Hello, I am Atish Ajgekar. I am from Kurla (East), Mumbai. I purchased Aquasure Prime UV+UF water purifier in October, 2014. I had filed a complaint about the WORST service by Aquaguard in October, 2014 as well as in March, 2015. This is my THIRD WORST service experience.

Its been over 6months now i had problem with my machine. Ultimately sales person taken machine on may30'2015. And they returned the machine after a 40days. Problem is not resolved yet. I have complained yet again for more than 10 times.

We were in AMC and changed all the parts of the machine, within few days membrane is not working. I bought a air filter (ACTON) from Eureka forbes last week. The new unit did not power up, hence filed a complaint the same day. Till now no response to my complaint. I sent an email to customer care to replace my unit, no response. The response over phone is equally bad, pretty much standard answer (we will respond in 24 hrs) every time you make a call. Eureka forbes is horrible, I think the money back guarantee (30-day) is a false promise....
