Bought riviva ro on 12/06/2015 and today is 13/09/2015 still not received any kind of papers related to my machine . At the time of installing we asked for papers they said the papers will be sent to us by courier. We have purchased this machine from dealer named RAVI SHUKLA at Address: D-115, NIRALA NAGAR LUCKNOW For Sales Enquiries: [protected] For Service Queries: (STD code of your state's capital) + 3988 3333 For Any other Queries:2788850/2788849 / [protected] City/State: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Pincode: 226001. And when ever he has been called and asked for bill he says paper will be sent to u by courier, still not received. now he is not picking up calls.

    Sir, We have been using Eureka Products since 25 years and after coming to Rajahmundry we bagan getting scant response and nil service from the local Eureka agent. Both our Aqua Guard and Vacuum Cleaner are under AMC (Cust code:[protected] & nil) both are active, still we dont get service. I placed request to replace the castors for Vacuum Cleaner in the month of Jan 2015 and repeated requests at least four times till now. They dont bother to attend the problem.       I purchased aqauguard from Eureka Forbes 1.5 years back. The RO is not working for last 5-6 days. I am calling the customer care department daily at least twice but all they say is sorry for the inconvenience and we will send our technician shortly. However, even after 5 days of registering complaint, no one has come to check the machine. Not even a single phone call from their side. This is the WORST POSSIBLE after sale service I have experienced.

        Be caution of this company they collect service AMC but they they don't come for the service whenever you call the customer care they say sorry for the inconvenience but our problem doesn't solved by any of their staff member, personally suggest not by any amc contract from this company.

          1. I purchased EUREKA FORBES AQUASURE WATER PURIFIER on o6 dec2014 from reliance retail limited, kanpur. 2. The piece seems to be defective.Since purchase the machine has undergonefour major repairs to include two front filter change, motor change, additional filter and membrane repair. 3. There have been so many repairs in six months of puchase that machine has lost itz originality and in present condition is suspect of sustaining longer life. 4. My request is to replace the machine with new as i bought high end product costing Rs21, 000/- and the [present situation tentamounts to cheating. 5. Till the time machine is not replaced i am stopping payment of BAJAJ FINANCE as i got this product financed from them.

            I purchased an Aquaguard Geneus water purifier, an expensive product, hoping peace of mind. Within a week of purchase, it stopped working (absolutely dead). I logged a service request and was told that they are putting it on high priority ( as I had no drinking water at home) and will be addressed during the day. for next couple of days I made dozens of calls and each time I was told it will be handled within some hours. I was given the number of a technician which was not reachable. Now, after 72 hours, no body has yet contacted me. Even though they have a SLA of 48 hours. The complaint number that they gave me, is not valid if I try to escalate the request on the website (says complaint number invalid)... Complaint number given to me was 83350803 Thankfully the problem was only with my local electricity box and my local electrician could fix it today morning. But after three days of purchasing water from the market.

              I got a eureka forbes ro water purifier after a year i was told to take a annual maintenance which i paid 7000 rs for two years. But after taking amc they are not providing service after repeated phone calls. For a month every day i am calling customer care for service after paying a fee of 7000 rupees they are not providing service for it.

                  1. Reference Eureka Forbes Contract Receipt No. 10 of bill number 23870026 dated 31 July 2014 against R.O E Green. 2. Contract was effective with effect from 31 July 2014 to 30 Jul 2015 for which an amount of Rs 4230/- (Rupees four thousand two hundred thirty only) was paid through HDFC Bank Cheque number 516683 dated 31 Jul 2014 by the complainant Col Varinder Singh, 14-B Parade Ground Road Pune Camp Pune 411001. 3. Pertinent to mention that six monthly visit as per periodical service schedule was due on 31 Jan 2015. In complete absence of any communication or any visit by a representative / technician, a telephonic reminder was given at telephone number [protected] on 20th Feb 2015. Phone was attended by Mr Santosh at 1400hours on 20 Feb 2015 who further confirmed that their representative will surely visit within 24-48 hours. It did not happen. 4. Second reminder was given in view of complete absence of any representative till 28th March 2015. The call was attended by Mr Santosh again at telephone number [protected] at 1645 hours on 28th March 2015. It again did not happen and no one visited. 5. One technician Mr Kulbir Singh finally arrived on 09 April 2015 and precisely took 4-5 minutes to carry out service, kind of a formality viz. did not clean the filters the way it is normally done by hitting the outer body of it with a small rod while the water flow is passed through it and said that the RO is fine. I mentioned the delay to him and endorsed the same in their voucher too but no response from any where ever. 6. Delay and poorest of the service ever since 12/13 Jul 2012 (date of purchase and installation at Bareilly in the name of my wife Ruchi Singh)caused malfunctioning of the RO on 07 Jul 2015 viz. there was no water flow from outlet (wasted water) since 07 July 2015 and hence lodged complaint (complaint number given by Nagesh was[protected] again on telephone number[protected]. 7. It again took enough time to make it end of the contract visit by the representative of the Eureka Forbes and finally I had to call them up who without seeing the machine stated that the filter has to be changed. 8. Finally on 25th Jul two representatives Mr Kunal and Manoj, their mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] who claimed to have come on a survey visit to carry out insitu repairs. They both were given the complete run down and cause being delay in periodic service and hence they must establish contact with their company and do the needful after which despite many telephonic calls were made by me but to no avail. 9. I, Colonel Varinder Singh 14-B Parade Ground Road, Pune Camp (Tele[protected], Mobile [protected], [protected] and on behalf of my wife Mrs Ruchi Singh still without the services of the RO which is lying in state of disuse at home, hereby strongly complain against poorest of the services of Eureka Forbes / Aqua Guard. 10. I am certain that the consumer complaint will be addressed to in the right earnest and the machine left out of order due to avoidable delay will be made functional by Eureka Forbes without levying charges on it and extra period be covered against the same contract by awarding extra months the difficulty has been faced by purchasing the bottles of water from the market all this time. This complaint has been lodged today i.e 09 Sep 2015 (afternoon).

                      This complaint is regarding Aquaguard which has not been working properly since the day it is installed. We complained about it last month, the technician came and solved the issue. But the filter stopped working on 29th August and we complained on 30th about the same. The customer care representative said that the technician will come within 48 hours till date no response from your side.                         I am complaining almost every alternate day for repair of water purifier, since last 25 days, to Eurohelpline. My water purifier is under warranty period. No one is coming to repair and if I am asking about the earlier complain number, person from customer care is saying it resolved but reality is; no body is coming for repair.

                        I purchased an Aquaguard ST2000 water purifier on 08/08/1995. Ever since the equipment is under AMC. The current AMC number is 23879332. My customer code is [protected].
                        Till 2013, I was very satisfied with the service provided by your company. Till then I did not have to place a service call for routine maintenance. You technician would visit equipped with all necessary spares at the scheduled time and do a thorough cleaning of the equipment, replace filters ( if due ) and replace other parts as needed.
                        However since 2014, things have drastically changed. Now your technicians do not come unless called. Even then they do not come when promised and only after repeated calls they come. Further they show extreme reluctance in servicing the equipment. They are only interested in getting the AMC signed and collecting the money. They also do not replace filters when they are due. I am therefore extremely unhappy with the service. If this is the kind of service you are going to provide, I will have no alternative but to go some other company's product.

                            I purchased the Green RO on April 18th (18.04.2015 )online Inv, No: [protected], Order No:[protected] the machine took 2 months for delivering at my place and one 1 month for the installation guy to come, The installation guy told me that its a wrong machine that is sold to you buy the sales guy and he would get it replaced in 3 to 4 days time, But i have never heard from him again neither have i got any replacement, I logged complaints with many people from eureka forbes and sent them emails, and on Aug 2nd i got the machine picked up. i requested for a refund but now its already been one month that i am waiting but i haven't received any update on that, So far i have Spoken with Deepali, Deepak, Rekha Bisht, Mohan, Vineet. Adi tyagi, i have all the emails track record. but none of them has resolved my query or tried to help. PLEASE HELP!

                              We purchased an Aquaguard RO, REVIVA TOTAL model in 2010 & made AMC since inception.The Flush Knob is not working from mid August'15.The servicing technician advised me to use the Purifier without flushing.We r worried about the Quality of Filtered Water.Wrote to Customer care on 21.8.15 to confirm use without flushing.Till date ur concern was not replied.Details asked also furnished on 26.8.15.As it is regarding Quality of water we r drinking, but it is not taken seriously by Customer care dept.Ur repeated e-mails couldn't make them concerned about seriousness of the problem.My mobile no. is [protected].

                                Aqua guard compact m/c is out of order from 28/08/2015.I have made repeated ph call[protected]complaining about this on 28/08/2015, 30/08/2015, 01/09/2015, 03/09/2015, 04/09/2015. I have a three year service contract from 24/10/2013 to 23/10/2016. But all in vain. Each day I have to buy mineral water for surviving.This is the worst service I have ever got.

                                  I have a service contract of 2 years with Eureka Forbes (Eurosmile) for my Aquaguard Water Purifier. It stopped working on 23rd August. I filed a complaint on 24th August at their customer care and i was told that technician will resolve the problem in 2 days. I waited for 3 days but nobody turned up nor i got a call from any one. Then i called a technician who had made this contract. His name is Narhare. He said he is on sick leave and will not be able to address this issue. He gave me their head's number whose name is Makarand. I spoke to Makarand who gave me another technician's number whose name is Ganesh. I called him Ganesh he said he will come in the evening. I waited for him but he never appeared nor did he answer my phone. Next day again i called him he said he will come. Again he did not appear and avoided all my calls. After trying to reach him for 3 days he finally appeared on a Sunday morning. He checked the machine and said PCB needs to be replaced and since it is Sunday part will not be available. So he said he will come on Monday with PCB. I waited for him and he never appeared and again started avoiding my calls. Then i tried to reach Makarand again and he said he will arrange something. But no action. I must have tried to reach his phone 100 times but he is not answering. Meanwhile i called customer care 3 times they say they will arrange something on priority and i will receive a call back. No response yet. From the call center i got a phone number of service center incharge (Ishan Service Center). I called them up so many times. Finally one lady answered and promised to resolve the issue in 1 day. Now she is also not answering her phone. It has been 2 weeks now. My aquaguard is not working. I am paying 80 rupees daily for mineral water. Eureka Forbes is least bothered to resolve the issue. Now i dont think they are capable of providing service. Hence I want full refund of the service contract which is approximately 3000 INR plus i want a compensation for all the expenses incurred in buying mineral water approximately 800 INR.

                                    On 16/08/2015 .our water purifier (AQUASURE from AQUAGUARD) had stopped working due to damage of internal circuits . we have just placed a complaint on it . the next day they just attended the complaint. And told us the problem was with internal circuit so circuit should be replaced with a new one . From then inspite of several phone calls from us they are not even bordered to replace it and today (5/09/2015) it's almost 20 days happened still the replacement of circuit was not done. DESIRABLE RESOLUTION : Just replace the circuit

                                      I had booked a service for my RO on 23rd Aug. But no one every turned up to fulfill the request. The company provides a link to escalate the issue - http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/Escalate-Your-Service-Request But the link doesnt take valid service request no. It simply says invalid request No. on valid inputs. I emailed my request to the customercare team - [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in. But emails bounced from all. Someone gave me their customer care personnel's cell #. But that person now doesnt take the calls. Is this really the eureka forbes company people rely on?                                         We bought a Aqua Duo RO+UV water purifier in July 2013 for about Rs 18, 000 and after about 8 months, we started noticing algae (fungus) formation every 5-8 days. It has been complained atleast 6 times and only answer they give is to cover it with sunlight protection. Even this is tried and does not help. So we have to drink fungus water each time and can pose health risk. It has also be shown to technician multiple times. Service centre people and very rude and turn us back. Additionally, about Rs 4, 600 is charged annually for service.
