I have bought a an Water Purifier a year back. It is the top end Model - AquaGuard Geneus. I thought that it will solve my water problem. But the main pain point I realized when Service Required LED started glowing. I tried to raise a request, call the customer care. To my surprise none of the approach worked. No One responded. I am really frustrated with this....

This is my worst customer service experience. I ordered AquaGuard Clasic UV through sales person in coimbatore and paid advance 2000 INR on 02/06/2015. They said after 2 days you will get installed. but after two days no response from their side... If i called they are giving new number then i called to the new number they also giving new number to call...its just looping like this..in some cases they are said "I will call you in 2 min"....
