My Complaint no . is [protected], [protected], customer id : [protected] . I have atleast made 25 calls to customer care . I have purchased Eureka Forbes RO+ UV filter for my family . But it stopped working on 15th July . Have got the customer care complaint number through SMS ( [protected] ) . There has been no response from them . Every time they say, technician will be at your doorstep today . My wife is Pregnant and i have to purrchase water daily from outside . Pathetic service and customer care .PLease do the needful . Humble request from my side .

      I have purchased a Water purifier from them (RO+UV system), Initially they suggested a model for me and collect the advance amount and after that they delivered some other device which is more costlier than the committed, and after that the installation not yet done but when I approached them again and again they told that the particular model could not be installed in my home, So when I asked for the refund of my amount they are telling that it will be refunded only after the device is sold to some other customer, it almost 6 weeks passed but still there is no response from them Date of Purchase: 17 June 2015 Amount : 17490 Rupees.

      I was given various complaint numbers from your customer care like 92264070, 92332780 but the issue still remains, Since your people has given us a wrong commitment and delivered a product and collected 100% payment from me and after 1 week they informed me that the product could not be installed in my home due to high TDS level in my water source.

      And when I asked repayment for the money they told me that refund will be given to me only after selling the product to some other customer. And I am waiting for around 6 weeks still now they are telling that they are still finding the customer to sell the product. For that I have to make lot many phone calls and follow ups etc, they gave proper response until collecting the money but after that they treat me like a beggar.

      Since the mistake is 100% yours why should I wait for the product to be sold to some other customer?????????
      And who will pay for the phone calls I made for the mistake of your people??????????
      And who will pay for the interest for the amount which I paid these days????????????
      What type of compensation are you going to pay for my mental agony????????????
      Since the product is brand new and not used then why can't you refund my money and took back your product since my credit card statement shows as Eureka Forbes and not the sales person name?

      I have no other option than approaching the consumer court if I didn't get the refund within this Friday.

        I have purchased Wet & Dry vaccum cleaner from eureka forbes website under the guidance of the Employee Mr. Yogesh, i have done the payment using my credit card (EMI Option) on July 9. i was notified that within 8 working days product will be delivered. on 17 July i received call from Gati transport that my product has been received but no payment information updated, eureka forbes people booked the product on COD (Cash on Delivery) actually i have done the payment. I called the eureka forbes ebuy helpline[protected]and explained about the problem and they provided their senior number Mr. Harish ([protected]) and asked to send an email regarding payment details screenshots and documents to the company's email id. i have sent the screen shots and payment details documents to their email id i.e., [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. I have called Mr. Harish and he guaranteed me that after 4-5 days i will get my product. its been 20 days Mr. Harish is not picking my call and call center people forwarding call to other department and i have spoke with Mr. Kevin, Mr. Abhilash but use the same repeated story "We will get back to you and update you" and no update on my product. Please consider my problem and take the legal action on them.

        Since 20 days Eureka Forbes team were regretting the inconvenience but not taking any action against my issue. Eureka Forbes team stating about the good service and long relationship but they are short of their services and commitments. Sorry to say but its true that you people are not willing to do the business, because of your product only you people are there not because of your service.
        Even I was being given this number [protected] of Mr Harish. Looks like its another way of fooling customers. This guy never picks up the phone. Even i tried calling him at least 15-20 times regarding my complaint but they never pick up the phone.

        Whole system of Eureka Forbes customer care is in big mess. They are troubling every second customer especially those who are buying their products online.

        Pls take suitable action against the company for causing so much inconvenience to their customers.

          Have online ordered Dr. Aquaguard compact on 25th June 2015, as per commitment by Eureka forbes telesales team, the ordered product will reach to me within 7 days. I had continuously followed status delivery status, however had not got satisfactory answer from customer care team. One of Eureka forbes executive has assured that, logistic team will call me within an hour however, a complete day is passed and I had not received any call from them. I had made another n number of attempt, and guess what, I got same answer from new exicutive every time team and I had not received a call from logistic team. Funniest part is I had not got any service request no. for both complaints done on [protected]. I had latter inquired on customer care no. 39883333, which is handle by a gentlemen, who has registered my complaint and provided me a complaint no i.e. 92258552. Finally I had followup with Nagpur team and received products on 7th July 2015 and Nagpur team has helped me out for installation too( though that does't comes under there preview.) I had Not received freebies offered by the telesales team, every time I tried to they they have advice me to contact Mr. Vinit Jain( so called senior officer). I had tried n-number of times to contact him on([protected]) Provided by customer care team. Frankly speaking now my fingers started paining by dialing his number, but that fake person never revived a call. Apart form this I had tried to connect with customer care team, most of the time they put the call on hold for 10-15 mins and latter disconnected the same. What a unprofessional ridiculous customer care approach by a company like eureka forbes. I had made a complaint for freebies on 9th july 2015(complaint no.[protected] which is not resolved by eureka team till date. I already written n-number of mails with respect to this issue on [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in; [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in; [protected]@eurekaforbes.com but never got the resolution and revert form the teams.             With reference to my customer ID [protected], I had booked online Aquaguard Reviva UV on 29.06.2015. While booking Eureka Forbes had ensured the delivery within 8 days, but till date we have not received the purchased product except Aquaguard On the go as coplimentary. I tried to contact on helpline number, nobody replied properly. After paying the full amount through online, now we are feeling cheated by a reputed company like Eureka Forbes.

              I glad to inform that i had purchased a dry type eureka forbes vacuum cleaner, which is still working without any compliant, for which the accessory viz., floor scribber has not been received. The floor scribber revolving joint was designed fitted with screw as and when it was broken the joint only can be changed instead of fully scribber changed, where as i contacted to purchase revolving joint only at KK Nagar, trichy. The representative informed that there is no joint separately. it has to be purchased full scribber which is cost Rs.290/- and not available at present. What is the use of the design?. Please study and make suitable action against sales of eureka forbes spares.

                Had purchased Aquaguard pride, from day one we got to knew that it was defective product, but the employee convinced us that if any problem he will solve it, he served us twice but now from past 1.5 months no-one is responding from Eureka forbes have called many times to customer care no.3988 3333, every-time they say that we will receive call within 2 hrs but that haven't took place. Have been calling them since june but no one came yet to service us. Even i was detected with jaundice because of drinking non purifying water. I demand either replace the product or return my money back. I have attached my purchase invoice. executives of EF who fooled us their name are as follows: Vaibhav dhanawade, sachin dhanawade, dhiraj shinde. Kindly resolve this matter by 5th Aug 2015 or will file suit in consumer court as it has costed me a lot. I would never recommend this company to any. vivek

                Had purchased Eureka Forbes kitanu magnet product 1 year back at Adishwara Electronics, near BDA complex, Nagarabhavi Banagalore.
                I filed a complaint by calling the useless customer care center on 4th July 2015 for tap replacement. Each time when I call there is a vague response saying we will send you the technician within afternoon or tomorrow end of the day. What really the company is doing with customer care centers?
                With my compliant number :[protected]provided by customer care center), I am unable to escalate since the complaint number is invalid!!!
                We are bearing the water purifier without tap for 1 month. Is Eureka products are designed for single use ? A simple tap replacement is delayed for 1 month!!!


                Kindly let me know further steps which I can take? I am extremely unhappy with the responses from customer care center.
                Had posted my complaint earlier to which i received call from Eureka forbes executive Somshankar. He assured me on 4th Aug that the engineer will be reaching my home, Today is 9th Aug and i still haven't received any call or visit at my place from any EF executive.
                Even if he would have came walking he would had reached my place by this date.

                Eureka Forbes stop fooling around us and accept that you guys have very pathetic after sales service infact you guys don't even service after Sales. Have seen companies providing Bad service but here You don't even provide one.

                My opinion to all those who are reading this post please don't purchase Eureka forbes they are just in the business of minting money.

I did not get any reply on this neither my problem has been solved . Please look into this and help in resolving .                                 Hello, I am Atish Ajgekar. I am from Kurla (East), Mumbai. I purchased Aquasure Prime UV+UF water purifier in October, 2014. I had filed a complaint about the WORST service by Aquaguard in October, 2014 as well as in March, 2015. This is my THIRD WORST service experience.

                                On Wednesday 15th July, 2015 the orange light on the machine started blinking. When I checked the indication it says "End of Life Indication". I placed the complaint on the Aquaguard Service Center No: [protected] on Thursday 16th July, 2015. My service request no on Thursday 16th July, 2015 was [protected] and I was assured that the complaint would be resolved within two working days. On Friday 17th July, 2015 the Aquaguard Technician named Ashish Shukla came to repair the machine. He told me that there was some problem with the circuit and it had to be replaced but it was not in the stock. He said he would place the order and it would be available by Monday 20th July, 2015 and he would replace the circuit. I waited from Friday till Monday evening and called Ashish. The guy tells me that he was on leave and could not come.

                                I again placed a service request on Tuesday 21st July, 2015. The service Request no on Tuesday 21st July, 2015 was [protected]. Still nobody has shown up to repair the machine.

                                I called the person at A-1 Services in Chembur who handles the request but they told me that the circuit is not available.

                                My requests are closed without resolving the issue and that too even without informing me. This is unprofessional and ridiculous for a brand like Aquaguard. I really regret purchasing the Aquaguard purifier and even worse is expecting a good customer service becasue this is the THIRD time that I am experiencing the WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

                                  I purchased aquaguard magna product on 10th july 2015 from official website of eurekaforbes. The amount of product debited instantly but i didn't receive any customer id or order number. After long follow up (7 days) they maild me my order details and said that they will deliver product within 3 days. I was waiting till 5 days but they didn't deliver me product so after 2 days follow up i got my product on 24th july 2015. I called eureka forbnes customer care number for installation they told me that on monday that is on 27th july 2015 our technician will come and will install purifier. Monday is not holiday for me so took leave thinking that technician will come and will do his work. I was waiting for his call till evening but no one called me so i again called customer care; customer care executive told me that technician will come on tuesday (28th july 2015) but as like monday no one called me on tuesday as well. Same thing happned on wednesday and thusday. Csutomer care was telling same thing again and agian. I got number of senior executive hari (Mob no - [protected]) . Since 10 days i was calling on this number but he didn't receive my call. Now i want my money back n tell eurekaforbes to collect item from my home. They are very rude after taking your money. Plz help me below are order details:

                                    I have paid 17, 000 + rupees and this system has not functioned at all from the time I have purchased. I have already raised 6-7 compliant, with no action taken so far. 3rdJuly:82327579 7thJuly:82379140 21stJuly:82584890 24thJuly:82468158 over and above the support managers have been very rude in the way they have been responding to the requests. for the amount I had invested on this brand and extend of harassment this brand is becoming worst.

                                      I have purchased a vacuum cleaner from eureka Forbes site on 27 th April 15. However, till date I have not recd the product.
