I have bought Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV on 15th Sep from the sales person. The response was very good by the sales person til the product was sold. After that i am struggling from last one month to get the original bill of the product and also sales person mislead me by selling the product on wrong promise of giving the free gift along with offline order also. Customer Id - [protected] Order No[protected] Sales Person - Sudhir Singh ([protected]) Complaint no[protected] which i logged on 16th October but yet not got any response. My product is also not showing in my profile on Eureka forbes website. I need immediate action on this concern.

    I purchased aquaguard geneus water purifier 2 years before.i spent 4800 +rs per year for servicr contract.from last two months my aquaguard doesn't work.i complained many times on toll free number or as well as local service centre but i am highly disappointed even i have renewed my contract nearly two months before.they provide us too worst service.

    I have request for filter change of my sense RO model. Technician have visit & change filter & he has forced for AMC & told him we will not take AMC than my R.O. will no work properly. Before filter change my R.O. dont have any problem But after filter change so many leakage has been start. We have complaint same time same technician he told he will come next day but he has not came after so many phone call. We have again call customer care than again technician has been visit but he has not repair & demand visit charge. We have again call customer care after that again technician has visit but not repair and demand visit charge. We have not understand when we have pay filter charge & visit charge than why we pay visit charge again & not given any solution our problem. We are facing problem last 10 days. Eureka Forbes service is too bad. We have other company R.O. of Luminous touch model that service is excellent.

      Vacuum Cleaner::Unable to get the replacement spare parts

      I bought a Vacuum cleaner a year back and I do use very rare like once in every three month only. A month back the vacuum cleaner part got broken (i.e connector between machine and dust tube) looks very simple problem would be cast like Rs. 100/- to Rs. 200/-. I gone to Customer care service and Service Center located at T-Nager, Chennai. Seems to be head office for chennai. you guys will not believe, what really happen. The situation is...

      I bought Eureka and used for 5 months. Later i asked for service and chased a long time to do the service. more than one month no help from the eureka company as well as from service department.After that one technician came and broke one filter and that also not changed till now.       Well done. Still now no one responsed from your end. What you are thinking of the people that buying the branded one and chasing you for useless service. I really fed up with the service you doing.

      More than one month gone, after all you cant able to manage a single customer with happiness.

            Respected Sir/Madam, I had purchased one of your products [Aquagaurd water purifier] in the month of May for my home. Installation details: [protected] T V Pushpavally PK House, Neruvampram Chengal, PO Payangadi. Kannur, Kerala – 670303. Only after our repeated reminders a person came to install it. We had noticed that the water quality from the purifier was very poor since the beginning itself…. Complaint date Complaint Number 27/07/[protected] 01/08/[protected] 13/09/[protected] No one paid any heed to the frequent requests which were made to the customer care. A person had come to check it …he said that this machine was not applicable for the type of water we had. But the person who had installed it didn’t say anything like that, he didn’t even check the water before fitting the purifier. They say we’ll have to fit an extra machine to the purifier to get clearer water. But my doubt is that would the machine be able hold the capacity with an extra fitting? What if the water is still impure? They have no answers to these questions…. My only request is that I would like to change the product and would like to install the upgraded model and are ready to pay the extra amount required for it. I myself & my relatives are using your water purifier for last 9-10 years and are completely satisfied by it. That’s why I suggested the same to my parent’s home & it turned out to be a headache for me. You can check my details in your records. Vinod TV [protected]. Consignment was dispatched to gati by you and your verification mailed was came on 13.10.2015. and GATI vide AWB:[protected] is consisment docket number. Several many telephonic conversation with your executives and gati executives. Many wrong round information is being given by you and gati. I just want to know what is the reason ? Why gati executive Mr. Akshay is telling that no service is available at my home town (392001)? Why courier is redirected to another location ? i am not satisfied what explanation given by you and by gati executive ? also some wrong information is giving that misplace of orders, wrong orders and no services available at my place.                   My customer id is [protected]. i bought the magna aqua guard in feb-march. and am not at all satisfied with the product. within one month of purchase the product broke down and we had to call the service center. their response was very bad. and though the product we purchased was RO qualified, there was no RO filter in the machine. after this episode we had several issues with the product and have called the service center around 25-30 times which always resulted in another disappointment and another call to the service center. we have paid 17k for the product and hope to get reimbursed as the product is hopeless and so is the company.

But still i did not reacived the product which is very pathetic and unbearable.                       Hello, I have been using the Integra7 from more than 10 years and also have been a regular AMC taker which eureka forbes has tie up with one of the WORST and HOPELESS maintenance agent called Pawan enterprises. My contract Receipt No. is 22476325 and its in the name of Johnson. I have been having the below issues after paying a huge sum as AMC. 1.) Pawan enterprise never respond to calls. 2.)When we took the AMC on Aug 14, they said they will do a check up of 4 times in a year, and they post taking AMC they come back saying it would be 3 times a year(Is this the type of service which Eureka forbes give their customers??) 3.) The best part is even after repeated calls or reminders to the Pawan enterprises, they have come only twice for the last AMC taken. Am I paying a huge sum as AMC to get useless and hopeless service ? 4.)Will Eureka take responsibility to do the AMC, which I have lost ? The money I lost when committed for 4 AMC schedule per year and only 2 has happened? 5.)Now they call saying taking an AMC, why on earth will I spend money to get an AMC done for such hopeless service.. I would really need a justification at the earliest for the above points, else I will have to take it up further ahead ! Eurekaforbes is an excellent quality product maker, but the service agents they have chosen is indeed making them go down in the market and to my surpise I see NO action taken to have it rectified.                           I had purchased Aquaguard genius which is supposed to be electronically controlled water purifier at highest end. The purifier has blockage and the technician states to buy a external filter (machine is 5 months old). I stay in chennai and my water source is metro water, if highest end machine does not work for a common water source I don't understand what Aquaguard is designing machines for. I had raised a complaint asking their product team to give a written response stating even for a common water source machine requires external water source and I am yet to get a answer. Machine is in warranty, just 5 months old and within a week of servicing has same problem of blockage again. Please refer company site on genius model they claim it indicates need for service electronically, it automatically Cleans itself and actual experience is following. I am not sure how to get redressal as the customer service team shares details of service head for chennai Suseedharan and he does not pick calls. Can I be guided to seek compensation from Eurekha forbes

                            Our society / builder installed new Aquaguard RO to our flats and they are of very poor quality when I compared them with the Kent RO I was using earlier. Anyways the tap of RO started leaking just after the 2 month of installation . I called customer care number for delhi NCR[protected]which I got after calling 3-4 different numbers) but they dont know how to register a complaint . After explaining a lot they finally registered the complaint but refused to provide the service / complaint number, they told me that u will receive that via SMS but again no SMS so I emailed at [protected]@rocareindia.com to get the service number with all my details .Again no response and no one contacted me for service even after 3 days of my complaint and they promised that there engineer will call we within 24 hours, I am completely dissapointed by this behaviour, l request all not to buy this cheap RO from eureka forbs, always go for Kent RO.                             After so many hassles finaly the service engineer arrived and he told me that tlwe have to pay for the leaking tap yo get it replaced .. what is this .. the RO was purchased 4-5 months back and they are asking fo4 money to replace the faulty part of there JUNK RO .
                            You can undeestand the quality of RO and there warrenty policy for this crap .

                            Now one more shock for me . The RO again stoped working after 10 days of the service . WOW what a great quality ... Plz get this RO uninstalled and throw it in crap bin.

                              I purchased Aquagaurd RO UV TDS water purifier on 05/07/2015. From Reliance Digital Outlet In Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj. Product was installed on 9 or 10th date of the month. On the Boucher it was mentioned that it has storage capacity of 8 ltrs.However it was 7 . Reliance told me it is mistake in printing. In the first month I registered the complaint that product has problem. Since then I am in trouble. TDS level in the product is 100 right now when the Input level of TDS is 520. However the product promises 90% reduction in TDS level. I am being harassed by Aquagaurd and Reliance now as they are ready to replace the product with new one. But will not take the responsibility if the same problem persists. My point is that when the same product was a total waste in 2 months then what would if the problem again starts after replacing. All the engineers from Reliance and Eureka Forbes who came to check the product told me that you should have purchased another product as this is not effective in TDS control. Please help me

                                I purchased this product on 2 -Oct-2015 when machine is installed, there is water leakeaj i raised complent in call center but still no technisian turn up.. still waiting for same .every time call call center they give same answer wait for one day.. etc ..

                                  I lodged complaint of Vacuum Cleaner (Dry & Wet) not working with local franchisee @Rajahmundry ( A.P) on 12/10/2015. So far no technician is deputed. Service at Rajahmundry centre has become annoying as the franchisee does not care much of complaints. Last three services for vacuum cleaner, and a few services for our Aqua guard were carried out after reporting here. Bad service indeed.

                                  Once upon a time SERVICE MEANS EUREKA and CUSTOMER CARE MEANS EUREKAS!
                                  Now-a-days the kind of torture EUREKA FRANCHISEES cause to the customers is shocking
                                  and horrible.
                                  I lodged my complaint about my Dry & Wet Vacuum cleaner to the local franchisee on 16/10/2015
                                  to the number[protected]. Later reminded thrice at the same number.
                                  Eureka Forbes Team replied on 18/102015 stating that the concerned will contact me at the earliest.
                                  The earliest time yet to come even on 25/10/2015.
                                  The team at Eureka HQ and the local franchisee are using customers as foot ball!

Shyam Kumar Customer Code : [protected] Complaint No : 83875605 We had registered a complaint on 12th morning and no one has come to service the Water Purifier in the past 4 days. The unit has been constantly giving trouble in terms of overflow and now the quality of water also has deteriorated. This complaint has been a recurring one and in the past 3-4 months it has been attended but remained unresolved. The unit constantly overflows and the service engineer who has been visiting in the past has only one advice, to switch off the unit in the night to avoid over-flow. Now in the past few days the water purifier takes nearly a whole day to even fill up and this complaint was attended to on 5th Oct but it has repeated within a span of 2 weeks. Hope to get a quick reply and your attention to the problems faced by us. Best regards Shyam

                                      Customer id no. is [protected] Aquaguard [protected] This is with regards to the purchase of Aquaguard – Dr. Compact order form regd. No.[protected] date 14.09.2015. Complaint no.83670936/29.09.2015 for leakage. The technician who visited said that here is a fault in the machine part which causes the leakage. There after no one has attended to the machine and we are unable to use the machine purchased so recently, inspite of raising complaints with the dealer several times.. I request you to change the machine since you have provided a defective machine to us. Also kindly schedule the technician visit only between 6 am to 9 am since we have water shortage and there is no water supply after 9 am. We are very disappointed with the product and the services offered by your company.
