i raised a complaint on the Branch Manager Satish, Ambattur, Chennai Branch and the ID is 1095107 on 29th june. Till now, no action has been taken. Eureka forbes is the worst in customer service the persons who are working there are worst in characters. i pirchased DrAquaguard jst 2 months back and the product is making so much of problem. Waste of money to buy Dr. Aquaguard. Not worth. i need the following complaints to be rectified immediately. Pls refer to my complaint dated 29th June. Till now no proper response on the below complaint The branch manager threatened us to give the letter that we will return thr complaint given against executive Manoj Kumar and he was talking so rubbish and indecent language. Immediate action should be taken The Branch Manager, Mr. Sathis didn't gave respect to a customer and he is telling that we had got benefit of Rs.1000 and Bcoz o[censored]s the executive had lost his money and job. More over, he is asking us whether do u have any record of this discount, have u got any written letter from the executive abt the discount. Will any customer get this type of letter From the executive? without knowing this simple thing how can he be a branch manager? Once he came to our home for payment collection, he came directly and said we are from eureka forbes am the branch manager, pls make the payment for the product. We asked them, how to believe u are from eureka forbes, do u have ur visiting care or any id card for verification. Even after asking thrice, he was nt ready to give us his visiting card nor id card and informing us that he doesn't have his visiting card with him. How to believe him that he's from eureka forbes? So we refused to make the payment. I can't understand y eureka forbes are recruiting such kind of persons. He was so arrogant. He was insulting us a lot for this discount. No one got such type of discount, only u got it. Will I build a bungalow with this Rs.1000 discount? The branch manager was threatening us to give a written letter stating that we got the discount, bcoz of his compulsion we wrote a letter and gave it. This s not the way to treat a customer. We need a apology letter from the Branch manager, Mr. Sathish Kumar, Ambattur, Chennai Branch. Kindly take necessary action

    I replaced my old Aquaguard purifier last year. The new model is pathetic. Based on advice from sales person, I have fixed an external filter also. once in 2 weeks, the filter stops working and there is no drinking water. when I lodge a complaint, the technician comes after 2 days. I am forced to buy 'can water' even after having Aquaguard filter. I am totally dissatisfied with the service. Yesterday, my filter failed again. I lodged a complaint in toll free number. Then I have to call local technician again informing about the same. Not even once, I got a call from them after lodging a service request. there is a lot of follow up needed from my side. Please change the service centre or let me know an alternate service center number where I can expect better service. I stay in K.K nagar, Chennai. I think my request is picked up by valasaravakkam branch. please remove such centres from your authorized list as it results in poor customer satisfaction.

    Myself mrs.reeta khare,
    i purchased aquasure RO on 26 apr 2015. After 15 day, the filter stops working and there is no drinking water. When I lodge a complaint, the technician comes after 2 days. and asked for commission.
    Again I have same complaint, as there is no drinking water at all. I have got
    very bad service and experience.

      After the Demo request booked on your site & the demo done last week, your visiting executive after testing the Tap Water sample advised to upgrade the present Aqua Guard INOVA Water Purifier installed on 09.08.2004 with Aqua Guard MAGNA UV model with 07 Ltr. storing capacity. Accordingly the advised model was booked under buy back scheme on 03.07.2015 vide Eureka Forbes Ltd. Advance Receipt no. 268 / 22039 with assurance to install the machine positively by lunch on sunday i.e. today . When there was no information / response till A/N today, your executive Mr. Jagesh Kumar, Code no. 9074432 was called on the no. given by him [protected] & he told to inform / update shortly.But, there after all calls to him went non- responded & now his phone is switched off . There is no information / update on the pending installation of the booked machine. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful .Also please advise / train your Executives not to be so Irresponsible & uncourteous in their professional behaviour with the customers.         i n.lakshmi holder of eureka forbes product reviva ro ordered it online order no.[protected] and invoice no.[protected] is not satisfied with the installation done by the service person and raised a complaint no. is 82270394 .but no one turned up since 5 days i'm calling the customer care but no one is responding properly .and the machine is lying idle t my place .

          I am raman sharma from amritsar. I am having a ro of aqua guard make model nova me and i have it's amc for two years. Since last one month i am regularly contacting eureka forbes for replacement of it's filters but every time customer care gives me a new complaint number and a fake assurance that within 48 hrs it will be done (Last two complaint no's are [protected],[protected] but things are still at square one. If nothing happens even after this mail i will highlight this matter in social media and eventually i will go to consumer court. So look into this matter seriously and take urgent steps.

              Dear Sir/Ma'am, I Kabita Nayak, customer of your product "Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV water purification" . Order date of product 06/06/2014 with advance amount, receirt no[protected], Address of the receipt: 6-3-789, 507, pavani prestige, Ameerpet, Hyderabad and Date of Installation on 21/6/2014. After some month ( 2 month before) I find out the the out side damage(crack in front ) with this product. Unfortunately, i was not complain in the particular date due to missing the receipt. As per your terms and condition mentioning in the booklet/Brochure ;12 month from the date of installation or 15 months from the date of sale. But our date from the installation 21/6/2014 to 04 07 2015 @ 12 month 13 days only. Please consider the situation and send the person to identify the particular damage(Crack) and kindly replace the product as soon as possible. I request you do the needful.                 Hi, I bought water purifier from the Eureka in the month of Nov 2014 but it got problem in the may 2015, it is different story i dont want to compain on that. To rectify the problem i register complain on 13th June 2015 for service. also they said technician will clear the issue within 48 hours but they came on 3th July 2015. thanks sabarirajan T chennai - 600 016.

                  My customer ID is [protected]. I live in Chennai Ambattur and my pin code number is 600053. I have made an online purchase of Dr.Aquaguard HD RO water purifier on 26/6/15. I have made the full payment of Rs.15, 490 /- for the same. Sales person from T Nagar Chennai office Mr.Sampath ( Employee code : 904968, contact number : [protected]) has assisted me for the above purchase. He had delivered the product to my residence on 27/6/15 evening. On 30/6/15 evening, service technician Mr.Saravanan [ contact number : [protected]] visited my house for installation. During the process of installation, he founds the machine to be defective. The problem is the filtered water not coming inside the tank after the filteration process. He spent about an hour and made some adjustments in the machine and for some time the water comes in the tank and again it stops. Finally he told the machine has to be replaced because it has some manufacturing defect. He told me he will escalate this to his senior Mr.Suseekaran, Service manager from Ambattur [contact number : [protected]]. On Wednesday, I have spoken to Mr.suseekaran and explain the problem, he told he will confirm and send the mail to the sales team T Nagar. Immediately, I have spoken to the sales manager at T nagar office Mr.Gunasekaran [ contact number [protected]] and he told me he has received the confirmation from the service manager stating the product is defective, and he will arrange me for a replacement of entire product. But unfortunately till now there is no response from his side and I have left with no clues after purchasing this product. I have been waiting for a week now after the delivery of this product. For getting a good quality water, we customer selects a good brand for our house. But I have been left with a very bad experience and poor customer after sales service.                   yesterday i have spoken to Mr.Gunasekaran (3/7/2015) and he told that he will replace the product today evening. today morning i have again called and spoken to him, he told that there is no stock and he can give on monday. i told him that inspite of paying the full amount and waiting for more than a week with a defective one, you are just making false promises of delivery... is it good on the part of a reputed company like eureka forbes... i told him, we have gone for the product because we need a water purifier at an urgent basis for our daily drinking purpose. if the same cannot be done immediately, i dont require the product and i should be refunded my money back.

                  for this he answered very wildly that "no refund will be made" and i need to wait for the unavailablity of stock. i told then i may have to go consumer court for this ... he told me please go we dont have any problem... i wondered how a sales manager of a reputed company can talk to a customer like this... with no fault on the customer side, who has made the entire payment and supplied with a defective product... it is heart paining to hear these type of words...

                  i request the concerned authorities from the eureka forbes to look into this and help me for a solution immediately.

                    2 years service contract on 16/09/2013 for Rs 2400/- for my aquaguard model no. ST- 2000 for the period 16/09/2013 to 15/09/2015.Contract receipt no.[protected]. Whenever any person comes from Eureka Forbes for servicing after due checking he says that the filter candle could not be changed due to non availability.I have contacted the concerned office, head office, customer care and lodged complain but no action has yet been taken.it appears that in the name of service contract they are collecting money but actual servicing is not done. since yesterday my wife is suffering from acute diahrrea. In this rainy season I can not wait further.

                      I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard on 10.05.2014 of Rs 13996/- having unit Serial Number [protected] in the Name of Mr.Tapan Kumar.Subsequently the aquaguard damaged so many times and after giving so many calls they are serviced the system .After proper investigation i came to know that the above unit serial number is issued to another person Named as Bulu Mohanty for Rs 8990/-.Then agian i investigated the same at Forest Park, Ground floor, Bharati Tower, Bhubaneswar-751001, Eureka Forbes Aquaguard office they said that the waranty of the machine is expired and simultaneously issue another invoice having same unit serial number i.e [protected] and invoice no-[protected] for Rs 8990/-.I am facing so many problems as the machine not working properly.Though the waranty of 1 year already crossed on 09.05.2015 Kindly let me know how your company collects amountt of Rs 13996/- insteaded of giving bill invoice of Rs 8990/-.The duplicate machine completely damaged .Kindly lookinto the matter on priority .Mob No-[protected]

                        The said request is yet to be closed & now we don't want this to close anymore. Your replacement unit arrived yesterday & your service person today whom did not let do anything. We have been practically begging your service from last 14 days...Not anymore!! Your service persons visited once only & did nothing to solve the problem or replace the defective unit. We in continuous touch with your people but they have promising dates only & doing nothing to solve the problem from last 14 days. There have been no replies to my emails from your customer care!
                        The unit was installed hardly one month back when it started showing problems. Is this famous eureka brand quality!! Not to mention your service (If it can be called such) which is pathetic to say the least.
                        Now, there had been enough of phone calls & requests...I demand money back..Take away your crap units immediately or i will take legal action in consumer forum.
                        Plz note that i[censored] don't heed to this i will take legal recourse.

                            we were asked to make full payment for a water purifier and it was made with an assurance that as soon as the product is delivered it will be installed. 4 days after several reminders a day it remains in packed condition. The service manger Dipesh kept promising and after teh second day blocked the numbers of my wife, my mobile and the landline so we could not contact him. Initially he was extremelly oversmart and said that since we had been loyal customers for the company for over 10 years we will get priority service and he would say he is talking to the service guys and put on hold and soon after when there was no service and we kept calling he blocked our number. I sent him a message that I will speak to the managing director but it had no effect what so ever . We have still not received the installation and have to drink poor quality water..if you are unable to install your own equipment please take it back and give us full refund there are several other compnies with better service and less oversmart personnel. the product is registered in my name and my mobile number is +91 [protected]

                            Further to your reply posted above..no one contacted me till now ..this is now about a month, the same person Dinesh continues to mock us. A one month old machine has a broken tap and complaint has been officially registered and the complain number is 82815159.

                              I bought Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner from chennai T.Nagar Vasanth & co, they deliverd the vaccum cleaner to my home after which the next day we opened and saw the wire pull back switch is not working properly, we called the service center and booked complaint, service technical person dint turn up and he came after one week and said he cannot repair on spot as it seems to be advanced machine, i dont understand what is advance thing wire pull back switch, it s a feature of eurka forbes vaccum cleaner even very long back. they said they had to take back to service center and will return in one day, but every day we call and ask we have not got back the vaccum cleaner, it has almost been two weeks since he took the vaccum cleaner and has not returned back. Never knew Eureka forbes chennai service center is so worst.

                                  We bought aquaguard hot and cold through online after talking to their representative in phone.He encouraged us to pay online and send us payment link through mail we ordered online on March 30th and our Customer ID: [protected].The product itself took 1 month to reach our doorsteps.After installation we found the piece is defective.Water is leaking from inside and very less water we get in bottles.More water goes out than we get in bottle.We talked to customer service and local managers but no one came to fix it or provide a solution for replacement.And we talked to our area manager he told us since we bought the product online its not their responsibility to replace the defective piece.Nearly called customer service more than 50 times and my complaint number with them is 81517877.Talked to customer services managers srikanth, supriya and shakshi.Local managers in chamrajpet vineeth, Bharath, Gajendra.Till now we got no response.All we receive reply from local managers is product bought online cant help.I dont know why they are selling it online if they cant support it.The product cost is Rs 27, 990.I want someone to fix the problem or replacement of this defective piece.They were talking nice till my 30 days refund period got over.Now customer service person says he got no solution for this and he dont know what to do in my case.Local team cant help as they didnt receive commission on my product.The product is 2 months old and has warranty.

The Executive returned the balance amount of Rs. 500 along with the stand. He apologize for his mistake. Thank u so much for Ur immediate action But the Branch Manager, Mr. Sathis didn't gave respect to a customer and he is telling that we had got benefit of Rs.1000 and Bcoz o[censored]s the executive had lost his money and job. More over, he is asking us whether do u have any record of this discount, have u got any written letter from the executive abt the discount. Will any customer get this type of letter From the executive? without knowing this simple thing how can he be a branch manager? Once he came to our home for payment collection, he came directly and said we are from eureka forbes am the branch manager, pls make the payment for the product. We asked them, how to believe u are from eureka forbes, do u have ur visiting care or any id card for verification. Even after asking thrice, he was nt ready to give us his visiting card nor id card and informing us that he doesn't have his visiting card with him. How to believe him that he's from eureka forbes? So we refused to make the payment. I can't understand y eureka forbes are recruiting such kind of persons. He was so arrogant. He was insulting us a lot for this discount. No one got such type of discount, only u got it. Will I build a bungalow with this Rs.1000 discount? The branch manager was threatening us to give a written letter stating that we got the discount, bcoz of his compulsion we wrote a letter and gave it. This s not the way to treat a customer. We need a apology letter from the Branch manager, Mr. Sathish Kumar, Ambattur, Chennai Branch. Kindly take necessary action

                                      I have shifted my residence from Mhow, MP to Mumbai recently. Since 29 June morning I have been submitting my request for reinstallation of RO at my new home. But even after 48 hours no technician has turned up to address my complaint. Every time I call up the customer care they assure me of sending somebody but it is just a false promise. For two days I'm having to manage drinking water from outside for self and family.

                                      It has been seven days since i put in a request to the customer care. Even after speaking to the area manager Mr Mohan Naik on 03 July 2015 who assured me that the problem will be resolved by next day nobody has turned up.
