I booked Magna HD RO +UV on May 3rd through online channel and paid the full amount. And they delivered a wrong product ~10th May (got Enhance product) and then after I am following up daily with Customer care and most of the times they don;t pick up and when they do they give false promises saying " we will call you back in few mins" and so far never got a single call back after 1 month of following up. Eureka Forbes is the worst company you can buy the products from and, worst customer service ever. A sales executive named Deekshith Gowda never answered the calls after he took the whole sum of money 17, 490 for a water purifier acqua guard with the order number[protected]. I bought Magna in the month of January 2015 and the tap got loosened 5 days back.I made a request for service on 15-06-15 and no response whatsoever.Thereafter I called customer care and filled complaint on 17-06-15.
