I am an eureka forbes water purifier owner. we had purchased this equipment in 2010. The service provided in the 1st few years were good. But in past few years it has become horrible. They charged Rs. 2590 for service contract renewal from 2011 to 2013 but NOT a SINGLE service was provided in these years. Even after continuous follow ups there was no response. Now I have raised a request for filter change and service contract renewal on 3rd June, which has not been attended yet. Every time the customer care executive has the same response - YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED in 1 WORKING day and I am still waiting and following up for filter change and service. I think this is purely testing patience of customers and pushing them to an extent to get rid of the equipment and switch to some other company.

    If possible don't buy the products, Never go for AMC ...They never resolve your complaints.My complaint stands unresolved even after one week. I stay in chennai, Ramapuram and they have service centre just near to me .Still no one attending the calls properly.There is no Spares available with them.Their mangers are fooling me like anything.I have all their names and details .If aqua guard want to contact, I can provide.

    I appreciate the momentum exhibited when I posted my complaint on a public forum .I have escalated my complaint to all possible levels from the last 5 days.When I contacted the escalation point ( A Manager in the service centre, I have all his details but dont want to defame him in a public forum NOW), the reply was pathetic " I dont have any spares available if you want to complaint I can give my managers number " This was his reply .

    Instead of publishing my contact details here, I would like you please go back and check your customer care database and find out the complaint registered from my name.
    I would like to inform you that I am posting all these bitter experiences in your face book page also.

      From, K.S.Omkumar Hig 4/31, T.N.H.B Colony, Kolathur, Chennai-600099. ( [protected]). To, The Eureka Forbes, Respected Sir, I am staying in the above said address for 25 years. I am bringing to your notice that one of your Eureka Forbes Customer Sales Specialist Thiru. Kincy Mathew approached me on 14/6/2015 morning for the sale of Aqua Guard Magna(RO+UV) model and he assured us that if we book that model on that day itself, Eureka Company will provide us free life time service warranty. For booking the above said Aquaguard magna (RO+UV) model, he asked us to pay Rs.1500/- and I too paid the amount and got the receipt from him (Receipt No.073856). Thereafter receiving the amount he told us that he need to check the water TDS before bringing the Aquaguard magna unit for fixing, and he went out and brought the TDS meter on the same day evening to check the borewell water TDS, after checking the borewell water tds level, he told us that the Aquaguard model which we booked won’t support for the TDS level more than 2000mg/lt. since our borewell water tds level was 2100mg/lt, in spite of that, if we fix the aquaguard magna(RO+UV) model then the Membrane life will be short and it gets blocked before attaining 6000/- litre of water purification. Hence he told us that, in Eureka forbes there is another model that suit our input water TDS level and it support higher end of 2500mg/lt. He went to bring the suitable Aqua guard model that supports our water input TDS, and assured to produce its specification before that, but he didn’t come to us for more than 2 weeks and when I called him to his mobile no. [protected], it was switched off for several times and reply for him was, there was no specification pamphlet of high TDS end supportable aquaguard model with him right now and assured to bring it as earlier as possible. After then he came back on 8/7/2015, straight away with the Aqua Guard Product and told me that, this was the model which he told us of supporting high TDS water input. The Aqua guard Enhance Ro model model which he brought contains high TDS membrane and it cost of Rs.16490/-.The Aqua guard Enhance RO model which he brought was Rs.13, 990/- price in the Eureka forbes website and I made enquiry to Eureka Forbes Customer number and the same was the reply from them. They said that Aquaguard Enhance (Ro+UV) model is that will cost of Rs.17990/- and the model which he brought to me was Aqua guard Enhance Ro is for Rs.13, 990/- as mentioned in the website. In this case I asked him for Rs.14000/- or else to take the unit back and to return me the advance of Rs.1500/- which I paid him in advance for the Booking. He took the unit back along with the Cancellation request letter of mine and promised to return my money back in 2 days but no proper response from him and also from your side (Eureka Forbes). Therefore I request you to take necessary action in returning my advance amount of Rs.1500/- paid by me.         After a month of wait finally Dr.Aquaguard Eterniti Model arrived to my doorsteps via GATI courier (Docket No.[protected] absolutely late delivery. and now since 22ed July 2015 i am waiting for INSTALLATION. nobody from the company has called, this is a pathetic display of professionalism, i expected more from a company this big. i demand an installation as soon as possible or i want my REFUND back. invoice no.         On 7th August 2015 representative called at 11am and told me that within 2 hours installation will be done. but nobody from Eureka Forbes came. still no installation. i am already regreating this. poor servies, and no regards for customers.

          I had ordered Acquaguard Reviva Order on Eureka Forbes website on 21st July 2015. I had made the payment online through my credit card. My customer id is [protected] with Eureka Forbes. When I made the purchase I was promised that it will be delivered and installed with in 1 week of making payment. Ever since I ordered am trying to follow up regarding with my order through email and phone but not for once did I got any proper response. Everytime I speak I was assured that I will get a call back with concerned team but that never happened. Twice I was being misinformed that product has got dispatched but that was never the case. I spoken to so many individuals in their customer support team but not for once my purchase order status was properly given to me. I have spent so much money and time in calling their customer care and corporate office number but all my efforts failed in vain After getting frustrated with their officials and customer support team today I have finally written to them requesting a full refund on my purchase as now I cant wait any longer for product to get delivered. I would request to pls help me getting refund on a urgent basis and take suitable action against company for causing me so much pain and inconvenience in last 2 weeks.

            I have recently online purchased Dr- Aquaguard Booster from your eurekaforbes site, before purchase I got simple understanding for the product from your employees - Prashant Jadhav/Vinay Tiwari Employee ID - 9084424. I have a BAD experience while speaking to them on his Cell for follow up of product delivery, after purchasing a product using their employee Id for getting commission from eurekaforbes Now they are not picking call(vinay) & while I have called to Prashant Jadhav; some rascal person has picked my call on prashants cell no instead of him. Who have no sense to talk with customer and he is asking me that "Aap dekh lo aapko product purchase karna he ki nahi" or asking some nonsense answer while, asking him to give a phone to Prashant. After doing the same he has cut my call and while I am trying to call them again no one is picking up my call. This could happen because I have already purchased and paid for product using his employee id, now they are sure that they will get commission from company. Before purchasing a product they are doing follow-up to me for order placement and purchasing, but after purchasing a product and bear a proper time of product delivery my simple question was that when can i expected my product. But now I am under you because I have paid and already mentioned your employee id. I think this is pathetic way to care your customer, who paying proper amount to your company and because of customer your presence are there, otherwise no need of you i.e.(Marketing, Customer Support, etc). I want a serious action on them who have done misbehave with me; otherwise I have decided to surrender this product even though some amount got deducted while returning in your replacement policy.             I also have some COMPLAINT with Eurekaforbes, i also had initiated a return of product on 08/08/2015 raised complaint[protected];
            They ask me to arrange a call me back within a day i.e. 08 /08/2015 still today 10/08/2015 no call yet received from company and their executives.

            Till today i am awaiting for call from their end, and if i am trying to call and ask for my issue or complaint then they have simple answer wait call back will arrange and you should got it.

            I think this is not a way to provide a service to customer, the company dont have internal call transfer system to speak with related dept for customer complaint if customer ask for that.

            Pathetic way to serve their service in this technology world.

            I have been requesting for a reinstallation since one week as I moved to another house. Request No [protected]. I am on an year contract and during its renewal, you guys call me 10 times in a day and when it comes to reinstallation, you are lease bothered about it. Everyday, your customer care says the technician will visit today but never happened so far. Why do you follow such an unfair practice ?

            I would like to return my RO back to you and go for someone else ( like Kent ). Please let me know how and where do I need to surrender and bid a good bye to you guys. You are such an unprofessional team.

                I had initiated a return of product on 2nd of August and am calling them thrice daily for update. every time i hear is that back end team will call you. But till date i have not received any response from any one. Please let me know when will this be confirmed.                 I have called the customer care 15 times now but still the same response.

                Its a really bad experience i am facing with Eureka.

                I am complaining about the product from 7th July without any luck till date.

                Now when am raising return of product and am calling from 2nd August i get the same issue. Its un imaginable how can a service
                be run like this.

                      I have purchased a Water purifier from them (RO+UV system), Initially they suggested a model for me and collect the advance amount and after that they delivered some other device which is more costlier than the committed, and after that the installation not yet done but when I approached them again and again they told that the particular model could not be installed in my home, So when I asked for the refund of my amount they are telling that it will be refunded only after the device is sold to some other customer, it almost 6 weeks passed but still there is no response from them Date of Purchase: 17 June 2015 Amount : 17490 Rupees.

                      I was given various complaint numbers from your customer care like 92264070, 92332780 but the issue still remains, Since your people has given us a wrong commitment and delivered a product and collected 100% payment from me and after 1 week they informed me that the product could not be installed in my home due to high TDS level in my water source.

                      And when I asked repayment for the money they told me that refund will be given to me only after selling the product to some other customer. And I am waiting for around 6 weeks still now they are telling that they are still finding the customer to sell the product. For that I have to make lot many phone calls and follow ups etc, they gave proper response until collecting the money but after that they treat me like a beggar.

                      Since the mistake is 100% yours why should I wait for the product to be sold to some other customer?????????
                      And who will pay for the phone calls I made for the mistake of your people??????????
                      And who will pay for the interest for the amount which I paid these days????????????
                      What type of compensation are you going to pay for my mental agony????????????
                      Since the product is brand new and not used then why can't you refund my money and took back your product since my credit card statement shows as Eureka Forbes and not the sales person name?

                      I have no other option than approaching the consumer court if I didn't get the refund within this Friday.

                        I have purchased Wet & Dry vaccum cleaner from eureka forbes website under the guidance of the Employee Mr. Yogesh, i have done the payment using my credit card (EMI Option) on July 9. i was notified that within 8 working days product will be delivered. on 17 July i received call from Gati transport that my product has been received but no payment information updated, eureka forbes people booked the product on COD (Cash on Delivery) actually i have done the payment. I called the eureka forbes ebuy helpline[protected]and explained about the problem and they provided their senior number Mr. Harish ([protected]) and asked to send an email regarding payment details screenshots and documents to the company's email id. i have sent the screen shots and payment details documents to their email id i.e., [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. I have called Mr. Harish and he guaranteed me that after 4-5 days i will get my product. its been 20 days Mr. Harish is not picking my call and call center people forwarding call to other department and i have spoke with Mr. Kevin, Mr. Abhilash but use the same repeated story "We will get back to you and update you" and no update on my product. Please consider my problem and take the legal action on them.

                        Since 20 days Eureka Forbes team were regretting the inconvenience but not taking any action against my issue. Eureka Forbes team stating about the good service and long relationship but they are short of their services and commitments. Sorry to say but its true that you people are not willing to do the business, because of your product only you people are there not because of your service.
                        Even I was being given this number [protected] of Mr Harish. Looks like its another way of fooling customers. This guy never picks up the phone. Even i tried calling him at least 15-20 times regarding my complaint but they never pick up the phone.

                        Whole system of Eureka Forbes customer care is in big mess. They are troubling every second customer especially those who are buying their products online.

                        Pls take suitable action against the company for causing so much inconvenience to their customers.

                          Have online ordered Dr. Aquaguard compact on 25th June 2015, as per commitment by Eureka forbes telesales team, the ordered product will reach to me within 7 days. I had continuously followed status delivery status, however had not got satisfactory answer from customer care team. One of Eureka forbes executive has assured that, logistic team will call me within an hour however, a complete day is passed and I had not received any call from them. I had made another n number of attempt, and guess what, I got same answer from new exicutive every time team and I had not received a call from logistic team. Funniest part is I had not got any service request no. for both complaints done on [protected]. I had latter inquired on customer care no. 39883333, which is handle by a gentlemen, who has registered my complaint and provided me a complaint no i.e. 92258552. Finally I had followup with Nagpur team and received products on 7th July 2015 and Nagpur team has helped me out for installation too( though that does't comes under there preview.) I had Not received freebies offered by the telesales team, every time I tried to they they have advice me to contact Mr. Vinit Jain( so called senior officer). I had tried n-number of times to contact him on([protected]) Provided by customer care team. Frankly speaking now my fingers started paining by dialing his number, but that fake person never revived a call. Apart form this I had tried to connect with customer care team, most of the time they put the call on hold for 10-15 mins and latter disconnected the same. What a unprofessional ridiculous customer care approach by a company like eureka forbes. I had made a complaint for freebies on 9th july 2015(complaint no.[protected] which is not resolved by eureka team till date. I already written n-number of mails with respect to this issue on [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in; [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in; [protected]@eurekaforbes.com but never got the resolution and revert form the teams. I personally fill don't buy eureka products.they are incompetent to serve the customer.and also makes fake promotions.

                            With reference to my customer ID [protected], I had booked online Aquaguard Reviva UV on 29.06.2015. While booking Eureka Forbes had ensured the delivery within 8 days, but till date we have not received the purchased product except Aquaguard On the go as coplimentary. I tried to contact on helpline number, nobody replied properly. After paying the full amount through online, now we are feeling cheated by a reputed company like Eureka Forbes.

                              I glad to inform that i had purchased a dry type eureka forbes vacuum cleaner, which is still working without any compliant, for which the accessory viz., floor scribber has not been received. The floor scribber revolving joint was designed fitted with screw as and when it was broken the joint only can be changed instead of fully scribber changed, where as i contacted to purchase revolving joint only at KK Nagar, trichy. The representative informed that there is no joint separately. it has to be purchased full scribber which is cost Rs.290/- and not available at present. What is the use of the design?. Please study and make suitable action against sales of eureka forbes spares.

                                Complaint Unattended, No response for calls, pathetic service

                                Had purchased Aquaguard pride, from day one we got to knew that it was defective product, but the employee convinced us that if any problem he will solve it, he served us twice but now from past 1.5 months no-one is responding from Eureka forbes have called many times to customer care no.3988 3333, every-time they say that we will receive call within 2 hrs but that haven't took place. Have been calling them since june but no one came yet...

                                i purchased aquaguard enhance ro+uv 4 months back.till now didn't get water bottler purifier and recipe book as promised. raised many complaints: 80060271 and 91887559 third class customer care with huge waiting. no reponse yet.if i try to raise request from web, it fails for no reason. if this continues, i will make sure no one in my friend circle buys any aquaguard product.damn hopeless service

                                  I have purchased Aquasure. the customer care service is very poor, they are not giving response to our complaints problem is that water is not coming out of purifier and plastic plate on which we keep bottle is broken and its not available yet
