How the bloody sale their products to public and treat foolish like this kind of service. Please don't buy their products. Use local brand Ro machine its much more better for Eureka forbes.

          Hello, I am Atish Ajgekar. I am from Kurla (East), Mumbai. I purchased Aquasure Prime UV+UF water purifier in October, 2014. I had filed a complaint about the WORST service by Aquaguard in October, 2014 as well as in March, 2015. This is my THIRD WORST service experience.

          On Wednesday 15th July, 2015 the orange light on the machine started blinking. When I checked the indication it says "End of Life Indication". I placed the complaint on the Aquaguard Service Center No: [protected] on Thursday 16th July, 2015. My service request no on Thursday 16th July, 2015 was [protected] and I was assured that the complaint would be resolved within two working days. On Friday 17th July, 2015 the Aquaguard Technician named Ashish Shukla came to repair the machine. He told me that there was some problem with the circuit and it had to be replaced but it was not in the stock. He said he would place the order and it would be available by Monday 20th July, 2015 and he would replace the circuit. I waited from Friday till Monday evening and called Ashish. The guy tells me that he was on leave and could not come.

          I again placed a service request on Tuesday 21st July, 2015. The service Request no on Tuesday 21st July, 2015 was [protected]. Still nobody has shown up to repair the machine.

          I called the person at A-1 Services in Chembur who handles the request but they told me that the circuit is not available.

          My requests are closed without resolving the issue and that too even without informing me. This is unprofessional and ridiculous for a brand like Aquaguard. I really regret purchasing the Aquaguard purifier and even worse is expecting a good customer service becasue this is the THIRD time that I am experiencing the WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

            I purchased aquaguard magna product on 10th july 2015 from official website of eurekaforbes. The amount of product debited instantly but i didn't receive any customer id or order number. After long follow up (7 days) they maild me my order details and said that they will deliver product within 3 days. I was waiting till 5 days but they didn't deliver me product so after 2 days follow up i got my product on 24th july 2015. I called eureka forbnes customer care number for installation they told me that on monday that is on 27th july 2015 our technician will come and will install purifier. Monday is not holiday for me so took leave thinking that technician will come and will do his work. I was waiting for his call till evening but no one called me so i again called customer care; customer care executive told me that technician will come on tuesday (28th july 2015) but as like monday no one called me on tuesday as well. Same thing happned on wednesday and thusday. Csutomer care was telling same thing again and agian. I got number of senior executive hari (Mob no - [protected]) . Since 10 days i was calling on this number but he didn't receive my call. Now i want my money back n tell eurekaforbes to collect item from my home. They are very rude after taking your money. Plz help me below are order details:

              I have paid 17, 000 + rupees and this system has not functioned at all from the time I have purchased.                     Its been over 6months now i had problem with my machine. Ultimately sales person taken machine on may30'2015. And they returned the machine after a 40days. Problem is not resolved yet. I have complained yet again for more than 10 times.
                    Also the product given was a municipal water purifier but what was asked was a bore well water purifier. The sales person misguided me.
                    Water leaking at the tap position.
                    Also the cate - ridge is broken.
                    Also there was a small crack above the tap body.
                    If this problem is going to be solved in 48hrs, i shall approach the consumer court or the higher forums.

                      Hi, I have purchased Aquasure Shakti on 1 July 2015 but after 10 days i have change its location and suddenly water not coming down- its water filter was not working . i tried to logged a complaint On 10th July and executive said within 24 hr our technician will call you and also you will get an sms for complaint no but i didnt get any sms, after waiting for 2 days i got a call from wrong location means my complaint transfer to another city, i called many times finally i got complaint no on 16 July and then after two days engi will come after lot hardwork and found FLOAT SWITCH not working . NOW HOW MANY MONTH YOU WILL REQUIRED TO REPLACE A PART.that your servicing is worst and no one responds properly i made a request. Seriously guyz, the interest & importance which u give to your customers while SELLING is no where seen in your after-sales services. SERIOUSLY FED UP OF YOUR IN-RESPONSIVE.                         I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard magna HD on Monday 20 th July, 2015 from eureka forbes online . Customer Id: [protected]...the product has been delivered within 5 days...but...no one came for installation and not even a single installation call..it seems as if they have forgotten about service after they sold me the product...I am appaled at their after sale service...never ever I am going to buy their product and I am seriously thinking of returning the product...such a pathetic service...

I tried reaching the manager and he does not pick the phone. He will not be available in the floor irrespective of whatever time you call.                           How many chances you want to give. Today the day is 31st July somebody has come and taken the machine. God only knows when they will come. Do you expect me to call every day and ask for status? What is the manager sitting there doing. I am fed up. Please arrange for the return of the money which i have paid for the AMC. I have even raised an ombudus and this is the way you guys are running ombudus then it is awesome.

                          One thing i want to appreciate, atleast you guys respond to request where as your service request agent will not care expect lip service sorry for the inconvience created. Trow is saturday and it is weekend 100% we will have one architect will come and fix the problem on monday will be your reply.

                            We were in AMC and changed all the parts of the machine, within few days membrane is not working. On 04/06/2015 I registered a complain but they came for service only on 14/6/2015 again I was asked to change a new filter (Pre filter candle for Rs.375). From that day I changed the filter, the membrane didnt work till now. After many complaints recently two weeks back they took water for sample but still no response about anything... Todays date is 28/7/2015 ... Worst service and I daily was complaining to[protected], they will give a response that, service will be done by today... but still no one came... My recent complaint Number 82300912.. I am daily buying cane water outside... I will wait for two days... if no response will go to consumer court... In spite of repeated warnings for the last four days, we haven't received any services other than fake promises. If this is not sorted out within the next 24 hrs, we wil have to go to higher forums.

                                Sir / Madam, Complaint number 82685874 was registered on 25th July morning and we were told that it will be attended within 2 working days. Inspite of numerous calls and follow up no one has come till now. The machine is completely out of order and we are getting water from neighbour's house. Also there was complaint made previously but that was inappropriately handled. Leakages continues.

                                  Hi, Am Vamsi Sai, I have registered a service call a month back to change my water filter of my Aquaguard Nano RO Model water purifier and at the time of registering it i have clearly mentioned to put it on High priority and I was told that with in 24 Hours of time I will be getting call from the service guy at it will be resolved after that.But to my surprise till now no one called me and again i have registered for a service call with another mobile number on 23rd of July, even this time no response from the service and when am again making my calls to the customer care they are cutting the calls abruptly in the middle of the conversation. I have been giving mail regarding this situation but, still there is no response Even today(i.e.27.07.2015) i made calls three times to them, to which they reply that it will get resolved by this evening. I would like to know, is this the way you treat your customers? Its been already five days when am i gonna get the call from the service guy and when am i gonna get the problem resolved? How many times we need to follow up? Complaint Number. 82630759

                                    I bought a air filter (ACTON) from Eureka forbes last week. The new unit did not power up, hence filed a complaint the same day. Till now no response to my complaint. I sent an email to customer care to replace my unit, no response. The response over phone is equally bad, pretty much standard answer (we will respond in 24 hrs) every time you make a call. Eureka forbes is horrible, I think the money back guarantee (30-day) is a false promise.

                                    I m deepmala Krahera I have purchase aeroguard with action on 1sst Nov I still I don't get it installation done .. Even my freebie is missing as they committed on online purchase. A sipper will be free but I don't get .. I put request for that they gave me docket no 93485812. .. But I don't get call from anyone from eureka Forbes...

                                      I have a Aqua Guard RO, for which AMC was done by us by paying requisite amount to the company, since about 8-9 months RO is giving problems, as it is not filling water, even after repeated complaints nothing was done, then almost after 3 months it was repaired, it worked for couple of weeks and again it conked out, now for almost three weeks or more it is not working, I tried all means of lodging complaints, but of no use, then on 25th of July I logged in a sales request, this was replied by sales team not once but three times, but still no one has contacted regarding service, this shows care they take and level of commitment.
