    My aquaguard nova water purifier is not working for a long time. My customer code is [protected]. Amc contract reciept no.[protected]. I have complaint many time to the service centre in bareilly up.I have even logged the complaint on their request no. Various complaint no. Are complaint no.[protected] dated 19-6-15 complaint no.[protected] dated 20-8-15 complaint no.[protected] dated 17-9-15 complaint no.[protected] dated 19-9-15 complaint no.[protected] dated 10-10-15 in spite of multiple complaints they came few time .They send mr anoop who see the machine and that a part is to be replaced and does not come again.The service incharge person mr naresh is also not responding. The water purifier is still not working.Kindly look into the matter dr o p prasad a-1 p-2 d d puram bareilly up 243001

      Dear Team, My Customer Code is [protected]. I have signed and paid for 2 years AMC and the same is valid till 22/11/2015. Accoring to the AMC they need to takecare of the service issues for my Water Purifier and also should replace the Carbon Refill once in a year and effectively 2 carbon refills need to be provided. Till date only one Carbon Refill has been replaced. Recently we raised a service request and the service executive came on 24/10/2015 and he first informed that No Carbon Refill will be given and our AMC has already expired. But when we showed the Invoice cum receipt for service contract he immediatly called some one in Mobile No. [protected] and then informed us that the SAP system is down and will supply the New Carbon Refill on Monday 26/10/2015 post checking the SAP system. After which no one responded till date and toda when we contacted the respective service executive in his personal Number he informed that some one has already taken the Carbon Refill in our customer code and hence they are trying to get another one. But till date only one carbon refill has only been replaced and its very clear that the company is trying to cheat us as a customer. Kindly do the needful and get us the carbon refill that is due as per the AMC.

        I would like to bring to your immediate notice the improper service and arrogant attitude of your personnel in repairing my Aqua guard Sensa Blue G RO Model.

        My aqua guard filter stopped working and we raised a complain in the last week of Sep'15
        A person named Vilas came to my house and then identified that the adaptor was having a problem. When he was asked to rectify the same, he was not co-operating and insisted that we must go in for a Contract.
        Since we wanted the WaterFilter to be rectified we went ahead and took a contract as per Vilas's insistence . The Contract Receipt No is 25374581.
        This person also replaced the Filters and then left
        From the time the filters were replaced the quality of water is awful. It is absolutely tasteless and not palatable
        We raised a new request again. After this there were only phone calls given to enquire what is the problem by your personnel, but no one came to solve the problem
        Vilas says one more technican called Muniswamy reddy would come and both the guys point to each other and no one comes.
        I had been waiting for almost 8 hours for your technican to come home. My entire saturday was spent on calling your service personnel who behave like rogues of the first order.
        Vilas then says that you need to reach to the service manager or someone in that level who was Umesh. I spoke to Umesh yesterday 17th October. After repeated requests Muniswamy came to my residence
        His attitude was totally indifferent and without even seeing what the problem was says that Vilas replaced a filter of low filtering capactiy.
        Now when my Water filter is of a certain type how can an inferior filter or lower capacity ( membrane) replaced ?? Knowing that this is a mistake your technician Vilas replaced the same. I brought this to the notice o[censored]mesh who had no answer but gave empty promises that today ( 18th Oct - Sunday), his technican would come and solve the problem

        I was waiting today and making continous calls. No one picks the line, Muiswamy's phone rings but he does not bother to pick up . Even sent SMS for which there is no reply. Umesh is more smart, his phone is not reachable.

        Now during all this someone calls from the Call centre and asks for a feedback. This is heights. Eureka Forbes does not know how to deal with Customer, employs rogues who cheat the customer after taking money, has indifferent service attitude people who are well versed in comingout with lies . Absolutely pathetic service. In spite of all this some one called Praveen is asking for a feedback of service. ...

        Please note that if my problem is not resolved by next week ( as I am not in station this week ), I shall escalate the same to the consumer Forum and seek protection. But before this I shall approach the Eureka Forbes Presidents office.

          Hi this Shaheena Lambay and I am very old customer of yours. I have aquasure crystal model. Since 15th Oct 2015 the water purifier is not working and after giving number of complaint to ur customers care there is very POOR response. After a week on 24th Oct the technician came and look into the problem and told us he will come on Monday but still we are waiting for him. Now it is 2 weeks and nobody is bother to response to our complaint. Since 2 week we DO HAVE ANY DROP OF WATER we are buying water from outside. We didn't expect this kind of service. This is very BAD AND POOR SERVICE FROM EUREKA FORBES

                Hi, Here I am feeling heartless to express my experience about one of the leading home appliance company, Eureka Forbes. I have bought one water purifier of Eureka Forbes, that is the model Classic on 14th December 2013. I had offered two free service for next one year in which I availed only one at the end of the year, then the aqua guard got serviced after six month that id on January 2015 . At the time of paid service on January 2015, I paid 1000 /- for AMC . The Eureka Forbes guy gave me a AMC certificate which was valid till January 2016. By using this AMC, we again availed the service for breakdown of aqua guard on August 2015 and we paid nothing. Now on 25th October 2015, again one switch of the water purifier stopped working . We called up on[protected] to register issue . The Eureka Forbes guy came to our place by the same day . But while he was inspecting the issue he found that the Water purifying candle is not a genuine part, as well the AMC certificate (which we show to avail free service) was also fake, so it means forgery has been done with us . The service man said only three person has been assigned to the particular area for servicing .We saw this service person for the first time. Each time we required service, we called on the above mentioned toll free number only & service done as per the person came to our place. The person who done the service is Rishu (as the person mentioned his number), tel no - [protected]. Each time I complained, I received SMS on registered mobile number. Now as per the original servicing guy, the replacement of switch and candle will cost 2780/- with AMC. Still we are confused how someone from Eureka forbes can place duplicate spares, n AMC service document printed with EUREKA FORBES logo. If the previous service provider from EF was fake then how my number and address with customer ID got register as again I received SMS after complain. Kindly do the needful. Will upload the documents, if do not get any response within 24 hrs.

                  My Complaint no :- [protected] Worst customer support ever.I'm following for the complaint from last 15 day but there is no action taken by support person. I'm calling every day to their customer case and logged 3-4 complaints but each time they promise for service on next day and no one shows up. I really regret choosing Eureka Forbes.

                    We called Eureka Forbes for getting our Aquaguard RO serviced. They send some people who were not from Eureka Forbes. They told us that now Aquaguard has outsourced this to franchise members. They replaced the membrane and filters and sold us an AMC for 4000 rupees. The water has not been tasting normal since then. We also notice black substance inside the RO water container. We have been having stomach ailments. On calling Eureka Forbes again they asked whether the service was done by Eureka Forbes person. We dont understand how these fraud people got our reference. We had called up Eureka Forbes service center. So obviously someone from their company passed on the complaint to these fraud people who not only cheated us with 4000 rupees but also caused threat to our health. We get water supplied by water tankers. And if the RO is not functioning we dont know what kind of dirty water we have been drinking. Eureka Forbes needs to put a strict check on so many people roaming around selling their products forcefully to people and cheating them with their money.

                      Recently purchased Aqua Sure Shakthi + on 4-Jul-2015, which has a 6 month warranty, within 1 week the filter broke out; post which i had complained and after one month they fixed the problem. Again the same problem of white particles being discharged into the water occurred and till now there is no proper service being offered. I asked for a refund and they said it is not possible as date of purchase has been more than one month. I've written complaint mails but to no avail, the product provides unsafe drinking water there is no support form the company to resolve this problem.

                        Hi, this is my consumer complaint number [protected]. I am tired to calling customer care for installation, they do not turn up. Everytime, I am told it will be done the same day, but nothing happens. Logged a service request on 21st October, and waiting since then. Looks like Eureka forbes does not acknowledge online sale. Ground staff insists on buying from them.

                          Eureka forbes installed Dr HD Magna on18/10/2015 .today 22/10/2015 after 4 days the product is troubling daily in new manner. Every day creating a new problem. It was blocked very next day then overflowing, again leakage from bottam of the container. I think compny is no more reliable. Because the parts of the products are of substandrd and Chineese Made. Poor service also .inspite of repeated complaints nobody responding. NOTE.- EUREKA FORBES is making public fool by the way of showing ADD of MADHURI DIKSHIT.

                              We purchased Auagaurd Enhanced UV model in[protected]. From the very second month onwards the water we get is hot water, Once the service person Danesh([protected]) He told us that it is UV coil that is getting heated, He also told that it is not a big issue and serviced it once. Again the same problem started after a month we called for the service in the given number[protected] Karwar region in Karnatake), they told that every body is on leave Through frequent calling, after 3 weeks a guy named Mahesh([protected], who didn't even had an card) by 2.00 pm on[protected]. He dismantled the whole machine and now he does, nt know how to assemble it back. He was asking us where this tube should be and what to do next. Further he phoned many to know the assembling process uptil 5.00 Pm he stayed with the equipment finally he told us he would not be able to do this and will sent some guy after going back. But we insisted him to somehow assemble the parts and leave. We helped him to reassemble the parts further and he took Rs. 150 from us mentioning that it is service charge (Ours was a free service as it was In Warranty also he didn’t repaired the equippment). Afterwards no one came we called the service people for at least 1 month for now No one came to attend the case, We asked them either to change the machine or to do Proper service, Nothing was done. We stays here in KAIGA TOWNSHIP in KARWAR, Karnataka, Majority o[censored]s have this problem We are intended to move to Consumer Court now.                               We were not given any customer id, When we asked they mentioned that this id is only for people who stays in metro cities. We need to change the equipment as the water is obtained very hot from the machine. And also please ensure to provide good service further.Also let me inform you that machine is inwarranty.
                              When we register a complaint, They does not give us complaint id either and would simply says that after 2 days our person will come and they wont even ask our address or phone number and simply cuts down the phone.

                                We have purchased Aquaguard Model: AG I-Nova C 5 from Eureka Forbes Ltd. AMC for the same has been obtained from the company and it was last renewed on 21.11.2013 for 3 years upto 21.11.2016. At present it has service complaint and the same has been lodged on 19.09.2015 and thereafter followed up on 25.09.2015, 01.10.2015 and 15.10.2015 on the helpline. I was also given the number of their Supervisor, Mr. Anand, cell No. [protected] by the helpline. However, despite several calls to him and his promises, the problem has not been resolved. Mr. Anand gave me the mobile number [protected] of their Area Manager, Mr. Abhijit. But despite my numerous calls, he has neither picked up the call, nor called back. The complaint is unresolved till date.

                                The technician ultimately called on us today, i.e. 24th Oct, 2015, with a used and defective switch. The machine is still not functioning properly.
                                I do not expect this type of service from the company and request them to service the machine properly immediately.

                                  I have called customer care number around 10 times from September 5th till date but I haven't received any response. I have completed one year of my service contract till date and no one has come from Eureka for servicing even I was expecting on completion first year you will be replacing my purifier filters but no one came so far from Eureka. so I called customer care number nearly about 10 time still Eureka executive gave me same answer "our technician will call you on the same day" but no one called so far. Every time I ask for senior person each time they told me no one is available following are my complaint id's. [protected] Sep. 2015) 92956596 93084521 83914592 83994681 This is really unprofessional behavior from such a renowned company who is claiming to be one of the best in water purifier section.Eureka haven't met even single promise which is listed in service contract. I have paid around Rs. 8170 thousand which I feel waste of money and I am feeling I have been dealing with fraud people and company. The representative which came for service contract also suggested don't use this product instead use his local product and this was my big mistake that I took Eureka product.

                                  Never buy Eureka Forbs products. They never attend complaints in time. Their data base of customers is not secure. By the time they attend the complaint any unauthorised person attends pretending to be from Eureka Forbes (Who is dressed in their uniform and has printed stationery of the company). Collects cash towards maintenance contracts, gives acknowledgements and company cannot to any thing about the same.

                                  Better to avoid products of EUREKA FORBS. There are may other good companies now available in Indian market.

                                  Professional criminals and their technical team is always using duplicate filters for the products under AMC... These duplicate filters are working for few weeks and it wont after that... You have to pay once again for the new set of filters.

                                    I have raised a request regarding my aquaguard is not working on 19th Oct docket no[protected]. But its been more than 48 hours no action taken. Also these ppl are so irresponsible never turned up to convey the progress on this ticket. I called more than 10 times, but simply they provide a simple reply that they r just contactng the concern department. Neither they provide their nodal officer number to whom I can escalte nor giving the office addree where I can visit to make it soon. AS its a matter of drinking water, so please take some solid action against these poor service providers.

                                      Customer ID [protected] They had gave defective machine to us . From the date of purchase I am struggling for 8 months. Now I surrender the machine to eureka forbes chennai viliwakkam branch. But now also the company is not giving any respond to us. Because of my children illness I bought this by credit by my friend. We are in middle class family. I don't know what to do. Complaint no.83495748.

                                      Pathetic service from Eureka Forbes. Called customer care several times about technician, for the LED was blinking green continuously, and water tasted very bad.
                                      Finally the technician arrived 10 days after complaint registered.
                                      First he re-installed everything, still the machine doesn't work. He replaced motherboard, and left asking us to trust him it will work. But after throwing away the first set of water, the machine stopped powering on. Its dead now.
                                      Called support, raised complaint, called customer care 3 times, and finally the technician comes a week later, and said the UV lamp is dead. He said he placed a order for a new UV lamp, and has not arrived since a week. Repeated calling, he says he cannot do anything, as the stock has not arrived. PLEASE REPLACE THE UNIT OR REFUND THE MONEY, IF NOT 100% 75% ATLEAST. I will buy another brand, but this is the last time with Aquaguard.
                                      BEST PART IS, YOU TRY TO ESCALATE, IT SAYS THE REQUEST NUMBER IS INVALID, WHAT A WAY TO ESCAPE (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE) !!!

                                        I reside near Mettupalayam (Tamil Nadu). My address D/7, Siunnyvale Enclave,
                                        Kumaran Kundru Village, Mettupalayam/Annur Road, Dist. Coimbatore, 641697.
                                        The service light in the water filter was flickering. Therefore their engineer visited my residence on 9th October, 2015 and stated that the flickering of service light is due to the fact that the water filter has the capacity to purify 6000 litres and thereafter the candles inside are required to be changed. He indicated that the customer service in Chennai will let me know when the candles are required to be changed.

                                        The water filter has stopped functioning completely from 19th and I have been in touch with their service center more than 6 times and the latest Complaint No.83959459 dt. 19/10/15.

                                        There has been no response from their field staff despite promises from their customer care unit. I have no drinking water in the house and their response is like "fly by night operator".

                                        Now that the offices are closed for 2 days due to Dussera, they have indicated that they will be able to attend the complaint only on 23rd.

                                        I am a user of Aquaguard for the past 15 years at Mumbai and their service at Tamil Nadu is disgusting and what is the man in charge dong sitting at their T, Nagar office in Chennai!

                                        I am contemplating approaching the Customer grievance cell for the shoddy treatment meted out to me.

                                        How can you help me in this regard.
