Hello, I am Atish Ajgekar. I am from Kurla (East), Mumbai. I purchased Aquasure Prime UV+UF water purifier in October, 2014. I had filed a complaint about the WORST service by Aquaguard in October, 2014 as well as in March, 2015. This is my THIRD WORST service experience.
On Wednesday 15th July, 2015 the orange light on the machine started blinking. When I checked the indication it says "End of Life Indication". I placed the complaint on the Aquaguard Service Center No: [protected] on Thursday 16th July, 2015. My service request no on Thursday 16th July, 2015 was [protected] and I was assured that the complaint would be resolved within two working days. On Friday 17th July, 2015 the Aquaguard Technician named Ashish Shukla came to repair the machine. He told me that there was some problem with the circuit and it had to be replaced but it was not in the stock. He said he would place the order and it would be available by Monday 20th July, 2015 and he would replace the circuit. I waited from Friday till Monday evening and called Ashish. The guy tells me that he was on leave and could not come.
I again placed a service request on Tuesday 21st July, 2015. The service Request no on Tuesday 21st July, 2015 was [protected]. Still nobody has shown up to repair the machine.
I called the person at A-1 Services in Chembur who handles the request but they told me that the circuit is not available.
My requests are closed without resolving the issue and that too even without informing me. This is unprofessional and ridiculous for a brand like Aquaguard. I really regret purchasing the Aquaguard purifier and even worse is expecting a good customer service becasue this is the THIRD time that I am experiencing the WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
