Each and every time when I book a complaint about my water purifier I need to fight to fix the issue. They never attend the calls in 24 hrs like they are saying in customer care, They will took at least 10 to resolve the simple problem. The whole service department is like that, they won't give any value to their customers. Once if they sell the products that's it!!
