Aqua guard purifier not working from date of purchase and no response from service people

very disappointing that a reputed company behaves like this. I purchased a aqua guard total enhance (item code Gwpdenhuv00000) and it has not worked since I purchased it. Pathetic AMC service support

I have a Aquaguard Total RO Reviva under AMC. I raised a complaint on June 11th. The service person, Mr. Lakshman attended to it and replaced cylinders. In the past, when this was done, the water overflowed and cut off didn't happen. I asked him to wait to check if the problem does not recur. On 7 Jun I logged 1st service request to service my Aqua guard Enhance UV machine . One technician came next day and told some parts need to be replaced . The machine is under AMC till 2017. After that no body contacting or turning up . Again logged a complain#81946430 calling CS but no body turned up . Eureka Forbes: False Claims about quick Installation service
