Our society / builder installed new Aquaguard RO to our flats and they are of very poor quality when I compared them with the Kent RO I was using earlier. Anyways the tap of RO started leaking just after the 2 month of installation . I called customer care number for delhi NCR[protected]which I got after calling 3-4 different numbers) but they dont know how to register a complaint . After explaining a lot they finally registered the complaint but refused to provide the service / complaint number, they told me that u will receive that via SMS but again no SMS so I emailed at [protected]@rocareindia.com to get the service number with all my details .Again no response and no one contacted me for service even after 3 days of my complaint and they promised that there engineer will call we within 24 hours, I am completely dissapointed by this behaviour, l request all not to buy this cheap RO from eureka forbs, always go for Kent RO. After so many hassles finaly the service engineer arrived and he told me that tlwe have to pay for the leaking tap yo get it replaced .. what is this .. the RO was purchased 4-5 months back and they are asking fo4 money to replace the faulty part of there JUNK RO .
You can undeestand the quality of RO and there warrenty policy for this crap .

Now one more shock for me . The RO again stoped working after 10 days of the service . WOW what a great quality ... Plz get this RO uninstalled and throw it in crap bin.

    I purchased Aquagaurd RO UV TDS water purifier on 05/07/2015. From Reliance Digital Outlet In Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj. Product was installed on 9 or 10th date of the month. On the Boucher it was mentioned that it has storage capacity of 8 ltrs.However it was 7 . Reliance told me it is mistake in printing. In the first month I registered the complaint that product has problem. Since then I am in trouble. TDS level in the product is 100 right now when the Input level of TDS is 520. However the product promises 90% reduction in TDS level. I am being harassed by Aquagaurd and Reliance now as they are ready to replace the product with new one. But will not take the responsibility if the same problem persists. My point is that when the same product was a total waste in 2 months then what would if the problem again starts after replacing. All the engineers from Reliance and Eureka Forbes who came to check the product told me that you should have purchased another product as this is not effective in TDS control. Please help me

      I purchased this product on 2 -Oct-2015 when machine is installed, there is water leakeaj i raised complent in call center but still no technisian turn up.. still waiting for same .every time call call center they give same answer wait for one day.. etc ..

        I lodged complaint of Vacuum Cleaner (Dry & Wet) not working with local franchisee @Rajahmundry ( A.P) on 12/10/2015. So far no technician is deputed. Service at Rajahmundry centre has become annoying as the franchisee does not care much of complaints. Last three services for vacuum cleaner, and a few services for our Aqua guard were carried out after reporting here. Bad service indeed.

        Once upon a time SERVICE MEANS EUREKA and CUSTOMER CARE MEANS EUREKAS!
        Now-a-days the kind of torture EUREKA FRANCHISEES cause to the customers is shocking
        and horrible.
        I lodged my complaint about my Dry & Wet Vacuum cleaner to the local franchisee on 16/10/2015
        to the number[protected]. Later reminded thrice at the same number.
        Eureka Forbes Team replied on 18/102015 stating that the concerned will contact me at the earliest.
        The earliest time yet to come even on 25/10/2015.
        The team at Eureka HQ and the local franchisee are using customers as foot ball!

          From : N. Shyam Kumar Customer Code : [protected] Complaint No : 83875605 We had registered a complaint on 12th morning and no one has come to service the Water Purifier in the past 4 days. The unit has been constantly giving trouble in terms of overflow and now the quality of water also has deteriorated. This complaint has been a recurring one and in the past 3-4 months it has been attended but remained unresolved. The unit constantly overflows and the service engineer who has been visiting in the past has only one advice, to switch off the unit in the night to avoid over-flow. Now in the past few days the water purifier takes nearly a whole day to even fill up and this complaint was attended to on 5th Oct but it has repeated within a span of 2 weeks. Hope to get a quick reply and your attention to the problems faced by us. Best regards Shyam

            Customer id no. is [protected] Aquaguard [protected] This is with regards to the purchase of Aquaguard – Dr. Compact order form regd. No.[protected] date 14.09.2015. Complaint no.83670936/29.09.2015 for leakage. The technician who visited said that here is a fault in the machine part which causes the leakage. There after no one has attended to the machine and we are unable to use the machine purchased so recently, inspite of raising complaints with the dealer several times.. I request you to change the machine since you have provided a defective machine to us. Also kindly schedule the technician visit only between 6 am to 9 am since we have water shortage and there is no water supply after 9 am. We are very disappointed with the product and the services offered by your company.

              Dear sir/mam,
              One day Eureka agent come to my house at 5 PM for canvas. I dont want this product now, If I want call back you. he not go from ny house . He said that sir you fill up form, if you dont want call me sir I am not forward your application. After two hours I called to agent for cancellation request. My request agreed by the agent and He said that i returned your cheque an early. Furher I also compliant to customer care of chennai for cancellation. They said that your application is not come here if come i cancelled your application . Not only this I also compliant to customer care for cancellation of product (complaint registered). He agreed but he did not given my cheque. ManyMore time call to him, he said that sir don't worry your order cancelled. But he raised my order against my form. Cheque also passed and money debited from my account. After I 100 times call to customer care. No response customers care and agency. Lastly I harreshed and mentally depressed by eureka forbes customer care chennai and guduvancheri agency. The agent name is sridhar.

              I said after coversesa tion . The agent is fraud and also irresponsible of forbes customer care and coy. After three months finished money not refunded so far.

                I have raised multiple complain from past 7 days to Euraforbes customer care regarding servicing of my Aquagaurd but nothing has been done so far. I tried to escalate on website but it's refusing by giving error "it's not a valid ticket number". Either eurekaforbes customer care is inefficient and useless or else their eco system is in big mess. Please help me out here resolving my request.                     I purchased Aquaguard NOVA 13 years back. I was happy with the required services provided by the company. Three Months back, I felt like the purifeir needs routine servicing and hence I called up for the service.The so called gentlemen a sales men appeared with all his skills convinced me to buy the new Magna UV water purifier. I purchased it. The purifier stopped functioning on 27/09/2015.
                    I registered the complaint but quite astonishing even after regula rreminders for three to four times, no body turned up.

                    Finally I finding no other alternative called up the sales man, who had sold the product to me . He took the service number and arranged the service on 01/10/2015. Can the gentlemen of the company just imagine the situation a person managing for three four days without water to drink.

                    I am quite astonished how come the oldest and I believe the first water purifier manufacturing company is taking service so light and for granted.

                    Ten days afater the service, the purifier is again dead. After registering the compliant, no body came for the service.

                    I am determined, , if these doesn't give the service, I will just dismount the purifier and will throw it at their local sales address. You really need a reward.

                      My water purifier was not working properly . I online registered a complain on 30.09.2015 about it and received a massage with the contents that request no. is [protected] and cust-id is [protected] . I also approached several times eurekaforbes helpline no.[protected] which was not responded.My problem still remain as it is and nothing has been done by the company till now.

                        Name - shailesh customer id - [protected] last 5 days every day has not passed by without cursing myself for buying a eureka forbes water purifier unfortunately i paid for a 2 year service contract ( Rs 7480) and my miseries started from there till this day no one has bothered to attend or service our machine properly in normal case candles are changed every 6 months and it is more than 10 months now . this is not new as the same thing happened last year also when we paid for a 1 year contract . they came on the last date in the month of december and we had to force them to change t5he water filter ( candle ) there is o water oin our house for the last 5 days because i think the candle is fully blocked and water does not pass thru it . complaint generated on 10th october anticipating that someone will at least respond but no luck and the cusotmer service calls at least 12 times int he last 5 days every executive says give us time till today and it will be sorted . in this pricess many names have passed by like razia /sunil/ambara/sweta /etc etc all are the give me some time music. last but one was slightly different she gave me some area managers number . Mr Amarnath whose number does not go thru ( so i guess this is another stunt ) .today i spoke to 5 executives the last one was at 1700 hrs and he gave up by saying that the day is going to come to an end and it can be looked at tomorrow CAN ANY ONE IN THE COMPANY HELP ME TO GET THIS THING SORTED OR GET MY 1 YEAR MAINTENANCE BACK ( OF THE TWO YEARS WHICH I HAVE PAID )SO THAT I WILL LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATE SOLUTION OR TELL SOMEONE TO CALL IMMEDIATELY TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE TILL DATE I HAVE BOUGHT WATER FOR RS 750 ( COURTESY SERVICE OF EUREKA FORBES) DONT EXPECT MUCH AS THIS WILL NEVER BE ESCALATED I AM AWARE OF TILL I TAKE A VERY ADVERSE STAND Shailesh [protected]/[protected]

                          Dear sir/ madam
                          We bought aquaguard magna for rs. 17000. The machine is defective. At first month itself i start complaining.
                          Our complaint no. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], and so on……. I am having so many complaint numbers within seven months. The machine is defective  i complained u  sooo many times. I am struggling this for this 7 months. I talk to higher officials also but no one came to rectify my complaint.                             Dear Sir, We bought Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO on 28.09.2015. within 4 days of installing it, the water started to leak out from the machine & a horrible sound coming from it. Even after they send a person to rectify it, it has not changed. Please replace the defective purifier immediately or return me my money back. Regards, Rajesh [protected]

                              Product purchased on 29 sep 2015 and delivered on 3rd October 2015.

                              I raised request for installation daily to sales representative, Customer care in the number[protected].

                              they give lot of reason to not to take the complaint. either machine is slow we will call back or the complaint will be sms to ur mobile. I wounder is the machines are slow for past 10 days.

                              at last on 14th, i insisted the customer care team that i shall even wait till evening in the phone call, to get the complaint number and i will not drop the call. and some how i got the complaint number:

                              but it is of no use. they never bothered about installation. All they need is to Sell the product and get the money.

                              Sales rep and Customer support team called twice a day for Home demo. once sale is done, they are not picking up the call.

                              i have spent rs15000 and have the Dr.Aquagurad magna HD RO as expensive show piece.

                                I have purchased Magna water purifier from eureka forbs in the month of february 2015 for Rs.17, 490-00.My customer id [protected], DC No.24992110 and Order No.[protected], dt.6-2-15. The product No. GWPDMGNRU00000, [protected]. Since then it was hardly worked continuously for not morethan 30 days. Water is not getting filtered though the machine is consuming water and electricity. The service technicins visited and cleaned the filters frequently but of no use. I request the authorities to replace the product with new one as the water purifier is under company warranty. This may be done immediately as the warranty period is quickly coming up.                                   I have purchased magna HD water purifier 4 months and stops working now.They are not servicing also.Their customer care is very bad.I called them multiple times. Everytime they are asking product details and postal address but no one is attending issue.

                                    We had bought Dr. Aquaguard Geneus+ 3 months ago, it never worked - I have tried to call your customer service - which by the way is pathetic (understated) - they keep saying someone will call next morning and nothing happens, as after 90 days of follow up's and chasing you guys and sending numerous emails to you and your teams right from customer service to CEO - no one cared to reply! to add to the frustration your team in customer service still keeps saying we will call you tomorrow morning. Supervisors are in meetings, managers are in meetings and every one in your company is in a meeting every day no matter what time we call. I need my money refunded asap! I would never buy another product from you guys ever. Complaint numbers :[protected], 83064390 and 83166542 and a few dozens too. ( if you need emails that we sent I can send copies to you) I have called your customer care everyday for last few days and only call backs are promised. Moreover you have the audacity to not respect customer calls, time, money, efforts, emails and all communications that have happened.

                                      I have bought the Aqua Sure RO plus UV about four months back. Before the same I was using Kent RO which was far better than this. While purchasing your product I thought that I have bought the best one but I guess I have done the biggest mistake of my life. Reasons are as below: 1. Installation of the product was not done my the company but by the shopkeeper himself. 2. In just months of time the tap got broken and no body turned up yet even after two months of complaint. 3. Ant Colonies inside the tank, the water purifier which I use presuming I am drinking the best water has such a light lid that even ants can enter it. This was discovered when I asked the shopkeeper to come and fix the tap. I am a pure vegetarian and some or the other member of my family is not keeping well after I have bought your stupid product. I am attacking photos for you. Also I do not want this product and get my money back.

                                        My 9 month old Geneus Aqua Guard has brown particles in the water. It was serviced in July. I registered a complaint (#[protected] on 7.10.15 and after 5 days and over 6 calls to your customer care, no one has bothered to call me or rectify my problem!!! What must I do to get drinking water back again!!! I am really shocked at your service
