We were in AMC and changed all the parts of the machine, within few days membrane is not working. On 04/06/2015 I registered a complain but they came for service only on 14/6/2015 again I was asked to change a new filter (Pre filter candle for Rs.375). I bought a air filter (ACTON) from Eureka forbes last week. The new unit did not power up, hence filed a complaint the same day. Till now no response to my complaint. I sent an email to customer care to replace my unit, no response. The response over phone is equally bad, pretty much standard answer (we will respond in 24 hrs) every time you make a call.
