AMC service request not honoured

Hi, I have registered a complaint on July 7th 2015 and have been following it up every day till today July 28th 2015. Problem is not solved. I tried reaching the manager and he does not pick the phone. He will not be available in the floor irrespective of whatever time you call. Complaint Unattended - Worst Service, No response for our calls

We were in AMC and changed all the parts of the machine, within few days membrane is not working. On 04/06/2015 I registered a complain but they came for service only on 14/6/2015 again I was asked to change a new filter (Pre filter candle for Rs.375). From that day I changed the filter, the membrane didnt work till now. After many complaints recently two weeks back they took water for sample but still no response about anything... Todays...

Replacement of aquaguard tap

Wide our complaint token no 82501901 dated[protected], we had requested for replacement of a tap of aquaguard. In spite of repeated warnings for the last four days, we haven't received any services other than fake promises. Complaint unattended

Sir / Madam, Complaint number 82685874 was registered on 25th July morning and we were told that it will be attended within 2 working days. Inspite of numerous calls and follow up no one has come till now. The machine is completely out of order and we are getting water from neighbour's house. Also there was complaint made previously but that was inappropriately handled. Leakages continues....

Aeroguard air filter (ACTON)

I bought a air filter (ACTON) from Eureka forbes last week. The new unit did not power up, hence filed a complaint the same day. Till now no response to my complaint. I sent an email to customer care to replace my unit, no response. The response over phone is equally bad, pretty much standard answer (we will respond in 24 hrs) every time you make a call. Eureka forbes is horrible, I think the money back guarantee (30-day) is a false promise....

Poor Quality of Service

Not repairing water purifier despite contract

My Eureka Forbes Acquaguard Nova water purifier has not been working since the last 1 month. Despite repeated phone calls to the call centre and the aurhorised dealer Hirai Enterprises in Mulund, they have failed to repair the machine. I had called the local Eureka Forbes office and Mr Joseph responded to the call. Despite his assurances, no one has turned up. They came and changed the candle 10 days back but the machine is still not working....

Pathetic service

There has been no service of my product since I have brought it (9 months now). You can the call center they just give the assurance. You try to raise the request online, it doesn't work. You try to escalate the request online, it doesn't work! What a pathetic company !!! I am going to put the feedback on every social media as I can. There is no one to listen.
