I have purchased a RO system of eureka forbes and it is leaking from day one. I am calling this company every day and registering complaint with them but not getting any response from them from.

This is the worst company i have come across in the name of services. I think they just want to sell their product. they dont care about their customers at all.

I am trying to know the reason that why a complain logged on 24 September for a basic water purifier CANNOT be solved even after a month approx.

I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (Manual) model: Shakti in the month of July 2015 and very frequently the filter stops filtering water. On Engineers recommendation I have replaced the filter cartridges but again after 45 days issue reoccurred. I have logged a complain for the same on 24th September and in regular contact with executives. On daily basis I have been updated that reported issue will get solved in another 24 hours.

But still issue is static.

    Myself Shashwat Kumar Hota, Cell-[protected], Santara, Jajpur Road, 755 019, had purchased 2 units of Aqua guard Reviva RO from your Jajpur Road outlet before 2 years one for my native, Baripada & another one for Jajpur road where i am presently working. In both the units i am facing repetitive problems from the date of installation. Initially the service person of Baripada were reluctant to provide service as the unit was purchased from Jajpur but things were settled on mutual understanding. During the due course i have changed all 5 filter twice in Baripada unit with adapter & level sensor and once in Jajpur road just 2 months back and now came to know from your service person about the failure of adapter, motor & level sensor all at a time. I am completely fed up with your Reviva RO water purifier & plan to switch to some other reputed company if you people will not take proper interest to resolve my issue completely. Further while selling the product you are not giving proper demonstration rather focus on selling the product by any means telling it is one among your best product and trouble free/zero maintenance unit other then timely filter change issue where we agreed to your view. Now i am expecting a quick solution from Eureka Forbes service team to revive the units with minimum costings or proposed buy back option if any.

      The people from local service center changed my candle and membrane and from that day it started leaking. No response from the local service center in spite of repeated calls. They are not responding to my calls. Have taken an AMC. Worst service I would say.

        Hi. I bought Euroclean wet & dry vaccum cleaner 20 sep 2015 and i have started getting abnormal noise on 9 Nov 2015 and made a complaint through cust care. they said 24 hrs and from that day i have been calling everyday 3 to 4 times in a day but till now nobody from service dept called me. I tried calling area service manager but in vain they were not picking the call. (Raja Lakshmi & Ramesh or Suresh). Then i have called Bangalore Service Manager called Muthu Raj on 12th Nov. He said in a day it will get resolved, but nothing happened. Cust ID : [protected].

          I bought this water purifier on 11/11/2014. The water purifier functions very slow and recently stopped dispensing water. I contacted the Customer care n number of times. Finally their technician turned up and serviced the product. After 2 hours of operations post service, the water purifier stopped functioning again. I called their customer care over and over again only to be given false promises of sending a technician to attend the problem. They never turned up. My sincere advice to folks reading this review. Avoid buying Eureka Forbes Water Purifier. They are all ears and hands when you wish to buy their product. Once the deal is done, you will never hear from them for servicing.               My Aquaguard enhance purifier stopped working all of sudden.
              Raised a complaint 3 days back but its still unattended. I have called and reminded them more than 5 times but still no one has replied to me yet. Such a poor response from Aquaguard team. They were so pleasing during the time of sale but when it comes to service its pathetic.
              NB:- the device is less than 11 months old and it should be a free service which is preventing the team from sending anyone on priority.

                I have bought aquaguard smart uv water purufier from eureka forbes.
                On 8th nov 2015 service boys came for free service of purifier, instead of service, they spoiled my working purifier, its not usable now bcz of leaking.
                I have raised a complaint to eureka forbes on 8th nov 2015.

                They told within 24 hrs they will fix problem . But its been 5 days now and i have called nearly 15 times to customer care number [protected].
                Every time they lie today only dey will fix .
                Nobody comes to fix.
                I have not seen company authorised service guys coming and spoiling working unit.
                Eureka forbes cheated me.
                And they are fooling me every day i call.

                    I have a 3 year annual maintenance contract in place which is valid till December 4, 2016. The contract receipt number is 22875067 and I have paid Rs.3525 for a 3 year contract.

                    Under the terms of the service, I am entitled to free service and 1 free filter per year. Till date, I have received no service or filter from Eureka Forbes, I have made multiple requests for service to the customer care help line, online requests on the Eureka Forbes website as well as the area manager. However there is no service till date.

                    A number of requests have been lodged with Eureka Forbes while following service escalation norms as mentioned in the website. Till date, there is no solution or feedback. The Eureka Forbes ticket number is [protected].

                    Hope that Eureka Forbes intends or has the decency to look into the complaint. The customer care helpline and the area manager have been making hollow promises over the past several weeks claiming each time that my service request will be attended to in the next couple of days. However, its been a tale of words and no action.

                      I have purhcased a vaccum cleaner from eurekaforebes company on 15/oct/2015 But I have not received the Invoice and the warrenty card for the product. I have sent several mails immediately and asked them to send it. They said it was enclosed with the parcel of the product sent to me. But I didnot receive no such invoice.                         I purchase the AquaGuard water purifiers from snapdeal. after receiving the product raised the installation request(request Number[protected] customer supports team told me like u will get the service with in 24 hours and I awaited for more than 4 working days but yet received any kind of notifications. apart from this I make them call more than 7 time (wastage more than 160 rs. in call).

                        So I am very unhappy...

                        I made a complaint regarding the servicing of my purifier and i received the call from technician after 2 days, the time he called up i was busy in the office with a client and i disconnected the call and called him back within 15-20 secs but the way technician reacted was awkward he said, " madam phone utha liya kariye warna apka kaam nhi ho paega ab to maine ladke ko dusri cal p bhej diya aap phir se call register karwaiye".After his words he disconnected the call and i was shocked is this the way they treat their customer.I don't know the name of the technician but the number from which he called up is [protected].

                          Extremely distressed that my complaint has not been attended to, its 5 th day today!!!
                          The Aquaguard is not working. Blue light comes on but purified water is not filling into the tank.
                          Since I m still in guarantee period I would like to return the filter, Since I cannot trust the company anymore where prompt response to complaints is concerned .
                          I'm sure going to advise people to think twice about buying .

                            My purifire under contact.All of a sudden water is not filtering totaly since 6th Nov.Immediately i lodge a complain, docket no 84257035.But no onr attended till now, accordingly i have to purchase Bisleri since 6th.Again today i made a complain, docket no84272881.Ihave decided in my mind that will another companyRO+UV purifier after completion of my contact ie march'16.your franchaisee is not giving attention complain.very poor performannce.                               Hi, i have purchased a vaccum cleaner. paid full amount on 31st oct. sales person by name Pratap confirmed me that by 2nd the machien would be delivered to me. I have been calling him since 3rd. he is either not picking the call or telling that it will next day. I have rasied a formal complaint in cutsomer care today. this worst from Eureka forbes. You need to understand the customer problems. If this is not sorted out immedialty, i am rasing a formal complaint in consumer court on 9th.

                                Hi, I purchased Eureka Forbes Dr. Aqua guard Eternity water purifier but nobody had come to install it. I had purchased it online. The product was delivered 5 days before and still I am waiting for the installation. I have called the customer care guys multiple times and every day they say that the technician will call back in half an hour. But their half an hour is never ending.                                     Since the purchase of Aquaguard Magna in December 2014, on an average 2-3 complains per month have been registered from my mobile no-[protected]. Thanks to this forum, part of the problem for unrelaibilty and disfunction of machine was taken care off by replacing level sensor. but it is still disfunctioning and every now and then complains are registered. since few times, intermittently machine is not filling up water and "Green" indication glows showing some problem.TDS level is also high. Aquaguard service persons visited and said since warantee period is going to expire so such problem will continue and "Green " indication will keep on glowing. Hence to rectify the problem, some components need to be replaced. But they are not showing any willingness to rectify and accordingly replace the defective components. On enquiring about it, their answer is that since it's warantee period is going to expire soon in Dec 2015 so no parts can be replaced. Such answer and action of Aquaguard is completely against the consumers interest.

                                      My machine is not working .no water is available from output nozel .power supply is coming. Pl.
