I bought a new purifier, it has leakage, leaving my kitchen cabinet wet. raised complaint with customer care 5 days before, technician should have visited in 48 hours. no one has come, been calling customer care every day, does not get through to technical team. Sales team calls back everyday!!!I need this fixed, i paid 18K for this product.

    It has been about a month and a half, i bought an aquaguard water purifier. The company guaranteed a free installation of the product since then but i think all my efforts of contacting the dealer went in vain. Even after purchasing the product for such a long time back, my water purifier remains uninstalled at my home and i've none other choice than drinking the tap water. . . And the company would be with - held responsible if any member of my family catches any water - borne disease. . .
    I won't recommend any of my friends to have any deal with eureka forbes. I don't want anybody else to suffer this stressful situation.

        We purchased a new water purifier branded as MAGNA on14/11/2014from Eureka Forbes vide their Delivery Challan No 24558834 dt 14/11/2014 while we were at at Bangalore and on my son's transfer out of Bangalore we shifted to Chennai on 10/05/2015 The change of address was promptly informed to them 0n 12/05/15 to one Mr.Rajesh who gave our customer I.D as[protected].Since the unit is under warrenty we requested for service of the unit on the same day on 12/05/15. But the service staff called us only on 20/05/15 to make the unit defective.Within 30 minitues we observed a different noise from the motor and the water purifed and stored in the tank was very warm unusuallly.Immediately we called the customer care center and infomed the same to them with a request to send the service staff to attend to the problem.But till date nobody turned up even though we made atleast 25 to 30 calls to customer care and to the managerial cadre persons from 22/05/15 onwardes.We sent an e.mail to them on 07/06/15 and followed by a reminder on 18/06/15.But all in vain.The copy of the e, mail is pasted hereunder for your perusal Today it is 12/07/15 and ifail to understand how much more time they want.Is it till 13/11/2015 the last day of the WARRENTY DATE so that they can conveniently say the unit is NOT UNDER WARRENTY. Is this the way the Eureka Forbes treats the customer? Do they really require to have such unit called CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE? Sir under this circumstances i have no other alternative except to seek your good office to look into this complaint and render Justice to me. Now the real story starts.Inspite of my repeated request everyday to your c.s and managers the person came on 30/05/2015 to say that they have to change the filterseven for which I have agreed eventhough the unit is under warrenty.But I am sorry to say that till date nobody turned up.Please answer the questions that follows. 1.Is it the way that a reputed firm Eureka Forbes functions? 2.Is there any punitive action initiated against such erring staff? 3.what is the role of your supervisory staff? I am retired sr.Executive at the level of Dy.Gen.Manager from a National Corporate Organisation with 35years of service and I never come across such type of staff and if found would not have been spared It is learnt that the Agency who covers my area at chennai is closely related to one of your sr.officer and they take advantage of his position.I had the same bitter experience on earlier occasion with same Agency and when this brought to the notice NO ACTION ws taken.Now my request to you is How you are going to solve my problem?           We have been calling the customer care to book a general service for our aqua guard unit for past 1 month, but there is no response form.

          We have an amc for 3 years and for past 2 years none of them have come or asked for a service, hence we called for a service.

          The worst ever service we have seen ever. (Sorry that i was not able to avoid this as i am extremely frustrated)

          We have been calling for this like mad and till

          I will never recommend any one to go with aqua guard!!!

            We have entered into AMC contract for two years with Eureka Forbes ( customer ID:[protected]) with AMC NO:23136477 for the period[protected] to[protected]. our aquaguard model is Compact. As per the agreement, the company were to replace 2 candles per year during the AMC period. the company changed the candle in september 2014 and the next change was due in March 2015. We were out of country from January 2015 to June 10, 2015 and hence could not take the service. on returning in June 2015, we called for the service. They came after lodging the complain twice but didnot change the candle. On asking the reason they told us that according to their records the candle was changed in March 2015 and there is also a entry in the service card with our signatures on it. Since we were not in India at that time we didnot take the service. the executive ( Anil Jha) who had come for service in March 2015 forged our signatures on the card saying the candle is changed. We contacted the zonal office head Ram Paswan ( phone: [protected]) and asked for a action but as expected no reply from his side. request your help.

              My water purifier (RO+UV) is not working over many days. I have complaint on 02-Jul with ticket number [protected] and since than following up the request on daily basis but not result. Service center is continuously promising the resolution without any result. I am getting fed-up now and don't know what to do.

                Dear Concern, I am highly upset to say that I was astonished to see the bumpy behavior of your service center where your concerned already proved their commitment for customer satisfaction globally. So, I am sharing my bitter experience & doing lodge a complaint against excruciating behavior of the proprietor of the franchicse of the khardah unit ( Kolkata, B.T.Road, Kolkata 700119). I went to the mentioned service unit along with my Aqua Guard water purifier for replacing the cartridge(Filter) & repairing a little fault on 6th July, 2015. The technician of the service unit checked the device in presence of their in charge/proprietor accordingly. Afterwards the in charge /proprietor told me that the machine circuit & others are ok. But only solenoid valve & cartridge are required to be changed & cost to given Rupees 850 only. I agreed to pay it . Subsequently, he said further one PCB( circuit board) is found defective & cost to be given Rs 1750.Then I asked him to understand me about defective of PCB which was found ok at the primary stage. He replied to me that we are not in a position to understand you & if require then you will have to pay more money for it. I clearly told the dissatisfaction of myself then he replied “Taka Din Satisfy Hoben”. Such type of painful behavior is not desirable from your reputed organization.I think this type of attitude is not acceptable & is doing smash up your reputation where Consumer wants always Service & satisfaction ..Please look into this matter & try to prevent such mode of activities.                     We purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna just 2 months back. Immediately we faced pblm in the machine, we complained and a techincal person attended and informed us to purchase an additional cylinder which cost around Rs. 1000. We said, will see later and got his contact no. Within 1 week time, we again faced the same problem and we raised complaint in the customer care. Then we Contacted the technical person who shared us the no and informed them that the same pblm again happened, u pls bring the cylinder, we will see, if required we will if not we not. For that the person said it's too heavy to carry we can't carry that. I[censored] want we will bring, if not we won't he said. Then we asked them, u r in the nearest villivakkam branch, we will come directly and see the cylinder. He said ok. Within 10mins we went to the villivakkam branch, they said we don't have the cylinder stock here. Later we came to know that the person whom we spoke was from a franchise and not from direct eureka forbes. The branch person telling the cylinder is weightless, they can carry easily. Who said it's so heavy. Again I contacted customers and asked abt the complaint we raised, they said immediately we will arrange, but didn't. 6 to 7 days gone. Yesterday, a person from franchise called me. His name is Sunil mbl no. [protected] He was forcing us the buy that cylinder. We said, without seeing the cylinder hw we can buy. U show me the product If we want we will buy, u hv no rights to forces to buy the product and he has lied that the product is too heavy. Again he is telling that we can't carry, only i[censored] buy the product we will send a person for service and he disconnected the line. Again I called him and I asked him is this the manner, he is challenging me, will see how u will service this machine, no one will come to service Immediately I called the customer care complained and they shared Manager no. His name is Raju mbl. No. [protected]. I called the manager and explained him everything, he said he will arrange a technician. Till today no one turned up. Again I called the manager today, ystrd he said he will area he someone but now he is talking same like Sunil. He too forcing us buy that cylinder. I just can't understand what the hell is happening in eureka forbes. Are they cheating the customer. Total waste to buy from eureka forbes. They will be at the back of the customer until the product is sold out. Later they will treat the customer like a begger. It's really disgusting. I need this pblm to be solved immediately and we are not ready to buy any product from eureka Regards Lavish a [protected]

                      We have entered into AMC contract for two years with Eureka Forbes with AMC NO:22027399 for the period[protected] to[protected], As per the agreement, the company were to replace one set filter cartridges per year during the AMC period. As the AMC period is coming to a close, I had registered a complaint (No. 82048239 dated[protected] asking for the second set of filters which was due . No action was taken by Eureka Forbes and upon checking, we were made to understand that, untraceable technician have manipulated their records and collected the filter cartridges from the stores. In spite of our repeated follow up, neither the location service in charge Leghe Reddy #[protected] or his Senior Mr. Prashant #[protected] responded. Infact, seems after the first call Mr. Prashant, has blocked my mobile no. He is the customer service dispute resolution incharge of the area. Logged the complaint directly with the company' customer service on 06-07-15, which also yielded any result.

                      The service of Eureka Forbes is worst and the product is "Money taking Doctor" not PANI KA DOCTOR.

                        I am very much unsatisfied by the Pani ka doctor's service because 1) He responded after many times booking the complaint. 2) He brought old used part for replacement 3) His associate Bishram Singh [protected] did not delivered his promised service. 4) After so many self follow up my problem still remains unsolved.

                          I am really fed up with Eureka Forbes's Aquasure. i never had any problem with tata swach. aquasure tap i have changed n number of times just paying Rs 200 everytime. (Rs 100 for the tap and Rs 100 for the service charges). 15 days back when my tap broke once again i gave request for service which was not responded quickly as there is no customer service centre attending to it. they have made it more complicated wherein we have to send an sms for request and the automated reply says you will get a call which never comes and we have to call again and again till we warned them that we will give a complain about it and suddenly the service guy comes without informing. does his job like before and when i ask him why the tap keeps breaking, he says buy aquaguard electric instead because the company is not interested in giving service to aquasure (non electric) customers, every one whoever has bought aquasure are repenting.and whoever will buy will repent afterwards. interestingly they have increased the service charges of Aquasure non-electric to Rs 200/ for poor service.. Cartridge also we had bought were duplicate one we got a replacement after two months with real one.

                            I had good trust on aquaguard, I have purchsed the dr.aquaguard magna on 2-7-15, from the first day onwards it's giving truoble, water leaks continuously, unskilled technician came for the service not fixed the problem.Now the taste of the water changed.While checking the tds level is 500.How can we drink the water which gives such tds level.Today is 10-7-15.From past 8days I never used the product.Investing the money on this is waste.In the world for every electronic goods there is a full product replacement is there.Why can't eurekaforbes won't give? They supply second hand products, it gives trouble from day one.Please solve the problem by replacing whole product.I lost trust on your service people.or give back my money. The purchase agreement was made at your store located at (adishwar Banashankri kathrigupe) of the store. Describe the problem: In the next year I have taken AMC for amount 2800/- they replaced all the filters and gave 4 times service by cleaning outer filer. In this year they are asking 3600/- just for all the filters which is 1000/- increase from last time. If I have to pay 3600/- or 4000/- for this which is 40% of the total cost of new filter. I have been in discuss with the company call centers and nothing concrete came out and finally I have decided to lodge a complaint. I can not use the filter like for long now and I have to decide to change the filter. In that case I have to throw this and buy new and the loss I incur will be borne by you, because filters can not be replaced every two year due to company pricing.                                 First I made complaint to local service centre (Calicut, Kerala) on 8/6/2015, I didn't get any response so I sent email compliant request on 29/6/2015 to customer care then made compliant to Bangalore office over phone on 1/7/2015 and got complaint registered no. 82284444. Till date there is no response from the Company. Eureka Forbes's after sales service is very very bad.

                                  dear manager I am santharam sure presently residing at Ghaziabad. Recently i had recently registered a request to service my Eureka forbes ENHANCE RO and change the filters as needed. After a looooong wait and repeated requests for 8 days, one gentleman came and changed the filters. Within one hour the system had stopped working. After a day of complaint, the same gentleman had changed one more component. We started using the water after third refill of the system and we found the taste of water not similar to the earlier ones. Soon enough all my family members started developing health issues and we suspected water and got it checked. The TDS count stands at 179, count fluctuating between 176-183. We had got the water tank cleaned before doing the test and all precautions were taken. Moreover the water refills within 10-12 mins, which never happened before as it would take close to an hour. I am writing all these details as it would help you to understand the entire process and HOPE TO GET A CALL FROM YOU (as i consider it as a very remote possibility). MY no is [protected]. I had asked the gentleman to give me a bill along with the part numbers on the bill which he refused. Once emphasized that the payment will be done only with bill, he promised the bill with in the next few days and i had called him once with no response. Is this the original parts that the service representative used and if so, why the health issues and why no bill, YET. I had come from hyderabad and replaced the present system off an exchange offer for my old E-CLASSIC system, which was under AMC. HOWEVER, I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE PAYMENT FOR THAT remaining AMC period which had almost 9 months of its contract.                                     Eureka Forbes Customer Id is [protected] I have booked Dr. Aqua Guard - Magna on 11th June, 2015, offer was with free Water Bottle and Recipe book. Paid online Rs. 12, 990/- on 11 June'15. Shipment arrived on 19th June'15, but asking for Cash On Delivery basis. But I have paid the same on 11th June'15 and bank shows debit accordingly. So the shipment got returned. Since then i haven't received the product. On 1st July'15 I received the shipment containing only water bottle but no recipe book. The offer arrived but the actual product is still missing. Their customer service lines are not replying properly and disconnect the lines. Kindly help.

                                      I have ordered the AQUAGUARD ENHANCE RO product through online on 12th Jun 15, but the product was not delivered in time (till date it was not delivered) and not even single update about the shipment. Due to my urgent requirement I have cancelled this order on 21st Jun 15 (My cancellation reference no: #0322) and taken another product from the local market. Subsequently I called customer care on 22nd Jun 15 and informed about the cancellation. They said that due to server problem the confirmation was not sent. Within a short span I will receive a call from Eureka Forbes and money will be returned in 3 working days. But till date no call was received from Eureka Forbes and even several follow-ups made over mail and Phone. At last they given their in charge Mr.Harish no: [protected]. But very poor response and worst behaviour from Mr. Harish, because at the very first time he responded my call and said that within 30min he will check and comeback. But he was not turned up. So I send the mails on 26, 27 and 30th Jun 15 to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, but the customer care officer (Mr. Harish- Not a customer care officer) deleting the mails without reading. The customer care executives no:[protected] are giving an update that is Mr. Harish will call you within 30 Min (I spoke with many executives all are given a recorded message) and sometimes the call is disconnecting automatically. I called customer care as follows: 22nd to 26 – almost 4 times 26th – 4 times 27th – 4 times 27th – 4 times (Harish) 30th – 1 time 4th Jul-2 times Customer support team ask me to contact Technical team on the following nos[protected] / [protected]. No one is picking the calls on these nos. Now I require my money back…..

                                        I purchased Aquaguard RO-Genius model in Aug'14. It was working OK for few months but it is giving trouble for the last 2-3 months and got faulty 10 times in the last 2 months having same problem. Every time service engineer from Eureka Forbes come do some wire twisting and it starts working again. But they couldn't provide the permanent solution. Now it again became faulty and despite registering complaint, the fault is yet to be attended by Eureka Forbes people. Seeing the trach record of this particular model/ piece I request Eureka Forbes to provide a permanent solution to my grievance and replace this faulty piece with the new one.
