I have done online purchase of Magna HD RO+UV on 06-Sept-2015 & following are my details: Customer ID : [protected] Order No :[protected] The product is defective and also the service from the company is pathetic. Even after frequent calls/follow-ups no one turned up to fix the issue. I wanted to return the product & hence raised the refund form as on 22-Sept-2015. I have not received any confirmation email from the company so far & also upon calling the ECOMMERCE HELPLINE[protected], the person is not been able to help me with my cancellation/refund request. Right now I am left in Dark without much help from the Aquaguard Company as such. So request you to help me in getting this resolved and provide me with refund amount at the earliest.

      I have never seen this much pathetic service anywhere, what you guys are providing. It's been more than one month registered a complain regarding water leaking from machine and no one rectified the problem yet... although everyday i call to the customer care and people say they will send the senior technician with in 24 hrs which they have been saying from past 1 month. We have paid the money for AMC at that time people came on time to collect the money... after that no one has followed up regarding the complain... Could you please return the money & take you water purifier back... if you can not respect your customers... Really Disappointed and Pathetic experience with Aquagaurd.. Friends i will suggest please don't go with Aquagaurd.

        Free purifying bottle did not come with Purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO UV . Have mailed and called Customer care several times but they are harassing me just like anything that it will reach within this week . Every week they are saying the same thing .Worst after sales service from uereka forbes . Still have not received the purifying bottle, more than 2 months passed and still they are commiting the same statement everytime .

          We are stuck with an Aquaguard which is of no use now. We are thinking of disposing it off because Eureka Forbes seems to be not interested in customers after the product is sold. I have raised a request 4-5 times for a service technician to visit and install the machine. Nobody has turned up, and it's been more than 15 days. I had a good impression on Eureka Forbes before. But nowadays, all companies are turning fraud for the love of money. Very disappointed!! Service request no. 92884268

            Misbehavior of Eureka Forbes technician & non compliance.. Aquaguard un-attende & non functional for a fortnight Under contract, a victimized senior citizen held to ransom by exposing him & his family to water born diseases during monsoons CONTENTS OF THE DETAILS ALREADY MAILED TO [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in on 21.09.2015 MAIL 21.09.2015 A EUREKA FORBES CUSTOMER FOR 4 DECADES This senior citizen and an active journalist has been a Eureka Forbes customer for over 4 decades despite fierce competition, exciting incentives and ignore-able unpleasant incidents. SEEKING MR. NAG'S INTERVENTION Seeking intervention of Mr. Nag, a responsible Eureka Forbes official before the ugly incident becomes uglier, blemishing the fair name of Eureka Forbes carefully built over several decades. THE INCIDENT SEQUENCE (16.09.2015) I) against a customer care call, your technician 'Tony' called on 16.09.201= 5. ii) Inspecting water purifier 'Aquaguard', he left saying, =E2=80=9Che shal= l submit his report that iii) Its circuit and transformer need replacement (iv) By Monday, the 21st Sept 2015, some technician possibly should come over and make Aquaguard functional again.' I resorted to writing the time-bound article for Times of India. (v) About 10 minutes later, 'Tony' disturbed me again for having forgotten customer cards. (vi) About 10 minutes thereafter, to see him on the door again wanting to collect his screwdriver was irritating. I wondered, how Eureka Forbes could employ such careless & irresponsible persons in customer care, his retort surprised me; "you should have handed over the screwdriver along with the customer cards"! Does their technician mistreating 4 decade old customer conflict with Eureka Forbes conscience? Would Eureka Forbes not feel uneasy learning that their technician expected a senior citizen customer to track and retrieving objects irresponsibly left! To my retort, =E2=80=99 how difficult it is difficult to deal with such '', he warned me not to be abusive and suddenly forced his entry pushing the door, causing painful hurt to my toe. Before I could regain my composure, he left with his screwdriver professing, =E2=80=9C'you will see what I can do=E2=80=9D. DISSUADED MY SON REPORTING TO POLICE I dissuaded my son from reporting the=E2=80=99 trespass=E2=80=99 incident t= o the police. CUSTOMER CARE ATTENDANT CURT This morning when my son called customer care around 12 noon, the person responding being extremely curt disconnected asking how can you be abusive to our technician? RUDE ROHINI Nonplussed, he called another customer care no. notifying curt behavior of customer care attendant. One Ms Rhini probably, was not curt but rude! She refused to listen. VIOLENT BEHAVIOR SUPPORTED BY CURTNESS & RUDENESS Tony's violent behavior supported by dismissive behavior of Eureka Forbes customer care attendant and a responsible Ms Rhini, made me wonder, having painstakingly built its reputation over decades how is Eureka Forbes employing SUCH persons eroding its name!             POST CHANGE OF CIRCUIT ON 30.07. 2015 @ 19 HRS, AQUAGUARD FUNCTIONAL AFTER 15 DAYS

            As a responsible senior citizen, and a journalist, I feel concerned about a possible similar or worst treatment that may be accorded to other gullible customers by Eureka Forbes' mauling Tonys, rude customer care telephone attendants and dismissive authority projecting Revatis.

            I feel pressurized to seek feedback about what action taken against:
            i) Tony
            ii) Customer care telephone attendant
            iii) Rohini
            iv) Revati
            v) The Supervisor taking no action against circuit-failure report by Tony; who was virtualy forced to take delayed action consequent to my follow up.

            If I do not get the sought feedback within a reasonable time, I MAY HAVE TO EXPLORE THE MATTER WITH MR. NAG OR MR GANGULY.

              I have a Aqua guard AG Neo and also have an AMC.                 Customer order form cum recipt no 16948429 I have purchased Aquagurd magna Hd +Ro+ Uv on 7 August 2015 equipment arrival on 18 August 2015 after installion I check teast of water test is not changed to salty&Boarwell smell.                   The company is just fooling customers by making wrong commitments. I have registered a complaint twice that aquasure is not working and everytime they told me that technician will visit in next 48 hours. Its been 12 days now and still they are saying technician will visit as soon as possible. There is no use of their warranty as you will never get a chance to even get your product serviced by them. I will never recommend anybody to buy a product of this company.

                    Hi.I had made a service request on 29 th August, 2015 in the name of Mr.Bijay Singh Baid for My vacuum cleaner X Force which is not working.complaint number for the same is [protected].a technician had come once in the next 2 days and said that there is a motor problem and he will revert.but he has not come back and nothing has happened after that. It is now almost a month and inspite of repeated calls and reminders, no response at all. This is pathetic service especially from a reputed company like yours.I had the same issue the last time my vacuum cleaner stopped working.i had to put in consumer complaints only after which the issue was resolved. Also why is it that I am unable to complain online on your website.It says invalid request number.i also wanted to log in a complaint to Ms.Anu Kotian but it doesn't respond. If this is the state of affairs I will definitely not buy any product of yours in future as Iam completely put off and I'm going ahead and putting a complaint on the internet too.                       Customer ID [protected] : Order No[protected] The equipment arrived on 7 Sep 2015. The same day I contacted customer care for installation. After 4 repeated requests, the service engineer turned up on 15 Sep 2015. He came without pre-filter. The installation of the equipment was completed. I asked the engineer the bring the pre-filter along with the candle. He promised to come next day. He never turned up. I contacted customer care again on 17 Sep 2015 for installation of pre-filter and for testing quality of water. Till date no one has turned up. I have contacted customer twice afterwards. How the equipment is complete without pre-filter? Why the pre-filter was not included in the installation kit? Why the pre-filter was not supplied even after my repeated requests? When I try to fill up the form in their website for installation (for on line purchase), it rejects my customer ID.

                        I have Aquaguard RO and have also purchased AMC. I made a request for service on August 10th 2015 (service req #[protected]as it was 6 months since last service, but the product was in good working condition. Even though they say that I would receive a all in 24 hours, service guy came only more than a week later. He was unskilled and he removed one filter, damaged the valve, motor and the tank (it started leaking, overflowing and the taste of the water changed to salty). The containers in which we kept water started forming a while scaly layer due to hardness of the water. After complaining, another service guy came and said that all these things need to be replaced. Since then the agency and the service guy never responded to the calls. I keep calling the helpline/managers/agency everyday and they give me new complaint no.s (old ones they close w/o working on them) assure me that complaint has been escalated but no one has visited since. This is pathetic, the company is cheating people and I feel like making a police/court case against them. Even last year after having AMC also they made me pay for the change of filters. I will suggest all my aquaintainces never to go for this company's products.

                          I have purchased dr aquaguard magna uv from eureka forbes sales man from chembur locality . machine worked for 2-3 days properly, then complaint started-first storage tank was fully, some service person came repaired ... some 4 days machine is not taking water, , i complained sales person, and he said he will replace the machine .. since last 15 days i am continously calling he, , every time he give new excuse and this going on . in a span of one month, machine worked only 10 days, , , ,

                              Dear Sir, I registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes on September 16, 2015. Complaint number is 83475288. They promised to look into it and take action within 48hrs. Its been more than 6 working days since I registered a complaint and they havent yet responded. I have made calls to their contact centre on Spetemeber 19, 21 (twice) and again today 22 (twice). They say we have forwarded it but work hasnt been done. This is not the first time they have done it. In July, I faced the same problem and that time also they took more than a week to attend it. This issue has resulted us in buying water where as we are paying for their services. Its water problem and they arent even bothered at all about it. Its like paying "hafta". They are just taking our money with no service at all. I would request you to pls look into it and take action against them Thanks,

                                Complaint ID: 83533773 Mine is AquaGuard RO+UV. 2 days water inlet is totally stopped. So I called customer care around 8.45 AM in the morning. I mentioned particularly that it is emergency since there is not even single glass of water to drink and send the technician ASAP. I called CC again around 5.30 in the evening until then I did not receive any call/feedback from them. Then called them again at 7.45 and got CC manager Mr. Narayanan ([protected]) number from them. Called him and asked abt the status and he gave an irresponsible answer that it is 8 o clock and no techinicians available and I shld have called earlier. While talking he had cut the call abruptly. Then called CC again and got country head Mr. Saravanan ([protected]) number. He also told the same and finally the reply was that they could arrange the technician next day morning only. We are suffering without water for past 2 days and the response is like this. Until we buy the product they are behind us. Once we have bought it, we have to beg them for service issues. Poor performance, irresponsible attitude from customer care representatives and technicians.

                                  I have purchased online Dr.Aquaguard Magna RO+UV from ecommerce website of www.eureka forbes.com, by making full payment of Rs.17490/- thro credit card on 11th Sept 2015 vide Transaction id is [protected], Payment GatewayHDFC, Customer ID is [protected] Order ID is [protected] order will be delivered to you in 8 working days. with great surprise i got the product home delivered at my home address on 14th sept 2015. I have been chasing their online Ecommerce Tel No for Installation of water Purifier. Only Empty promises made, No one is attending my complaint. Also I made a compliant at Local Chennai Customer helpline No on 19th sep.2015, they hv given the complaint No, stating someone will call and attend your installation needs, till now today is 21st sep 2015. No one has come for installation. I am really frustrated and it is causing a metal tension. After paying full money, not get the rightful service from this great company. I have a lot of high regards about their product quality, but the service part during my first experience itself is disgusting. The Product Purchased in my name Viswanathan

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, i have purchased an aquaguard water purifier on sep 11, 2015. first of all i got the wrong product from salesperson. they replaced that after i requested for replacement. and then they didn''t do proper installation. after few days they solved that issue. but still the product is defective. so finally i decided to go AMOUNT REFUND as per their money back guarantee within 30 days policy. but still i haven''t got my money refunded. no response from both customer care and salesperson. please assist me to solve this issue. complaint number is 92862177. thanks

                                      My consumer id is : [protected] Service agent is Sachin Patil This company have never given service of machine without several calls to them. This is big cheater company, cheating with customers by taking AMC and never giving service. Company does not have any mail I'd for service. Given I'd is wrong. I want to take my amc amount back which they have collected in 6 years from me and not given any proper service.

                                      on 8.9.2015 i made a complain for my water purifier highflow which is under a, m, c. i made calls on9.9.15, 10.9.15, 12.9.15, 14.9.15, and several telephonic calls to customer care executive.docket no.83367334, and8353009 online complain was also made. It is installed in a restaurant where the necessity is much.what shoud I do? I think to make posting on facebook requesting friends not to purchase eureka forbes products.

                                        I have recently bought Aqua guard geneus (previous month), The same day water sensor has stop working( water is not storing in Aquaguard tank at all) i had raised complaint with Aquaguard team and they inform that their is problem with PCB and that need to be replace by them but till now no action has been taken. I have raise multiple complaints( 3 times) This product cost 23K but do Aquaguard team take this much time to replace component. More ever i have no updates from Aquaguard team Is this is the service Aqua guard provides to customer after selling their product

                                        I logged a case for leakage issue . Case id is [protected], [protected]. Three engineers visited but issue not fixed.
                                        I also got one message that one valve has changed and price of valve was 350 Rs. it never happened in reality and seems that visiting technician did something fishy in his report.
                                        I am fed up with chasing technicians and also escalated issue to second level but no luck.
                                        If my issue will not resolved in 48 hours I will raise it in social media and advise every not to buy Eureka forbes product as they are unable to provide satisfactory after sale service.
                                        Hope this message will be treated on priority.
