I have integra 7 water purifier of eureka forbes. The product is under 2 year AMC. The machine stopped working on 15/08/2015. i had raised a complaint with request number : [protected]. Service had visited on 15/08/2015 and inspected the machine and told the Motherboard has to be replaced. But till now no response. The service person had told that the concern department are not providing him with replacement board. i had raised a complaint again on 17/08/2015 with request number [protected]. aall i get from service helpline is that within evening your problem will be resolved but nothing happens

I am so on reminding the matter every time regarding the excess payment paid by us and requesting to release the excess amount of Rs.1300/-., But i have not yet received at least any reply from Ur side.

Case:

After so many requests and complaints made on the toll free no. from November, 2014 onwards- The Manager Shri Rajanikanth where we placed the order, informed us in the month of Feb 2015, that they had received the cheque and for that they require A/c no. of the Customer. Accordingly we had informed the same vide e-mail dated Feb 23, 2015 and also called on phone. Even after two months also the amount was not credited. So, We

enquired:

On the first day, they told us that "the office bearer had dropped the cheque in the bank and we don't know whether it is placed or not" and advised us to check the bank a/c.

On the next day, when we informed that we had not received any amount then they said that we will enquire the same.

next on making several calls and mails - they are telling that, they are not the dealing persons, accounts section is the responsible and have given the telephone no. Of accounts section.

After making several calls and talks with so many persons, it is found that Shri Venkat is the authorised person and so on calling and mailing for the response. but neither the reply for the mail nor the person in phone have reached us inspite of several remainders.

Today's date: 19/08/2015 hope u understand, it is morethan 10 months.

Hope you understand the worst kind of response provided by your team and at least now this should get resolved.

    I had purchased one EUROCLEAN STORM HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER [protected], ITEM CODE : GFCDEHPST00000 vide Inv. No. [protected] & Order No.[protected] both dated[protected]. No warranty paper was handed by the sales Person Mr. Santosh Dhavne at the time of sale and one year warranty & life time free service was promised. The Pressure Gun of the M/C started leaking badly hence I called Mr. Dhavne, who told me to bring it to their service station. The same was given to their serv. Station at porvorim Goa on[protected]. The Gun malfunctioned just after 9 months ( Four Hrs of operation) of purchase, hence was handed over within the Warranty period (1 Year). On enquiring the Service Manager Mr. Santosh Niloji, No. of times, after a month the replies given to me was that this machine is a failure and we will replace all the machine sold with new ones, which will be launched in a month . This went on for anoyher two months till the new machine was launched in 2nd week of august 2015. And warranty also got over 0n 21st july 2015( 1 year from the date of purchase was over). Now I am trying to contect frantically, Mr. Niloji on his mobile no. [protected] from[protected]but he has no curtsy to return my call even once. I have also made several efforts to contact him in his office, the person on the reception asks me my name and try to give him the call but later I get the reply he is not available.
    I am made to run from pillar to post for being their customer from decades with all their products. I had to undergo lot of mental strain at the time of purchase of this machine as they were trying to sell me the defective machine. That time also the matter was settled with their higher officials intervention.
    Kindly do the needful at your end & resolve this issue at the earliest & oblige. As I am being penalized for no falt of mine.

    One person had contacted me for aquaguard problem for which I have service contractand more over there is no mention about auuaguard in my complaint.
    hope you will resolve my problem before it is taken the legal way.

    No response till now. Do you have any control over your local (Goa) office or they can cheat, victimise or misbehave with any customer the way they like. I am being victimised from the day one this EUROCLEAN STORM HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER is sold to me. I have lot of correspondence with you on this matter, which I am reproducing here with for your ready reference.
    In the mean time pl. let me know when this problem can be resolved enabling me to take further action accordingly.

    I have purchased Euroclean Srorm on 21-07-14. Your rep has not given me Guarantee/ warranty card,
    Only hand written on user manual.
    I want to know whether this is a usual practice or something fishy.
    Kindely give me these information by return enabling me to start using the poduct.
    I also have Euroclean Wet and Dry Vacuum cleaner. Fire Guard and Nova Water purifier.
    Your service is very bad no body contact after sale of product and your reps. Give wrong information/promise to sell the product
    I have purchased all the products from Goa.

    Dear sir,
    Further to my above mail. As expected something fishy I had lodged my complain over phone also at
    no. [protected] They had informed me that you will get warranty card and bill directly from the co. by courier, and I can start using the product. However my complaint is registered under complaint No. 9000154 By Mr. Santosh on 22/07/2014. To my surprise, when I had opened the box to assemble the machine, I found that the wheels were used one which is clear evident from the worm out wheels. Further the machine was damaged in transit. I am enclosing herewith the photographs of the same. This type of cheating was not expected from Eureka Forbes. However now pl. replace my machine with the new one immediately.
    Your intervention is very important as the local personnel are appears to be not interested in resolving the issue, they expect me to carry the damaged unit to their office, their talk, behavior and attitude is not at all customer friendly.

    Dear Sir,
    Till date your local officials are not in mood to resolve my problem, I have no reply from your end too, whether you have taken up this matter with them or not. Under such circumstances I have no option other than to publish my complain on social media / take up the matter with consumer court.
    I want to resolve this problem within day or two, either by replacing the pressure wash machine with new (without any damage) machine, or they should take back their damaged machine lying with me and close the matter enabling me to go for other brand pressure wash machine.

      Date of Incident : 2 June 2015 Customer Number : [protected] Customer Name : Santosh Chatterjee Place : Nagpur My wife bought Eureka Forbes water purifier : AS Elegant ROwth Power Bolt, manufacturing date May 2015 from Air Force Canteen, Nagpur. The person concern at Air Force canteen did not informed about the feature in-built in this purifier is only for hard water. In our house tap, we get soft water from municipal. The purchase product is specifically only for hard water. Immediately next day, we called the service care and customer care of Eureka Forbes wherein they confirm on replacement of product with price difference if applicable. We then connected with the Nagpur Center seeking help for replacement. The product is intact in the box, unused and sealed. There were countless efforts to all possible Eureka Forbes connects to consider our request to replace the product. It is not used and more over purchased due to negligence from representative at canteen. We are very unhappy and annoyed with the way they are not helping us out. We bought this system for approx. 10, 000/- rupees and is of complete waste to us as we don't get hard water to drink. This is sincere request placed before the team, however no action is taken till date to replace the brand new product. We connected with numerous representatives of Eureka Forbes and all were guiding us on different routes. Few gave false promises to replace, others just take the request too casually and now stopped listening to us. It is being close to 2 months, we are shouting before the customer care lines and talking with various stakeholder with no solution for their end. All we want is company to replace the product with water purifier which we can install in our house also we are ready to pay the difference. But no one from the Eureka Forbes are ready to clatter this genuine concern till date. This was due to canteen representative of Eureka Forbes who make us buy this product. Now we need replacement and no one is ready to take accountability. This is very disappointing and highly pathetic approach towards the customer issue. Please help in getting us the right product.

          I have purchased Acqua RO at Rs 17, 000/- plus from Kundan Electronics, Yelahanka just ten days back. After installation of RO it worked for only two days and went defective despite additional filter provided beside the RO. When complained, the response was very poor and the Co. rep came after two days and reinstalled saying the earlier installation was not proper. It worked for another two days and now again went defective. The Company of your repute should not only ensure supply of best RO but also pay special attention to Customers.             Dear Sir/ Madam, I had following complains: 1) There is no response from the services department for the requests we registered under AMC. We had registered the request number of time since last four months. It seems that the service department is not interested to give the maintenance service. Last we had registered the complain on 3rd August, 2015. Today also we had also register the complain. Complain number given by customer care executive is 92622330. But your website says that it is invalid number. 2) We had registered a complain after finding Ants in the water tank. On 22nd June, 2015, the service engineer came and reported that there is problem in the CAP of the water tank. He reported the same to the company and registered a request for replacement of some part of water tank. He reported us that it will take nearby one week to issue and replace this part. Its nearby three months passed still replacement is not done. 3) Let me know the what action has been taken by you company as the complains are not resolved even after 3 months. 4) If we have ant problem in our water tank, then how safe is to use the water of your product? 5) I am surprised that you do not have system to SMS the Tickit No to the customer. Do you have such system? Your customer executive said so. 6) Our sales person was Mr. Bhupatsinh Vihol. We had also requested him number of times for the services. Still no reply.               Its been 15 days i am complaining about my aquagaurd RO, No body body in Eureka forbes ready to listen to their customer's problem. They only know how to sell but service they provide is really poor. I am still waiting my product to get fixed. Product is already in warranty however they ediots do not bother. Every time i call them, they ask me to wait for another 24-48 hrs .. Next time when i call i find my ticket resolved or completed without any sort of confirmation or visit. I have to open a new ticket again which again taken 48 hrs and same process as before. One of the worst experience i have with this Company. One thing i find in this portal that i am not the only one. More than 20k people made a mistake buying Aquagaurd. Such a chor company, I would never recommend anyone to go and buy Aquagaurd.                 Its been 15 days i am complaining about my aquagaurd RO, No body body in Eureka forbes ready to listen to their customer's problem. They only know how to sell but service they provide is really poor. I am still waiting my product to get fixed. Product is already in warranty however they ediots do not bother.                   Eureka Reviva RO unit is under repair for the past 5 months, due to hose cut and Water leak from water inlet hose. The problem was reported to local service network and also booked service request using [protected] mobile facility. No doubt the service calls are booked but no one is reporting / attending the unit.
                  In spite of repeated followups the service is denied for the unit under valid AMC till 09/03/2017.Appending AMC contract receipt for your quick reference.
                  I am seeing Eureka team is very aggressive in sales, interested in making AMC but denying service, keeping the customer requirements as a secondary priority. The simple service request is being delayed for the past 3 months, and due to this inaction, we are forced to buy bottled water from market, putting us in trouble.

                  Wherever I complain, I get standard replies.
                  I initiated a service request( A free service/ 3 months under AMC was in due).
                  I got a reply that the technicians will attend to the request within 2 days.
                  But I've not got any call.
                  I guess the problem is with the franchise in our city. All they do is calling over phone & taking no action to solve the problem.

                  IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN, I'M GOING TO TAKE IT TO THE COURT.

                  You are lucky, I am running after them for the last 3 and a half years to see a service person from the company promised to visit within 48 hours at least 50 times. The following letter I wanted to mail to them but could not locate an appropriate access.


                  Eureka Forbes and its customer Service

                  I had purchased a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner ‘Trendy’ around three and a half-year back from Chennai. The machine was not working in around three months after purchase and therefore, I had registered a complaint invoking the warranty. I was promised that somebody would visit my premises in 48 hours time to rectify the defect.

                  Nobody turned up for days, and as there was no response, reminder calls were given, which cycled the same assurance, which was never fullfilled. In another 6 months, I shifted to Bangalore where I again took up the issue, before the expiry of the warranty period.

                  There again, I found Eureka Forbes, similarly irresponsible, confining only to promises and never by service. I was surprised to be appraised that the Customer service center had information about my complaints and that no body had attended the complaint ever during the warranty period.

                  This was quite shocking to me, as I was a long standing customer of Eureka Forbes, who used to be impressed with your prompt and quality service for years, which tied me up with you and gave you a great standing in the market.

                  Disillusioned with the deterioration of your services, I considered it a waste of time, and therefore I had abandoned the machine. A few days back I saw your machine along with other debris and had a curiosity to invoke your services, as I have more time as a retired public servant.

                  On 10th August 2015, I made a complaint in No.[protected], pointing out my bitter experience. I was told that they do not have any history about my complaint, which commenced with my customer reference on mobile xxxxx6402. They noted my new address and mobile number in Kochi and promised that some body would visit from Eureka Forbes, before the end of the day and closed the conversation. No mention was made about any complaint Number.

                  Confirming my previous experience, No body turned up for days together and therefore on Friday, the 14th August 2015, I made a call to the same number[protected] at 12.46pm, when a lady picked up the call. Seemingly aware, She did not ask for the address, however promised that some body would visit my premises before the end of the day for services.

                  No results, hence called, the same number, when Mr. Rajesh attended the call and gave me a complaint no.92627146. I was amused to learn that your customer Service has not registered any complaint, or noted my address nor any record is available corresponding to my mobile number - a typical example of a third grade Indian Organization taking its customers for a ride.

                  I do not know whether this practice is weted by you or your top management, however I can assure you that no organization can survive long with this Customer service practice.

                    Eureka Forbes is a fraud company. They have taken Rs. 4000 from me & said they will fix anything related to aquaguard water purifier within 24hrs. All these were their tactics to extract money from the customers. They make false promises. I called them to change the power cord of my water purifier & they sent their repairing person with a damaged power cord & when I called them to ask why have they sent a damaged power cord they told they would change it immediately. It has been 4 days & haven't heard anything from them. I keep calling them but their is no answer from their side. They are just a fraud company with fraud people.

                      My customer id : [protected] 7 th of July I have purchased Enchance UV+UF Water Purifier from Online, Invoice no : [protected] Your service centre guys installed this purifier after 10 days This Machine is not Purifying water from day one 4 times I logged complaint in customer care for water not purifying Once your local Technician camed & said I will come Tomorrow with TDS Meter, but he is not come Again I logged the complaint last Monday ( 03/08/15 ) But till date nobody camed & not resolved this complaint Non Purifying Defective Product supplied me, Water Taste is too Bad from UV+UF ENCHANCE Product, I need replacement with Taste Purified Water Machine, Pls send well Experience Guys for check TDSÂ & Water Taste Pls Replace with Good Quality Product ASAP Balajianand

                          Does it take 20 days to replace filters being such big company, Is the company playing with the customers when called they pass the buck around . The service guy has already taken the money and promise you the next day he will come and do the job. Its a Shame being Eureka Forbes after having so much of trust. Its a urgent request to look into this matter.

                                I hvae bought enhance RO + UV water purifier which is under warranty. It is not working and raised complaint # 82855479. they told they will resolve in 24 hours. but even 6th day they have not done anything, stating parts are not available. then they gave me the number of manglore regional manager which is [protected]. as an escalation procedure. When I contacted him, he says me to call back customer care number. and customer care asking me to calling him back...they are playing cat and mouse game and not interested to resolve the issue. I tried go to their website and escalate the request. then the website says, the initial complaint number is not valid. they asked me to raise new one. I tried raising new one online, and in the process asked me to give a miss call to number [protected]. The call to number beeped out and hence unable to raise new complaint. I called back the customer care again and told them that I am unable to escalate it in website asked for the contact details of the escalation person. Customer care told they do not have those details and they know only to take complaints from customers. PATHETIC SERVICE. this is the 7th day, my water purifier is down without any sort of responsibility from acuaguard.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought Aqua guard Sensa+ and using it for more than 3 years now. I took AMC on 21st September 2014 for 2 years (End date is 20 September 2016). As I am facing a problem with the instrument, I have raised a complaint on 18th June 2015. After the follow up they have sent an inexperienced service person. He just cleaned the filter and went. Again as the problem was not resolved, I have raised request again. With great difficulty and chasing and calls to Eureka Manager, Mr. Raju, the same old service person came and changed a part of the instrument. But the problem was unresolved. I have again raised a complaint and chased many times. But the problem remained same I also requested them to change the filters as we have already paid money for AMC for 2 years. But there is no proper response and service. We are facing many health issues because of the impure drinking water and we have to buy water from outside by paying extra money. Who is responsible for this? What are the further procedures I need to follow?

                                      I own a Aquaguard CC model which is in perfect look and has been under regular srvice contract. The current service contract is for a period of three years upto April 2016. During the last visit, the service engineer reported that there is scaling on the UV tube for which there would be white particles floating in the water which might be a health hazard. He suggested that a new machine be bought. The next day the sales executive of the Company calls me and offers to visit to test the water condition. He visits and says the machine (maybe 10 years old) has to be changed and a new one bought since there is scaling in the UV tube. I feel this is arm twisting tactics of the company because i[censored]V tube is the problem it should be easily replaced. The company do not publish an expiry date on its machines. If the filter cartridge is replaceable so are all other parts (if not servicable). When I call my senior friend in the Company the sales guy reverses his stand and says he will send the service engineer to rectify the problem of floating white particles in water (deliberately left unattended so far to convince a new buy). If this is the new strategy of the Company loyal customers will shift to other companies' product which are no less better. Eureka Fobes Sapporji Palonji please take note.

                                        I had an opoortunity to gift cleaner to one of my vip customer at Kohlapur but it proved to me a humilation as nobody attended my calls with no demonstration. Everybody all sales peolple tried to befool me prommising their commitment. They are all waste-pl. take care- it is going to spoil the name of the organisation. sunil kaul [protected]

                                        I am Vanitha From Bangalore. I also purchased Euro Cleaner in the month of October 2014. But it was not working in the month of January itself. Only Once I used that euro cleaner. No body is interested in doing service. I called several times to the persons who sold the machine and the customer care, and complaint several times to 39883333 and complained about the problem. They are capable of telling sorry and take the complaint again and again. Atlast in the month of May one person by name Srinivas from Skanda Agency, Bangalore attended the complaint and changed the motor. He was very rude and always over phone. He never care for the consumer's words, instead he scolds us. But still cleaner is not working. I keep on contacting the people who are responsible for this. but I am not getting the result. After purchasing the cleaner I used that only 2 times. I suggest the people not to take Eureka Forbes Euro cleaner. Its not up to the marks. I really fedup by the service (They are not at all given the service). If you are having any contact number of Eureka Forbes higher officers, Please provide me.
