Complaint ID: 83533773 Mine is AquaGuard RO+UV. 2 days water inlet is totally stopped. So I called customer care around 8.45 AM in the morning. I mentioned particularly that it is emergency since there is not even single glass of water to drink and send the technician ASAP. I called CC again around 5.30 in the evening until then I did not receive any call/feedback from them. Then called them again at 7.45 and got CC manager Mr. Narayanan ([protected]) number from them. Called him and asked abt the status and he gave an irresponsible answer that it is 8 o clock and no techinicians available and I shld have called earlier. While talking he had cut the call abruptly. Then called CC again and got country head Mr. Saravanan ([protected]) number. He also told the same and finally the reply was that they could arrange the technician next day morning only. We are suffering without water for past 2 days and the response is like this. Until we buy the product they are behind us. Once we have bought it, we have to beg them for service issues. Poor performance, irresponsible attitude from customer care representatives and technicians.

    I have purchased online Dr.Aquaguard Magna RO+UV from ecommerce website of www.eureka forbes.com, by making full payment of Rs.17490/- thro credit card on 11th Sept 2015 vide Transaction id is [protected], Payment GatewayHDFC, Customer ID is [protected] Order ID is [protected] order will be delivered to you in 8 working days. with great surprise i got the product home delivered at my home address on 14th sept 2015. I have been chasing their online Ecommerce Tel No for Installation of water Purifier. Only Empty promises made, No one is attending my complaint. Also I made a compliant at Local Chennai Customer helpline No on 19th sep.2015, they hv given the complaint No, stating someone will call and attend your installation needs, till now today is 21st sep 2015. No one has come for installation. I am really frustrated and it is causing a metal tension. After paying full money, not get the rightful service from this great company.       Dear Sir/Madam, i have purchased an aquaguard water purifier on sep 11, 2015. first of all i got the wrong product from salesperson. they replaced that after i requested for replacement. and then they didn''t do proper installation. after few days they solved that issue. but still the product is defective. so finally i decided to go AMOUNT REFUND as per their money back guarantee within 30 days policy. but still i haven''t got my money refunded. no response from both customer care and salesperson. please assist me to solve this issue. complaint number is 92862177. thanks

        My consumer id is : [protected] Service agent is Sachin Patil This company have never given service of machine without several calls to them. This is big cheater company, cheating with customers by taking AMC and never giving service. Company does not have any mail I'd for service. Given I'd is wrong. I want to take my amc amount back which they have collected in 6 years from me and not given any proper service.

        on 8.9.2015 i made a complain for my water purifier highflow which is under a, m, c. i made calls on9.9.15, 10.9.15, 12.9.15, 14.9.15, and several telephonic calls to customer care executive.docket no.83367334, and8353009 online complain was also made. It is installed in a restaurant where the necessity is much.what shoud I do? I think to make posting on facebook requesting friends not to purchase eureka forbes products.

          I have recently bought Aqua guard geneus (previous month), The same day water sensor has stop working( water is not storing in Aquaguard tank at all) i had raised complaint with Aquaguard team and they inform that their is problem with PCB and that need to be replace by them but till now no action has been taken. I have raise multiple complaints( 3 times) This product cost 23K but do Aquaguard team take this much time to replace component. More ever i have no updates from Aquaguard team Is this is the service Aqua guard provides to customer after selling their product

          I logged a case for leakage issue . Case id is [protected], [protected]. Three engineers visited but issue not fixed.
          I also got one message that one valve has changed and price of valve was 350 Rs. it never happened in reality and seems that visiting technician did something fishy in his report.
          I am fed up with chasing technicians and also escalated issue to second level but no luck.
          If my issue will not resolved in 48 hours I will raise it in social media and advise every not to buy Eureka forbes product as they are unable to provide satisfactory after sale service.
          Hope this message will be treated on priority.

            My self Neeraj Kukreja from Kota Rajasthan. Mr. Bharat Singh so called proprietor of Extra Services Mob. no. [protected] Having eureka Forbes card visited my home and did not change the filter although it was due to be changed. He argued with my wife and left without providing service in the month of July. Since then I have tried many a times to local service centre lady at RAMPURA BAZAR KOTA but it is regretted today that she agreed to the faults of his person and assured me that she will get the service done. But till date i.e. 20th Sept. no one has come and even they are not bothering to attend my calls. I want to complain this in the forum where strict action against the authorised service dealer as well as the responsible person be taken immediately as due to their defaults we are suffering and bound to drink unhygienic water.

              I m take a new conection of water purifier of aquaguard...But at the time of installation the conection is loose by the company setup person...And water continuiosly wasted...For against this problem i have a complainent to eureka forbs..17/09/2015..And they have give me complainet no. 83485608...And they told me this problem is solved in 48 hrs...But they not call me and attend this problem after 60 hrs of complaint... And we buy from which representative..That also not intrested in this matter... Representative no...[protected]

                I purchased aqausure shakti from Eureka Forbes 7 months back. We want to change the filters . I am calling the customer care department daily at least twice but all they say is sorry for the inconvenience and we will send our technician shortly. However, even after 5 days of registering complaint, no one has come to check the machine...

                disposing it off because Eureka Forbes seems to be not interested in customers after the product is sold. I have raised a request 4-5 times for a service technician to visit and change the filters . Nobody has turned up, and it's been more than 10 days. I had a good impression on Eureka Forbes before...

                  I have wet and dry vacuum cleaner. Given to Konankonte service center, Bangalore in Aug 1st week. Motor has to be replaced. It is same tune from your guys - Next 2 days it will be ready. Then they hardly pickup the call(both landline and mobile). They have repeated this from day 1. Height of poor service. Before that, I gave it to Jayanagar service center. They took 6 weeks. Initially they replaced with rusted wire from old equipment. When I complained, they took another 2 weeks to replace with new one. You guys are really pathetic in your after sales service. I cannot believe that you take 6 weeks for replacing wire and take forever to replace motor. Do you think people will have spare vacuum cleaner?

                  The acknowledgement number - 19357. Find my mobile number from Konankonte service center, Bangalore and you can call me.. FYI, I did call you customer service number 6 times. Was even more frustrating. They kept on saying I will get a call back from senior service rep like in 10mins, in 1 hour and so on.. But no one called me.. I will be surprised if you can resolve my problem as the Konankonte technician told me that he got a motor replacement for 3 month old service request.. Unbelievable.. And I kept on calling this technician and the service center landline. No one picked up call.. When I called from alternate number, the technician picked up immediately.. He gave me their branch manager number - [protected]... who is also not picking up call and I doubt if he is the branch manager.. Shame on you guys.. Why are you in this cheating business..

                    This is my 3rd complaint within 15 days of time. Water is not filling properly. Initially it was working fine for first 6 months and after first service we are facing this problem regularly. I am very much annoyed with the service and product quality.                       Bought Aquaguard - water filter in July'15. When agent delivered, one part (water tray, tray which should be below water tap of filter) was not available. Agent told that within 2 days, he would bring missing part of filter. After a chase of month with agent & his manager, logged service case with Aquaguard . Chasing with their service team also for a month, not getting benefits. Water coming out of tap, getting collected under tap of filter.

                        On 12/09 I have lodged SMS complaint.Your Mechanic came promptly on14/09 morning.After checking he informed that one item is to be replaced and he will bring it if it is availale in store or other wise after getting the spare he will attend it. As the spare has to come by courier it may take about a day or two. I am sorry to inform you as on date it is not attended.I have contacted customer care also. My service contact no[protected].service contract valid 02/04//15/ to 01/04/17. .

                            Hello I have Aquaguard enhance RO machine at my home and I have been facing problems with it for quite a some time now. I have lodged a complaint regarding repair of Aquaguard RO machine on Wednesday 16th September 2015. I have been called your customer care at least five times since 16th Sep to fix my problem. In spite of repeated complaint no service person is attending the complaint without any reason. It is really hard to understand why my complaint has not been addressed.                               Bought purifier on 11/09/2015. Installation happened on 14/09/2015 (Monday) after running 5 or 6 hours product not working. I Complained many times to local (Urapakkam/Guduvancery) Branch, but they are not at all considering the complaint. for the 1 week product simply hanging in the wall. hope i have choosed wrong product, 18000 thousand wasted. a dummy box mouted on wall for showcase.                                 6 months ago a sales man came my home step, and explain about above this product as two way input connection and sold this product (only shown albums) by EMI basis. After one month the product received by courier and known as the information are fully false, immediately i contact customer care but till now no body solve this problems.

                                  Complaint no. [protected], Shahil Agrawal, Allahabad a executive came on 15/9/15 night and told after inspection that adaptor is faulty and to be replaced. Then on next day a person in office is telling that part is not in store so will be replaced in few days I have to ask why they take 4 days to just visit a service request and tell only that part is faulty Why we should pay for AMC and our AMC period should not be increased to that period company delayed repair of the product

                                    After so many follow up they have send a guy for installation he is asking for 350 for installation. We will not do any service why did you buy online. If you purchase from us will will give you free service. . . And for free maintenance if you purchase from us.

                                    Please cancelled the order. And buy from us

                                      We have aquaguard reviva at our home & we have been facing problems with it. We renewed amc on may 19, 2015 and since that day its not working properly. We are placing complaints over phone. But no one is coming for service on the day given by them.
                                      We also filed a complaint for the same issue on june 7, 2015. We have more details and complaint numbers ; the list goes on still there is no resolution from your end. People in the service center keeps transferring our calls and they put us on hold for hours.
                                      It is really hard to understand why our complaint has not been taken care of. People in your company are so ill mannered mr rajeev from patel nagar branch do not know how to speak to a woman. Mr. Murari technician from the same branch do not come for service. We have also filed complaint in your head office but no one is interested in solving our problems. The senior officials like mr. Ram paswan is not answering our calls and all the other numbers given to us of other senior officials either do not exist or they do not respond to our calls.

                                      This is to notify that we are filing a complaint against your company in consumer court. We have of all the proof, documents and snapshops to do the same.

                                        I had placed an order for Trendy Wet and Dry Vacum Cleaner through Amazon ..Order No.[protected] amounting to Rs. 7, 999.00 which was delivered on April 30.2015. as stated in the owner mannual it was supposed to be a Wet and Dry vacum cleaner..unfortunately there is no accessory for the wet cleaner. and the water is not sucked in and in for more work the water is left in puddles on the floor.On reporting the matter on eureka forbes toll free nu mber a eureka forbes technician visited the house last week and on inspecting the machine he said it was not for wet cleaning and to report the matter to Eureka forbes service center.2nd floor, Shiv Pooja Bhavan, Above Bank of Baroda, City light Surat395007 Phone number [protected] I went personally with my mother and left the machine at the service center.I was called by Mr. Zumeria on the 3.9.2015 to the service center where he rudely said there was noth ing wrong with the machine and he filled a sink and used the suction to draw the water which he thought was extremely clever but not done to vacum clean a house. He was rude and said we could go and complain to anyone we want . It is really surprising that a reputed company like yours is selling vacum cleaners which do not function at all and charge the full amount. Secondly employing people who have no respect for customers to work in the service centre will only degrade the company further You are requested to look into the matter and sort it out immediately or i would be left with no other option but to seek legal and the media aid. Awaiting a positive and a quick response P.S.The machine is still at the service center.
