I purchased the Green RO on April 18th (18.04.2015 )online Inv, No: [protected], Order No:[protected]
the machine took 2 months for delivering at my place and one 1 month for the installation guy to come, The installation guy told me that its a wrong machine that is sold to you buy the sales guy and he would get it replaced in 3 to 4 days time,
But i have never heard from him again neither have i got any replacement,
I logged complaints with many people from eureka forbes and sent them emails, and on Aug 2nd i got the machine picked up. i requested for a refund but now its already been one month that i am waiting but i haven't received any update on that,
So far i have Spoken with Deepali, Deepak, Rekha Bisht, Mohan, Vineet. Adi tyagi, i have all the emails track record. but none of them has resolved my query or tried to help.
PLEASE HELP!
