I have purchase eureka forbes aquaguard geneus water purifier water have brought it on aug 25 from paytm.com from the days i have purchased i have called costumer care for installation
After so many follow up they have send a guy for installation he is asking for 350 for installation. We will not do any service why did you buy online. If you purchase from us will will give you free service. . . And for free maintenance if you purchase from us.

Please cancelled the order. And buy from us

Is this a fake product?

After some many days i cannot returns products.

    We have aquaguard reviva at our home & we have been facing problems with it. We renewed amc on may 19, 2015 and since that day its not working properly. We are placing complaints over phone. But no one is coming for service on the day given by them.
    We also filed a complaint for the same issue on june 7, 2015. We have more details and complaint numbers ; the list goes on still there is no resolution from your end. People in the service center keeps transferring our calls and they put us on hold for hours.
    It is really hard to understand why our complaint has not been taken care of. People in your company are so ill mannered mr rajeev from patel nagar branch do not know how to speak to a woman. Mr. Murari technician from the same branch do not come for service. We have also filed complaint in your head office but no one is interested in solving our problems. The senior officials like mr. Ram paswan is not answering our calls and all the other numbers given to us of other senior officials either do not exist or they do not respond to our calls.

    This is to notify that we are filing a complaint against your company in consumer court. We have of all the proof, documents and snapshops to do the same.

      I had placed an order for Trendy Wet and Dry Vacum Cleaner through Amazon ..Order No.[protected] amounting to Rs. 7, 999.00 which was delivered on April 30.2015. as stated in the owner mannual it was supposed to be a Wet and Dry vacum cleaner..unfortunately there is no accessory for the wet cleaner. and the water is not sucked in and in for more work the water is left in puddles on the floor.On reporting the matter on eureka forbes toll free nu mber a eureka forbes technician visited the house last week and on inspecting the machine he said it was not for wet cleaning and to report the matter to Eureka forbes service center.2nd floor, Shiv Pooja Bhavan, Above Bank of Baroda, City light Surat395007 Phone number [protected] I went personally with my mother and left the machine at the service center.I was called by Mr. Zumeria on the 3.9.2015 to the service center where he rudely said there was noth ing wrong with the machine and he filled a sink and used the suction to draw the water which he thought was extremely clever but not done to vacum clean a house. He was rude and said we could go and complain to anyone we want . It is really surprising that a reputed company like yours is selling vacum cleaners which do not function at all and charge the full amount. Secondly employing people who have no respect for customers to work in the service centre will only degrade the company further You are requested to look into the matter and sort it out immediately or i would be left with no other option but to seek legal and the media aid. Awaiting a positive and a quick response P.S.The machine is still at the service center.

        I had purchased eurekaforbes air purifier on 27 august and got delivered on 28 august
        Full time machine shows dust level r high its not doing wasre of money
        Acc to terms and condition if i buy online and pay them full money online i get 30days refund gurantee after from 2september i m calling them for refund there r not providing any solution i just get reply that we will contact u in 24 hrs but no one replys

          I bought a vacuum cleaner (Eureka Forbes EC health pro Vacuum Cleaner with UV sanitizer) on 03/06/2015 from Ice Skating Rink. It stopped working after 45 days of purchase and on informing the company they sent a man after 15 days who checked and said that the VC was beyond repair and they would have to replace it. However, till date (about 25 days from the date the company sent the man) I have not received any phone call from them. When I called Mr.Santanu Das (head CRC, Eureka Forbes, Kolkata), who had sold the item to me, he misbehaved with me and refused to help me in any way. Also, he said that he will not entertain my request to replace the item and that I could do as I liked. I request the Consumer Complaints to look into this matter and take some meaningful action.

            I had lodged a complaint regarding repair of Aquaguard which was attended after ten days after escalating the service request at least five times since 11 Aug 15. The machine was finally repaired and an amount of Rs 2050 was paid for changing the PCB. However just after five days the problem cropped up again and since then no service person is attending the complaint on the pretext that the spare part is not available. In spite of lodging fresh complaints repeatedly with call centre there is no response. Pl help us since drinking water is an essential need.

              During the 3 rd week of August your collagues visited Electronic City Phase 1 area and provided Free demo for Vacuum Cleaner. I was very much satisfied with the explanation provided by your sfatt and immediately I book the order by paying Rs.1000 as token advance. But due to some personal reason I force to withdraw order and immediately I called up the representative about the same and ask for the refund. He promised to pay on the next day but till now nothing has happened positively. In spite of repeated reminders and numerous calls his response is not satisfactory. Even till now I am having a very good opinion about your company, in future if I opt of any purchase still I will prefer Eureka only instead of going to your competitors like GEMPURE, KENT etc. I am not able to remember your collagues name but his telephone no is [protected]. Even though the amount is small but your company is losing the reputation and good will for doing these kind of activities. I kindly request to take some immediate action to refund the money.

                Dear Sir We had registered complaint regarding aquaguard UV+ model. The machine is under warranty. Complaint no. is 83423931. Service Engineer visited on 13.09.2015 for attending the complaint. He removed two part 1. Ultra filter Cartridge and 2. post Silver activated carbon Cartridge citing the reason that these parts are not necessary and company has stopped providing these parts and the problem to the machine was because of these parts. It is a common sense that every part has some particular function and if it is not necessary then why company installed these parts in machine while selling. And since the machine is under warranty if the said part becomes faulty before end of warranty period it should be provides free of cost. But your service engineer chosen simple path to remove the part which is not expected from any reputed company. After arguing with service engineer he has restored these parts. Your service engineer tried to fool us by giving wrong information. Hence you are requested to kindly view this seriously and provide us these faulty parts free of cost since the machine under warranty. Please find attached screenshots for information.

                  Bought riviva ro on 12/06/2015 and today is 13/09/2015 still not received any kind of papers related to my machine . At the time of installing we asked for papers they said the papers will be sent to us by courier.                     Sir, We have been using Eureka Products since 25 years and after coming to Rajahmundry we bagan getting scant response and nil service from the local Eureka agent. Both our Aqua Guard and Vacuum Cleaner are under AMC (Cust code:[protected] & nil) both are active, still we dont get service. I placed request to replace the castors for Vacuum Cleaner in the month of Jan 2015 and repeated requests at least four times till now. They dont bother to attend the problem.                       I purchased aqauguard from Eureka Forbes 1.5 years back. The RO is not working for last 5-6 days. I am calling the customer care department daily at least twice but all they say is sorry for the inconvenience and we will send our technician shortly. However, even after 5 days of registering complaint, no one has come to check the machine. Not even a single phone call from their side. This is the WORST POSSIBLE after sale service I have experienced.

                        Be caution of this company they collect service AMC but they they don't come for the service whenever you call the customer care they say sorry for the inconvenience but our problem doesn't solved by any of their staff member, personally suggest not by any amc contract from this company.

                          1. I purchased EUREKA FORBES AQUASURE WATER PURIFIER on o6 dec2014 from reliance retail limited, kanpur. 2. The piece seems to be defective.Since purchase the machine has undergonefour major repairs to include two front filter change, motor change, additional filter and membrane repair. 3. There have been so many repairs in six months of puchase that machine has lost itz originality and in present condition is suspect of sustaining longer life. 4. My request is to replace the machine with new as i bought high end product costing Rs21, 000/- and the [present situation tentamounts to cheating. 5. Till the time machine is not replaced i am stopping payment of BAJAJ FINANCE as i got this product financed from them.

                            I purchased an Aquaguard Geneus water purifier, an expensive product, hoping peace of mind. Within a week of purchase, it stopped working (absolutely dead). I logged a service request and was told that they are putting it on high priority ( as I had no drinking water at home) and will be addressed during the day. for next couple of days I made dozens of calls and each time I was told it will be handled within some hours. I was given the number of a technician which was not reachable. Now, after 72 hours, no body has yet contacted me. Even though they have a SLA of 48 hours. The complaint number that they gave me, is not valid if I try to escalate the request on the website (says complaint number invalid)... Complaint number given to me was 83350803 Thankfully the problem was only with my local electricity box and my local electrician could fix it today morning. But after three days of purchasing water from the market.

                              I got a eureka forbes ro water purifier after a year i was told to take a annual maintenance which i paid 7000 rs for two years. But after taking amc they are not providing service after repeated phone calls. For a month every day i am calling customer care for service after paying a fee of 7000 rupees they are not providing service for it.

                                  1. Reference Eureka Forbes Contract Receipt No. 10 of bill number 23870026 dated 31 July 2014 against R.O E Green. 2. Contract was effective with effect from 31 July 2014 to 30 Jul 2015 for which an amount of Rs 4230/- (Rupees four thousand two hundred thirty only) was paid through HDFC Bank Cheque number 516683 dated 31 Jul 2014 by the complainant Col Varinder Singh, 14-B Parade Ground Road Pune Camp Pune 411001. 3. Pertinent to mention that six monthly visit as per periodical service schedule was due on 31 Jan 2015. In complete absence of any communication or any visit by a representative / technician, a telephonic reminder was given at telephone number [protected] on 20th Feb 2015. Phone was attended by Mr Santosh at 1400hours on 20 Feb 2015 who further confirmed that their representative will surely visit within 24-48 hours. It did not happen. 4. Second reminder was given in view of complete absence of any representative till 28th March 2015. The call was attended by Mr Santosh again at telephone number [protected] at 1645 hours on 28th March 2015. It again did not happen and no one visited. 5. One technician Mr Kulbir Singh finally arrived on 09 April 2015 and precisely took 4-5 minutes to carry out service, kind of a formality viz. did not clean the filters the way it is normally done by hitting the outer body of it with a small rod while the water flow is passed through it and said that the RO is fine. I mentioned the delay to him and endorsed the same in their voucher too but no response from any where ever. 6. Delay and poorest of the service ever since 12/13 Jul 2012 (date of purchase and installation at Bareilly in the name of my wife Ruchi Singh)caused malfunctioning of the RO on 07 Jul 2015 viz. there was no water flow from outlet (wasted water) since 07 July 2015 and hence lodged complaint (complaint number given by Nagesh was[protected] again on telephone number[protected]. 7. It again took enough time to make it end of the contract visit by the representative of the Eureka Forbes and finally I had to call them up who without seeing the machine stated that the filter has to be changed. 8. Finally on 25th Jul two representatives Mr Kunal and Manoj, their mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] who claimed to have come on a survey visit to carry out insitu repairs. They both were given the complete run down and cause being delay in periodic service and hence they must establish contact with their company and do the needful after which despite many telephonic calls were made by me but to no avail. 9. I, Colonel Varinder Singh 14-B Parade Ground Road, Pune Camp (Tele[protected], Mobile [protected], [protected] and on behalf of my wife Mrs Ruchi Singh still without the services of the RO which is lying in state of disuse at home, hereby strongly complain against poorest of the services of Eureka Forbes / Aqua Guard. 10. I am certain that the consumer complaint will be addressed to in the right earnest and the machine left out of order due to avoidable delay will be made functional by Eureka Forbes without levying charges on it and extra period be covered against the same contract by awarding extra months the difficulty has been faced by purchasing the bottles of water from the market all this time. This complaint has been lodged today i.e 09 Sep 2015 (afternoon).

                                      This complaint is regarding Aquaguard which has not been working properly since the day it is installed. We complained about it last month, the technician came and solved the issue. But the filter stopped working on 29th August and we complained on 30th about the same. The customer care representative said that the technician will come within 48 hours till date no response from your side.                                         I am complaining almost every alternate day for repair of water purifier, since last 25 days, to Eurohelpline. My water purifier is under warranty period. No one is coming to repair and if I am asking about the earlier complain number, person from customer care is saying it resolved but reality is; no body is coming for repair.

                                        I purchased an Aquaguard ST2000 water purifier on 08/08/1995. Ever since the equipment is under AMC. The current AMC number is 23879332. My customer code is [protected].
                                        Till 2013, I was very satisfied with the service provided by your company. Till then I did not have to place a service call for routine maintenance. You technician would visit equipped with all necessary spares at the scheduled time and do a thorough cleaning of the equipment, replace filters ( if due ) and replace other parts as needed.
                                        However since 2014, things have drastically changed. Now your technicians do not come unless called. Even then they do not come when promised and only after repeated calls they come. Further they show extreme reluctance in servicing the equipment. They are only interested in getting the AMC signed and collecting the money. They also do not replace filters when they are due. I am therefore extremely unhappy with the service. If this is the kind of service you are going to provide, I will have no alternative but to go some other company's product.
