Respected Sir, I have purchased one water purifier from Eureka Forbes - Aqua Sure Shakti on 19 th )June. It worked for two months hardly and started leaking. I called at customer care, registered my contact number and address. They sent one engineer who dint do anything and just reassembled and went. I complaint again, and I was given a complaint number[protected].I have been suffering for two months almost, calling them again and again from different numbers but my grievances went unheard. Please help.

I am continuously making complaints through sms and calls at their call center, but i amazed to hear same response every time i made calls and have false promises of attending the complaint within 24 hours but till date after expiring of almost 35-40 days no one has visited our house to rectify the problem.. It is a matter of same to have a worst service from the company who is having a large number of customer.       CustomerID [protected] Complaint 93011072 raised on Oct 1st, 2015 This is the bring to your notice that we have received a faulty Aquaguard Eterniti product twice from Eureka Forbes. We have raised a complaint already with Eureka Forbes. Getting improper response but no action for initiation of Refund as the policy states that "30 No Questions Asked refund" .. But till now we are only getting questions but no refund unfortunately . Please look into the matter very seriously as we have already elapsed 9 working days

          After 2 days o[censored]se we came to know that the purification is not satisfactory which is evident by the yellow colour of cooked rice...

          I had purchased Eureka forbes Aquaflo DX New water purifier three weeks back (Serial no: [protected]). I was committed free installation of the unit when I purchased the same from Vijay Sales Thane. When the company representative came to install the unit, he was was not fully equipped to install the same and left without installing the water purifier. I had to get my own plumber complete the installation of water purifier, which started leaking within next day of installation by my plumber. I registered a complaint on Eureka Forbes telephonic consumer service number. I was promised that the Eureka Forbes representative will come on 10/10/2015 at 10:00 am, but he did not show up. I tried calling Eureka Forbes customer care number, but apparently their voicemail box is full. I have fallen sick due to consuming normal tap water for the past two weeks, as my new water purifier is not installed yet. I demand a a immediate revert from Eureka Forbes, or else I would be forced tro take legal action against them.

Whenever i try to talk with their senior excutive on call all the excutive refuse to transfer the call to their senior. They alwas say that my senior will not talk to customers

I called up for reminder on 9th Oct also & 2 times today on 10th Oct also. But No Resolution till now. We are unable to drink water since last 1 week.                 The 1st complain about water dripping from several points from the filter was made on 2nd October 2015. After that a tecnician from the company had attended and explained that there is a faulty part which needs to be replaced. According to him this part is not available now and will be replaced as it comes to them. After that there is no response from them and when I again contacted their call centre on 8th October 2015, I am amazed to know that it was attended and hence the case is closed. I lodged a 2nd complain for the same issue and till now no one has attended or informed when it would be rectified. My filter is under AMC. Pure water is an essential commodity and it should be dealt with utmost importance. If this is not resolved by today, 10th October 2015, I would definitely put a serious complain to Consumer Protection Cell and will drag them to court.

                  I have made a full payment on 27/09/2015 to purchase a water purifier till today the product not delivered and not getting a proper response from customer care also, I feel that I have been cheated by Eureka Forbes company .                       I have an aquaguard reviva for 4 years now. horrible service backup for the product. sales and amc renewal team is prompt & excellent. worst part started once amc is signed they hardly have come on a regular basis as per contract. once in four years o[censored]se and regular amc i have called for a complaint of water leakage and was promised to be attended in 24 hrs. now i have complained on[protected] and today on[protected] and every day in-between these days i have reminded and the same reply that it would be atteneded in 24 hr. i have called corp. office in mumbai from bangalore and after trying 7 times someone took the call and promised that i would receive a call back soon. again a hollow promise. the boys are untrained when they do remember to do a cleaning once in a while . hands are not washed before putting them inside the filters usually they ride a bike and carry all the dirt from their ride. nails are long with all dirt inside. so i presume they leave the filter dirtier than what it was with 3 to 4 months o[censored]se. they would some times ask for a lemon to squeeze to clean and some times a tablet is left to dissolve inside. not a consistent system followed advise- don't even consider a demo since they have an excellent dressed to kill sales team impressing upon to get cheated. who respond in minutes and do a new installation in 30 minutes and get amc signed in seconds. this is what happened to me while i made this purchase

                          My AquaGuard of eureka forbes is not serviced well. IIL famed or fraud service Protocol. On 29/09/2015 My Aqua guard stopped working I contacted to service centre from then even today also, having complaint no:[protected] and registering comlaint no.83735214, 83794417, etc. Having Contaract Reciept (no.[protected]and having validation till 27/09/16.                             This is supposed to be a Shapoorji Pallonji company and its one big nonsense team. From road shows to direct home selling they do everything to sell and product and for sure vanish to think air once done. Service ?? does that exists at all, none turns up, even if they do so, their only interest is to again sell an AMC which is a mess. No body knows how to reach any of their service point to get some spares, and if you reach so, most of the time they say the model is obsolete or no spares available, even for the standard filters, it is nearly impossible to get easily. Pity is these filters are also not sold elsewhere, not even on online stores !! Its a shame that such a big brand and a company like SP does this way

                            The model I have is NOVA GOLD, I need sediment filter, activated carbon filter and the spare caps for the filter cylinder (where sediment and carbon filters are located)

                            I dont trust your service personal as they have spoiled the caps last time, so I would like to replace these my self.

                            Let me know the cost and how you will reach it to me
                            Now you can see for yourself how careless and irresponsible your team and company is !! It's over 4 days now I asked for the spare parts that I require but none of you have replied yet.

                            Is there some sense of customer service or is it always sell and forget kind of attitude you have.

                              I raised a complaint (Complaint#[protected] on 18 Sep 2015 about a problem with my water filter. The technician attended on 19 Sep and said there is a part to be replaced. After that nobody called even after calling the call center everyday. Today (07 Oct), I came to realize that the aqua guard closed the incident without any resolution and forced to open a new complaint. This is one of the worst customer support that you can expect even after taking a 2 year AMC with them.

                                I bought Euroclean ACE Vacuum Cleaner akmost 8 years ago. Since I don't use the vacuum cleaner extensively, the paper / dust bags provided with the product lasted this much long, but now I have no paper bags. So I went to their branch office (Address: 25 /26 RAGHUVEER NAGAR, OPP. ST. FRANCIS SCHOOL, JALNA ROAD, AURANGABAD) almost a month ago to get those. But they told me the bags had been ordered and will be available within a week. Then I went again after a week hoping that I would get the bags this time but didn't. And one of their representatives asked me write down my contact details so that they would call me when the paper bags will be available. It has been over 3 weeks now and I still didn't get a call from them. I guess the after sales service as promised was just a selling strategy for them and nothing else.

I have purchased an Aquaguard Enhance UV+UF water purifier from M/s Khosla Electronics Pvt Ltd., Garia, Kolkata (WB) on 14-Sep-2015 and subsequently delivered on 16-Sep-2015. Due to the bad taste since early days we use to avoid the Kolkata Municipal Corporation’s supplied water in our apartment and we started purchasing packaged drinking water. But recently we made our mind to buy a good quality water purifier so that we need not to purchase packaged drinking water further. So we approached the nearby M/s Khosla Electronics in our locality and we made our mind to purchase only a product of Eureka Forbes brand. Since childhood days we believed that Aquaguard is the only machine that gives pure drinking water and we all had earlier used an Aquaguard before. At Khoshla Electronics we were made convinced that the above machine will suffice our need for pure drinking water and we readily bought it on finance from M/s Capital First at a price of Rs 11800/=(excluding interest and processing fees). The machine along with Ironil pre-filter was installed by Eureka Forbes technician on 17-Sep-2015 (evening). I had earlier requested the technician over phone to bring some gadgets so as to check the quality of the purified water as compared with the raw supplied water. Accordingly after installation the technician shown us some parameter called as TDS; the purified water showed a TDS level of 125 when the raw was 625 TDS value. The technician also told us that the TDS level may further get lowered when we use the machine for some time. In this way we were convinced that we had chosen a right product. However within a week we found that we both developed serious digestion problem and bad stomach. When consulted by Physician we realized that we are drinking improper water with high levels of some chemical elements which are dissolved in the purified water. As we never compromised with the drinking water we got socked and readily approached M/s Khosla Electronics for the appropriate remedy on 02-Oct-2015. M/s Khosla Electronics took a stock of the problem and lodged a complaint with you i.e., M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd. A technician from your end visited our place on the very next day i.e., 03-Oct-2015. On observation of the machine the technician stated that we may have procured an inappropriate machine for our water condition. He also clarified that only RO system can solve our problem as we have high level of TDS in the supplied water (i.e., from Kolkata Municipal Corporation). Now we have started procuring packaged drinking water at the rate of Rs 70/= per 20 litre jar from the market like before as we are going through continuous indigestion and stomach problem. In this way we are realizing that we have been highly misguided and invested a lot for nothing but a show piece in our kitchen. In view of the above scenario I request you to consider the case and provide me a wise solution so that the trust of generations is not get eroded.                                   It is unfortunate to experience that such a company like Eureka Forbes which under Sapoorji Pallonji Group has not taken any significant step since 02-Oct-2015 towards solving our problem but only to have a telephonic discussion from a local agent. I am still waiting for resolve the issue as soon as possible as we can't use the so called purified water.

                                    Im John from Chennai We bought new machine August 2015 the machine name is Dr. Aquaguard Water Purifiers Magna HD RO+UV it dint even work for a week and we felt the water is not good we called few times to the sales person and the person who installed the Machine both gave lame excuses to come to our house to check teh quality of water and we called one of my friend and request to check the water quality. shockingly he told us the input and output are same and we have been drinking dirty water which was later found the throat issues with my parents were due to this. After that we started calling the sales person and he told us to call customer service. Here comes the worst Customer Support experience ever.. everyday we called and the representative ask for complete story and they promise to send technician by today nobody turned up and I had complained each and every day to finally i spoke to senior technician and he told me that he will arrange Almost a month the technician arrived and he tested and told us this Machine is not suitable for this water and dint even tell his name to my mom and just told her that i will send report to change machine. Now more than 2 months i called call center and i was told that request raised to replace the machine I asked them back will it be new machine or different model the answer is we don't know and we sent request to another team and its pending for approval. so i waited until today 6 Oct 2015 and still same answer I told them that I don't need your service and I need my money back so the senior person raised a request 93039025 and gave me reference number. I'm not sure how many day or months its gonna take. please take action and let know how to proceed. Thanks

                                    I dint receive any bill yet so far I don't have customer ID. My registered mobile number is [protected] you can get the details with this i believe and the request number 93039025 was given yesterday to for refund request.

                                    I suspect the machine the sales person installed is not Genuine because we receive an another New Machine by courier after a week and the sales person told me its a duplicate order and he took the second machine . I also notice the second machine invoice was RS.16990 but they took RS.17490 from us not sure why they took extra.

                                    Anyways I don't want to to explain or discuss further of this worst experience we had. So as we never use the machine and even we want to use but the technical person himself told the this machine is not suitable for the water. so please arrange full refund ASAP.

                                      I brought a AquaSure Water Purifier and condition is that after 145ltr. water purifying it has required a new kit for water purifying. so I called their service helpline no.[protected] and they give me a complain no, which is 82439141 but I am not get any services from Eureka Forbes end.I am calling several times every times they give me a complain no. and told me that you will got service with in 2 to 3 days.But I am not got any services till now .I am fully disappointed.
