Aqua guard compact m/c is out of order from 28/08/2015.I have made repeated ph call[protected]complaining about this on 28/08/2015, 30/08/2015, 01/09/2015, 03/09/2015, 04/09/2015. I have a three year service contract from 24/10/2013 to 23/10/2016. But all in vain. Each day I have to buy mineral water for surviving.This is the worst service I have ever got.

    I have a service contract of 2 years with Eureka Forbes (Eurosmile) for my Aquaguard Water Purifier. It stopped working on 23rd August. I filed a complaint on 24th August at their customer care and i was told that technician will resolve the problem in 2 days. I waited for 3 days but nobody turned up nor i got a call from any one. Then i called a technician who had made this contract. His name is Narhare. He said he is on sick leave and will not be able to address this issue. He gave me their head's number whose name is Makarand. I spoke to Makarand who gave me another technician's number whose name is Ganesh. I called him Ganesh he said he will come in the evening. I waited for him but he never appeared nor did he answer my phone. Next day again i called him he said he will come. Again he did not appear and avoided all my calls. After trying to reach him for 3 days he finally appeared on a Sunday morning. He checked the machine and said PCB needs to be replaced and since it is Sunday part will not be available. So he said he will come on Monday with PCB. I waited for him and he never appeared and again started avoiding my calls. Then i tried to reach Makarand again and he said he will arrange something. But no action. I must have tried to reach his phone 100 times but he is not answering. Meanwhile i called customer care 3 times they say they will arrange something on priority and i will receive a call back. No response yet. From the call center i got a phone number of service center incharge (Ishan Service Center). I called them up so many times. Finally one lady answered and promised to resolve the issue in 1 day. Now she is also not answering her phone. It has been 2 weeks now. My aquaguard is not working. I am paying 80 rupees daily for mineral water. Eureka Forbes is least bothered to resolve the issue. Now i dont think they are capable of providing service. Hence I want full refund of the service contract which is approximately 3000 INR plus i want a compensation for all the expenses incurred in buying mineral water approximately 800 INR.

      On 16/08/2015 .our water purifier (AQUASURE from AQUAGUARD) had stopped working due to damage of internal circuits . we have just placed a complaint on it . the next day they just attended the complaint. And told us the problem was with internal circuit so circuit should be replaced with a new one . From then inspite of several phone calls from us they are not even bordered to replace it and today (5/09/2015) it's almost 20 days happened still the replacement of circuit was not done. DESIRABLE RESOLUTION : Just replace the circuit

        I had booked a service for my RO on 23rd Aug. But no one every turned up to fulfill the request. The company provides a link to escalate the issue - http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/Escalate-Your-Service-Request But the link doesnt take valid service request no. It simply says invalid request No. on valid inputs. I emailed my request to the customercare team - [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in. But emails bounced from all. Someone gave me their customer care personnel's cell #. But that person now doesnt take the calls. Is this really the eureka forbes company people rely on?           We bought a Aqua Duo RO+UV water purifier in July 2013 for about Rs 18, 000 and after about 8 months, we started noticing algae (fungus) formation every 5-8 days. It has been complained atleast 6 times and only answer they give is to cover it with sunlight protection. Even this is tried and does not help. So we have to drink fungus water each time and can pose health risk. It has also be shown to technician multiple times. Service centre people and very rude and turn us back. Additionally, about Rs 4, 600 is charged annually for service.

            I received a defective Vaccum Cleaner from Snapdeal selled by Eureka Forbes. I called up customer care multiple times to come and review the product and also provide a demo. However, they kept saying the Service person will visit my place and provide the demo in 24 hours. Complain Number for reference: 92764034 However, it is been 2 days now and no one has turned to deliver the service.

              Dear All, The said brand is fake and not advisable. They are not even ready to provide any spare for their products. I raised a request in their website and not even contacted me yet regarding this concern. They are just sending mails to close the matter without any solution or not even interested in discussion or understand the problem. Am attached their mail copy for your info and action.

                  Dear sir I have aguaguard RO enhance I extended my AMC last year At the time of amc the cartridges were changed and a sticker of next due service was pasted on the machine, which was scheduled in april 2015. Since then neither query nor service from the company i reveived Almost after 4 months of due date i m writing Do the needful I think the service policy of company is limited up to money not for the consumer satisfaction.                     I have purchased aquagaurd Magna HD RO+UV water purifier last december. we are a small family and usage of water is not high. in this 10 months we have made service requests 4 times and they have taken the purifier to their place for repair and done. Every time we do repair, with in one or two months again it is stopping worked. I am not sure it is the problem of this piece or this model or EUREKA Forbs itself. Since it is in AMC, i am getting free service. Whether we bought this for frequent services? I have lost my patience and i am feeling very bad for buying this. Again it is not working and i have raised my complaint . I want a permanent solution. if any problem with this particular model i am ready to get it exchanged with proper working model. After spending hard earned money of 17000/- if we get this kind of product, it is a reputation loss to Eureka Forbs. I have already stopped 3 members of my friend circle in buying eureka forbs product itself. my service request number is [protected]. my cust id is [protected].

                      I have made multiple requests for repairing and servicing of my dead Water purifier (Model Enhance UV) to Eureka Forbes, the last complaint ID being 83191024 and the customer representative had promised me each time that someone will attend to it within 2 working days. However no one has bothered to do the repair and once when the service engineer did actually come, he declared the said electrical parts are not available and then I never heard from him. For servicing, I had entered into service contract (Contract no. 21830661 with Eureka Forbes for 3 years, paid Rs. 4410/-) under which filters and candles are to be replaced every year. But each time I request them for service, someone will come, click picture of contract and declare the said filters are not available right now and they will replace it as soon as they are available and then the matter will be closed from their end. Here, i will like to mention their service engineer Mr. Raj Gwathe, who now even does not pick my calls. I really wish, being an MNC, they employ more professional people I wish to warn all future consumers to never buy Eureka forbes seeing their level of service and if they already have done the mistake of buying from them, never to enter into long term service contract with them, no matter how reasonable it may seem. They are here only to mint money and once paid, you can expect 0 service.

                        I have been having an issue with my Aquaguard Integra 7 for the past one month now. The aquagaurd is leaking and unfortunately no technicians have been able to rectify the problem. They have made the leakage worst now. It is now leaking from all possible parts. The complaint numbers and dates are given below. On 8th June[protected], 10th June[protected], 19th June[protected], 22nd June[protected], 27th June[protected]. The technicians had no idea about the product let alone fix the problem. I had shown faith in your product and had taken AMC right from the time I had bought this product.                           We M/s. Premier Enterprises purchased a Booster aquaguard machine by a company salesman Mr. Manoj Gupta at Virar. At first he was promised that if you have any complaint call me or any servicing problem call help line. But when company delivered and then technician installed it found leakage internally. We request for replace it but still now no response.

                            It has been more than a week since I raised a service request # with Eureka Forbes for installing "Aquagaurd Total DUO". As against there promise to do it within 24 hrs of I have not heard anything from them till now. I check with them by calling the same number[protected] almost everyday and I get to hear the same statement from representative that some one will get in touch with you within 24 hours. I cant believe I have to go through all this after spending 19, 490 for a water purifier. There are many vendors now selling similar products and Eureka Forbes is not the only one, they must understand that and treat its customer with respect before its too late.

                              My name - susanta kumar basu. My customer i. D - [protected] have two water purifier - - one is integra 7 and the other is hiflo both the units are on active annual maintenance contract and at my resendence at - flat no - n3 plot no - 245 block no - a lake town kolkata - 700089.
                              The integra 7 have been giving trouble during last one year some times the u. V system fails to function some times the printed circuit board gets burnt out. In both the cases the co. "s franchaisee people (Having least technical knowledge) after repeated pursuation replaces the defective unit with another defective unit being repaired earlier. The u. V system of integra purifier is the most important part fals frequently say at least six times during last one year of contract maintenace. Starting from july, 2014. They never replaces the this vital unit with a new one to relief the customer compelling the family members including the childrens also facing health hazards because water is never fully purified or bacteria free due to failure of the u. V system, again the printed circuit boars which is the heart of the whole purifier unit gets burnt out at least thrice during last one year. I asked the franchaisee people to instal new p. C. B but they refused. As regards high flow purifier the same condition arises its p. C. B being burnt out. The franchaisee people does nothing. Recently the co. Has introduced digital signature through mobile after service which i had refused since there is no intimation by the co. Circulaing this notification. My question is why this sustem? When there is serious irregularity in normal mtc.

                              I had in every previous occasions received such stereotype reply, but no customer care team talked to me or visited my residence during last 20 years of my relation with this co. !!!
                              I want to know why and on what reasons the co. introduced the Digital signature through mobile on each and every occasions after service of the purifier without giving the customer proper notification through Press when there is no clause in the terms and conditions of the annual maintenance contract printed at the back page of that paper???
                              They must first rectify the terms and conditions incorporating the new clause of taking digital signature
                              of the customer through mobile.
                              In fact does any co. has authority to force any individual giving his signature digitally, when they collect signature on their activity report paper and also on the red service card???? This is a legal question and I do not know how far the co. have legal right to act in this way.
                              NO POSITIVE REPLY HAS YET BEEN RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER . WHY????? WOULD THE EUREKA FORBES FRNDS PLEASE ANSWER???? WHY KEEPING SILENT ON USING DIGITAL SIGNATURES??????
                              COMPLAIN NOT YET RESPONDED BY THE EUREKA FORBES CO. SO THE COMPLAIN STANDS VALID NO QUESTION OF RESOLVING THE COMPLAIN AS ON TO- DAY AT 4.00 P.M ON 1ST. SEPTEMBER THOUGH COMPLAIN WAS MADE ON 30TH. AUGUST., 2015

                                Despite having paid for 3 years service contract, I have not been able to get the Company (Eureka Forbes) to come and service my Aquaguard Compact or change the candle. The machine is leaking and I have complained any number of times. The complaint number is [protected] and my consumer number for service contract is 23814219 valid from 6.8.14 to 5.8.17.

                                  I bought a UV + RF in Eureka Forbes site. I have called the customer care and said to send the technician to install water purifier. It has been 48 days, till now installation not yet done. But the thing is, customer care said with in 24 hrs our technician will reach you for installation.                                     Hello, this is sunitha from bangalore.i had purchased magna model but now i am in need for service as the purifier is under repair from past week .i had complined about this through a phone call to the service station of eureka forbes but very poor response .so, tis is just dumping the customer .so i hope i get the service as soon as possible . atleast i wish them to be specific of when do they provide service so it would save both of our time. thanking you, contact number :[protected]

                                      Service contract receipt no.[protected] dated 30/03/2015 valid up to 29/03/2016 I hold the above service contract for I NOVA type water purifier. After obtaining the service contract, no one has turned up for service. I lodged a complaint with the Company on 18 August, 2015 and again one more on 28 August, 2015 vide reference 83131323. No action has been taken so far.

                                        My Inova Aquaguard was last serviced on[protected], and AMC was renewed, valid till[protected] vide Contract receipt no.[protected], From 24-08-15 Green LED was not functioning and water found coming out from bottom side of the machine, complained over telephone vide docket no [protected] dated 27-08-15, same was attended by technician Mr. Raju Ghosh, The first impression of the technician found very rude without any reason, he tried to shut the stop valve for aqua guard with so much force the valve spindle broke down. After that he is insisting, to call a plumber, and buy the required valve and fix the valve first by me. Even today 10:30 the machine was was working fine without the green LED indicator. When requested he told that the spare valve is not with him and replacement will be available after 2 to 3 days. Ultimately after some request he managed to get the spare within 2 hrs. Somehow the tubing was fixed with my proper technical assistance . I paid 1120/-, vide ICR No [protected] and Rs.350 /- vide ICR No. 18185561. But after paying Rs. 1470/- it came to same as it was in the morning. Replacement of Green LED is still pending. Moreover the behaviour of the technician is not acceptable. He threatened that next time for electrical switches one electrician, and for piping operating the valve one plumber should be stand by, Mr. Raju Ghosh is not going operate those things. These things I think you will also not tolerate, Please investigate the matter from your end. Without proper training and briefing from your he should not attend the machine, Arrange someone with good behaviour and training ASAP

                                        I am happy customer of Aqua guard, but this particular Technician made me disappointed, no such bad experience with so many technicians from Aqua guard.
