. 8950/- as follows -

                              6. Eureka Forbes representative collected Address Proof & asked for bank statement.

                              7. From delivery date Rakesh Khandekar & Sunil Mishra started pressurize me to submit bank statement & gave me annoying calls frequently.

                              8. Eureka Forbes sales team has not provided us sales invoices which shows that Sales are being hidden (also a case to sales tax department). To be very clear "Tax invoices should be furnished at the time of delivery & not later"

                              9. This product was available on e-commerce sites at higher discount of Rs. 1000/- but Eureka Forbes representative told me that Eureka Forbes make two type of product one for their selves & another for sales via distributors and if I purchase this product via distributors (e-commerce companies) then service will not be provided.

                              10. Eureka Forbes representative also promised me to provide me more attachment as gift because of my reference for another equipment but now both the representatives are not responding me.

                              Therefore finally I am going to stop the cheque payment & will file a case in CONSUMER FORUM so that the people can be aware of all these things.

                                  I have bought Aquaguard Green RO water purifier system and it was working fine for one year. But after one year when i renewed the contract with vighnaharta enterprises service dealer, the problem began. First problem was lack of green RO purifier with the contracter. They changed other filters and then after continuous follow up with vighnaharta they fitted RO filter. After this within 15days, our machine stopped to have water cut. This means though the water purifier reserviour was filled with water, still the machine was not cut off and water level started rising till water filled the reservior and started overflowing from the sides. This problem began on September15 2015 and till date after continous follow up the problem is still unresolved. I continously call the vighnaharta and Mr Vinayak Jadhav sends some person who is not able to resolve the problem. After which he promised to come by himself but never came on the promised time. We wait for whole day but he never came. I am fed up with the instrument, service.

                                    I am fully in agreement with Sri Dushyantji. My complaint no. 84363064 of 16.11.2015 is also not yet attended inspite of my reminders on customer care no. It is very funny that customer executive attending the call informed the name and contact no. of Service provider stationed at Lucknow (about 270 Km. away) from Gorakhpur whereas their frenchise are in Gorakhpur also. How they will provide service from such a distance is beyond my understanding.I sent a complaint through mail at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com today but the same returned undelivered. I also tried to lodge fresh complaint online but in vain. It appears that they have designed their website/email in such a way that any letter with complaint contents is returned back. Email ID of higher authorities are also not available.Let us see when Complaint of AMC holder of RO is attended.
