Hello, this is sunitha from bangalore.i had purchased magna model but now i am in need for service as the purifier is under repair from past week .i had complined about this through a phone call to the service station of eureka forbes but very poor response .so, tis is just dumping the customer .so i hope i get the service as soon as possible . atleast i wish them to be specific of when do they provide service so it would save both of our time. thanking you, contact number :[protected]

    Service contract receipt no.[protected] dated 30/03/2015 valid up to 29/03/2016 I hold the above service contract for I NOVA type water purifier. After obtaining the service contract, no one has turned up for service. I lodged a complaint with the Company on 18 August, 2015 and again one more on 28 August, 2015 vide reference 83131323. No action has been taken so far.

      My Inova Aquaguard was last serviced on[protected], and AMC was renewed, valid till[protected] vide Contract receipt no.[protected], From 24-08-15 Green LED was not functioning and water found coming out from bottom side of the machine, complained over telephone vide docket no [protected] dated 27-08-15, same was attended by technician Mr. Raju Ghosh, The first impression of the technician found very rude without any reason, he tried to shut the stop valve for aqua guard with so much force the valve spindle broke down. After that he is insisting, to call a plumber, and buy the required valve and fix the valve first by me. Even today 10:30 the machine was was working fine without the green LED indicator. When requested he told that the spare valve is not with him and replacement will be available after 2 to 3 days. Ultimately after some request he managed to get the spare within 2 hrs. Somehow the tubing was fixed with my proper technical assistance . I paid 1120/-, vide ICR No [protected] and Rs.350 /- vide ICR No. 18185561. But after paying Rs. 1470/- it came to same as it was in the morning. Replacement of Green LED is still pending. Moreover the behaviour of the technician is not acceptable. He threatened that next time for electrical switches one electrician, and for piping operating the valve one plumber should be stand by, Mr. Raju Ghosh is not going operate those things. These things I think you will also not tolerate, Please investigate the matter from your end. Without proper training and briefing from your he should not attend the machine, Arrange someone with good behaviour and training ASAP

        Sir, We have been maintaining Aquaguard water filter and candles of the filter were replaced in March 2015 and filter started malfunctioning after four months i.e. in july 2015 and made complaint with the local dealer. Mechanic of local dealer visited and found that water not passing through the candles properly hence not supplying water to the tank.That I mean that the candles were of inferior quality while earlier candles were working for one to one and half year normally. During his visit he also advised to change the sensor controlling the water supply which I have replaced on his advice. After almost 20 days of this exercise the filter started leaking and I again requested to local dealer and mechanic during his visit found that motor in the filter has started leaking due to defective candles, through which water was not being passed properly and advised me to replace the motor. In view of above, I have observed that the company has appointed untrained mechanic and did not found the exact fault at their first visit or they want to loot their customers by be fooling them. In my filter if motor of the unit was replaced at the time of replacement of candles in March 2015 which was generated very low pressure as I complained to them, due to improper pressure of water through the candles caused jamming of dust and other particles jammed in the candles resulting in leakage in the motor and loss of money incurred unnecessarily on replacement of candles and sensor.I view of above I want replacement of motor at company cost as it is their fault and harassment to me while company representative refused to repair at their cost..

          I am using Eureka forbes Aquaguard Water purifier Enhance model. Whenever I raised a request for service, I had to keep on follow the customer service to track when the service will be attended. It is very much disappointing. I am experiencing the same for past 4 years. Now I came to conclusion not to use any Eureka forbes product due to poor service.

            Just two days back a brand new EurekaForbes Geneus+ water purifier was installed at our home after waiting for two weeks for it to get delivered. The sales man Mr Ramar, from the Chennai T Nagar office, told us that the water will taste better than the bottle water that we buy. But to our great shock the water tastes like plastic chemical, which we fear can be carcinogenic. We tried emptying the tank several times with different setting for the taste enhancer. Now that person's phone[protected] is switched off. We called several times the customer service the last two days. They promised quick service. But nobody turned up. instead they gave phone numbers of sales manager, service manager. Again all these people keep promising to show up but nobody has come so far. Does any one has any experience with this product? For over Rs 22490 is this what Eureka Forbes can deliver? I asked the customer service to just refund the money. But they simply decline. Now I am stuck with this nasty product. Looks like my money is wasted. If I use it who knows what disease it can cause. My complaint no[protected] customer ID - [protected]

            The problem has not yet been resolved and it is four days now since the installation and our subsequent complaint. This is a new installation and there is hazardous chemicals in the water from the purifier. Kindly tell me how to do intend to resolve this issue and how many more days do you need? Every day I am making several calls to customer service. But still there is nobody to attend to the issue. All I get is promises that tomorrow we will address it. Mean while Eureka Forbes has turned its customers in to test lab for their products and playing with their health and lives.

            Me too facing same problem. Plastic taste. Just yesterday we installed & were very happy. Now Mood off Bcz of taste issue. Just registered complaint .Lets see how they resolve. Otherwise will move to consumer court. Will not spare any cheating if occur. It's our hard earned money. No one has right to play with.

              I bought eureka forbes product in july. I found problem with the candle. I called on help line no guy who picked up the phone is not ready to give complaint no. one executive visit twice but not able to resolve the complaint. he gave his office no bhandup west but no one pickup the phone. shabbir executive given me landline no, mr joseph attend that phone and he asked for complaint no.

                I recently shifted location to Whitefield in Bangalore. I was originally in Sanjaynagar, Bangalore. I had called up the number and asked for someone to come and install my aquaguard. Over 2 days, i have called the number almost 15 times and received unbelievably ridiculous excuses like the concerned person has gone for tea and will return your call in 15 minutes. The person's name is Shashi and he is the most pathetic agent in this company. Remove him and other bad apples immediately to reassure your customers!

                Installation done by us privately. This was your responsibility but you(by you, I mean Mr. Shashi) shirked responsibility.

                  I have complained in this forum before about a week ago i think regarding no giving the refund of eureka forbes water purifier. Added on that they have been calling again and again asking whether I received the product. I have told them a million times that I have cancelled the product because of extremely late delivery. i didnot get the product and cancelled it without receiving it. But they keep calling again and again asking "did you get the product". This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. They dont even check the database before calling the customer. They are not processing the refund, not giving my money and above that harassing me by calling regularly asking the same question again and again. They dont have a transparent forum or department where you can register your complaints and check on their status. So i am using this forum to request them to stop harassing me. I have spoken to an advocate and I am going to issue a legal notice to eureka forbes very soon for the payment of refund with fine. If you can please put the resources to proper use in solving the problems of customers.

                    I have filed a compliant earlier in this forum about a week ago. There is no status update from eureka forbes. Instead of solving the problem they are calling again and again and asking the same first question " Is the product delivered" . I have told them a million times I have cancelled the product since I received it late. They are not even processing for the refund and harassing me by calling again and again about delivery. I dont have a forum or phone number for greivance complaint against eureka forbes. So I am using this medium to request them not to harass me anymore. I have spoken to an advocate and going to issue a legal notice with fine for the refund very soon. Stop troubling customers by calling unnecessarily without any updates on the complaints.

                        A few weeks ago i called Eureka Forbes Ltd.. customer care regarding water purifier, once i called them they registered my call and they sent a service sales representative for a demo on ( 29 july 2015 ), we are impressed by the product and asked the sales representative about the payment options available with this company, he explained us about the EMI option available for 10 months ( rs1569/- ) for each month on this product model Magna HD pro, and the product price cost rs15, 490/- on a down payment of rs1000/- .. then we decided to go for this option for a payment of rs1569/- as a 10 months EMI cheque leaf, we paid rs500/- in advance todwards this product receipt no : 066764 along with the copies of my ID proof and the cheque leafs. Todays its 23 August 2015 till now i did not receive any product or any product information, i called the customer service and launched a complaint 15 days before saying i do not want your product due to your poor sevice and poor sales representative behaviour, so please kindly refund my cash and my cheque leafs. But till now no action was taken. i need my cash and the cheque leafs to be refunded as soon as possible, please do take action immediately.

And I even called the service center 4 times since and they say they service request is logged in today morning. Was the service center guy sleeping or bluffing me last night? Why is no one bothering to respond when I needed drinking water. Absolutely pathetic service. This, after having Eureka Forbes for 7 years. What a shame ! Raja.

I have used my credit card for this transaction. My Invoice Number is #310625. At that time Eurekaforbes had given Combo offer on purchase of its product through online mode. In its Combo Offer Eurekaforbes had mention One Aquaguard On The Go Personal Water Purifier worth Rs. 1000/- plus One Cartridge of Enhance UV Purifier. aLREADY 6 MONTHS ARE PASSED But TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS COMBO OFFER PRODUCT. I HAVE GIVEN THIS COMPLAINT ON AQUAGUARD CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER [protected] SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.                                 My aqua-guard is under AMC, which is valid upto 18.01.2017 . Contract receipt No.10/24315724 Dt.19.01.2015 . The agent is Bapuji Enterproses, fatak, bharat complex, belpahar, jharsuguda, ph- [protected] . The said aquaguard is under b/d since 07.08.2015 . It was reported to the dealer & service engineer . After several persuasion they have not attended till now (Dt.21.08.2015). It is rainy season . The purpose of buying this is failed .

                                The service of this company is very very very very poor . The always try to make money from the situation . Their version is you pay now i will rectify it but if u want to rectify under AMC it will be delayed . After rectification there were phone calls from different branches .

                                  This is Vamsi from Bangalore, we are using Eureka Forbes UV + Green RO water purifier from past 2.5 yrs and the product is under AMC. But recently i had a problem with the filter and 3 times service personnel came and unable to resolve the issue. Now it's not working completely even we complained about the problem and 3 days completed till now no one attended to resolve the issue, i wonder Eureka Forbes has well trained service personnel or not? customer service is working properly or not ? Even area managers also not responding properly. It's not a racket science just give proper training to the service personnel to whom you are sending to the complained place to resolve the issue. My Complaint No : 83026146. Please respond to the customers calls, and resolve the issues, instead of spending time to expand the new business. I think you know the value of customer satisfaction, once you loose it, never get the reputation.

                                    Hi, I am Mrs Kanchan Khanna, R/o E-71A/1, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi. I have been using the Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard since 1987. The service quality and product was very good in the initial years of its purchase. I have taken an AMC of the Aqua Guard from Inderpuri Service branch which is run by Mrs Geeta Prabhakar. I would like to bring to you kind notice that i have been highly troubled by the highly casual and callous attitude of Mrs Geeta Prabhakar in attending to my issues related to my aqua guard service. My aqua guard had stopped working on 31st July, 2015 and i called up the service centre to send somebody to rectify the issue. There was no response from the service centre for the next one week. I have registered multiple complaints at Eureka Forbes : 1. Complaint number 92532066 dated 4/8/2015 2. complaint number 92547484 dated 5/8/2015 and many others. After multiple calls, i was informed by the call centre person that all my complaints have been marked as closed by the service center on the same day or next day. This has really SHOCKED me as nobody has been attending to my complaints and they are just being marked closed by the service centre people without any feedback and verification from the consumer itself. There is no way in which a consumer can register a complaint against the erring personnel in the normal course. IT IS HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT except for sending req sms which does not have provision of writing a brief note about the issue, NO TRACKING of the complaint and no way to register ONLINE COMPLAINT since you have to make missed call on a number which number is not functional only. So, all in all, you CANNOT REGISTER or ESCALATE A COMPLAINT and TRACK It ONLINE and there is NO TRANSPARENCY and NO ACCOUNATBILITY of persons involved. Then i was given the number of Mr Ram Paswan who is the are manager for Eureka Forbes. This person also refused to pick up my calls despite repeated attempts. Finally, on 10th August, the service representative was sent to my residence with an OLD part. Despite repeatedly requesting the service representative insisted on installing the old eletrical component in the aqua guard. The machine started to work in front of him but stopped soon after. I tried calling up Mr Ram Paswan again, and was able to get through to him only on 16th August, and I made a second complaint to him. He asked me to sms the my address and other details after which he did not even bother to respond. On 19th August, i called up Mr Paswan YET AGAIN and he informed me that my machine is working properly because the service centre says so. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ASKED WHETHER THE MACHINE IS WORKING OR NOT AND THE SERVICE CENTRE HAS COMPLETE AND UNQUESTIONED AUTHORITY TO decide on all matters without and CHECKS AND FEEDBACKS. I would like to state that i am HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THE working of Eureka Forbes team and if this scenario continues, the company will soon run into losses. I would request you to kindly take up this issue ON PRIORITY BASIS and get my issue resolved at the earliest. Thanks, Mrs Khanna

                                      I have been purchased Eureka Vacuum Cleaner on 29th june, delivered on 3rd July. I am not satisfied with performance of Product and cancelled product on July 5th. Cancelation team(Pune) was telling story like product was cancelled and Hyderabad Customer Care Team was telling story like Open Status. No One has responded properly. I am keeping sending mails/calling customer care, no response.

                                      Raising complaint in consumer complaints same like eurka customer / customer care officer are the same.
                                      I have been waited almost 3 months, No one has been approached. It’s stupid thing of buying eureka product. I will go to next setup as Consumer court and will come to know problem with customer/Eurkea Forbes.

                                        I have cancelled the purchase of water purifier. It has been more than 20 days there is no response of customer care. everytime the a y say we are escalating the request and nothing happens. After few days again they call me and i explain my grievance and they say they are putting in urgent request or escalating it etc but nothing happens. I am frustrated but there is not even a place where we can file our complaint . They have made everything suitable for the company not to the customers. The system is highly circuitous and no department has any link it seems with the way they are behaving. I am waiting more than 20 days for my refund and now I am planning to file a harrassment case as my advocate suggested to human rights department.
