We have a 2005 Aquaguard Inova model and have been maintaining a regular AMC with Eureka Forbes. Due to the water being hard, we have also taken an external sediment candle and Miracle which is supposed to be a heavy metal remover. The AMC has just been renewed in June 2015 for a period of two years and after servicing, the machine has been pronounced to be perfect by the service man, Mr Tanit Majumdar. Today another person, Mr Aniket Roy from Eureka Forbes visited and stated that the TDS in the tap water is less than the TDS in the water coming from the machine and said that due to calcification and sedimentation, the UV lamp has stopped functioning. When we contacted Mr Tanit Majumdar, he said that the UV lamp cannot be replaced and the whole machine will require replacing. When we enquired as to why this was not brought to our attention at the time of renewal of the AMC no satisfactory answer was forthcoming. Mr Roy further told us that the Miracle only stops iron and not the other heavy metals such as lead, arsenic etc. whereas even the user guide provided by Eureka Forbes states otherwise. We are completely confused and flummoxed. It is clear that Eureka Forbes and its service men are out to cheat the customers. Beware before buying their products. We further demand that the AMC be returned as we have lost complete faith in the Company and its products and service.

    With reference to customer ID [protected] an on line purchase from Eureka Forbes site was made on 27.06.2015 for a Dr Aquaguard Genius+ amounting Rs 22, 990/ During first installation their technician could not install due to some defect in the unit. So many calls and mails have been sent but no action has been taken from the company.

    Dear sir,

    Regretfully it is informed that we are facing lot of problem due to your defective unit vide customer ID [protected] it is taking more than 5 hours instead of 45 minutes to fill up its inbuilt tank. And its drain water continues falling after filling of its tank even after when the unit electrical supply is switched off. Water is falling from the top of the unit. Since the unit is installed today itself by your representative and not working properly it is requested that either paid amount to be refunded or replace the product at the earliest. We are facing water crises in such a rainy season as old water purifier has been removed today and your Dr Aquaguard Geneus+ is not working too. I'm fed up with working of your team.

      I have paid Rs.3810/-(Rupees Three thousand eight hundred and ten only) vide SBI cheque No. 813659, dt.29.5.2015 towards Service Contract for servicing of Aqua sure Nano RO water purifier for the period from 29.5.2015 to 28.5.2016. As per the service contract Receipt No.[protected], dt.29.5.2015, for RO based water purifier 3 services are to be done and all the filters..Pre-filter Candle, Sediment Filter, Pre-carbon, Post-Carbon&Membrance are to be replaced. But, on 5.6.2015 only Membrane filter has been replaced and a message to my mobile no.[protected] has come stating that eureka forbes have replaced MEMBRANE FILTER ASSLY.ATOM/NANO MRP.Rs.1915/-. The local eureka technician/officer told that they would replace remaining filters as they were out of stock. Till now, eventhough One month time has been elapsed, the remaining filters have not been replaced as per the service contract. Because of this, in the absence of remaining filters, we are unable to drink pure water from the system. Further, the response of the eureka local staff here in this regard and in attending timely service also is very poor and not satisfactory. It is not meaningful and justifiable collecting Contract Amount of Rs.3810/- from me without availability of the all the filters. The supply of all the parts which are to be replaced as per the service contract should be done before initiating the contract. I request necessary help in this regard.         I had serviced my aquaguard in April, 2015. Then i was out of town for 3 months due to office work and when now I'm back I have found out that the water is a little muddy. So i called up Eureka Forbes, they are saying that i'll have to again pay the maintenance charge but i have already payed Rs 800 in April and clearly they haven't serviced the aquaguard well enough.

        I had purchased the Aquasure Xpert RO Water Purifier last year in August and have been getting serviced at proper intervals.

        Now again when the water quality degraded I called for service and on checking the person said that the membrane needs to be changed but for that you will have to buy an AMC.

        When I asked that this is included in Initial Warranty by the company and since the product is still in warranty, I should get the membrane replaced with a new one. To this they are saying that you would get it replaced by an old recharged one, and that too when available with them.

        (Please Note: I also have purchased the extended Warranty for the product while purchasing the machine which they are saying is void and cannot be claimed. Even though I have proper bills and documents.)

          Its been more then a months time, I have asked customer care guys to escalated my issue, however still no one has approached me for the solution. I have sent three email reminders on [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. However no response To give the insight on the issue. Registered mobile no.[protected]/[protected] Product : Aqua-guard Water purifier -Gold Nova We had a contract of Rs.3750/- from 20th June 2012 to 20th June 2015. As per the contract, one filter per year needs to changed. However the filters are not changed as per agreed contract. However the technician says that he had changed. Also it very strange that no receipts are given any time the service/ filter are provided. As per call center the technician should provide some receipt book or some document while signing the contract. I fail to understand that nothing was given to us during the contract renewal. And now we are told that contract is over and we have to renew. I don't mind renewing the contract however the services are not given to us as per agreed contract. The technician is just showing some cards which are signed by us. We do not agree on those cards, the sign part is just stick to some other cards and matter can be written later which is not acceptable at all. I request you to provide the services for next three years with proper documentation and receipts. We have already paid the contract money for which the desired services are not given. Hence request you to escalated this issue to high level and provide the solution. After several Service request and complains, my case is not yet resolved, I am forced to file a case against eureka Forbes in consumer forum and claim the damages Looking forward for support. I had escalated on 17th, however no response is received. I do not want excuses that my contract is expired on 20th June. Had given reasonable time for team to check and revert Resolution required : Either give me the refund of Rs.3750/-, else provide/replace the filters for next three years.             Eureka Reviva RO unit is under repair for the past 3 months, due to hose cut and Water leak from water inlet hose. The problem was reported to local service network and also booked service request using [protected] mobile facility. No doubt the service calls are booked but no one is reporting / attending the unit. In spite of repeated followups the service is denied for the unit under valid AMC till 09/03/2017.Appending AMC contract receipt for your quick reference. I am seeing Eureka team is very aggressive in sales, interested in making AMC but denying service, keeping the customer requirements as a secondary priority. The simple service request is being delayed for the past 3 months, and due to this inaction, we are forced to buy bottled water from market, putting us in trouble.

            Thanks for your comment on my complaint.
            But wherever I complain, I get standard replies.
            I initiated a service request( A free service/ 3 months under AMC was in due).
            I got a reply that the technicians will attend to the request within 2 days.
            But I've not got any call. I request you to please take note of my contact numbers, so that your valuable service initiative doesn't get misdirected due to miscommunication.

              Hi, I buy a product RO + UV Enhance on dated 17th Sep, 2014 and less than a year the product got damage. I buyed the product after making a search in Eureka Forbes site through Find your purifier by entering the Pincode. If the Purifier candle and carbon are getting damaged less than a year than it is false commitments made by the company.

              The problem is due to problem of purifier we have to boil the water on gas and then use it.

              Today i talked to escalation head of navi mumbai, As per our discussion that i have to pay for the parts of the purifier which is not acceptable from my side after spending a huge amount to purchase a product then additional amount to be paid to replace the parts.I purchase the product and know the situation is i have to boil water on gas then use it.
              So, If the solution is a problem then no issues i will send ur useless product to your mumbai branch(lower parel) by this saturday.

                Hello, On 24th April'15 I was paid Rs. 4350/- towards AMC renewal for my iNova Water purifier to one of the service representatives sent my Shimoga city Authorized service centre (Ph:[protected]. He gave me an pink coloured slip in return as acknowledgement. After that he never attended for service till now by himself. last week[protected] I called the Eureka Forbes Shimoga office (Ph:[protected] and requested for a service. they sent an service person he checked the acknowledgement copy given by last guy for AMC renewal and said it's not valid. I was Shocked! he left the house without providing the service by redirecting it to his manager. I tried to contact his manager but he's not responding properly. So I decided to write here once before lodging a complaint against Eureka Forbes in Police station. My contact details : [protected]

                  Service centre person of sec 15, always send the same person, pramod, who doesn't have a password . They both argue, doesn't listen & understand the problem . When we ask for kishore joshi, a very mannered, executive from aquaguard, the service centre person forces us to let only pramod, solve our complaint otherwise he threaten us .

                    In last 1 year this is 12 th time i am calaling to CC. Yesterday i.e 19 July 2015 when i called to CC to register a complain (Her name is Divya). She told she has taken a complain and gave me a complain number. She also told she will arrange a call back from higher authorities. Today i.e 20 Julr 2014 when i called back to CC and gave my complian number they are saying it is not complain this number is for service request. When i asked CC to connect me to Divya to whom i spoke yesterday they are saying she is not available. Somebody reading this please dont buy any product from Aquaguard. When i bought this i got leakeage problem in one month itself when i called to CC nobody responded this problem persisited till 2 months. Afyter six months water is not flowing into the machine again when i reached CC they did not respond properly that persisited for 2 months. Now again i got the same problem. Please note in last one yaer no one from higher authority approcahed me it is always CC executive who always says they dont know etc... Worst compnay they are just looting customers. I paid 16000 for this product and suffering like hell.

                      Had made the payment on 8/Apr/2015 and machine got delivered on 20/Apr/2015 and installed on 28/Apr/2015 after chasing at least 20 times on customer care. From the very beginning I am facing problem with the machine and even the local service center guys harassed me by charging me Rs 800 for the installation by stating that you have not purchased it from us. I kept telling them that I had purchased the product from Eurekaforbes online not from any other online site. They returned back without installation (Pradeep Tudu : [protected]) and it got installed after 3days after chasing the customer care. Now the machine is not working and I am not getting water from the machine from last 25days. I called to the local area manager number ([protected]) provided by the customer care personnel but the call is not going as incoming call is not allowed to that number. I got the Kolkata customer care number after chasing on the customer care toll free number. After falling to get the support from local Eurekaforbes service center and logged the complain on 4th July (Complain #[protected] but no technician has came. I spoke to so many executives(Somu Mohanta, Somdutta, Romi, Ansari, Aaakash, Apurva) and every time they were telling you'll get the service within 24hrs-48hrs. After chasing them 5times/day on 16/July/2014 Apurva told me you'll get the service before Saturday with very rude attitude but nobody contacted me till today when I called them for knowing the status of the same, the customer care executive (Sandeep) told me that it's status is completed. When I asked him to connect me to their senior executive, he didn't able to do so as nobody was available.                       It has been more than 17 days the purifier is in dead condition and I am chasing the Eureka Forbes every day to get it resolved but the issue has not been addressed till yet. It's under warranty and still I am getting this kind of service. I have spoke to number of executives including the manager as well but no results.

                      Hi,

                      I have returned back the product and wrote a letter for the refund money in return of the machine that but didn't get any call from the Eurekaforbes company till yet on the same. The personal who had taken the product had told me that the concern department will call me to process the refund money. Need a quick action on this.

                        hi, I have purchased Aquaguard reviva water purifier under the 2 year contractual service contract. But whenever I made a request for service they close the request automatically without even calling to me. And I have to follow up continuously every time I need to service my product for more than 20 days. Last complaint I registered was on 13th Jul 2015 with complaint No 82461564. But today when I called them for knowing the status of the same, the Customer care executive told me that it's status is completed and thus closed on 13th July itself. And told me that she is registering new request. When I ask her to connect me to their senior executive, she refused simply saying that nobody is available. I have my local area manager number [protected], which whenever I call is busy or they don't pick up the phone. I have tried more than 20 times atleast, but still it's not reachable. This is a real harassment as I need to go for this whole process just for getting my RO serviced and to keep on drinking the untreated water for long periods. I request you to please take up this issue with the company and help me in resolving this problem.                         I have purchased water purifier from Euraka Forbes from their Sales Office Jamnagar on 27.05.2008 Bill No.[protected]). Since inception, I am availing Service contract under AMC. Last AMC Contract Receipt No.is[protected] dated:13.092014 for two years. Contract is current still 12.09.2016.
                        On 09.07.2015, My above purifier has stopped working. I contacted the Manager of their Sales Office at Jamnagar. But he bluntly refuse to provide immediate service. He rudely talked to me that he cannot send mechanic immediately.
                        As a result, since than my family is compelled to drink dirty water with germs and bacteria
                        particularly in this rainy season when purification of water is badly needed.

                          I am using a Eureka Forbes water purifying machine and it is not working porperly. Its been more than a month filing complaints to the customer care but there has been no action to rectify the problem. Also the behavior of the agents and supervisors has been pretty bad. Mr. Nitin who tells to be the the supervisor behaves very badly. Contact No. [protected] Mr. Atul - [protected] Ms. Kumud - [protected] These are the people i have come in contact with. And they have replied in the worst ever manner. They seem to have no solution to the problems. I have been pathetically behaved by these people and still not come to the solution. Infact Ms. Kumud working at the service center tends to say that we are creating problems for her, which seems to be a funny thing as i am the one who is calling them from past one month to get the Water Purifier i.e. Aquaguard i-nova repaired. All these people have created problems for me as well as my family. I made almost 50 calls to get it done, but there was no action taken. and now the limits have crossed.                             I purchased Dr. Aquaguard Compact from Eureka Forbes official website on 14th June. Product was delivered within a week but the installation engineer visited only after a week that too after chasing at least 10 times on customer care. The engineer told me that this product will not fit in the kitchen due to some technical issue in the product. He advised me to order the higher version of it. He said you have to call customer care to get the product replaced. It took me 3 days to get the right contact number. Again after continuous chasing my product was taken back on 4th July with a commitment that new product will be delivered within 5 working days. Since then I have not received even a single call from Eureka Forbes.I have called several customer care numbers since then but every time I get a standard response that we have escalated it to sales department. They gave me 2 contact numbers who are supposed to be sales head. Vineet Jain ([protected]) and Bharat Motwani ([protected]). Both of them never pick up the call or reply on message. I am unable to express the trauma that I am going through. It takes at least 30 mins to connect to customer care and even if I manage to connect they dont have any satisfactory response.                             Ha ha this seems to be Eureka Forbes team's usual business that seems. I have been dealing with similar problem. I bought a vacuum cleaner on 5th april and got a message that its delivered on 11th but I have not yet received and its 14th Apr 16. I made about 12-13 calls and spend so much to time logging complaints and Eureka forbes does not even show the courtesy to address or reply to my calls and emails. Such a pathetic service.
                            Its funny that Eureka forbes team is asking to contact you on their emails address whereas they dont respond if you send any email there :-)

                              I know i have made the mistake to purchase this product, i can feel the learning after continuous follow-up of around 3 months but you guys are not at all addressing the issues. The product is still not completely installed and from the partial installation also its not working at all due to leakage issues. Also the free product with the the purifier is not delivered.

                              This is here i am noting down each and every pending issue which persist till now (definitely not including what i already faced during delivery of the product).

                              Hope i have spoke many of you about my complaint, giving you in details description again about the issue for which i am waiting to resolve since the day of purchase of this MAGNA product.

                              This product i bought on 17th June, your people did not deliver at home also but any how my parents received the product from Nimkathana which is around 25 km from my home (address given during the purchase). They received the same after 25 days about. Post that after many follow-ups team partially installed this at my home, major problems start from here.

                              Below are the outstanding issues:

                              01 . Firstly personal water purifier worth 595rs which supposed to be free with the product is not yet delivered. already registered complaint for this.

                              02. Team did not complete installation of the product, saying that they came only near by visit only and they dont have all the equipment along with them. committed they will complete the installation in few days, will send some other technician, I did many follow-ups since last 1.5 months with them but no one addressed at all, They just fitted the product into wall and plugged the pipe but remaining wall fixing and all are pending. Also they suggested to purchase an additional filter to safe guard the Magna purifier. On suggestion i purchased that too but that is also just hanging on wall side. Wall installation of that too is still pending.

                              03. After that the most important issue the product started leaking water at the bottom of it. I raised many complaints but as usual no response. I am suspecting the product is faulty. When we just leave it switch ON running continuously after fill of the upper tank of the purifier, it starts continuously leaking at bottom side near the product lining. For your reference i took many snapshots(attached here) and circled where exactly the water is leaking. Due to this problem we are on STOP point to use this product at all.

                                      I have ordered the aquaguard enhance ro product through online on 12th jun 15, but the product was not delivered in time (Till date it was not delivered) and not even single update about the shipment. Due to my urgent requirement i have cancelled this order on 21st jun 15 (My cancellation reference no: #0322) and taken another product from the local market. Subsequently i called customer care on 22nd jun 15 and informed about the cancellation. They said that due to server problem the confirmation was not sent. Within a short span i will receive a call from eureka forbes and money will be returned in 3 working days. But till date no call was received from eureka forbes and even several follow-ups made over mail and phone. At last they given their in charge mr.Harish no: [protected]. But very poor response and worst behaviour from mr. Harish, because at the very first time he responded my call and said that within 30min he will check and comeback. But he was not turned up. So i send the mails on 26, 27 and 30th jun 15 to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, but the customer care officer (Mr. Harish- not a customer care officer) deleting the mails without reading. The customer care executives no:[protected] are giving an update that is mr. Harish will call you within 30 min (I spoke with many executives all are given a recorded message) and sometimes the call is disconnecting automatically. I called customer care as follows: 22nd to 26 – almost 4 times 26th – 4 times 27th – 4 times 27th – 4 times (Harish) 30th – 1 time 4th jul-2 times customer support team ask me to contact technical team on the following nos[protected] / [protected]. No one is picking the calls on these nos. Now i require my money back…..

                                      Today i given a mail to customer care officer to reshipment of this product but he deleted the mail without reading it.

                                      In this form i already registered the same compliant on 9th july 2015 and eureka forbes acknowledge with the standard message. But after that no progress / update from that company.

                                      This company is not giving any value to customers.

                                      Kindly provide me the solution / next level escalation to resolve this issue.

Subsequently I called customer care on 22nd Jun 15 and informed about the cancellation. They said that due to server problem the confirmation was not sent. Within a short span I will receive a call from Eureka Forbes and money will be returned in 3 working days. But till date no call was received from Eureka Forbes and even several follow-ups made over mail and Phone. At last they given their in charge Mr.Harish no: [protected]. But very poor response and worst behaviour from Mr. Harish, because at the very first time he responded my call and said that within 30min he will check and comeback. But he was not turned up. So I send the mails on 26, 27 and 30th Jun 15 to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, but the customer care officer (Mr. Harish- Not a customer care officer) deleting the mails without reading. The customer care executives no:[protected] are giving an update that is Mr. Harish will call you within 30 Min (I spoke with many executives all are given a recorded message) and sometimes the call is disconnecting automatically. I called customer care as follows: 22nd to 26 – almost 4 times 26th – 4 times 27th – 4 times 27th – 4 times (Harish) 30th – 1 time 4th Jul-2 times Customer support team ask me to contact Technical team on the following nos[protected] / [protected]. No one is picking the calls on these nos. Now I require my money back….. I registered the same compliant on this forum on 9th July 15 and Eureka forbes commented on the same day with standard message. But no Progress / Update afterwards. today I given a reshipment request also but again your customer care officer deleted that mail without reading it. Kindly provide me the solution / next level escalation to resolve this issue.
