No Use of it though making many complains, the situation is still the same no change seen, nil call received or none of their guy have visited, the worst of services ever seen.

    I hvae bought enhance RO + UV water purifier which is under warranty. It is not working and raised complaint # 82855479. they told they will resolve in 24 hours. but even 6th day they have not done anything, stating parts are not available. then they gave me the number of manglore regional manager which is [protected]. as an escalation procedure. When I contacted him, he says me to call back customer care number. and customer care asking me to calling him back...they are playing cat and mouse game and not interested to resolve the issue. I tried go to their website and escalate the request. then the website says, the initial complaint number is not valid. they asked me to raise new one. I tried raising new one online, and in the process asked me to give a miss call to number [protected]. The call to number beeped out and hence unable to raise new complaint. I called back the customer care again and told them that I am unable to escalate it in website asked for the contact details of the escalation person. Customer care told they do not have those details and they know only to take complaints from customers. PATHETIC SERVICE. this is the 7th day, my water purifier is down without any sort of responsibility from acuaguard.

    Customer care executive don't know any update. They are not ready to give escalation details also
    7th day... No resolution...not a single call from acquaguard

      Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought Aqua guard Sensa+ and using it for more than 3 years now. I took AMC on 21st September 2014 for 2 years (End date is 20 September 2016). As I am facing a problem with the instrument, I have raised a complaint on 18th June 2015. After the follow up they have sent an inexperienced service person. He just cleaned the filter and went. Again as the problem was not resolved, I have raised request again. With great difficulty and chasing and calls to Eureka Manager, Mr. Raju, the same old service person came and changed a part of the instrument. But the problem was unresolved. I have again raised a complaint and chased many times. But the problem remained same I also requested them to change the filters as we have already paid money for AMC for 2 years. But there is no proper response and service. We are facing many health issues because of the impure drinking water and we have to buy water from outside by paying extra money. Who is responsible for this? What are the further procedures I need to follow?

        I bought Dr. Aquaguard Magna Hd RO model on 14/06/2015 from Company sales representative Mr. Sandesh Junankar. He promised me to give personal water purifier bottle with this product. It's already passes more than 50 days but still I don't received the bottle. I called several time but no use.

          I own a Aquaguard CC model which is in perfect look and has been under regular srvice contract. The current service contract is for a period of three years upto April 2016. During the last visit, the service engineer reported that there is scaling on the UV tube for which there would be white particles floating in the water which might be a health hazard. He suggested that a new machine be bought. The next day the sales executive of the Company calls me and offers to visit to test the water condition. He visits and says the machine (maybe 10 years old) has to be changed and a new one bought since there is scaling in the UV tube. I feel this is arm twisting tactics of the company because i[censored]V tube is the problem it should be easily replaced. The company do not publish an expiry date on its machines. If the filter cartridge is replaceable so are all other parts (if not servicable). When I call my senior friend in the Company the sales guy reverses his stand and says he will send the service engineer to rectify the problem of floating white particles in water (deliberately left unattended so far to convince a new buy). If this is the new strategy of the Company loyal customers will shift to other companies' product which are no less better. Eureka Fobes Sapporji Palonji please take note.

            I had an opoortunity to gift cleaner to one of my vip customer at Kohlapur but it proved to me a humilation as nobody attended my calls with no demonstration. Everybody all sales peolple tried to befool me prommising their commitment. They are all waste-pl. take care- it is going to spoil the name of the organisation. sunil kaul [protected]

            I am Vanitha From Bangalore. I also purchased Euro Cleaner in the month of October 2014. But it was not working in the month of January itself. Only Once I used that euro cleaner. No body is interested in doing service. I called several times to the persons who sold the machine and the customer care, and complaint several times to 39883333 and complained about the problem. They are capable of telling sorry and take the complaint again and again. Atlast in the month of May one person by name Srinivas from Skanda Agency, Bangalore attended the complaint and changed the motor. He was very rude and always over phone. He never care for the consumer's words, instead he scolds us. But still cleaner is not working. I keep on contacting the people who are responsible for this. but I am not getting the result. After purchasing the cleaner I used that only 2 times. I suggest the people not to take Eureka Forbes Euro cleaner. Its not up to the marks. I really fedup by the service (They are not at all given the service). If you are having any contact number of Eureka Forbes higher officers, Please provide me.

                I bought Eureka Forbes Ro in December 2014 after six month my inlet water TDs change because of that the outlet water TDS down below 20 which is not drinkable water I asked to service center to look into this but they suggest you have to buy new one so this product is not worthy please go for kent to which has this option of TDS control because each time you can not change the membranes in case of change in inlet water which is not your control.

                  I bought Xpert in January 2015. There were hundred of choices to make but I went with eureka Forbes for being the top brand in water purification. We were hoping for the best purification and after sales service but it turned out absolutely contradictory. Place I live at has tank water/borewell supply so I opted for water purifier with TDS Controller but it's not working as it is constantly at same band(band A for municipal water) but it should be at higher band. Complained so many times but still unresolved, service executives (Vipul, Shashi) visited but it seemed they are just to get things done than resolving!! Talked to customer care thousands of times, escalated it online to Ms. Vinath Hegde (Head of customer care). All seem so irresponsible as they have nothing to do with their customers health. What all means to them is sales..BIG COMPANY BUT SMALL REPUTATION. No brand value at all. I can see so many complains here. It proves they are not working at all anything for customer satisfaction and service. Decided to launch a complain here so that others can't be fooled. I want either absolute resolution or replacement. It is illegal to play with health of people with boasting advertisements " shudh se zyada sehat ka vaada". Please think!!

                  It's really hard to understand what does word earliest mean by eureka Forbes. Your service representative Mr. Satyaprakash Yadav alongwith Shashi visited us on sat 22nd August 2015 and told us to revisit on Friday i.e, 28th August with the quality head Mr. Ganu (as told by representative) as they were unable to solve out the problem. It's 14th sept today and they never reverted back. It's such an irresponsible act by you and your company. Now what is left with us is to go for legal procedure!! It's just a waste to time to expect any proper action from eureka Forbes realising their responsility.

                      Today when a aqua Guard Representative came to Service my elegant RO, Informed me that some of the spares are not available and which has further damaged other spares. I feel cheated and irritated. And this company has not changed the spares within warranty and just directed the supply without replacing the spares. And now when warranty is over, they are asking money for the same spares. Their greed has further damaged the motor and my whole RO system is US. It is painful when someone rob ur hard earn money.kindly do something to address my grivances.

                        I am an eureka forbes water purifier owner. we had purchased this equipment in 2010. The service provided in the 1st few years were good. But in past few years it has become horrible. They charged Rs. 2590 for service contract renewal from 2011 to 2013 but NOT a SINGLE service was provided in these years. Even after continuous follow ups there was no response. Now I have raised a request for filter change and service contract renewal on 3rd June, which has not been attended yet. Every time the customer care executive has the same response - YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED in 1 WORKING day and I am still waiting and following up for filter change and service. I think this is purely testing patience of customers and pushing them to an extent to get rid of the equipment and switch to some other company.

                          If possible don't buy the products, Never go for AMC ...They never resolve your complaints.My complaint stands unresolved even after one week. I stay in chennai, Ramapuram and they have service centre just near to me .Still no one attending the calls properly.There is no Spares available with them.Their mangers are fooling me like anything.I have all their names and details .If aqua guard want to contact, I can provide.

                          I appreciate the momentum exhibited when I posted my complaint on a public forum .I have escalated my complaint to all possible levels from the last 5 days.When I contacted the escalation point ( A Manager in the service centre, I have all his details but dont want to defame him in a public forum NOW), the reply was pathetic " I dont have any spares available if you want to complaint I can give my managers number " This was his reply .

                          Instead of publishing my contact details here, I would like you please go back and check your customer care database and find out the complaint registered from my name.
                          I would like to inform you that I am posting all these bitter experiences in your face book page also.

                            From, K.S.Omkumar Hig 4/31, T.N.H.B Colony, Kolathur, Chennai-600099. ( [protected]). To, The Eureka Forbes, Respected Sir, I am staying in the above said address for 25 years. I am bringing to your notice that one of your Eureka Forbes Customer Sales Specialist Thiru. Kincy Mathew approached me on 14/6/2015 morning for the sale of Aqua Guard Magna(RO+UV) model and he assured us that if we book that model on that day itself, Eureka Company will provide us free life time service warranty. For booking the above said Aquaguard magna (RO+UV) model, he asked us to pay Rs.1500/- and I too paid the amount and got the receipt from him (Receipt No.073856). Thereafter receiving the amount he told us that he need to check the water TDS before bringing the Aquaguard magna unit for fixing, and he went out and brought the TDS meter on the same day evening to check the borewell water TDS, after checking the borewell water tds level, he told us that the Aquaguard model which we booked won’t support for the TDS level more than 2000mg/lt. since our borewell water tds level was 2100mg/lt, in spite of that, if we fix the aquaguard magna(RO+UV) model then the Membrane life will be short and it gets blocked before attaining 6000/- litre of water purification. Hence he told us that, in Eureka forbes there is another model that suit our input water TDS level and it support higher end of 2500mg/lt. He went to bring the suitable Aqua guard model that supports our water input TDS, and assured to produce its specification before that, but he didn’t come to us for more than 2 weeks and when I called him to his mobile no. [protected], it was switched off for several times and reply for him was, there was no specification pamphlet of high TDS end supportable aquaguard model with him right now and assured to bring it as earlier as possible. After then he came back on 8/7/2015, straight away with the Aqua Guard Product and told me that, this was the model which he told us of supporting high TDS water input. The Aqua guard Enhance Ro model model which he brought contains high TDS membrane and it cost of Rs.16490/-.The Aqua guard Enhance RO model which he brought was Rs.13, 990/- price in the Eureka forbes website and I made enquiry to Eureka Forbes Customer number and the same was the reply from them. They said that Aquaguard Enhance (Ro+UV) model is that will cost of Rs.17990/- and the model which he brought to me was Aqua guard Enhance Ro is for Rs.13, 990/- as mentioned in the website. In this case I asked him for Rs.14000/- or else to take the unit back and to return me the advance of Rs.1500/- which I paid him in advance for the Booking. He took the unit back along with the Cancellation request letter of mine and promised to return my money back in 2 days but no proper response from him and also from your side (Eureka Forbes). Therefore I request you to take necessary action in returning my advance amount of Rs.1500/- paid by me.                               After a month of wait finally Dr.Aquaguard Eterniti Model arrived to my doorsteps via GATI courier (Docket No.[protected] absolutely late delivery. and now since 22ed July 2015 i am waiting for INSTALLATION. nobody from the company has called, this is a pathetic display of professionalism, i expected more from a company this big. i demand an installation as soon as possible or i want my REFUND back. invoice no.                               On 7th August 2015 representative called at 11am and told me that within 2 hours installation will be done. but nobody from Eureka Forbes came. still no installation. i am already regreating this. poor servies, and no regards for customers.

                                I had ordered Acquaguard Reviva Order on Eureka Forbes website on 21st July 2015. I had made the payment online through my credit card. My customer id is [protected] with Eureka Forbes. When I made the purchase I was promised that it will be delivered and installed with in 1 week of making payment. Ever since I ordered am trying to follow up regarding with my order through email and phone but not for once did I got any proper response. Everytime I speak I was assured that I will get a call back with concerned team but that never happened. Twice I was being misinformed that product has got dispatched but that was never the case. I spoken to so many individuals in their customer support team but not for once my purchase order status was properly given to me. I have spent so much money and time in calling their customer care and corporate office number but all my efforts failed in vain After getting frustrated with their officials and customer support team today I have finally written to them requesting a full refund on my purchase as now I cant wait any longer for product to get delivered. I would request to pls help me getting refund on a urgent basis and take suitable action against company for causing me so much pain and inconvenience in last 2 weeks.

                                  I have recently online purchased Dr- Aquaguard Booster from your eurekaforbes site, before purchase I got simple understanding for the product from your employees - Prashant Jadhav/Vinay Tiwari Employee ID - 9084424. I have a BAD experience while speaking to them on his Cell for follow up of product delivery, after purchasing a product using their employee Id for getting commission from eurekaforbes Now they are not picking call(vinay) & while I have called to Prashant Jadhav; some rascal person has picked my call on prashants cell no instead of him. Who have no sense to talk with customer and he is asking me that "Aap dekh lo aapko product purchase karna he ki nahi" or asking some nonsense answer while, asking him to give a phone to Prashant. After doing the same he has cut my call and while I am trying to call them again no one is picking up my call. This could happen because I have already purchased and paid for product using his employee id, now they are sure that they will get commission from company. Before purchasing a product they are doing follow-up to me for order placement and purchasing, but after purchasing a product and bear a proper time of product delivery my simple question was that when can i expected my product. But now I am under you because I have paid and already mentioned your employee id. I think this is pathetic way to care your customer, who paying proper amount to your company and because of customer your presence are there, otherwise no need of you i.e.(Marketing, Customer Support, etc). I want a serious action on them who have done misbehave with me; otherwise I have decided to surrender this product even though some amount got deducted while returning in your replacement policy.                                   I also have some COMPLAINT with Eurekaforbes, i also had initiated a return of product on 08/08/2015 raised complaint[protected];
                                  They ask me to arrange a call me back within a day i.e. 08 /08/2015 still today 10/08/2015 no call yet received from company and their executives.

                                  Till today i am awaiting for call from their end, and if i am trying to call and ask for my issue or complaint then they have simple answer wait call back will arrange and you should got it.

                                  I think this is not a way to provide a service to customer, the company dont have internal call transfer system to speak with related dept for customer complaint if customer ask for that.

                                  Pathetic way to serve their service in this technology world.

                                  I have been requesting for a reinstallation since one week as I moved to another house. Request No [protected]. I am on an year contract and during its renewal, you guys call me 10 times in a day and when it comes to reinstallation, you are lease bothered about it. Everyday, your customer care says the technician will visit today but never happened so far. Why do you follow such an unfair practice ?

                                  I would like to return my RO back to you and go for someone else ( like Kent ). Please let me know how and where do I need to surrender and bid a good bye to you guys. You are such an unprofessional team.

                                      I had initiated a return of product on 2nd of August and am calling them thrice daily for update. every time i hear is that back end team will call you. But till date i have not received any response from any one. Please let me know when will this be confirmed. As i am really upset and tired with the entire waiting. 92512077 is the complaint number and am not sure how long will i have to wait and by then a month will get over

                                      I have called the customer care 15 times now but still the same response.

                                      Its a really bad experience i am facing with Eureka.

                                      I am complaining about the product from 7th July without any luck till date.

                                      Now when am raising return of product and am calling from 2nd August i get the same issue. Its un imaginable how can a service

I want to re install the product at new premises. I called on your customer service centre on[protected]., I lodged dismantelling and re installation request on[protected].My request no . is 92483393, your secvice centre executives told that they will attend the request with in 24 hours. no one turned down to attend the request or even made a cal to attend the request.after that I have atleast made 08 calls to customer care, every time the same response I got from your customor centre that technician will be at your doorstep today they will be attending your call today positively . .
