    we were asked to make full payment for a water purifier and it was made with an assurance that as soon as the product is delivered it will be installed. 4 days after several reminders a day it remains in packed condition. The service manger Dipesh kept promising and after teh second day blocked the numbers of my wife, my mobile and the landline so we could not contact him. Initially he was extremelly oversmart and said that since we had been loyal customers for the company for over 10 years we will get priority service and he would say he is talking to the service guys and put on hold and soon after when there was no service and we kept calling he blocked our number. I sent him a message that I will speak to the managing director but it had no effect what so ever . We have still not received the installation and have to drink poor quality water..if you are unable to install your own equipment please take it back and give us full refund there are several other compnies with better service and less oversmart personnel. the product is registered in my name and my mobile number is +91 [protected]

    Further to your reply posted above..no one contacted me till now ..this is now about a month, the same person Dinesh continues to mock us. A one month old machine has a broken tap and complaint has been officially registered and the complain number is 82815159.

    THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

      I bought Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner from chennai T.Nagar Vasanth & co, they deliverd the vaccum cleaner to my home after which the next day we opened and saw the wire pull back switch is not working properly, we called the service center and booked complaint, service technical person dint turn up and he came after one week and said he cannot repair on spot as it seems to be advanced machine, i dont understand what is advance thing wire pull back switch, it s a feature of eurka forbes vaccum cleaner even very long back. they said they had to take back to service center and will return in one day, but every day we call and ask we have not got back the vaccum cleaner, it has almost been two weeks since he took the vaccum cleaner and has not returned back. Never knew Eureka forbes chennai service center is so worst.

        Subject : Very poor service I am trying to get service for my water purifier. I have also log request on last thursday(25th june 2015) then again I did it for two times as I haven't get any call from your side and no one come to my home for the service.           We bought aquaguard hot and cold through online after talking to their representative in phone.He encouraged us to pay online and send us payment link through mail we ordered online on March 30th and our Customer ID: [protected].The product itself took 1 month to reach our doorsteps.After installation we found the piece is defective.Water is leaking from inside and very less water we get in bottles.More water goes out than we get in bottle.We talked to customer service and local managers but no one came to fix it or provide a solution for replacement.And we talked to our area manager he told us since we bought the product online its not their responsibility to replace the defective piece.Nearly called customer service more than 50 times and my complaint number with them is 81517877.Talked to customer services managers srikanth, supriya and shakshi.Local managers in chamrajpet vineeth, Bharath, Gajendra.Till now we got no response.All we receive reply from local managers is product bought online cant help.I dont know why they are selling it online if they cant support it.The product cost is Rs 27, 990.I want someone to fix the problem or replacement of this defective piece.They were talking nice till my 30 days refund period got over.Now customer service person says he got no solution for this and he dont know what to do in my case.Local team cant help as they didnt receive commission on my product.The product is 2 months old and has warranty.

            We raised a complaint on the Branch Manager Satish, Ambattur, Chennai Branch and the ID is 1095107. We need the solution at the earliest. Thanks & Regards, Kavitha [protected] Pls refer to my complaint dated 29th June. Till now no proper response on the below complaint With reference to the complain on the Executive, Mr. Manoj Kumar. The Executive returned the balance amount of Rs. 500 along with the stand. He apologize for his mistake. Thank u so much for Ur immediate action But the Branch Manager, Mr. Sathis didn't gave respect to a customer and he is telling that we had got benefit of Rs.1000 and Bcoz o[censored]s the executive had lost his money and job. More over, he is asking us whether do u have any record of this discount, have u got any written letter from the executive abt the discount. Will any customer get this type of letter From the executive? without knowing this simple thing how can he be a branch manager? Once he came to our home for payment collection, he came directly and said we are from eureka forbes am the branch manager, pls make the payment for the product. We asked them, how to believe u are from eureka forbes, do u have ur visiting care or any id card for verification. Even after asking thrice, he was nt ready to give us his visiting card nor id card and informing us that he doesn't have his visiting card with him. How to believe him that he's from eureka forbes? So we refused to make the payment. I can't understand y eureka forbes are recruiting such kind of persons. He was so arrogant. He was insulting us a lot for this discount. No one got such type of discount, only u got it. Will I build a bungalow with this Rs.1000 discount? The branch manager was threatening us to give a written letter stating that we got the discount, bcoz of his compulsion we wrote a letter and gave it. This s not the way to treat a customer. We need a apology letter from the Branch manager, Mr. Sathish Kumar, Ambattur, Chennai Branch. Kindly take necessary action

              I have shifted my residence from Mhow, MP to Mumbai recently. Since 29 June morning I have been submitting my request for reinstallation of RO at my new home. But even after 48 hours no technician has turned up to address my complaint. Every time I call up the customer care they assure me of sending somebody but it is just a false promise. For two days I'm having to manage drinking water from outside for self and family.

                  I had purchased one water purifier (Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV) online from your website on 17th June 2015, Wednesday, and the payment was also made through net banking on the same date. My customer ID is : [protected] I was told that the product will reach at my address within 7 days and the details of the transportation will be given soon. I waited for one week but there was no response from your side. So on 22rd June 2015 I tried to call you, but I did not have any of your number. I searched on you web and found your number[protected] but which never got connected. I tried other numbers also but they were always busy (as per your IVR) and I wasted my about 4 hrs. As I couldn't connect at any of your number as you were always busy I put up a demo request and showed interest to purchase a new water purifier through your web request form. Immediately I received a call from your office. This means that you are only interested in trapping new customers but not in attending previous customers. I explained my problem to the the person who called me and he assured me that I will definitely receive a call from your office and my problem will be solved. Nothing Happened. Again on 23th June 2015 I repeated the same trick as your attendants are always busy. I got a call from a lady suggesting me a new model for water purification. I again explained the whole story but this time I had a strong conversation with her and next day I received the purifier through courier service.. Again on 24th June 2015 I repeated the same trick as your attendants are always busy. I wanted to know the installation status. I got a call from a lady suggesting me a new model for water purification. I again explained the whole story and she assured me that some one from your office will definitely call me for the installation and will be done immediately. BUT as expected nothing happened. Now the machine is still lying at home waiting for someone to come and do the installation. IT seems that you are only interested in collecting money and forgetting the customer. Because on the day of payment I had received more that 15 long calls from your office explaining me about the payment process.

                    I had purchased Aquaguard Reviva RO+UV+TDS Controller from your website on 8th June 2015, customer id [protected] with full payment have been made online through credit card. Firstly the product was delivered after 10 days with no updates being provided for tracking numbers and delivery status. Secondly, there was no automatic installation services provided. I had to go and request for installation service. This was not all, the installation team said we cannot install the product as it is as there is no hanging stand provided, hence I had to purchase the same from the installation agent for Rs. 500. The music does not stop here, post this the installation guy told, product is faulty as the motor is leaking and hence installation cannot be done. Post this I had called, the service head o[censored]P – Vijay Patel, who told me that he is putting an internal email that product is faulty. Even then there was no call from Eureka Forbes. I would have called at least 10 times to talk to some senior person, but all the time they had told, someone from technical team would in an hour / 5 mins but no calls were made.                         I duly order a aquaguard water purifier on 25.05.15, through online with online trasaction.After one month company not delivered the above product I collect transaction details from my bank and sent to company by email.They are not replying my mail, and over phone also not getting positive response.I am residing bangalore city and online shopping contact office for eureka forbes is mumbai.The anount which trasfered to forbes is 14990/rs.This is RO+UV+TDS water purifier from forbes. Pls help in these issue.

                              On 07/06/2015 Customer ID [protected] I was insisted to buy a aquagaurd reviva water purifier by the sales team for INR 14999/- with promises of 7days installaion. I bought the product and it was promised to be delivered with 6 working days however the product reached after 8 working days. When i contacted Harish TL mobile no [protected] enquiring about the product delivery he mentioned that once the product is reached I need to message him for Installtion process. I had messaged him on the mobile no given to at 15/06 time 20.59hrs. There was no reply from the TL. I waited till 18th June and applied by the company website for product installaion request code 100284 and got a message of the service engineer coming by 3 working days. However i have not yet recivied a call from the service person. I waited till 23rd june and forwarded a mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in were I got a revert from them on the same day that they will be sending a service person on urgent basis but nobody turned back. on 26th june I called the sales team on [protected] a number of times mostly in vain and spent nearly 223/- rupees in call charges waiting for a response but none to answer. Finally i got to a sales team member Bhagyasree on 26/06 at 16:16hrs and the team member promised me that the service person will be there on 27/06 as always there was nobody come in the whole day. On 29/06 i contacted [protected] at 10:07hrs a number which was provided to me at the time of product booking I accidentally got bhagysree online in knowing that it was me she had disconnected the call. My concern here is that I had bought the product on an EMI basis with the credit card company. where i am paying a monthly EMI of INR 1499/- for 12 months. I have recivied the product but till today 29/06 i am not able to use the product for my purpose due to the companies incompetency. I want a full refund on the product money along with interest charges and call charges made to the call center a numerous times with installation to be done urgently as compensation for this delay even being in a city like Bangalore where service cannot be a delay.                                 Dear Sir, Really I am very sorry to say that as such a MNC company & highly demand company, we are suffering the commissioning of our CLASSIC water purifier. Since last one month, nobody are attending to do the job from your side. Recently, your service provider not responding our call also. I am feeling very bad to purchase the purifier as such company. Your costomer satifaction is totallu nil. I do not know, how you are doing appointment this type of service engineer. I think, I will have to file in consumer court.                                   On 11 june 2015 i had booked one dr aquaguard eterniti through onlie portal vide transaction no [protected], and its payment was done by credit card amounting rs 12490/-, but regret to inform that the same has not been delivered to me as aon date.Inspite of my repeated requests/enquiries your response is totally nill.
                                  Hence i request your good self to kindly cancel the said order immediately and refund my money immediately.

                                      We have RO Filter - entered into 2 year AMC in July 2013 - basically quarterly service and 2 times Candle replacements. 2nd Candle replacement was done in Feb 2015 - in May 2015, Filter stopped working - Technician says it has to be replaced - but it is less than 3-4 months. he says sorry - some candles are like that. we thought it has atlas 6 Months of warranty - but technician says No. I paid 8K, 2 years back without doubting, but now Eureka Forbes is cheating me on its promise. I'm very disappointed. how do we get redressal -Going to Consumer Court is the only solution now?

                                        I wanted to return the product I purchased from online. I had sent lot of mail to customer care but I didn't get any reply from them. I am really frustrated by calling and sending mails to them. But I didn't get any reply for my mails.
