with great surprise i got the product home delivered at my home address on 14th sept 2015. I have been chasing their online Ecommerce Tel No for Installation of water Purifier. Only Empty promises made, No one is attending my complaint.
Also I made a compliant at Local Chennai Customer helpline No on 19th sep.2015, they hv given the complaint No, stating someone will call and attend your installation needs, till now today is 21st sep 2015. No one has come for installation. I am really frustrated and it is causing a metal tension. After paying full money, not get the rightful service from this great company. I have a lot of high regards about their product quality, but the service part during my first experience itself is disgusting. The Product Purchased in my name Viswanathan
