We had bought Dr. Aquaguard Geneus+ 3 months ago, it never worked - I have tried to call your customer service - which by the way is pathetic (understated) - they keep saying someone will call next morning and nothing happens, as after 90 days of follow up's and chasing you guys and sending numerous emails to you and your teams right from customer service to CEO - no one cared to reply! to add to the frustration your team in customer service still keeps saying we will call you tomorrow morning. Supervisors are in meetings, managers are in meetings and every one in your company is in a meeting every day no matter what time we call. I need my money refunded asap! I would never buy another product from you guys ever.
Complaint numbers :[protected], 83064390 and 83166542 and a few dozens too. ( if you need emails that we sent I can send copies to you)
I have called your customer care everyday for last few days and only call backs are promised. Moreover you have the audacity to not respect customer calls, time, money, efforts, emails and all communications that have happened.
