Customer ID [protected] They had gave defective machine to us . From the date of purchase I am struggling for 8 months. Now I surrender the machine to eureka forbes chennai viliwakkam branch. But now also the company is not giving any respond to us. Because of my children illness I bought this by credit by my friend. We are in middle class family. I don't know what to do. Complaint no.83495748.
No one is taking response for tis product. When we talk to them they want to escape from this only. Very poor.

Pathetic service from Eureka Forbes. Called customer care several times about technician, for the LED was blinking green continuously, and water tasted very bad.
Finally the technician arrived 10 days after complaint registered.
First he re-installed everything, still the machine doesn't work. He replaced motherboard, and left asking us to trust him it will work. But after throwing away the first set of water, the machine stopped powering on. Its dead now.
Called support, raised complaint, called customer care 3 times, and finally the technician comes a week later, and said the UV lamp is dead. He said he placed a order for a new UV lamp, and has not arrived since a week. Repeated calling, he says he cannot do anything, as the stock has not arrived. PLEASE REPLACE THE UNIT OR REFUND THE MONEY, IF NOT 100% 75% ATLEAST. I will buy another brand, but this is the last time with Aquaguard.
BEST PART IS, YOU TRY TO ESCALATE, IT SAYS THE REQUEST NUMBER IS INVALID, WHAT A WAY TO ESCAPE (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE) !!!

    I reside near Mettupalayam (Tamil Nadu). My address D/7, Siunnyvale Enclave,
    Kumaran Kundru Village, Mettupalayam/Annur Road, Dist. Coimbatore, 641697.
    The service light in the water filter was flickering. Therefore their engineer visited my residence on 9th October, 2015 and stated that the flickering of service light is due to the fact that the water filter has the capacity to purify 6000 litres and thereafter the candles inside are required to be changed. He indicated that the customer service in Chennai will let me know when the candles are required to be changed.

    The water filter has stopped functioning completely from 19th and I have been in touch with their service center more than 6 times and the latest Complaint No.83959459 dt. 19/10/15.

    There has been no response from their field staff despite promises from their customer care unit. I have no drinking water in the house and their response is like "fly by night operator".

    Now that the offices are closed for 2 days due to Dussera, they have indicated that they will be able to attend the complaint only on 23rd.

    I am a user of Aquaguard for the past 15 years at Mumbai and their service at Tamil Nadu is disgusting and what is the man in charge dong sitting at their T, Nagar office in Chennai!

    I am contemplating approaching the Customer grievance cell for the shoddy treatment meted out to me.

      I have purchased a DR.aquaguard magna hd ro+uv water purifier online on 14th june 2015.when the service person installed it, the upper cover was not fitted properly.he said that it is a manufacturing defect and the company will replace it.but till date there is no response from the company.we are using eureka forbes product for the last 15 years.this is not expected from a bigger brand like eureka forbes.

It is almost one month since I have started complaining about the water purifier which has stopped functioning. Everytime i complain they used to tell me that the person will approach u soon. I might have called almost 15 times. Till date is has not been rectified.

          Have contacted 4 to 5 times for getting my 1st free servicing done but no respose from the company. It is more than 15 days from my first service req. None of their facilities ie sms req/ call center/ missed call to certain number and they will call you back is effective. Then their call center is giving some contact no of local vendor and asking you to contact him.

            I have bought Eureka forbes water purifier in the year 2013. Its almost 2 years now and for last 2 months i am contineously calling the customer care and logging a call to get the servicing done. Everytime i am calling the customer
            care person and asking him to visit my home, but not a single day the
            person is turning at my home. Also I have register through SMS 4 times
            since last 2 months but no one is turning for the servicing.
            Worst part is since last one week the machine has stopped dispensing
            water and we are forced to dring boiling water daily.
            Eureka forbes website display that the moto for eureka forbes is to
            provide purifed and safe water and also provide customer service
            within 24 hr. But neither of your promise are kept by you people.
            Rather you should display on website that the moto for eureka forbes
            is just to sell the equipment and then leave it to customer at high
            risk of contaminated water.
            Also this is not the first time I have been suffering. last yeat also,
            I had to call up the customer service center twice to come for the
            servicing.
            I would rather publically tell people not to buy the Eureka forbes
            products since they are not bothered for the customer service.
            Its a very pethetic and horrible service being provided by Eureka forbes.

                I have request for filter change of my sense RO model. Technician have visit & change filter & he has forced for AMC & told him we will not take AMC than my R.O. will no work properly. Before filter change my R.O. dont have any problem But after filter change so many leakage has been start. We have complaint same time same technician he told he will come next day but he has not came after so many phone call. We have again call customer care than again technician has been visit but he has not repair & demand visit charge. We have again call customer care after that again technician has visit but not repair and demand visit charge. We have not understand when we have pay filter charge & visit charge than why we pay visit charge again & not given any solution our problem. We are facing problem last 10 days. Eureka Forbes service is too bad. We have other company R.O. of Luminous touch model that service is excellent.

                        Respected Sir/Madam, I had purchased one of your products [Aquagaurd water purifier] in the month of May for my home. Installation details: [protected] T V Pushpavally PK House, Neruvampram Chengal, PO Payangadi. Kannur, Kerala – 670303. Only after our repeated reminders a person came to install it. We had noticed that the water quality from the purifier was very poor since the beginning itself…. Complaint date Complaint Number 27/07/[protected] 01/08/[protected] 13/09/[protected] No one paid any heed to the frequent requests which were made to the customer care. A person had come to check it …he said that this machine was not applicable for the type of water we had. But the person who had installed it didn’t say anything like that, he didn’t even check the water before fitting the purifier. They say we’ll have to fit an extra machine to the purifier to get clearer water. But my doubt is that would the machine be able hold the capacity with an extra fitting? What if the water is still impure? They have no answers to these questions…. My only request is that I would like to change the product and would like to install the upgraded model and are ready to pay the extra amount required for it. I myself & my relatives are using your water purifier for last 9-10 years and are completely satisfied by it. That’s why I suggested the same to my parent’s home & it turned out to be a headache for me. You can check my details in your records. Vinod TV [protected]. Several many telephonic conversation with your executives and gati executives. Many wrong round information is being given by you and gati. I just want to know what is the reason ? Why courier is redirected to another location ? i am not satisfied what explanation given by you and by gati executive ? also some wrong information is giving that misplace of orders, wrong orders and no services available at my place.                               My customer id is [protected]. i bought the magna aqua guard in feb-march. and am not at all satisfied with the product. within one month of purchase the product broke down and we had to call the service center. their response was very bad. and though the product we purchased was RO qualified, there was no RO filter in the machine. after this episode we had several issues with the product and have called the service center around 25-30 times which always resulted in another disappointment and another call to the service center. we have paid 17k for the product and hope to get reimbursed as the product is hopeless and so is the company.

                                I have taken Aququard universal product through online on 5th Oct and paid the total amount of Rs14990. But still i did not reacived the product which is very pathetic and unbearable. During the the call your customer guys told me it will be reach and installed in max 7 days but still not got installed 17th oct, And i call to customer people also on [protected] at leat 10 to 15 times they are not responding.                                   Hello, I have been using the Integra7 from more than 10 years and also have been a regular AMC taker which eureka forbes has tie up with one of the WORST and HOPELESS maintenance agent called Pawan enterprises. My contract Receipt No. is 22476325 and its in the name of Johnson. I have been having the below issues after paying a huge sum as AMC. 1.) Pawan enterprise never respond to calls. 2.)When we took the AMC on Aug 14, they said they will do a check up of 4 times in a year, and they post taking AMC they come back saying it would be 3 times a year(Is this the type of service which Eureka forbes give their customers??) 3.) The best part is even after repeated calls or reminders to the Pawan enterprises, they have come only twice for the last AMC taken. Am I paying a huge sum as AMC to get useless and hopeless service ? 4.)Will Eureka take responsibility to do the AMC, which I have lost ? The money I lost when committed for 4 AMC schedule per year and only 2 has happened? 5.)Now they call saying taking an AMC, why on earth will I spend money to get an AMC done for such hopeless service.. I would really need a justification at the earliest for the above points, else I will have to take it up further ahead ! Eurekaforbes is an excellent quality product maker, but the service agents they have chosen is indeed making them go down in the market and to my surpise I see NO action taken to have it rectified.                                       I had purchased Aquaguard genius which is supposed to be electronically controlled water purifier at highest end. The purifier has blockage and the technician states to buy a external filter (machine is 5 months old). I stay in chennai and my water source is metro water, if highest end machine does not work for a common water source I don't understand what Aquaguard is designing machines for. I had raised a complaint asking their product team to give a written response stating even for a common water source machine requires external water source and I am yet to get a answer. Machine is in warranty, just 5 months old and within a week of servicing has same problem of blockage again. Please refer company site on genius model they claim it indicates need for service electronically, it automatically Cleans itself and actual experience is following. I am not sure how to get redressal as the customer service team shares details of service head for chennai Suseedharan and he does not pick calls. Can I be guided to seek compensation from Eurekha forbes
