My Eureka Forbes Acquaguard Nova water purifier has not been working since the last 1 month. Despite repeated phone calls to the call centre and the aurhorised dealer Hirai Enterprises in Mulund, they have failed to repair the machine. I had called the local Eureka Forbes office and Mr Joseph responded to the call. Despite his assurances, no one has turned up. They came and changed the candle 10 days back but the machine is still not working. The technician was unable to resolve the issue. Instead of rectifying the problem, they are complaining about the model being old. If the model is old, then why did they renew the contract. COMPLAINT DATE :[protected] SERVICE REQUEST NO. This is to bring it to your notice once again as to how Eureka Forbes has been handling this case. After the above complaint, there was a call from one Mr. Amarnath from local Eureka Forbes office in Mulund[protected] within 24 hrs. Again on Tuesday, i.e,[protected], Mr Amarnath called me again in the morning asking me whether anyone had come to repair. I said no. I was in office when I got a second call in the evening at aroudn 4.30 pm. The same question was asked and I said no one had come till now. Since I was in office, I didn't get to cross check with my family at home. During that period, a technician by the name of Vilas or Vikas had gone to my house. He spent close an hour and a half diagnosing the machine. He was unable to resolve the issue. He went back saying that he will come back on Wednesday at 10 am with one Mr. Amit who is a field coach. It is quarter past 11 as I am writing this mail, and still no one has come.

We have gone through enough and is causing us mental trauma. We are unable to move out of the house, waiting for someone from Eureka Forbes to come and repair the machine. It is not possible to wait any further. This is to bring it to your kind notice that I will approach the consumer court in due course if my problem is not resolved within this week.

Meanwhile there was a call from no.[protected]. The person said that he is Aryan and calling from Eureka Forbes Head office in Gurgaon. I got the call the first time as soon as I registered my complain in this forum on Monday. Today[protected] while writing this mail) he called me again at 11.10 am. He started giving me options of taking the machine back and refunding me the amount & giving me vouchers. He has asked me to provide me my email id, which I have forwarded to his number. I want to know whether this person is authorised to deal with me like this.

Compalint has not been resolved yet. Technician failed to rectify the problem.

If my complaint is not resolved within this week, I may approach the Consumer Court for redressal.

Meanwhile, one Mr Aryan, claiming to represent Eureka Forbes, called me. He called from this no. [protected] and said that he is calling from Eureka Forbes head office from Gurgaon. He offered to take the machine back and provide me with refund of the entire cost of the machine or provide with vouchers. He also offered me discount of 25% if I opt for a new Eureka Forbes water purifier. I asked for an official communication regarding this. Mr Aryan asked me to send my email id which I gave him.

The first call from this no. [protected] was on Monday,[protected] hr after I registered my complaint on this forum ).
The second call was today[protected] at 11-10 am.

I would like the company to clarify whether an individual, claiming to represent the company, can offer me such a solution.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased the Aquasure Xpert RO Water Purifier last year in August and have been getting serviced at proper intervals. Now again when the water quality degraded I called for service and on checking the person said that the membrane needs to be changed but for that you will have to buy an AMC costing Rs.4, 800/-. When I asked that this is included in Initial Warranty by the company and since the product is still in warranty, I should get the membrane replaced with a new one. To this they are saying that you would get it replaced by an old recharged one, and that too when available with them. (Please Note: I also have purchased the extended Warranty for the product while purchasing the machine which they are saying is void and cannot be claimed.     I have not received any response from your service team yet and I am surprised how could you claim that my issue is been resolved even without anyone visiting me.

      There has been no service of my product since I have brought it (9 months now). You can the call center they just give the assurance. You try to raise the request online, it doesn't work. You try to escalate the request online, it doesn't work! What a pathetic company !!! I am going to put the feedback on every social media as I can. There is no one to listen. They just took the money for the AMC and never turned up. The product is not installed properly. Finally I gave up following up for that!!

        A complaint was registered in toll free number on 23/7/2015 for replacement of damaged water tap of Duo model water purifier through telephone to[protected], when the concerned official had promised to repair the same yesterday. The matter was reminded today also when it was assured to service the same by evening. In the mean time, we contacted the service centre, Bangalore at[protected] and they informed they do not have spares and complaint has to be registered. It is unfortunate that the response of your service centre is not satisfactory. It may be noted that the machine is covered under warranty for 4 years. The machine was purchased in 2012 and the parts are coming out one by one and hence we are doubtful of the quality of the product. In view of this, please exchange the product immediately so as to avoid frequent repairs.           Product name- AQUA GUARD CLASSIC, Water Purifier AMC Type -Silver Details of AMC: Contract receipt no.10/22184148, dated 23.05.13, Period- 25.05.13 to 24.05.15, Amount paid Rs.2300/- Company made another contract before expiry of aforesaid, details of which - Contract receipt no.10/23535824, dated 26.05.14, Period -26.05.14 to 24.05.16, Amount paid Rs.2500/- The above details clearly shows overlapping of AMC period for a single product installed at single premises at 96, Parmar Road, Po-Bhadrakali, Uttarpara, Hooghly-712232, West Bengal. We communicated the company representative several times and customer care executive verbally as well as by letter but no initiative has been as yet taken by the company to rectify the said anomaly.             I have purchased a Water Purifier in Dec 2014, replacing old Innova(failure mode) with a new UV model but we are having trouble from day one when we send sms REQ to their no. the engineer comes and cleans but of no use. Next itself our problem starts.NOw when i am trying to contact their marketing people( Vasudeva Rao/Shekar) nobody answers the phone. The service itself is very bad, the marketing person never understands the situation or acts according to the consumer requirement.

              Purchased product on 4/07/15. Product has been delivered on 11/07. Despite repeated calls no one came to install it. The agents did not connect the call to supervisor upon request as well. They say they do not have supervisors. Today is 23/07/15. If there is any technical issue, I think the service will be even worse. I can't even submit an online request to set up a return. If I would have purchased from a local store, at the most it would have taken 2 days to get it installed. I wasted 22k for this product.

                  Yesterday your chennai service representative named Ganesh for service area choolaimedu performed my first free servicing. He replaces the external filter for Rs 375. Today my aquaguard keeps on beeping but does not switch on. You should not have given free servicing. My water purifier was working fine prior to servicing.Your representative confirms that first servicing is free and next servicing is Rs 400. Free servicing is useless. Your free servicing is of no use and in fact done to damage my water purifier for subsequent servicing. This gives serious negative impression about the brand and its representative.

                    I have purchased one Aquagard Elegent RO+UV (S/N-[protected]) from Ranjeet Electrical&Electronics Uttam Nagar New Delhi 110059. During the installation engineer did not check Pre and post check of my MCD water although i requested them but he refused our suggestion. Therefore after filtration of water TDS value remain 5 that is not good for health. TDS value should be 50-70 for better heath as per health recommendations however water test was also effected like distil water. No wrath for me with good health which is suggest Agaurdgard. I raised my concern many times to company’s Engineer and Area Manager(Akhilesh M-[protected]) as well Dealer although dealer agreed to change my product but Area manager is dined my request but why I don’t know and he is suggest to change your memoran I don’t have idea on it and he/she don’t comment to TDS value above the 25 after filtration water. So many request sent to Dealer( Ranjeet Electronics) after that he changed my product now I got Aquagard Enached which is related to UV, UF and told me raise a SR to company for installation same I did but till the date no one attend my SR and product installation still pending. It’s long pending issue since 11th July. Aquagard service is too bad and do not care customer’s money and health. Aquagard customer service very cheap and very painful for all customer’s and no one take any ownership from aquagard. Follow up Call Number was provided by Aquagard call center:[protected]

                      I had purchased this XFORE Vacuum cleaner on June 27th 2015 ( transaction id is 61043, Customer ID is [protected] ). This was delivered by Mr. R.Sathish Agent-Code:9078419 on July 5th 2015. R.Sathish initially came for a demo with some other vacuum cleaner for which I didn't request a demo call. That was fine since I knew about the vacuum cleaner and have been using Eureka Fobes vacuum cleaner for more than 15 years ( i.e. from the first model.) But this time the product which I received was damaged, the cord was auto-winding and was not holding/locking in one position. Since then I had called them R.Sathish and the branch manager Mr.Senthil Murugan Pallavaram service centre, many times. But this issue is still not resolved. This would be my third vacuum cleaner from Eureka Fobes, it was never like this before. The integrity and service of Eureka is long gone. This ticket[protected] was raised with customer care two days back on 20th July 2015 ( via live chat )and it was said it will be resolved in 24 hrs MAX. But when I tried to escalate this via the site http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/Escalate-Your-Service-Request it says "Input ticket number is not valid". I don't know what to do now.

                        i had purchased euroguard water purifier in Nepal. I have also made maintenance contract. I would like to get some informatio from the main office of Eureka Forbes in India. . which is the authorized dealer in Nepal ? what are the facilities and information should that company provide to the customers? Every year it is increasing its maintenance cost, actually what is the rate of increment? Does the main office come to Nepal regularly to know what is the dealer actually doing to the customers in the name of the main company Eureka Forbes ? Thank you. 7/22/2015

                          We have a 2005 Aquaguard Inova model and have been maintaining a regular AMC with Eureka Forbes. Due to the water being hard, we have also taken an external sediment candle and Miracle which is supposed to be a heavy metal remover. The AMC has just been renewed in June 2015 for a period of two years and after servicing, the machine has been pronounced to be perfect by the service man, Mr Tanit Majumdar. Today another person, Mr Aniket Roy from Eureka Forbes visited and stated that the TDS in the tap water is less than the TDS in the water coming from the machine and said that due to calcification and sedimentation, the UV lamp has stopped functioning. When we contacted Mr Tanit Majumdar, he said that the UV lamp cannot be replaced and the whole machine will require replacing. When we enquired as to why this was not brought to our attention at the time of renewal of the AMC no satisfactory answer was forthcoming. Mr Roy further told us that the Miracle only stops iron and not the other heavy metals such as lead, arsenic etc. whereas even the user guide provided by Eureka Forbes states otherwise. We are completely confused and flummoxed. It is clear that Eureka Forbes and its service men are out to cheat the customers. Beware before buying their products. We further demand that the AMC be returned as we have lost complete faith in the Company and its products and service.

                            With reference to customer ID [protected] an on line purchase from Eureka Forbes site was made on 27.06.2015 for a Dr Aquaguard Genius+ amounting Rs 22, 990/ During first installation their technician could not install due to some defect in the unit. So many calls and mails have been sent but no action has been taken from the company.

                            Regretfully it is informed that we are facing lot of problem due to your defective unit vide customer ID [protected] it is taking more than 5 hours instead of 45 minutes to fill up its inbuilt tank. And its drain water continues falling after filling of its tank even after when the unit electrical supply is switched off. Water is falling from the top of the unit. Since the unit is installed today itself by your representative and not working properly it is requested that either paid amount to be refunded or replace the product at the earliest. We are facing water crises in such a rainy season as old water purifier has been removed today and your Dr Aquaguard Geneus+ is not working too. I'm fed up with working of your team.

                              I have paid Rs.3810/-(Rupees Three thousand eight hundred and ten only) vide SBI cheque No. 813659, dt.29.5.2015 towards Service Contract for servicing of Aqua sure Nano RO water purifier for the period from 29.5.2015 to 28.5.2016. As per the service contract Receipt No.[protected], dt.29.5.2015, for RO based water purifier 3 services are to be done and all the filters..Pre-filter Candle, Sediment Filter, Pre-carbon, Post-Carbon&Membrance are to be replaced. But, on 5.6.2015 only Membrane filter has been replaced and a message to my mobile no.[protected] has come stating that eureka forbes have replaced MEMBRANE FILTER ASSLY.ATOM/NANO MRP.Rs.1915/-. The local eureka technician/officer told that they would replace remaining filters as they were out of stock. Till now, eventhough One month time has been elapsed, the remaining filters have not been replaced as per the service contract. Because of this, in the absence of remaining filters, we are unable to drink pure water from the system. Further, the response of the eureka local staff here in this regard and in attending timely service also is very poor and not satisfactory. It is not meaningful and justifiable collecting Contract Amount of Rs.3810/- from me without availability of the all the filters. The supply of all the parts which are to be replaced as per the service contract should be done before initiating the contract. I request necessary help in this regard.                                 I had serviced my aquaguard in April, 2015. Then i was out of town for 3 months due to office work and when now I'm back I have found out that the water is a little muddy. So i called up Eureka Forbes, they are saying that i'll have to again pay the maintenance charge but i have already payed Rs 800 in April and clearly they haven't serviced the aquaguard well enough.

                                I had purchased the Aquasure Xpert RO Water Purifier last year in August and have been getting serviced at proper intervals.

                                Now again when the water quality degraded I called for service and on checking the person said that the membrane needs to be changed but for that you will have to buy an AMC.

                                When I asked that this is included in Initial Warranty by the company and since the product is still in warranty, I should get the membrane replaced with a new one. To this they are saying that you would get it replaced by an old recharged one, and that too when available with them.

                                (Please Note: I also have purchased the extended Warranty for the product while purchasing the machine which they are saying is void and cannot be claimed. Even though I have proper bills and documents.)

                                  Its been more then a months time, I have asked customer care guys to escalated my issue, however still no one has approached me for the solution. I have sent three email reminders on [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. However no response To give the insight on the issue. Registered mobile no.[protected]/[protected] Product : Aqua-guard Water purifier -Gold Nova We had a contract of Rs.3750/- from 20th June 2012 to 20th June 2015. As per the contract, one filter per year needs to changed. However the filters are not changed as per agreed contract. However the technician says that he had changed. Also it very strange that no receipts are given any time the service/ filter are provided. As per call center the technician should provide some receipt book or some document while signing the contract. I fail to understand that nothing was given to us during the contract renewal. And now we are told that contract is over and we have to renew. I don't mind renewing the contract however the services are not given to us as per agreed contract. The technician is just showing some cards which are signed by us. We do not agree on those cards, the sign part is just stick to some other cards and matter can be written later which is not acceptable at all. I request you to provide the services for next three years with proper documentation and receipts. We have already paid the contract money for which the desired services are not given. Hence request you to escalated this issue to high level and provide the solution. After several Service request and complains, my case is not yet resolved, I am forced to file a case against eureka Forbes in consumer forum and claim the damages Looking forward for support. I had escalated on 17th, however no response is received. I do not want excuses that my contract is expired on 20th June. Had given reasonable time for team to check and revert Resolution required : Either give me the refund of Rs.3750/-, else provide/replace the filters for next three years.                                     Eureka Reviva RO unit is under repair for the past 3 months, due to hose cut and Water leak from water inlet hose. The problem was reported to local service network and also booked service request using [protected] mobile facility. No doubt the service calls are booked but no one is reporting / attending the unit. In spite of repeated followups the service is denied for the unit under valid AMC till 09/03/2017.Appending AMC contract receipt for your quick reference. I am seeing Eureka team is very aggressive in sales, interested in making AMC but denying service, keeping the customer requirements as a secondary priority. The simple service request is being delayed for the past 3 months, and due to this inaction, we are forced to buy bottled water from market, putting us in trouble.

                                    But wherever I complain, I get standard replies.
                                    I initiated a service request( A free service/ 3 months under AMC was in due).
                                    I got a reply that the technicians will attend to the request within 2 days.
                                    But I've not got any call. I request you to please take note of my contact numbers, so that your valuable service initiative doesn't get misdirected due to miscommunication.

                                      Hi, I buy a product RO + UV Enhance on dated 17th Sep, 2014 and less than a year the product got damage. I buyed the product after making a search in Eureka Forbes site through Find your purifier by entering the Pincode. If the Purifier candle and carbon are getting damaged less than a year than it is false commitments made by the company.

                                      Today i talked to escalation head of navi mumbai, As per our discussion that i have to pay for the parts of the purifier which is not acceptable from my side after spending a huge amount to purchase a product then additional amount to be paid to replace the parts.I purchase the product and know the situation is i have to boil water on gas then use it.
                                      So, If the solution is a problem then no issues i will send ur useless product to your mumbai branch(lower parel) by this saturday.

                                        Hello, On 24th April'15 I was paid Rs. 4350/- towards AMC renewal for my iNova Water purifier to one of the service representatives sent my Shimoga city Authorized service centre (Ph:[protected]. He gave me an pink coloured slip in return as acknowledgement. After that he never attended for service till now by himself. last week[protected] I called the Eureka Forbes Shimoga office (Ph:[protected] and requested for a service. they sent an service person he checked the acknowledgement copy given by last guy for AMC renewal and said it's not valid. I was Shocked! he left the house without providing the service by redirecting it to his manager. I tried to contact his manager but he's not responding properly.
