I have complained in this forum before about a week ago i think regarding no giving the refund of eureka forbes water purifier. Added on that they have been calling again and again asking whether I received the product. I have told them a million times that I have cancelled the product because of extremely late delivery. i didnot get the product and cancelled it without receiving it. But they keep calling again and again asking "did you get the product". This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. They dont even check the database before calling the customer. They are not processing the refund, not giving my money and above that harassing me by calling regularly asking the same question again and again. They dont have a transparent forum or department where you can register your complaints and check on their status. So i am using this forum to request them to stop harassing me. I have spoken to an advocate and I am going to issue a legal notice to eureka forbes very soon for the payment of refund with fine. If you can please put the resources to proper use in solving the problems of customers.

    I have filed a compliant earlier in this forum about a week ago. There is no status update from eureka forbes. Instead of solving the problem they are calling again and again and asking the same first question " Is the product delivered" . I have told them a million times I have cancelled the product since I received it late. They are not even processing for the refund and harassing me by calling again and again about delivery. I dont have a forum or phone number for greivance complaint against eureka forbes. So I am using this medium to request them not to harass me anymore. I have spoken to an advocate and going to issue a legal notice with fine for the refund very soon. Stop troubling customers by calling unnecessarily without any updates on the complaints.

      Hi, I have AMC of aqua guard (eureka forbes). No one attends the same. Only when AMC is going to expire we get calls and person attend us personally. From past week i m raising the service request, but no one has attended the same stil..

        A few weeks ago i called Eureka Forbes Ltd.. customer care regarding water purifier, once i called them they registered my call and they sent a service sales representative for a demo on ( 29 july 2015 ), we are impressed by the product and asked the sales representative about the payment options available with this company, he explained us about the EMI option available for 10 months ( rs1569/- ) for each month on this product model Magna HD pro, and the product price cost rs15, 490/- on a down payment of rs1000/- .. then we decided to go for this option for a payment of rs1569/- as a 10 months EMI cheque leaf, we paid rs500/- in advance todwards this product receipt no : 066764 along with the copies of my ID proof and the cheque leafs. Todays its 23 August 2015 till now i did not receive any product or any product information, i called the customer service and launched a complaint 15 days before saying i do not want your product due to your poor sevice and poor sales representative behaviour, so please kindly refund my cash and my cheque leafs. But till now no action was taken. i need my cash and the cheque leafs to be refunded as soon as possible, please do take action immediately.

          Hi, I raised a request[protected] last night asking for re-installation service. And I even called the service center 4 times since and they say they service request is logged in today morning. Was the service center guy sleeping or bluffing me last night? Why is no one bothering to respond when I needed drinking water. Absolutely pathetic service. This, after having Eureka Forbes for 7 years. What a shame ! Raja.

I have used my credit card for this transaction. My Invoice Number is #310625. At that time Eurekaforbes had given Combo offer on purchase of its product through online mode. In its Combo Offer Eurekaforbes had mention One Aquaguard On The Go Personal Water Purifier worth Rs. 1000/- plus One Cartridge of Enhance UV Purifier. aLREADY 6 MONTHS ARE PASSED But TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS COMBO OFFER PRODUCT.               I was paid foe years service with all candles replacement on 03/03/2015(covering period up to 02/03/2017) with cash payment of rs.7430/- .But so far i give a call 20 times for servicing and a problem with sound, nobody will attend till now .My concern eureka forbes service agency is ujwala service at dammaiguda, hyderabad, contact no:[protected]

                My aqua-guard is under AMC, which is valid upto 18.01.2017 . Contract receipt No.10/24315724 Dt.19.01.2015 . The agent is Bapuji Enterproses, fatak, bharat complex, belpahar, jharsuguda, ph- [protected] . The said aquaguard is under b/d since 07.08.2015 . It was reported to the dealer & service engineer . After several persuasion they have not attended till now (Dt.21.08.2015). It is rainy season . The purpose of buying this is failed .

                  This is Vamsi from Bangalore, we are using Eureka Forbes UV + Green RO water purifier from past 2.5 yrs and the product is under AMC. But recently i had a problem with the filter and 3 times service personnel came and unable to resolve the issue. Now it's not working completely even we complained about the problem and 3 days completed till now no one attended to resolve the issue, i wonder Eureka Forbes has well trained service personnel or not? customer service is working properly or not ? Even area managers also not responding properly. It's not a racket science just give proper training to the service personnel to whom you are sending to the complained place to resolve the issue. My Complaint No : 83026146. Please respond to the customers calls, and resolve the issues, instead of spending time to expand the new business. I think you know the value of customer satisfaction, once you loose it, never get the reputation.

                    Hi, I am Mrs Kanchan Khanna, R/o E-71A/1, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi. I have been using the Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard since 1987. The service quality and product was very good in the initial years of its purchase. I have taken an AMC of the Aqua Guard from Inderpuri Service branch which is run by Mrs Geeta Prabhakar. I would like to bring to you kind notice that i have been highly troubled by the highly casual and callous attitude of Mrs Geeta Prabhakar in attending to my issues related to my aqua guard service. My aqua guard had stopped working on 31st July, 2015 and i called up the service centre to send somebody to rectify the issue. There was no response from the service centre for the next one week. I have registered multiple complaints at Eureka Forbes : 1. Complaint number 92532066 dated 4/8/2015 2. complaint number 92547484 dated 5/8/2015 and many others. After multiple calls, i was informed by the call centre person that all my complaints have been marked as closed by the service center on the same day or next day. This has really SHOCKED me as nobody has been attending to my complaints and they are just being marked closed by the service centre people without any feedback and verification from the consumer itself. There is no way in which a consumer can register a complaint against the erring personnel in the normal course. IT IS HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT except for sending req sms which does not have provision of writing a brief note about the issue, NO TRACKING of the complaint and no way to register ONLINE COMPLAINT since you have to make missed call on a number which number is not functional only. So, all in all, you CANNOT REGISTER or ESCALATE A COMPLAINT and TRACK It ONLINE and there is NO TRANSPARENCY and NO ACCOUNATBILITY of persons involved. Then i was given the number of Mr Ram Paswan who is the are manager for Eureka Forbes. This person also refused to pick up my calls despite repeated attempts. Finally, on 10th August, the service representative was sent to my residence with an OLD part. Despite repeatedly requesting the service representative insisted on installing the old eletrical component in the aqua guard. The machine started to work in front of him but stopped soon after. I tried calling up Mr Ram Paswan again, and was able to get through to him only on 16th August, and I made a second complaint to him. He asked me to sms the my address and other details after which he did not even bother to respond. On 19th August, i called up Mr Paswan YET AGAIN and he informed me that my machine is working properly because the service centre says so. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ASKED WHETHER THE MACHINE IS WORKING OR NOT AND THE SERVICE CENTRE HAS COMPLETE AND UNQUESTIONED AUTHORITY TO decide on all matters without and CHECKS AND FEEDBACKS. I would like to state that i am HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THE working of Eureka Forbes team and if this scenario continues, the company will soon run into losses. I would request you to kindly take up this issue ON PRIORITY BASIS and get my issue resolved at the earliest. Thanks, Mrs Khanna

                      I have been purchased Eureka Vacuum Cleaner on 29th june, delivered on 3rd July. I am not satisfied with performance of Product and cancelled product on July 5th. Cancelation team(Pune) was telling story like product was cancelled and Hyderabad Customer Care Team was telling story like Open Status. No One has responded properly. I am keeping sending mails/calling customer care, no response.

                        I have cancelled the purchase of water purifier. It has been more than 20 days there is no response of customer care. everytime the a y say we are escalating the request and nothing happens. After few days again they call me and i explain my grievance and they say they are putting in urgent request or escalating it etc but nothing happens. I am frustrated but there is not even a place where we can file our complaint . They have made everything suitable for the company not to the customers. The system is highly circuitous and no department has any link it seems with the way they are behaving. I am waiting more than 20 days for my refund and now I am planning to file a harrassment case as my advocate suggested to human rights department.

                          I have cancelled a product I have called their customer care more than 20 times and there is no reply. And their phone never work except the numbers where they sell their product. There is no place where we can upload our complaints. Its too unprofessional. I dont know what to do and where to complain. I spoke to advocate he ggested to issue a legal notice. May be that is my last resort.

                            I have purchased a water purifier Magna RO + HD on 19th july 2015. They have noted down the wrong address and sent the product to another state. And even though I have been enquiring every time they said it will be delivered today. I got this response for 8 days. I cancelled the product on 27th July 2015. They gave me a reference number and again the same started i called atleast 10 -15 times and there is no response. They say they are escalating the request or putting it in urgent mode whatever they can to fool the customers. Its more than 1 month now and they are not returning my money.And none of their phone numbers for greivance ever work. I had the worst experience from such a renowned company. They dont even have a complaint cell where we can put up our case. This is highly unprofessional to trouble the customers and themselves be safe. I am going to consumer forum and human rights for harassment as suggested by an advocate. The worst part is there is no interface ti public to put up their greivances, Its always through phone where they say all kind of things and do nothing.

                              Hello: I bought a Eureka Forbes Dr. Aquaguard, Magna RO+UV in May'2015 here in chennai, Now the Unit is not working properly and hence we are not able to drink water right form yesterday. Yesterday morning, 18th August, I lodged a complaint number ' 83019735', through local helpdesk here in Chennai, they said within 24 hours they will send a technician to check the problem but till now no one has come . Today again I called they said they will send but still no one came, few minutes back I got a call from service centre at[protected] and again one lady asked what is the problem after explaining IN-Detail yesterday, she says she cannot send today but only tomorrow, and cut call in a rude manner. Now you say the any problems will be rectified within 24hrs if not your product will be replaced and your marketing person are talking words filled with Honey but your service after sales is very poor. Now please replace this defective product since it is only 3 months old immediately. Thanks & Regards, Anand.

                                I have integra 7 water purifier of eureka forbes. The product is under 2 year AMC. The machine stopped working on 15/08/2015. i had raised a complaint with request number : [protected]. Service had visited on 15/08/2015 and inspected the machine and told the Motherboard has to be replaced. But till now no response. The service person had told that the concern department are not providing him with replacement board. i had raised a complaint again on 17/08/2015 with request number [protected]. aall i get from service helpline is that within evening your problem will be resolved but nothing happens

                                I am so on reminding the matter every time regarding the excess payment paid by us and requesting to release the excess amount of Rs.1300/-., But i have not yet received at least any reply from Ur side.

                                Case:

                                After so many requests and complaints made on the toll free no. from November, 2014 onwards- The Manager Shri Rajanikanth where we placed the order, informed us in the month of Feb 2015, that they had received the cheque and for that they require A/c no. of the Customer. Accordingly we had informed the same vide e-mail dated Feb 23, 2015 and also called on phone. Even after two months also the amount was not credited. So, We

                                enquired:

                                On the first day, they told us that "the office bearer had dropped the cheque in the bank and we don't know whether it is placed or not" and advised us to check the bank a/c.

                                  I had purchased one EUROCLEAN STORM HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER [protected], ITEM CODE : GFCDEHPST00000 vide Inv. No. [protected] & Order No.[protected] both dated[protected]. No warranty paper was handed by the sales Person Mr. Santosh Dhavne at the time of sale and one year warranty & life time free service was promised. The Pressure Gun of the M/C started leaking badly hence I called Mr. Dhavne, who told me to bring it to their service station. The same was given to their serv. Station at porvorim Goa on[protected]. The Gun malfunctioned just after 9 months ( Four Hrs of operation) of purchase, hence was handed over within the Warranty period (1 Year). On enquiring the Service Manager Mr. Santosh Niloji, No. of times, after a month the replies given to me was that this machine is a failure and we will replace all the machine sold with new ones, which will be launched in a month . This went on for anoyher two months till the new machine was launched in 2nd week of august 2015. And warranty also got over 0n 21st july 2015( 1 year from the date of purchase was over). Now I am trying to contect frantically, Mr. Niloji on his mobile no. [protected] from[protected]but he has no curtsy to return my call even once. I have also made several efforts to contact him in his office, the person on the reception asks me my name and try to give him the call but later I get the reply he is not available.
                                  I am made to run from pillar to post for being their customer from decades with all their products. I had to undergo lot of mental strain at the time of purchase of this machine as they were trying to sell me the defective machine. That time also the matter was settled with their higher officials intervention.
                                  Kindly do the needful at your end & resolve this issue at the earliest & oblige. As I am being penalized for no falt of mine.

                                  Further to my above mail. As expected something fishy I had lodged my complain over phone also at
                                  no. [protected] They had informed me that you will get warranty card and bill directly from the co. by courier, and I can start using the product. However my complaint is registered under complaint No. 9000154 By Mr. Santosh on 22/07/2014. To my surprise, when I had opened the box to assemble the machine, I found that the wheels were used one which is clear evident from the worm out wheels. Further the machine was damaged in transit. I am enclosing herewith the photographs of the same. This type of cheating was not expected from Eureka Forbes. However now pl. replace my machine with the new one immediately.
                                  Your intervention is very important as the local personnel are appears to be not interested in resolving the issue, they expect me to carry the damaged unit to their office, their talk, behavior and attitude is not at all customer friendly.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  Till date your local officials are not in mood to resolve my problem, I have no reply from your end too, whether you have taken up this matter with them or not. Under such circumstances I have no option other than to publish my complain on social media / take up the matter with consumer court.
                                  I want to resolve this problem within day or two, either by replacing the pressure wash machine with new (without any damage) machine, or they should take back their damaged machine lying with me and close the matter enabling me to go for other brand pressure wash machine.

                                    Date of Incident : 2 June 2015 Customer Number : [protected] Customer Name : Santosh Chatterjee Place : Nagpur My wife bought Eureka Forbes water purifier : AS Elegant ROwth Power Bolt, manufacturing date May 2015 from Air Force Canteen, Nagpur. The person concern at Air Force canteen did not informed about the feature in-built in this purifier is only for hard water. In our house tap, we get soft water from municipal. The purchase product is specifically only for hard water. Immediately next day, we called the service care and customer care of Eureka Forbes wherein they confirm on replacement of product with price difference if applicable. We then connected with the Nagpur Center seeking help for replacement. The product is intact in the box, unused and sealed. There were countless efforts to all possible Eureka Forbes connects to consider our request to replace the product. It is not used and more over purchased due to negligence from representative at canteen. We are very unhappy and annoyed with the way they are not helping us out. We bought this system for approx. 10, 000/- rupees and is of complete waste to us as we don't get hard water to drink. This is sincere request placed before the team, however no action is taken till date to replace the brand new product. We connected with numerous representatives of Eureka Forbes and all were guiding us on different routes. Few gave false promises to replace, others just take the request too casually and now stopped listening to us. It is being close to 2 months, we are shouting before the customer care lines and talking with various stakeholder with no solution for their end. All we want is company to replace the product with water purifier which we can install in our house also we are ready to pay the difference. But no one from the Eureka Forbes are ready to clatter this genuine concern till date. This was due to canteen representative of Eureka Forbes who make us buy this product. Now we need replacement and no one is ready to take accountability. This is very disappointing and highly pathetic approach towards the customer issue. Please help in getting us the right product.

                                        I have purchased Acqua RO at Rs 17, 000/- plus from Kundan Electronics, Yelahanka just ten days back. After installation of RO it worked for only two days and went defective despite additional filter provided beside the RO. When complained, the response was very poor and the Co. rep came after two days and reinstalled saying the earlier installation was not proper. It worked for another two days and now again went defective. The Company of your repute should not only ensure supply of best RO but also pay special attention to Customers.
